    Beware

Don’t use this business, this really is a broker not the real movers. Search for a local moving company to prevent paying additional fees in your quote. I paid 950.00$ extra and my pickup and delivery was overdue! Salesman on telephone was quite nice but the claims were False! Please look up a local moving company and be certain that they’re the real movers And have them come into your house for evaluation prior to signing with anybody! Also once you get your written quote and itemized listing for arrangement, please read very carefully and make sure all of your items are included or you may pay additional, I advised them two flat screen TV’s and they recorded only one in my purchase $$$  BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!!! They Will Trick You and Will Charge You Extra Somehow

I’m Very disappointed with the support I got out of American National Van Lines and Many Valuable Movers. I Got the quotation for my transfer out of Wixom MI to Tampa FL in American National Van Lines. They, after, hired a trucking firm (Many Valuable Movers) to transfer my things down to Tampa. I don’t suggest one of these businesses to anybody since they will discover a way to deceive you and bill you additional somehow. Following is my justification for my announcement:
    • Rationale 01: American National Van Lines isn’t a Better Business Bureau licensed firm. They’ve a BBB score of C (On a scale of A+ to F). Here’s the link: http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/moving-brokers/american-national-van-lines-in-hollywood-fl-90108908
I knew all this before I enjoyed them. A woman named Marie, persuaded me to engage them stating that she is going to undoubtedly be the point of contact and she’ll be certain that there will not be some problems with my transfer. They really got involved and solved all of the issues before the probate firm picked up my things and after that they backed up and didn’t helped me whatsoever.
    • Rationale 02: American National Van Lines hired a firm (Many Valuable Movers), with got the worst BBB evaluation of F (On a scale of A+ to F) to transfer my belongings. Here’s the link: http://www.bbb.org/new-jersey/business-reviews/movers/most-valuable-movers-in-linden-nj-90163855/
Read about consumer complaints and testimonials on this business at Consumer Affairs site (complete satisfaction score is just 1 out of 5): http://www.consumeraffairs.com/movers/national.htm
    • Rationale 03: The auto company attempted to charge me extra if they arrived to the pickup, stating that there is an excess pair of stairs to rise. As soon as I refused it, then they came up with the following FUNNY additional fee ($500+). The truck driver has been stating that they bill not based on the authentic cubic yards whom I have, however based on how much distance that my belongings take in their own truck. As soon as I denied that, he had been cautioning me that my things will get ruined if I do not cover the excess charge. American National Van Lines obtained involved to figure out this issue also.
    • Rationale 04: At delivery, the vehicle driver, Robert refused to come in to my new neighborhood stating that he cannot bring into a semi-truck to the area. They then explained, they might need to use a shuttle service and they’ll need to charge me additional $300 for this. I offered to deliver the motorist images of my area to reveal how he could turn around. He denied that and refused my request to come and watch.
    • Rationale 05: After I phoned the American National Van Lines, that’s the business that I hired, then they backed up from assisting me in this stage. Notably, Marie, that promised to look after all of the issues, wasn’t even available for contact. They said either I am going to need to pay the additional cost or I might need to find a more U-Haul truck and head collect my belongings in their warehouse.
    • Rationale 06: A man named Ryan out of American National Van Lines handled me really poorly. At one stage during our conversation he raised his voice and yelled at me saying”SHUT UP and LISTEN.” He seemed like threatening me. If that is an unacceptable amount of customer support for you, never seek the services of at least one of these businesses.
    • Rationale 07: I did not need to pay an extra penny to these men. So I chose to find a U-Haul truck (I compensated for it ) and to receive my things out of their warehouse and then deliver them into my new residence. The first quote was supposed to deliver all of my new house and re-assemble that the de-assembled furniture. They didn’t do one of these items and they didn’t repay me for all those services that are overburdened.
In general, you’ll be SORRY should you ever decide to employ at least one of these firms for your moving requirements. DO NOT HIRE THEM, Yup , I mean it, Never HIRE THEM!!!

