My furniture has been picked up May 28th and it’s currently June 10th and I still don’t have it and nobody could tell me in which my possessions are. Each time that I talk to someone it is always I will call u backagain. For my initial long distance transfer that really is the worst experience ever. I had been told one cost by Ben then after the truck had been loaded I have charged double the cost. There’s not any compassion from anyone I talked to demonstrating concern. These folks tend to be worst than automobile dealerships honestly. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever!

As soon as I came back in I requested the movers when they broke a little glass. They said no. Then I went to the rear of the cellar and found my glass jar at the garbage wrapped up with tops I’d sitting out to scrub. The Agency broke it, tried to wash this up, then whined about it. Called the Manager and his original question was how far did the vase price? Not I am sorry I have somebody representing my business having an ethics issue. It becomes worse but I understand the more this text will be that the fewer people will see it. In short, Eli the proprietor talked to me regarding the payment I’ve owed. Was told entirely different choices than when I reserved. I said I was advised it would require 1 to two weeks and he said that is not exactly what I had been told I had been told due to the covid 19 virus it’d require a week. No way I had been told that. No way could I consent not to have furniture to get a week.Never received a telephone in jerri backagain. I did get a call by daisy another day stating she’d be responsible for transferring my furniture. I asked her if I should expect my furniture she’d stated she did not knowDaisy eventually told me it’d take approximately 7 days to send my furniture. I told her my furniture was already almost a week late and she stated she’d call me backagain. When she phoned me back she said that the newest my furniture will be here was monday. This was later Jerri told me that my furniture will be here Thursday.Finally obtained my furniture 5 times after I had been initially promised. Got the amount for those claims department and had been advised I picked the free insurance coverage so that my claim could be worth two dollars due to the delay of this glass jar. But Jerry did state this is a generous supply since it ought to have been around two pounds but they pushed it up into 3. Do not use this provider. Are unethical as hell..they billed us a whole lot of money and refused to have our stuff en route until we paid them and signed forms stating we would not dispute the fees. The customer support individual Tina Brown was exceptionally impolite. Their pickup crew was super dense and dropped a ship and sat around and attempted to make money from us.I was seriously concerned about our things so the following day that I emailed American Patriot, texted Scott, also called them several times and nobody ever answered me or got me back. They literally specifically avoided me. And I was attempting to request assistance using a inspector THEY contracted to us.

The dishonest inspector’s fall off team lied and said we’d another 400-500$ cost we needed to cover (the customer support person affirmed our accounts was all set) and then got to our house and also refused to move up our stuff unless we paid. They eventually started moving our belongings once my husband told them to simply leave our things on the yard and he would transfer it himself..they did their f-ing occupation about the condition that my husband aided them!
