    Great Move!

I’ve moved serveral time together with movers, so that I know what to search for. I believed american moving was up front and honest with me concerning everythis. And my sense was perfect. Everything went smooth I didn’t tell them of the ideal number of boxes I had and they corrected the quotation and retained my speed exactly the same. I had been notifed about everyhting up front. 1 thing I could say forusre that nothing dishonest about this organization or contracts I’m pleaesed with there honesty. The movers were fine. Overall a fantastic move. Can reccommend for your furture.

    My moving experience.

I enjoyed American Moving Systems once I first spoke to them. This gap procedure took me around 3 months of moving over serveral estimates. At the conclusion American Moving Systems only made sense for me personally finically. The quailty of the general movement was wonderful. I had little niks from the wall from going out but nothing really serious in any way. Everybody was polite with all my things and they packaged everything good from what I had been seeing. It required a complete 15 days from begin to finish. However, it went great thanks again!

    Recommended Company

American Moving Systems is a very professional firm. Before changing all of my families, I was quite busy to discover a harm free moving business. I saw a great deal of people had complained that their products got damaged or stolen while moving. Among my co-worker transferred from Texas to Massachusetts with no anxiety and he recommended me to earn contract with American Moving Systems that was the moving firm he was able to move his items. I’ve heard American Moving Systems is a fantastic business and will work with again.

    American Moving Systems

My moving encounter with American Moving Systems has been fine. Selecting American Moving Systems was straightforward due to the wonderful cost they gave me. I wasn’t certain how to pack most things so I left them unpacked.  I had been told that all suitable packing gear is going to be on the vehicle when I want the movers to pack anything up. American Moving Systems did a fantastic job loading my things. Everything seem like it had been bunch quite professionally, and once I got my things 14 days after nothing was hurt. I was amazed and happy. Thanks again American Moving Systems.

    Would use again

Was reffered to American Transferring Sytems with a buddy. Everything moved smoothy, would work with again. Had a lot of strange size percussion insturments that they took good care of along with also a grand piano that I was fairly blown out how readily they transferred it all. These men were quick, half of the stuff had been unboxed vinyls and audio insturments without instances another half heavy gear and welding gear. These men mean business. Would use again.

First of three moves to go smoothly. Thank you!!

In the previous 3 years I have experienced the misfourtane of having to relocate three occasions because of work. The first two moves were complete nightmares. The very first, I was brand new to getting a moving company relocate me, therefore I made the mistake of believing the very best bargain was the cheapest price I saw. I couldn’t of been more incorrect. Second time that I moved with an expert provider, my company chose the very best of 3 bids they’d obtained, the move was 2,000$ longer but thankfully I wasn’t responsible to pay for the overages. Come the next move, I mercifully learned exactly what to not do when choosing a plumber, took my time, did my homework, and proceeded together with American Moving Systems. Since I needed to pay for this out of pocket, a gauranteed speed was the most crucial element in picking out a moving business. No moving firm will phone you and tell you they’re bad movers. With that being said, I took on the world wide web to hear what folks had to say concerning the three I had been contemplating. American Moving Systems wasnt the least expensive of the three, however they had undoubtedly the very best reviews and many consistent pricing based in my dimensions move along with also the references they gave me that I talked to. Very happy boys, if I’ve ever to proceed back, I know who to call!

Moving is trying but Tim was really useful and always answered each query immediately and constantly stated that his team could manage our special products. His team came punctually, were very considerate and had a terrific working relationship with one another. All of our possessions arrived in excellent form. The quote was that the last bill. We highly recommed the corporation.

Thank You. Please Read On Why

I have never gotten a lot of sympathy from a Provider.    Not only was that the dispatch late, half of the bits were either missing or broken. All these possesions were my dads who died last September.    He adored his items so much for sentimental reasons: paintings, bits of furniture handed down from his dad, a seat that my dad needed livied in his entire life-even in his final days when he had been dying from lung cancer in 65 years past.    I really don’t Understand How to describe the devistation we believed when are dispatch arrived late, locating the paintings scraped, the furniture broken and also the seat my dad loved a lot – MISSING!   The Business promised us, They’d Look after the shipment all the way by Colorado  to Los Angeles, rather employed an external representative, who harshly hassared us to get money and informed us that the comapny had outside sourced him since he had a Enormous enough truck and had been heading into Los Angeles.    Losing a dad was the oddest thing a girl could undergo – but I Would like to thank the American Moving Procedure to the Additional bonus of not even allowing me to cherish those bits which remineded me of him.      PS Thank you also for not answering the telephone.

    Don't use them!

If you’d like your stuff lost and damaged then go right ahead and utilize American Moving Systems.  Never have I transferred long distance so that I was hopeful once the salesperson (Tom at Denver) touched me.  I reserved the transfer and after that things went down hill frm out there.  The movers at Ohio were assumed to get there in my sister’s home to pick up my belongings between 4 and Saturdays.  They were also supposed to predict when they were in their way.  Neither of these things happened.  They did not call and they did not arrive till 5.  She wasted her whole Saturday afternoon.  The motorist stated that they never require 3 months to arrive but mine took nearly the whole 3 months.  I needed to call and discover out exactly what was happening.  The movers delivered my own things in 8:45 pm!!  They dropped my carpet and broke many things.  Additionally, they tried to provide me someone elses carpet and metallic shelving unit.  The stickers that they put in your stuff drop off easily  I phoned and emailed in my lost things.  Initially I had been told that they would search for this but then I never discovered anything.  As soon as I phoned and emailed a few people a couple of days after I got no return emails or calls.  They do not care about my lost carpet only because they’ve moved on to other wholesalers.  Good customer support folks!!!   I really don’t think that it would be that hard to get in touch with the folks you sent things to and see whether they inadvertently obtained my carpet.   Because their principal job is transferring people’s family items which you would believe that they could accomplish this.  They snapped a mirror and photo frame I had wrapped in bubble wrap and peanuts.   It had been sent from IL to NY without a issue but these men did not care.  The man who brought it in my own flat place three significant boxed in addition to it regardless of the fact that I’d”FRAGILE” written throughout the box.  They broke a couple different things and scratched others.  Buyer beware!!!

