I’m posting this because it’s occurring in hopes I will stop others from making our errors. According to this post we don’t possess our possessions, we haven’t heard from the business, and client service is essentially non responsive. We’ve got absolutely no idea once we’ll get our possessions.

Don’t employ this agent! It’s a SCAM! They handed my loved ones over to finish con-artists! My loved ones trusted American Standard to refer them to a respectable business. Rather, they delivered us to Home Run Movers, a lot of unprofessional, sketchy burglars.
They refused to perform a walk through before providing a quote. Afterward, they demanded an increasing number of money from my dad who had just lost his job. The following day the firm that American Standard known us to called us to inform us that their van caught fire and that which had been missing. We started asking questions about where the next truck went and today, the owner of Home Run Movers, the business that American Standard referred us to, will not answer our requirements. I had a Terrific encounter using American Standard Moving and Storage. I had been living in Las Vegas and I had been offered a new project in Bensalem, PA.. This really isn’t the cheapest moving firm, however in retrospect the husband and I’m very happy we used their services. I didn’t have a lot of things but what I had was largely fragile figurines and glass and classic dishes I was so concerned about. I’ve broken a few of these when I first moved to US. Would not even give them a single star. That is would be the shadiest most dishonest most despicable people I’ve ever addressed. Plus they left my move a complete nightmare. I’m really physically sick from all of the strain and tension from managing them.They charged much more than they quoted and then after they had my items abruptly that the were even more fees added before they’d deliver. They dismissed phone calls, ignored my requests for documentation. I can’t say just how much I really regret doing business with those folks but I promise not to make that error again.

American Standard Moving and Storage is one of those slightly pricier choices from town but was well worthwhile. The men are clean, considerate, kind and do not smell like smoke.

The customer support from the staff in the workplace is great.They helped make sure my transfer went smoothly and worry free.

The men took approximately 8 hours to get a 2 bed, 2 bathroom (we’ve quite a great deal of things ) and we also had a few unexpected flaws to the garbage truck but the men kept working throughout and consistently were quite reassuring.

We needed to move out of a two bed bungalow into some 3-bedroom townhouse. Our movers were on time, attentive and did an incredible job. This was undoubtedly the best movers I’ve ever employed. I’d reserve them over and over!

Booked a movement for my older low income aunt. They’re a broker, but were nevertheless the ideal cost: $2,400 for a 3k pounds, 426 cubic feet movement (1 bedroom apt). An in person quote was $3,200 for $2,400 pounds (they said that they do not go by cubic feet ) A family owned moving company from OR even looked up them and stated they had great reviews in the business and it was a fantastic price. The sales man, Mitchel, stated that he overestimated everything. I desired them to return on a Saturday morning so my aunt and I could visit CA via automobile right after but they had a two day window. I stated Friday/Saturday with Sat A.M. taste. 3 days prior to the transfer, Scott from QA known as my aunt. She added a couple of items to the stock (a couple boxes, a stool or 2 ) along with the quote shot around $3k, 3,600 cubic feet! My aunt paid them $300 on the telephone to get more deposit. When she informed me, I needed to determine why it went up so much. I called 3 times and Scott never called me back. Afterward, Jennifer in client support clarified it. I wished to eliminate a couple of things from the stock and she explained it was too late. It would not have been if Scott could have called me back yesterday! There was not anything I could do as we’d already given them nearly $1k to the deposit and had to proceed. I inquired who the company was and googled them and they were nowhere to be discovered. Had no site, but ends up that they were licensed and just had 1 bath. Jennifer said that on the afternoon of this move the company would allow me to CHOOSE involving a cost based on cubic square-foot or maybe to have a bet and cover by weight however they won’t understand that cost until after they undergo the weigh station. Thursday prior to the movement, Rachael phoned and stated it’d be Saturday. We inquired what time and she explained the driver would phone the day before using all the moment. On Friday the driver phoned and said they’d be there involving 12p-3pm on Sat. We were disappointed because we desired early morning. Though I feel because of his health requirements, that’s still not my issue. He arrived at 9:30am in a Budget truck. The team was fine and did a fantastic job in wrap up furniture and was quick. We gave them the test for another installment. They advised us the quantity of the installation owed at shipping and stated they do not base prices on pounds, just cubic feet, and the cubic feet lined up using the $3,000 estimate. We were very bummed as initially we booked since it was $2,400. The afternoon delivery that the carrier’s shipment called my aunt and stated that the test she gave the motorist was created to American Standard when it ought to happen to be made out to the carrier business. Scott, from American Standard, told me that they were professional movers who’d take down, pack, and then set up all of our furniture using a binding quote of $13,000 for a long distance transfer. Jason Frazier lied repeatedly in our telephone conversation about a proposed move from VA to CT.. He assured us that 4 movers could help us with packaging (just 2 showed up), and he promised us that the transfer goes out of our location straight to the destination without bundling (not accurate ) with other clients. And that the transfer would be finished in two days. When I pointed out that these items weren’t present in the arrangement, he promised me that he couldn’t lie because he had been on a recorded line. EVERYTHING HE SAID WAS A LIE– such as that. When the two men showed up and informed me the way the transfer was really likely to happen, I needed to cancel that movement, rent a truck, then hire some men to help load and then package, push the truck into CT, and then unload it in order that my son would begin his new job in time. To add insult to injury, ASM wouldn’t repay the 1/3rd down payment. Now it’s most likely worth the $700 to not have cope with American Standard Movers and Jason Frazier again.