    Movers

Richard called me a few times attempting to convince me to proceed with his moving business.   He explained that their trucks needed walls to keep your things from becoming mixed into other client’s items. (that thet do not ) I moved over all of our moving things together with Richard and he affirmed a cost that he promised would not change. Richard was friendly and available until I chose to be a client. I was subsequently turned around to Julian, my shifting planner who emailed me that somebody would be calling me about my things. No one did telephone and so I phoned them on a wednesday, days prior to our moving date to test in. Julian was not available (or Richard). A female moved through my list also explained that we had too many boxes and it’ll increase our cost a few hundered bucks. I told her I’d find the box count down to the acceptable amount to maintain the cost which Richard promised me would not change. We decreasing our stock tremendously in what I originaaly informed Richard. We were told that the movers could phone us 24 to 48 hours until they arrived but they could not offer a real date. On saturday morning, we receive a call in the movers stating that they will be there in a few hours. What?!?   We scrambled to package up the things we’d been still using.
The movers arrive and begin quickly and about loading our valuables. Boxes clearly indicated brittle were thrown around like a soccerball. I said it to a few of those movers and he said OK. Afterward, when 2/3 of those things are on the vehicle, I am advised we’ve got no more space on the truck because they have yet another load to pick up after me but I could pay double what I had been quoted and they’ll take it. Again, What!?! I ended up needing to sell the items which they claim would not match, within 48 hours (no small accomplishment ).
The kicker is that I did not get my possessions for two weeks following the date that they were supposed to send them and when they did arrive, every one of the boxes were ruined, my plastic bins were broken and deformed and things were filthy and scraped up.

This is a scam moving company STAY AWAY

They supply you with a very nice, very low cost for a transfer, they then contract your relocation to some scummie business that’s overdue, trashes your possessions and steals from you personally. I used to not have a box which was not hurt or a single piece of furniture never damaged or dented.  Then this provider needs atleast 3 times the sum agreed on until they may provide.   That is the worse firm, don’t do business together

Look at all the bad reviews before using this moving scam

This co. is reacting to a critique I wrote a few years back when they ripped off me in NY. Look at all the bad reviews they’ve reacted to., I believe that it is time we record a complaint using an Atty. generals, customer affairs office. . . .maybe document a class-action litigation. They have exactly the identical explanation for every awful review,. ,” that the individual is mad? Erroneous or, misinterpreted. Seems like a company that Has to Be attracted to the federal PUBLIC”S ATTENTION

    Horrible

    UNTRUSTWORTHY
If I could give a negative score, I’d
They’re the worst scumbags. They go around so that you can not get them. They misquote you, then hold your items ransom till you cover 3x what is quoted. Promise to cover you if they’re late. (They owe me $250). Obviously I have never heard from them. They STEAL from you and NEVER response or return calls
I’ve never in my entire life been treating so badly or spoke to so poorly. They stole my grandmothers silver, guitars, tools, gambling system, simply to mention a couple. They simply went through our things and only picked out exactly what they desired. Not only were lots of things lost, a great deal of things were broken.
Should they agent out your move to somebody else, they do not even make sure they are trustworthy and they won’t take responsibility for their activities.
The worst customer support, worst experience of my entire life!!!
Do yourself a favor and DON’T USE THEM!!!!!
They then prefer to bad mouth you when they respond to those testimonials!

    Competitive

Fantastic price for the long distance transfer. They were considerate and helpful. Reduced my anxiety level tremendiously together with all the shifting cost. They operate together with obligations. They came on time and had great communication.
The business was very professional, honest, and not only was that the customer support outstanding, however, the moving team themselves were exceptionally professional. They wouldn’t even take my TIP!!! I strongly recommend them, and desire more individuals with a positive moving experience would take some opportunity to write testimonials to assist the owner of the provider.
I even helped them with unloading my products and they helped me to get a couple things upstairs free of cost. Can reccomend to friends.

    HELPED ME MOVE

I was super anxious to use a moving firm after reading about all of the scams, but I am certain that there’s a reason I didnt find anything bad for this corporation. Ryan was really helpful, appeared like he’s been doing this a very long time, and that I told him I’d write a fantastic review once I obtained my items. Movers were ON TIME, considerate, stock was accurate, shipping was sooner than anticipated, and No damaged products. Not certain what else there is to whine about but this firm made my move entirely worry free. Thank you.

    Cost less than quoted!

I was really satisfied with everybody from the customer support person, into the quoter which came into my home, into the motorist along with his two helpers. Everybody went above and outside and obtained my first relocation done in significantly less time compared to quoted that led to a reduced price! Highly recommend them.

    Home move

I’m very relieved to get my transfer over and have gone much better than planned.  In the start I had fear of hiring a moving business due to the horror stories I’d heard.  I am quite happy I employed american national van lines to my own transfer, they really followed through on their promise to lessen the strain.  I dealt with joe, that had been undoubtedly the most trustworthy and enlightening man I’d talked to concerning the movement.  He not only educated me as to the red flags to consider, but he had been quite comprehensive and caring as it came to planning my own movement.  He walked me through every step I can anticipate, and that he was there during the entire move.  I’m also content with the fact that I obtained delivery of my possessions in the timeframe I had been advised.  I can’t say enough about how reliable and professional the firm was.  Following my move I had been contacted by a representative and requested to provide feedback concerning the entire experience for quality assurance functions, and for performing this I received a gift card.  I strongly urge provincial national van lines to your house moving.