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Should’ve done my homework first. I have been with my possessions for 46 days and counting. The old “bait and switch”. Business was nice to find the salenonetheless, communication continues to be several, far, and in between. I eventually filed a criticism BBB. To be short, everything they maintained was oposite. Delays, misleading, avoidance, and non-communicative. They’ve my posessions and cash. . .me, nothing. Who knows if my possessions are going to be in once part IF it evolves! While I wait, I found this out provider operates under an assortment of company names. And of course, their”offices” are situated in questionable flats and houses! I can go on and on, but do not have enough time. I come from a military history, moved round the planet, and never experienced anything similar to this.  FOR PEECE OF MIND AND TO Prevent HEART ACHE….DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    Great People!

They have been a one of a kind and helpful moving firm who managed my merchandise with superior care. At first I was obviously stressed however after about one hour had been stress free and the functionality by their movers was just fantastic. They have been well organized, understood how to organize a harm free service inside a really tight program. I had a circumstance arise and desired the men there a day early to the pickup and thankfully they had been able to accomadate! All of my relatives especially my mother liked them due to their amazing support quality. I didn’t detect any issue with my movement apart from a few broken cardboard boxes without the harm to the internals. If we must proceed later on, unquestionably AMS are our first option. Thank you men for performing a complete outstanding performance!

    Worst Moving Experience Ever

This is our sixth largest movement in 14 decades and the strangest experience ever. ·         Bait and Switch. The Business site says”We promise the absolute best prices for cross country goes in such cities moving anywhere in the USA.”   Sebastian was our signature.  We did a list and came up with a sensible quote.  In addition, it comprised 30 days free storage which appeared fine as we didn’t have somewhere to put items yet.  Then we proceeded to market the majority of our furniture but for the Master bedroom place and a China cabinet.  The truck arrived and they filled it up.  Low and behold a fresh cost — 40 percent over the quote that comprised all of the furniture.  What a rip-off. ·         The business website says:”Our organization is intensely client-oriented, highlighting accessibility and personal attention.”  That’s an outright lie.  I wager I called 25 days before I actually was able to speak with a real human.  Eva in shipment stated numerous times she’d call me back the exact same day.  We never did get a call from her in 2 weeks.  Sebastian would sometimes respond to emails, but largely said that Eva would contact me.  Never occurred.  Eventually got a separate division and Jordan and Allen did respond to my requirements. ·         The Business site says”We love what we do and our enthusiasm for transferring is reflected in our focus to the tiniest details and the care we provide to each and every single piece we proceed for our clientele.”  We lost lots of things from the transfer and a few were seriously damaged.  Have yet to determine whether they’ll do anything but that I do not have my hopes up. ·         Again, the web site states:”We work our hardest to make sure that your items arrive safely and in a timely way.”  The contract states the delivery to the west shore will likely be from 1 to 21 business days.  This movement required 31 business days without any excuses or apologies. ·         Anyhow, please run away from the business as quickly as possible.  I wouldn’t suggest anybody use this company for whatever reason.

    What I Expected

The majority of the time once I read these testimonials they’re either very great or really poor. The men and women who have encounters like me dont write anything. I thought Id go out on a limb for those men and write an overview of exactly how things went fairly ordinary. They showed up over the window of pick up I had been granted. The men look like ordinary movers. Some were over weight a few were lanky all were moderately dressed. They didnt have presses collard tops such as the displays u see on television. They arrived and were polite and did their own jobs in great speed and abandoned. I despise folks expect a lot from men that spend their afternoon transferring tens of thousands of pounds worth of furniture. An extremely difficult job!!! That’s probably why we are completely employing it done. lol. The men were adequate and did the task and delivered punctually. Come to ppl what more could I request. Anyhow thats all I need to say except I might hire them again. Because guys great job. Ill call un a a couple of decades.

    Long-distance move from Nebraska
American Moving Systems = total criminals

Our transfer from Nebraska to Washington condition has been done in two stages.  We utilized American Moving Systems for stage one.  Our expertise with American Moving Systems has been SO INCREDIBLY AWFUL.  We’ll be loading a U-Haul truck and forcing it 1700 miles ourselves to prevent dealing with a moving business again.
Salesperson was very fast to reply to my queries. . .until they had my cash.  I had been given a 2 day window to get pick-up of our things. . .truck came one day then.  I had been told I could package things in plastic storage tubs with latching lids, no mention of having to fasten the bathtubs beyond that. . .moving crew wrapped packaging tape across each end of every bathtub, 6-8 layers thick and billed additional for the substances & time.  Salesperson understood that we had a piano to maneuver and that we’d require a shuttle truck in the delivery end and also quoted a quote of $2494. . .moving team at pick-up added a’piano managing fee’ and transferring crew at shipping necessary payment for shuttle vehicle along with quoted cost.  Delivery motorist ignored instructions to choose the path which didn’t require a ferry. . .and then demanded that I cover the round-trip ferry price.  This gave us a final grand total of 3305. Transferring crew ruined the ground in the pickup address and abandoned bits of plastic storage tubs strewn about the lawn and road.  Transferring crew ruined walls and floor in the shipping address.
We scheduled an immediate shipping. . .items sat 45 miles out of the pickup spot for 6 weeks, then proceeded who-knows-where to eventually be sent 23 days following pick-up.  EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE IS DAMAGED, such as a 100-year-old piano which had made it this way in its own lifetime with no significant harm.  PLASTIC STORAGE TUBS ARE BROKEN AND MISSING ENTIRE CORNERS.  ITEMS IN TUBS ARE DAMAGED.  HEADBOARD TO A FULL-SIZE BED IS MISSING.  I’m searching for assistance from American Moving Systems with damages and also finding the missing thing, but American Moving Systems hasn’t answered my calls, but hasn’t reacted to voice mails and hasn’t responded to emails.
If you hate your possessions and furniture, then this can be the moving business for you.  Should you prefer to get scammed out of $800, then that is the firm for you.  Should you prefer to be entirely ignored if you need help repairing the moving company’s errors, then that is the firm for you.
    NEVER USE AMERICAN MOVING SYSTEMS.