They assisted me and my husband yell in fine and protected our possessions for the massive haul we’d. They literally moved our entire home.

Jason Frazier phoned and emailed repeatedly when I asked a quotation online. He offered me a quotation that I felt was really large, and informed me I’d better quotations elsewhere. He was rather rude and stated nobody can do it for this price. I advised him to please stop emailing mepersonally. I obtained MULTIPLE emails once I advised him to stop, and needed to let him stop again. He was still very impolite. I ended up needing to block his email address. This isn’t an excellent means to conduct business. Being a punkass bully functions in Florida, however, it does not work everywhere.

Where to Start. This is the worst experience without any movement I have ever needed. We moved from Ohio to Florida. We talked with a broker (Colton/Austin) who lent us a cost of $1656, using a burden estimated of 2000 lbs. We moved through a list on two events. Movers appear and the very first thing from their movers mouth had been”that the contact you signed up using American standard is essentially null. This signifies nothing. We all do it according to cubic feet” so that they were needing twice the amount that we had been to cover them. Literally any firm must be greater than this one. Particularly if you’re a single female going independently – I wouldn’t expect these guys whatsoever.

Do not believe a word they say from the beginning. Our sales man gave us a quotation of 3,000 bucks for moving out of MN to FL wich ended up costing 9, 000$!

This wasn’t the worst part. The movers promised they’d pick up our stuff by June 25th so that which was outside by June 26th the date that our buyers were going in. They didn’t appear till 11:30 pm on June 25th and weren’t completed till 6 in the afternoon that the day of closure leaving no opportunity to wash for the new owners of our property. This made for quite a stressful situation.

The worst aspect of this circumstance is that our sales man told us there would not be any difficulty getting our things sent by June 30th to our brand new home in Florida. This is for my 77 year-old mum who’s on a fixed income! Day of shipping we had been given a complete $1400 OVER that the”GRAND TOTAL”! When I phoned them they said they needed to ask that the paperwork and could call back. THREE days after I needed to phone them again and they still didn’t have the paperwork. I then find out they’re a moving planner and utilize Ocean Moving and Ocean is the person who’s charging more. I called Ocean plus they just agreed to knock off $250. So, I figure I am supposed to be glad that I am paying 1150 OVER that the”grand total” rather than $1400. Don’t Use this or Ocean Movers. . .unless you enjoy being lied to and getting your older parent being taken advantage of.

There really ought to be a zero star option. I chased my move together with Mitch Davis on 6/23. He said I would have to place $1750.00 down and there could be a 20% commission when I did not cover through e-check, so I pretended.

As I was going to hang up with Mitch he explained”If you hear something bad about us simply ignore it.” Alarm bells began ringing and I did a fast google of American Standard Moving & Storage. The testimonials were nothing less than frightening.

I canceled my transferring occupation the afternoon of 6/24. This job was asked on 6/23, and so the cancellation was within 24 hours of booking – well inside the written contract of 72 hours to get my deposit back.

American Standard Transferring gave written confirmation that I’d get my deposit refund within 30 days of initial request.

To be truthful I was skeptical – testimonials mention never getting residue. I phoned my lender but they said as I’d approved an e-check there was nothing I could do.

On 7/20 I was advised by a customer service agent that I’d get my charge of $1750.00 on 7/23. I never received payment.

On 7/24 I followed up at 3pm. The customer support representative told me that their billing pro was out to dinner and could return my phone. I never got a telephone.

7/29, I invested a total of 45 minutes on hold waiting to get a representative. After about 15 minutes I had a customer support rep answer the telephone and say she’d put my on a succinct grip to look up my accounts. She never requested my title or account info.

About 7/31 I had my attorney send a letter to American Standard Moving & Storage, demanding they honor my contract and repay my $1750.00.

It’s 8/27, I’ve yet to get my refund and they haven’t responded to my attorney. They won’t pick up when I call. It sickens me that they’re getting new customers each day and ripping off them, and getting away with it.

Long story short, they stole $1750.00 and are in violation of contract.

Never, ever use this corporation. We had no idea in which our furniture had been for weeks, and nobody would answer the telephone in the office to inform us in which it was and when it might arrive. We phoned the office, by a telephone that has been an unknown amount to them, and they replied.

I had been kept on hold for 20 minutes after which they disconnected.

We had an upward charge on the two ends of the transfer. $2000 more in pickup, and a month afterwards,$2000 online delivery.

Please keep away! Scam artist!

Carpets were on time, nice and quite organized. They brought all of the gear needed for a rapid and effective move. The task was quite reasonably priced and performed really, really well that it persuaded me to offer them a generous suggestion. I would strongly recommend the services to my friends and loved ones. I had them for 2 weeks and they have been done with transferring one home to another and unloading within one hour and half. They are aware about not destroying your partitions, paint etc especially once you inform them. My furniture has been wrapped and proceeded with good care.
