If you’re trying to find a deal, remember if a few of your belongings is broken as it gets for you, and truly feel comfy micro-managing everyone during the procedure and demonstrating a great deal of pressure to keep people honest and keep them from charging you for services that they did not supply, proceed with those men.
I will say that they have really pleasant and professional folks on the telephone, reasonable rates, and usually great about the transfer, but you truly have to keep them fair and monitor completely all yourself.
If among those movers fractures a desk, you must call the principal office immediately.
Should they agree they will transfer your piano and bill you for piano managing solutions, then nobody shows up which will take care of the piano and virtually lose it off the rear of a truck, even while the movers ‘ are still there you need to phone and raise a stink also it will be your word against theirs. These things occurred to me personally.
ARS took my deposit and never returned calls concerning the move. The transfer date came and went and nobody, I mean nobody, actually reached me out. I now have a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and out there I am working with an interstate national agency. Shawn stated, they’re the moving business when in actuality , they contract out the transfer. Customer support never replied calls and quite frankly I doubt there’s a customer support section. I frankly believe the organization is in a person’s apartment in Miami. STAY AWAY. PLEASE REPORT THEM.