    Go with Atlas or Mayflower

Can there be a score available that’s less than 1 star?   This provider uses the bait and switch strategy when reserving their movements. Just like other reviews, the sales folks were quick to offer response and service – till we put our deposit down, and all communication ceased. After awaiting the seven to 10 business times that they quoted to our belongings to arrive we attempted contacting them, several times without any replies. Eventually when contact had been made (generally at 10pm at night) we had been advised that the seven to 10 business days isn’t the complete transfer time however the transfer time following a shipping window which was not revealed in some one of our paperwork. Obviously we waited three extra weeks to our stuff. When it came the driver refused to pull on the semi to the apartment complex and had been not possible to maintain our products hostage unless we paid the following 350 bucks (minimal ) into trans-load the material to a more compact truck to drive in the complicated 200 yards. Following a’talk’ he reluctantly pulled to the complicated, not anywhere near our unit) in which I proceeded to transfer all of our things unassisted throughout the parking lot. Had my wife was 8 months pregnant and another inspector feeling despair, I’d have likely needed to unload the trailer myself to the parking place they put what in Too.   Here’s the deal – all of these men quote – include about 800 bucks more because this is exactly what you are going to wind up paying. Do your self a favor and Choose a respectable firm like OD or Atlas and cover the slighter higher prices to get all of the benefits of hiring a plumber will attract.   As yet another piece of advice – assess that the true BBB site to look at their certification IT IS NOT EXISTENT! They are falsely advertising they maintain this by simply pasting the BBB emblem on the website.

    Long-distance move from Colorado
    Sales, Delivery, Communication

If you can, avoid this company in Any Respect costs.   We needed to move our handicapped daughter out of Denver, Colorado to Louisville, KY..   We had been provided a quote on the telephone and email for $1351.02 by”Jeff Gore” and has been advised that this including taking her bed apart and packing/ loading on the truck. My daughter packed the boxes herself.   The quotation was for 39 boxes (we just used 11 boxes) along with also her furniture (one room studio material ).   We’d get another quotation from another firm (wish I’d gone together ) which has been somewhat higher so that I picked these men.   BIG MISTAKE.   Therefore, Daniel Contreras says and calls I Must do a deposit of $359.18 together with my charge card and then when the driver comes to pick up the merchandise, I am to pay him a money order or cash (each motorist money order only) in the sum of $495.92 and then when he gets to Louisville, KY to fall off merchandise, need to pay him another $495.92.   They called to say they’d pick up on Friday 5/29/2015 that was the”dispatch” individuals.   But then, the driver known to say on way 5/28/2015 and also gave a 3 hour window to pickup….well that he had been THREE hours ago the Most Recent time around the 3 hours window to pick up the merchandise.   So, the agreement says around 21 times however the driver says”will likely be per week in most”.   So, 15 days after I call dispatch, leave message and Nobody calls back.   I wait till its been 17 days, telephone dispatch and Nobody calls back.   So then daily 18 because they picked up the things I get a call from”Tina” who states your merchandise will arrive on 6/16/2015.   So I am somewhat less annoyed since somebody finally called.   The motorist calls to state products will arrive between 8am and 11am on 6/16/2015, nicely now at 12:47 pm we get a telephone (after calling motorist ourselves) and are advised that the merchandise will not arrive till between 5-7 pm rather than So, at 6:20 pm, zero goods….call motorist, and therefore are asked”what time zone you in?” I state eastern time zone (you need to be kidding me, I can’t make this stuff up!) He then says that the delivery will not be until like 9:30 pm or so….or I will bring tomorrow.   I say NO bring now, as we already arranged our schedules for the current delivery.   Eventually arrives and will not take money order since it has to be postal money order never from my lender.   To top off all this, recall over the quotations?   Well on delivery day that I receive an email from”Tina” stating we spend $973.65 when goods arrive and Must be paid money order or cash so We Must scramble for $973.65 in money at 10 pm!   I spent the afternoon arguing with Tina within the Purchase Price change like I could not see how it could be a lot more if we really had 28 less boxes than at the actual quote through mails.   She advised me that the”initial quote was a quote”  (a quote off by FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS).     She cried when I had been”misled” with this Jeff Gore and called me to the first quotation,  HOWEVER this quotation Can’t be recovered on email because when link is clicked, a pop up says”this sequence en route please phone customer support” so that I really do call and get placed on hold then dispersed FIVE times now.   I request Jeff Gore and of course he’s there but will not come to the telephone.   The woman on the telephone is copying out loud what I am saying for her so that I know that’s so whoever is in the area with her can understand what I am saying. If she asks”what would you want him to get” I say, tell him that I Want to Speak to him since I’m pi**erectile off and want to Go over the rationale with him.   Well, big surprise, no return call.   So things arrives at about 10 pm and attracted in my home (my living room) finishing up at 1 am.   I must have been leary if the last two payments must be cash or money order (postal money order) only.   Stay away from this place If You’re Able to.   I Can’t speak to their other offices but do not utilize the Colorado one!

    I recommend them

It’s a crystal clear cut proposal that American moving techniques gave me supreme aid for my move. I had been totally counting them on and they did not irritate me as the preceding ones did. They were able to manage all of the things with best care and deliver it to the degree I anticipated. No breakage difficulty or no reduction. My walls and flooring were also safe from any scrape. I’d say I received my stuffs transferred from MD to VA in a really competitive budget.  Highly advised.

