Read all of the way to the underside at which among the movers had been ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY HURTING ME.

THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!
I haven’t in my life dealt with much more unprofessional folks.

I just had an email verification (see attached)
I never watched a contract before it was too late.
As soon as I called Mike, he affirmed $270 for 3 months.
Period.
What he neglected to tell me was that they cost $95 each hour then and taxation.

I had been wondering why the movers functioned so slow.
They left, waited at the vehicle.
Revved around my flat to take a peek.
Went back down to search for parking again.
They did not really begin moving until about 30 minutes when they arrived.

I got to the brand new apartment and awaiting another 30 minutes on these.
I guessed , they were being extra cautious driving.

It was only when they got into my new location that they pulled the contract out and also showed me that I spend $600!!!

I phoned Mike and contended with him I did not’ know that.
He never told me about the telephone or on email.
He did not care.
He advised them to lock my stuff up and take it to storage and they will delivery it once I cover.

I had no option.
ZERO
So that is the reason why they’re sooooooo dumb!
What a scam.

I paid the cash and got in the vehicle and helped them to move quicker.
Had I known this, I’d have flown about.
I’d have assisted in the start.
I’d have done anything!
I am a petite lady. And I really feel as if that I was quicker than those.

In the long run, I had a feeling that they would not set my bed back with them.
So I walked from the vehicle and asked them when they were planning to assemble my mattress.

Nope.
They stated I paid until 8 and it had been 7:52.
I mentioned, well both of you perform for 2 minutes and then put together what you can in 8 minutes.
He did not wish to.
He stated he did not care.
He was not a builder.

SO I GOT IN THE TRUCK.
AND I WOULDN’T LEAVE UNTIL THEY GAVE ME MY 8 MINUTES TO PUT MY BED BACK TOGETHER.
I am not certain why they took it away from the first location. It is essentially only a headboard and frame. I really don’t understand why they simply didn’t take off the headboard.
Oh I understand why. BECAUSE THEY’RE SCAMMERS AND WERE SCAMMING MORE TIME!
I would not have minding placing it back together myself but I did not have directions or resources.
My only choice was to ask them to complete the job they started.

I waited patiently while they phoned his or her own boss.
Complained to me personally.
Told me that they did not care about the mattress.
It, it occurred.

INCLUDING ONE OF THE GUYS TRYING TO CLOSE THE DOOR ON MY FOOT.
UMMMMM —– THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED —– HE WAS HURTING ME

However, I did not give in, till they gave me exactly the 8 minutes I compensated for.

This business is the worst! The lie, never answer the telephone,and shed your stuff and does not care at all since you still need to pay them. Didn’t appear at time guaranteed. Promised my stuff are there on July 28. My stuff did not appear till August 12! We predicted nearly regular. He never answered his phone or returned a telephone. If he did respond he’d lie simply to get you off the phone. When my stuff has been delivered everything was filthy and scraped and scraped. He needed a leased U Haul heap to the ceiling with things all only thrown in. We were overlooking a huge mirror that attached into your vanity table. I paid him in full and when I inquired where the mirror was that he simply said file a claim with my insurance. He tried to secure more income because there was a elevator! He’s a liar and a thief. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He’s the absolute worst.

WORST COMPANY EVER, DO NOT USE THEM!! If I could give them zero stars I would. After several flaws they eventually showed up at two in the afternoon to move my belongings, left me leave things behind they did not have space for, billed me considerably greater than my quotation and had TONS of harm to my belongings upon birth. I moved through a protracted claims procedure and has been provided $62 for around $1000 worth of damage but agreed however rather than even received this! That has been a signed legal contract. Contacted BBB and they will not react to them either. I will not be using these for a different move I’ve this past year and highly suggest nobody else use these either!