The Movers that Never Showed Up

July 1, 2015   American Moving Systems,       I recently scheduled a movement using American Moving Systems. I reserved the transfer over 2 weeks ahead of time and paid the $350 security deposit at that moment. I had been scheduled to proceed on Saturday, 6/27, together with the understanding that I had a backup date of Sunday 6/28 at Case the movers were running behind or mechanical failure occured.   Saturday 6/27-The afternoon of this move came, (Saturday) and once I didn’t hear by the movers from that day I contacted Lincoln Morris (the guy who advised my move to AMS) through email. He responded within the hour, also said that my transfer could be happening on the backup day (Sunday 6/28) and told me that the drivers could be calling me another day to inform me of their pickup time.   Sunday 6/28-Sunday passed with me dutifully sitting by the telephone waiting for the guaranteed movers. For the next day in a row that the movers didn’t arrive. I phoned and left many voicemails and emailed Lincoln Morris back again. No one reacted. Nobody contacted me to inform me with a delay. In 9pm on Sunday night that I finally got a call from dispatch. They explained that my transfer order was not filed by surgeries, and that the drivers were unaware that the movement was scheduled. They advised me that they should Have the Ability to maneuver me Monday evening.   Monday 6/29-Five hours has been spent Monday morning trying desperately to get ahold of a person in customer support who might inform me what was happening. I talked with Angela, Tina, Payla, Shelby, Margarite, and Frank.   All expressed their condolences to your error and wait patiently and provided”to start looking to it” but none provided a solution. They offer to refund my deposit, but considering the time that I have spent, I choose to provide AMS an opportunity to fix their error. Ultimately Monday day, Margarite advised me that my transfer was rescheduled for Tuesday 6/30 and that a carrier would phone to confirm the time.   Tuesday 6/30- Tuesday morning cried, and that I called the customer support line to verify my move. I had been educated and ensured that my transfer would occur that day, and that the company would contact me using a particular time period. Once more I dutifully sat by the telephone for the movers to phone. At 4pm I got a telephone call from Frank. Frank advised me that my transfer would Once More be postponed”because of mechanical difficulties” and that I’d be transferred Wednesday morning, bright and early, and that I would be the first man of this day to be packaged and moved.   Wednesday 7/1-Wednesday morning rebounds. Now I had been 5 times ago my first shift date (An whole small business week). Once more I called customer service to verify my move. The agent contacted dispatch, also verified that my transfer would be happening involving 10-12, and once more I waited. When noon came and passed I contacted customer support, and was ensured by Kenneth that they would check in the wait and contact me. Two hours after (2pm) I got a call from Frank, the movers are on the road and are there in half an hour! A hour and a half passes…no movers. I phone again at 3:30pm and’m moved to the supervisor, Shawn, that guarantees me the movers are on the street today and are there in moments.   I explain in detail to Shawn the 5 days of continuous lies I have been exposed to (“the movers are coming tomorrow, we guarantee”), the whole absence of communication and the fact nobody reacts to voicemails or proactively calls to inform me of changes-if I was not on the telephone for hours each day I wouldn’t ever receive any advice in relation to this move, and much more importantly the time and money that this 5 day delay has cost me. I clarified to Shawn that since I wasn’t moved out in my first shift date (6/27) I had been made to cover my landlord $150 so as to put away my possessions for weekly. I was also forced to cover hotel Sunday-Wednesday Due to the delay (a $432 complete ).   Shawn confessed my hardship, however, said there was nothing he can do (not even a reduction on the speed ). He explained that the drivers had been on the street to my house and are there in moments!   Now I reached my tolerance level, the idea of sitting with no movers showing up and becoming a second days delay was excruciating. (I’d like to note that the real movers didn’t contact me until after that day (ie 6 hours after not 10 minutes Shawn promised), which apparently Shawn never informed them that I was no more being transferred by their own company.   I wanted a refund in my safety deposit and said I’d be taking my business elsewhere. Shawn refused to provide me back the deposit. I inquired how he would justify maintaining my safety deposit, when his firm was the person who failed to maintain the contracted movement date of 6/27. And how they can refuse to repay me once I gave them 5 days to fix their error, and that the movers repeatedly never showed up and never contacted me with flaws. Shawn refused to react rather than gave me the refund.

    Happily relocated

It’s a long way from Silicon Valley, MD into Phoenix, AZ.. But I could not just move with no stuffs I’ve purchased more than years and decades of attempts. I hired American moving techniques to handle my transfer to Phoenix. I must provide it to Mike and his own boys. They’re absolutely fantastic. They’re punctual, attentive, efficient, very well trained. I didn’t even have to educate them considerably. All my possessions were packed, filled and sent to my new house by those perfectionists.

    Total Disaster

They had been 3 days late picking up and stated it’d be two to 21 days delivery period. They delivered in 27, but stated they weren’t late since they do not count weekends.  Boxes were smashed and piled with big ones piled on top of small ones. No heed has been taken to boxes which were marked”this side up”.  My most phone calls prior to the pick-up and throughout the 27 days, were either not answered or that I had been told they’d look into it and call me backagain. They did not call me back. 1 thing missing is a part of a hand carved seat that my husband’s great grandma made. It had been packaged in 3 bits. The cushions and back came, but the bottom together with all the arms and legs did not. Whenever I found it missing, I phoned and Stacy said she’d call the motorist and return to me. She never got back to me and is not available to answer when I call backagain. That seat was in the family for more than 200 decades. It’s irreplaceable and no good to anybody else.  To submit a claim I must experience MovingClaims.net. It takes at minimum 30 days to receive a reply and I must leave everything that’s broken just how it is until afterward.   That means I will not have a kitchen table since it’s a broken leg.  Not only was that the movement a catastrophe, the customer support is nonexistent.
I would like my seat back!

    They deliver in tenfold

I wasn’t pleased about my move out of Silver Spring, MD to Atlanta, GA.. I simply didn’t wish to proceed. Fortunately, American moving procedures needed good care of all of my shifting pressures. They had been simply magicians. The guy on the telephone gave me a very fair quote which was just the beginning of this. The men barged in like a machine that was squishy plus they must work quickly. Every bit of my possessions got the identical attention and attention. I had been expecting they’d carelessly toss my stuffs around and onto the trucks. However they really delivered to cautiousness. You simply can not ask for more out of a moving business.

    Horrible experience

I’ve used professional movers many times, many were great experiences but the movers had been dreadful beyond words. Their communication is bad, they use unethical methods.  For example require a deposit, half of the fee paid in pick-up and since I needed to change where my material has been sent I needed to cover the balance prior to shipping and subsequently was billed the following 725.00 for shipping into the new site. They needed money before they’d even float. They were overdue picking-up and bringing in.  My furniture has been ruined. Things which were very well packaged with me were also broken.  As I’ve stated I have moved ahead and never had that sort of expertise. I understand how to package things well. My mattress was filthy.  There was even dried bud within one of my own boxes. They weren’t careful in any respect.  DON’T USE THIS COMPANY should you really care about your items!!!  I feel like I have been mistreated. I really could go on and on but I still haven’t even unpacked everything. I had a tiny load and has been charged way too much.

    Moved to Boston with ease

I don’t have any shame in admitting that I am a lazy individual. Thus, when I needed to proceed from Silver Spring, MD to Boston, MA, I hired American moving systems to maneuver my stuffs. It is always easier to employ a potent organization into the job than attempting to get it done all on your own. They really saved me so much tension and money. Their quote was quite honest and the guys were all very well trained. Nothing was overlooked by these and all of my stuffs were packaged, loaded, transported and delivered economically. Can I mention that I did not need to do anything?

A review cannot sum up how good they are

It is in fact not easy to discover efficient moving businesses. Last month I hired American moving systems to move my possessions from Silicon Valley to Detroit. They were simply fantastic. The movers were very hard working and effective. They wasted no time in packing and loading my own stuffs. It is a fantastic thing once I was paying them from the hour. They were quite exact with all the packaging though. They made sure all of my breakables were safely packaged. They took just 3 hours to package my 4-bedroom home. They gave me a three day window to your delivery but the shipping was created on the very first day. All my items were in fantastic condition and I could not be happier. It is nearly impossible to locate such efficient and professional movers nowadays.

    American Moving Systems = Thieves

I was planning to employ American Moving Systems to move furniture from Colorado to California to get a my new business enterprise. Shannon Nealy was the representative helping me.  They gave me a quotation and we advised them to pick this up. They required a deposit of $350.00. I receive a call from the driver on the shipping day and he states there isn’t any way he’ll pick this up furniture to the price I was quoted. Rather he quotes me 3 times greater than the initial quote. I say never head and I’ll find somebody else. Then he calls me back an hour later saying he’s scrutinizing the furniture. Then I receive a call in the warehouse in which my furniture is stating that the driver is causing problems and they believe that he isn’t trustworthy. I then call back the driver suggesting to him to not touch my furniture that I will discover different arrangements. I’ve made a lot of efforts to receive my refund of $350.00 back from American Furniture Systems and they are still not going to respond. They’re THIEVES!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING. You Missing 2 Boxes? Me too. (CO to FL)

Delivery last week at FL – 2 boxes of products don’t belong to me & I am overlooking two boxes. In the event that you had a current movement which might have been over a CO-FL course, please react with method to join if you’ve got my boxes or desire your own espresso machine, Bullet, pots/pans, cooking utensils, pillows/blankets/zebra carpet, etc.. Both large containers had mild blue moving decals #s 0001 & 002 (my decals were reddish – motorist should have been colour blind). Calls and emails to AMERICAN MOVING SYSTEMS Client Service (Tel. 720-763-9040, dispatch@americanmovingsystems.net) aren’t being returned so attempting to locate owner – and possibly my lost boxes – through Reviews. So far as the transfer expertise – HORRIBLE. Every fear I’d came true. Bad communication involving pickup/delivery. Boxes crushed, furniture ruined (leg onto a thick wood seat was broken off). COMPLETE DISRESPECT for owners possessions. Certainly not just my possessions as the 2 boxes belonging to somebody else reveal damage too. UNPROFESSIONAL motorist and dispatch agents. “Holly” was useful at Thornton, CO office.  Looking through testimonials, many negative reviews appear to possess CO pickup place – like mine – so advise that you stay away from this business working from Thornton, CO.. They took great money but supplied VERY lousy support.

Please do not use this company

This firm was dreadful. They’re fine once you create your appointment as well as the motorist is there to pick up and then it all goes down hill. The motorist said and called my furniture was oversize which it certainly isn’t. He explained it’d cost more money to maneuver it. It turns out they did not take half of everything they were supposed to and then billed. When the things they did take ultimately came LATE most were damaged and missing. The driver said that he had been an Indian rather than a Chief  and  wouldn’t assist. A few of the things he  attempted to convince me were mine and that I said they  weren’t and that he said to accept it or he would throw it out since he had no thought that it belonged to.  I now have contacted the BBB, filed a police report for theft, I’m also working with my homeowners insurance. I aspire to submit a lawsuit shortly.  In case you have problems with this business, and I’m sure you will, please contact your BBB and file a complaint. Do not allow the people today make the most of you. A pic of that which did eventually appear of a single piece of furniture is attached.

Items picked up on June 22.   Ironically we had more boxes than anticipated but once we’d attempted to phone the day before to inform the firm which, we were automatically placed on hold for over 20 minutes.   We called a few times and were unable to speak with anybody.   The team and driver that came the following day were very great.   Quick, courteous and efficient.   And out there – it all went horribly wrong. We were advised that we’d have 30 days free storage.   But by July 2 (11 days following pickup) we received a call from somebody Named Josh (afterwards called Sean however in fact that was not is title either) that we would have to take delivery immediately.   We did not have anyplace to put the cargo and scurried around to get a storage facility.   Then we had been told that there May Be an extra $1000 fee Due to the truck that the things were around and it May Be an issue creating the delivery.   That driver was rude and violent and aggressive.   The items were subsequently delivered on July 8 with a Really polite crew.   They were fast and efficient.   That was the final of some favorable connections with American.   7 things are missing.   We had been advised the exterior wood furniture needed bugs (pressure treated timber ).   We offered to get it handled by a pest management firm – we offered to have it picked up in their warehouse and so Forth.   Here we are a month after, e-mails Aren’t answered, calls Aren’t answered or returned.   We Can’t figure out where our things are.   And then we received a call stating they’d be delivered in two days.   And nothing more was learned about this.   We’ve never heard from anybody about where the things are, If They’re missing, damaged etc..   Please, please do not sue that group – that the direction is dreadful.   The worker bees are beautiful but when there’s a issue, which there probably is, you’re out of luck.

    American Moving Systems

I discovered this business online to generate a little move for me personally. As a possible client they treated me nicely. After my goods had been picked up communicating became erratic as well as the dispatchers would frequently hang me up or lie about delivery standing once I called.  It seems the company contracts with motorists to provide the furniture. On the delivery day that the motorists were stuck in a gas station since the gas offered to them from American was not any good. I needed to visit the channel and bond them out as my products were being held hostage. I paid the invoice from the money I needed to cover the remainder of the shifting price that has been expected at delivery. The drivers were very apologetic and explained that the AMS dispatcher advised them to lie to me regarding the card and tell me that they had a”mechanical problem”. Under no circumstances will I ever use this business. Beware.

I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE MY RESERACH !

My things had been picked up by American Moving Systems through its own window period on July 9,2015. I had been told my purchase rep Marc Manuel that things could be deliveried within seven days. Well seven days turned into a month and a number of days. As previous complaints have reacted / documented and that I WOULD AGREE! … This organization is great about making a purchase but after your items are chosen who understands where they proceed to next or in the event that you are ever going to find them again. I made many phone calls to clients dispatch and service and each time was lied also or hurry off the phone. When I was asking about my possessions. I, myself produced numerous phone and delivered emails which were never replied. I was listened to mulitple occasions by dispatch that my things were on it way and was even giving a bogus driver name and advice who’d be delivering things. My things did eventually showed up on Aug 17, and each of my boxes were damanged like my mattress and kitchen table (that I need to substitute ). My mattress was deliveried moist and filthy ( not certain how it got wet and filthy ). In addition, I have a lot of things missing and they charged me an additional $120 bucks for who knows what. But, I wanted my things. Additionally, I discovered the American Moving System hirings drivers from throughout the county along with the motorist that shipping my things hired helpers out of Craigslist. I really could go on and on about the disrespect, lack of communication, and burglars that this provider is. So all in all I won’t ever use this AMS and will probably be submitting a complaint to Better Business and calling the authorities. To get a reassurance remember and only get a

    CO to CA

We just moved out of Littleton into Sacramento, (August 1st) with American Moving Systems help. It had been the best transfer experience we’d so much and we’ve been moving around a good deal! The team was very professional, respectful to our house and punctually. The sale agents Jordan Cross and Allen Bagwell gave me a lot of fantastic recommendations to lessen the price tag. They’re friendly, honest and very professional. Allen Bagwell was our movement – accountable individual. He supplied us buys and all packaging stuff, since I requested to pack boxes myself. He’s quite friendly, and professional. The entire time, he strove to program everything on time together with all the various time zones and constantly was in communicating with us to be able to notify us with the newest updates and other information. The delivery and loading crews in our houses also did an wonderful job. Tony, Chad, and Roger were the titles of those guys who assisted us with loading in Littleton. It had been the most wonderful thing ever to see them be so careful with our boxes and furniture. The entire team had a very favorable, fantastic mood that made our stressful day far better. Additionally, the shipping team in Sacramento: Alvin, Raul, and Jose were rather fast and professional. Everything was sent into the 4th floor and constructed with no scratch. I am so happy we picked American Moving Systems to assist us with the movement and we are extremely thankful to the total team who helped us move our property! Fantastic job guys and keep up the fantastic work!

    Deserves Zero Stars - Nightmare

Really wish we’d done more study. This business deserves zero stars.    TL; DR – Can your own research. Read all paperwork prior to signing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.           On Friday afternoon, we had been advised that the truck crew could be there between 7-8 AM. From 9 AM, with no contact in the business, we needed to phone them to inquire where the truck had been. Truck didn’t arrive in our location till 10AM because half of the 7-8 individual shifting staff was 3 towns off. Side note; however we were told that this business Wasn’t a broker and/or didn’t work with agents, the truck turned into a leased Penske truck.           During bunch up, we’d all boxes packaged; they shot aside furniture and wrapped this up rather nicely. Finding all things from the home and to the truck took approximately 3-3.5 hoursper day. Never employed a moving company earlier, not certain what to anticipate time-wise. Since the staff was moving the material from the home, Leader A was immediately going over paperwork by father, putting a newspaper facing him and describing what was about it, then asking signature. Dad had a lot of paperwork before him which he needed to simply spend the man’s sentence and signal and proceed. MISTAKE. Should they ask you to sign paperwork, then read everything. Additionally, it’s fantastic to have all parties concerned in your side there in the moment. That way everybody has and understands precisely the Identical narrative.            Additionally during bunch upward, Leader B has been determined that they would need to send the truck into our new location next moment. But, we’d previously agreed upon a subsequent date when selecting them since we wouldn’t sign to our new house for another few days. Leader A intervened and verbally assured us that they’d have the ability to provide the next Tuesday (day 3)”no difficulty”. That was after he put a call into the Corporation.           After we close to the new home and also arrive, we wait patiently for them to appear that Tuesday. Again, without a very first contact in the business, we must phone and ask where they’re. Most On-Holds,”left-wing not speaking to Right Hand”, also Not-Sures, after, we’re finally told that they cannot provide now. We’ve got each taken off work to become in the home because they verbally told us it’d be this afternoon. The people on the telephone afterward remind us that the contracts that we hastily signed say they’ve 2-10 business days to provide our products. NOT BEING TOLD this throughout registering, all of us have just packed one bag apiece. We’ve barely any toiletries and haven’t intended to get a ten day delay.           Halfway during the ten day wait, we’ve heard nothing back. AGAIN, we must be the ones to get them to inquire whether they have an ETA to our stuff. Since they’re looking to our accounts , we find out that they can’t even tell us in which the automobile is. They May Be in Mexico selling off our possessions, so Far as we understand.           Waiting, waiting, waiting. FINALLY, 9 days after, we’re called and advised that the vehicle and staff is going to be in our speech”at pm or earlier”. We again all take off work at around 11AM to be prepared to go whenever they arrive. From 1:30PM, nobody has ever established. We have again received NO FIRST CONTACT. We must call a part of this business (at Florida) who also cannot originally tell us in which the vehicle is, plus they must call a different component of the enterprise to discover before phoning us back          When they really do call us again, they all state that our things are a condition away and so are being loaded on a truck as we talk. WE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE that the things would be taken out in the very first truck. Remember , this wasn’t a big 18-wheeler with a number of homes’ possessions. It was just our things. We’re told to”wait only a little while longer” and”they will appear”. In the end, in 2PM, we receive a call in the exact people in Florida. They tell us again that they are only now loading the truck up and will arrive at a different two HOURS. All of Us could be operating during this period but have needed to wait because again, the left hand and right hand Weren’t communicating with each other or their client.           It is 3:15PM and we are all sitting in the ground of the living space. We’ve got no furniture, no more silverware to eat out of, no beds to sleep on, and are continuing to wait with this truck. Although we expect it’s going to be here now as we’ve been”confident” it’ll , we genuinely hope you could bypass this horrible, nightmarish firm.

    Different companies and owners

AMERICAN MOVING SYSTEMS IN OVERLAND PARK KANSAS is a superb COMPANY!I do not know what to think about the scenario here? There are 6 American Moving Systems businesses, and I am a sales rep for these working from Kansas. I am presently on board along with different workers to sign a petition to change our business name. It resembles that anybody who used among those 6 A.M.S entities, are submitting reviews on this site. My name is Dave Glenn, also you won’t find one bad review that’s been registered together with my name in it! Do some of you understand that a number of the reviews you see are imitation? Moving companies are so aggressive that salesman just like me do not do so } file bogus negative testimonials against oneanothers firms to influence the gain margin in their own favor. You can’t expect these”review” sites! Websites such as these don’t research the positive, or negative remarks that are filed against the businesses represented. Sure, many testimonials are actual, but many aren’t. There’s not any way to inform. You have to have a look at the firms Better Business Bureau page, I’ve comprised our B.B.B link under. We’ve had just 3 complaints registered with the B.B.B in the previous 3 decades! Let us see the large three Allied, Mayflower, and United defeat that! We’re based from Overland Park Kansas, also we’ve got a fantastic firm. I know that it’s confusing to submit a review when you’ve got 6 distinct businesses, who are independently owned working under the exact same generic name. It is sad that a copyright was not registered, to make certain that the name could not be employed by other businesses. That is damaging our organization, and I hope that we change our title. At times, things which are done by a single firm, are wrongly negatively filed against  a different company with a confused client. I can see where the confusion could be great. Please, check us out by clicking on our B.B.B link which I submitted below. It is not reasonable to lose clients, due to different men errors. Hey, all of us mess up from time to time, however 99 percent of the time we receive it done right. Please, expect us to manage your move. Thank you, and bless you!                                 bbb.org/kansas-city/busi…

Is there a less than poor option? HORRIBLE!

I am helping my aunt go and they hired this provider. Transferring is insanity anyways, but with dreadful movers makes it even worse. They’re extremely tough to get a grasp of. You pay a good deal of money upfront. They never call you back and that they kept transferring the date that my aunt had to keep taking time from work for. We ended up having a Uhaul to place everything in her home in so that the folks that purchased her home could proceed in. We still waited for the movers plus they had been a no show phoned every hour on the hour eventually got a hold of somebody , they put her on hold, they came back and informed us they’d need to call us  backagain. They never did. Additionally they never arrived. No communicating only HORRIBLE.

    HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE

American Moving Systems is your worst”firm” EVER. I had a dreadful experience together finally end up with my most valuable items stolen. This provider is wholly sure they SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!

They gave me two hours notice of when they’d appear. They showed up 4 hours late and occasionally dark. Four guys showed around my flat at the black and”packed” my things to the truck. They showed up with a more compact truck and said I’d incur a charge since the larger truck couldn’t match when the larger truck can in reality match. They billed me an unnecessary extended haul fee. They used my bathroom without asking. They broke my lover and pushed it in my own cupboard.

They wrapped up my sofa and then laughed saying it was not wrapped correctly. Then chose to reveal a photo of how it must happen to be laughed and wrapped.

They had me sign a contract at the dark I could hardly see. They stated that I was able to select a date for when I wanted my own things dumped off and it might come daily.

As soon as I attempted to get in touch with the business around when my materials could be coming that they said they did not understand. They always told me that I would need to make myself accessible at their own convenience, but could not tell me whether the truck could arrive in 30 days or 5 times. I needed to remove work unnecessarily more than once in panic they’d appear and I wouldn’t be there since my storage device was a hour off.

After they did show up they showed up in a vehicle not possessed by the”firm”. The driver explained it had been his very first day working for your organization and that he’d hired someone from craigslist to help transfer my belongings off the truck to the storage device. They showed up with broken objects and MISSING things. I had been overlooking 5k in things complete.

As soon as I attempted to get in touch with the business about my lost things they blocked my telephone calls and gave me the run around. Now they’ve completely disappeared together with my things.

Fraud at it's finest! Run as fast as you can!

Don’t, I repeat, don’t conduct business with this firm! Run quickly! My spouse and I made the greatest mistake ever by trusting within this provider. We’re a military family that reliable within this business to finish a full scale move for all of us by Ft.Carson, co workers to California at the start of June 2015. Upon scheduling our transfer, they demanded a deposit of $1,253.25. We refused to cover the deposit before somebody came into our home to perform a portion of our home in order that they could give us a precise quote about the amount it would cost us to transfer our whole family. The estimator which came out has been incredibly pleasant and very educated. He managed to answer all of my questions and worries with no hesitation, which set our minds at ease. It took us a few days to create a
Last decision on whether or not we were going to conduct business together. Throughout this time, they predicted literally daily for us to fasten our date. We made a decision to move ahead and cover the deposit. Everything went as planned prior to the day of the scheduled pickup. They were assumed to be in the home by 9 am on July 6th to start moving our belongings, but nobody showed up and nobody called. My husband named Stacy (the man who delivered us the contract and remained in contact with us before our pickup date) to find out what was happening. He explained that they could not catch on the army installation because allegedly the moving team did not have identification on them to introduce to the gate guards. To begin with, they all knew we stumbled upon a military installation hence why they wouldn’t attract identification is past me and second, I find it rather difficult to think that not one of those four men and women in the moving team didn’t have a identification on these.
Rather than picking up the telephone to call myself or my spouse when they were allegedly stuck in the gate, then they chose to leave rather than notify us before we needed to telephone them hours later to discover the reason they never revealed. Then he told us that they
Will do the transfer the next day, which had been the alternative pickup date if something should happen to go wrong on the first pickup date. He assured us that the team will be in our home no more than 9 am. So 10 am awakened on us and still no team. We called to confirm the status without any response. An hour
Afterwards, he eventually calls back us and informs us that the driver of this truck had to quit in the hospital in route to our home out of Denver because allegedly his expectant wife was having issues and had been admitted to the hospital and the motorist wasn’t likely to leave the hospital before his wife got discharged. Stacy stated he was planning to focus on getting out another truck to our home that afternoon and could return to us. Hours pass by without a call. We called and called and called but no response! Now, it was already after two pm. He finally called us back and explained that he couldn’t get another truck to us. Then he provided to cancel our relocation for a complete refund! He inquired for our email and said that a test could be sent to individuals together with our entire refund in 10 business days! Aside from the annoyance They put us through, we still had religion
That we’d get our refund as promised. 10 business days passed and still no test in the email. We also called and talked to Allen (so the booking supervisor ) to test the condition of the check. He explained that the test was only sent and to expect receiving it over another 5 business days. 7 business days have passed and still no attention! We predicted yet again and has been advised that the test has been returned to them because it had been delivered to our speech in Colorado Springs rather than to the address that we gave them. And mind you. They affirmed the email to people on many occasions! Allen told us that they will resend it and asked us to give it another 5 to 7 business days! Nicely, 7 business days have passed again and still no test!! We called, called, called, called, called and called, but no response. Now
They were blowing off all of our efforts at getting in touch with them. In the past voicemail which my spouse left them, he clarified his frustration with the organization and his disappointment with their unprofessionalism and lack of communication. He additionally said on the research that he was planning to start writing reviews about the provider to ensure other families may choose not to do business together particularly any army households at Colorado Springs, because it’s regarded as a massive army town and may possibly interfere with any company that American moving systems can get from these! Soon after my husband left that phone, we obtained the email from”info@americanmovingsystems.Net” that the office had been closed for another two weeks and the owner said he’d issue a refund once he first returns from Bolivia. In accordance with this
Email, they did not have anybody at work to sign tests. Once more they assured us that our refund could be issued, but this time it had been actually writing! In addition they stated in the mail that the proprietor stated if anybody writes any testimonials
He won’t trouble the refund! So here is my issue apart from the fact that this provider is literally holding our cash to ransom and threatening not to give this to us when we write a poor review. We literally caught them in a lie since
    1) they initially told us that the very first check they sent was returned because of them sending it into a wrong address; two ) they stated they provide the test to the right speech; and 3) they send an email requesting us to wait for two weeks since the proprietor is outside of town and he’s the only one who can signal for tests. These excuses after excuses make us feel that they never delivered a test at the first position, since if they did, why do they have to await the owner to come back to signal a check which was allegedly sent not once but two to people?!?! It’s now been more than 4 weeks and we still have not got our refund of $1,253.25! We have talked for the business several times since then but it’s always a justification following a justification! Please please please don’t conduct business with this business. They aren’t a legitimate business. They’re a fraud and they’ll take your cash — Shannon, Allen, Stacy (person ), and Stacey (girl ) do not expect any one of these. They’ll talk a Great game Initially and completely twist
    You in the Long Run!

    Move from Colorado to Chicago

It ended up being a nightmare of a movement. The packaging in For Collins was simple and friendly, but nothing went well then. Aside from the issue of not getting a certain date to the coming from Chicago, the passing took indefinitely, the motorist requested more cash compared to contract (together with the danger that he would only drive off with my belongings ), vanished for hours on handand hired two teens for doing his own job, ruined the elevator and had been ineffective and unprofessional. Furthermore, tons of my boxes have been crushed along with the material ruined. Some bits of furniture, which they had packaged, was ruined along with a floor lamp has been lost. As soon as I attempted to find some aid, they did not answer the telephone. As soon as I was able to speak to Stacey (she stated she’s the operator and is currently in Florida) she promised me I would get compensated for most of the harm. I registered the claim (for a total of 1500 ), send a lot of images without having a dime. I guess that they blocked my telephone number since I never could get through again.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

American Moving Systems (AMS) did not deliver my things for TWO MONTHS after they said they’d. My things had been picked up on August 17th, 2015 and that I had been told they’d be sent to September 1st. On August 31st I called because I had not heard about a shipping period plus AMS me it might be up to 21 business days AFTER September 1st (first time I heard that), but they could not give me an estimated date of shipping. I phoned daily to acquire an upgrade after which they stopped answering my phone calls. Allow me to remind you that they’d EVERYTHING of mine at this time. They simply delivered my stuff after my institution’s attorney got involved and also wrote a demand letter.

When it had been delivered, I had been overlooking one of my three wardrobe boxes which had all of my fine work clothing and gowns (roughly $4000 worth ) plus a nightstand. Several things were broken.

AMS advised me to keep tabs on each of the expenses brought on by the delay and I’d be reimbursed. I had about $2,500 in expenditures in the 2 weeks (recall I hardly needed ANYTHING with me to begin with). I moved through the movingclaims.net procedure and it was a total joke. My very first settlement was for $66. I dropped this settlement and obtained the following payoff of 116. Together with the missing boxes, delay and damages it cost me around $6,600, and that I got $116 back.

Please, I beg you, don’t use American Moving Systems. It could be more affordable than other high end moving businesses, however you’ll spend as much money dealing with them.
