    Great move

I had been referred to ADM with a buddy who used them for there go to FL. I phoned and talked to my salesman Joel and he walked me during my transfer from A to Z. I had numerous questions since I never moved from my home state earlier. Joel was fantastic he spent over an hour with me and left no rock unturned. He then moved 1 step farther and called my husband and answered each of his questions.Joel told me the way to package my glass,tv,and mattress’s to save me money. My motorist and his team were great I never saw somebody pack a truck so ideal they filled every place to the T. After the driver came to send that they put everything back where I needed it and also put my beds back together. I just need to say I never write things like this but I only had to urge this corporation. They all have been so helpful so in the Event That You go call American Discount Programs of FL…

Do Not Use this Company EVER

ADM promised to provide a moving agency and deceitfully tricked us into thinking the verbal arrangement was exactly what we were planning to get. Taking this business at their term we paid $826 to get a deposit to get their follow online support. In the long run, the support we received was by another provider, DT’s Quick Proceed at a truck which has been undersized and had extra fees each different provider’s recommendations. The first”not to exceed” ADM quote of $2,498.52 was raised by the new provider by 33 percent to $3,776. This does not include the trailer we all needed to let to match the stuff which didn’t match and cover for ourselves. At the conclusion ADM didn’t offer the support we agreed upon, they verbally lied to us, and then they turned their backs on us once we requested for assistance. Help yourself a stop using this business 9 April 2014

    Thank you

The business was true for their word. We had been assured the price would not change and it did not. At first I had been worried because the truck was overdue, but we predicted shipment and they dashed for us. Rob, Tony and the entire staff helped me every step along the way. From revising my stock to packaging information they had been excellent. When my furniture came everything was tidy and has been ruined. Thank you ADM team.

Please take the negative reviews seriously and run!!!!

Please don’t use this business!!! I simply had a move happen through them and it’s become the worst experience ever!!!! Not only did the company they didn’t appear when they said they’d. They had no idea they were supposed to pack us. I’ve tried calling American Discount Movers multiple occasions and can find no reply. Colby told me he’d be working together with me before the movement was completed. I’ve heard nothing from him because I paid the residue (despite several efforts to get him) I had been billed for moderate boxes, lamp boxes, television boxes, and also for your company to package us. The movers needed to go to home depot to purchase supplies and boxes in a grand total of 72. I was billed over $500 for the supplies. I needed to pack my own boxes while the movers loaded with the truck but nevertheless I was billed for packaging? The binding quotation I obtained said I might be billed for anything more than 100 feet, the movers billed me in 75 ft. Four video game programs were STOLEN throughout the transfer and still cant get a reply from them or the firm they hired. The even scarier thing was when the truck came back to pick it up had the firm name on it and if they arrived to send it had a bit of cardboard taped over the first name with another name written together with distinct D.O.T numbers. There are Lots of other items I can write to dissuade you from utilizing these men but hopefully this Is Sufficient to allow you to run far away from these!!!!!   It’s been three months since my move and I still get no reply from western discount movers!!!

    GREAT Experience

Before submitting my shifting review I chose to read the others which were previously published. I must state with relief my loved ones and I had a wonderful EXPERIENCE using”ADM” and don’t have any important complaints. Our movers came inside the window we had been given..everything was packaged and filled up attentively (TRUST me that I saw over them like a ONE EYED HAWK) The movers were so tidy and presentable and feel it or never talked english and had their teeth all!! I had been impressed!! Not once did my husband need to lift a finger to help out. The men worked out of the time that they got there till the previous box was about the truck!! After our possessions came to our new house matters were scoured exactly the exact same manner they had been outside on the truck without any incident!! Because of this market we actually could not afford to provide the men over PB&J sandwich using a ice cold bottle of Zephyrhills because of hint. . .but our movement went so well we discovered a way to thank the men and made sure that they left having a lil extra money because of that hard work. . . I’ll be advocating ADM to all of friends and relatives!! Thanks again Men!!

    American Discount Movers

I was really dissapointed with American Discount Movers and I’d not, ever, ever use them again.   Can I say not?! They seemed like professionals, spoke a Fantastic game and when they had a third party delivery business out of NJ select uip my items the communicating along with the professionalsism went south.   I clearly said that I wanted my items from the 22nd of April. I booked my reservations at the first portion of this first week of April. Howard said it would and could be done.   I phoned and talked to him later in the week and informed me that I had to add a couple of items to the load.   He explained that it Wasn’t a Issue and that a few Added items Wouldn’t change the Purchase Price.   He originally listed just 54 things on the bill.   After he said this I was not able to get him on the telephone to bring the extra things and thus was inaccessible to correct the stock list.   After many telephone calls yet another sales person came on the telephone and said that Howard wasn’t any longer with the business. Many Valuable Movers of New Jersey picked up my items on April 12th; charged me an extra $700.00 in the quoted cost, left a lot of my items (I had to lose a lot of my fundamental belongings (kitchen dining table, chairs, mattress matress, book shelves and many boxes. My items haven’t arrived as of April 28th and once I contacted American Discount Movers they advised me that they no longer were accountable and gave me a # to Most aluable Movers.   I phoned them and they said to me that they had been regulated from the Department of Transportation and by legislation did not have to send my items for 21 business days.   They couldn’t tell me an expected date of birth for my proceeds as soon as I contacted them the week of the 29th they stated they were still looking for a carrier”moving in that way to plaec my burden with for final delivery. “After; pity on you double shame on me”

    Do not hire this company!!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Working together was a complete nightmare. The agent who first contacted me to aid with my movement was Mark. The firm seemed wonderful and anticipated that my move at a fantastic cost. I payed them the $450 deposit. I had been advised to contact Mark if I had some questions during the transfer. A couple of days prior to the move I had been contacted by a different broker Joel, to get a last stock checklist. He requested me more detailed questions, have you got a vacuumcleaner, a night stand, etc.,. I inquired Joel why Mark did not ask me these comprehensive questions from the beginning. Finally Joel stated I’d need to be cover an additional $250 since I’d be taking up more of this moving van. I reluctantly paid an additional $250. Since the transfer was getting closer I’d some questions/concerns. I attempted to get Mark. Mark wasn’t any where available. Every time I called the business they’d put me through to client support. Customer support continued to place me on hold, or hang up the phone on me, stating they had been having phone problems. Every day, Mark had been MIA. The day prior to my transfer I got a call stating the carrier couldn’t come on the scheduled pickup date and it might be a few more days. Tried to talk to Mark, and”customer support” fails to put me through. In the end, this business wasn’t dependable and also a nightmare to take care of. Since they did not assist me about the scheduled pickup date, I had been made to find last minute assistance from a local business, causing me even more stress and cash. I’m still in the process of attempting to find some type of refund from the dreadful business. Don’t employ American Discount Movers, however great the cost is, it is not worthwhile!!!

    Excellent and smooth move!!!!!!!

I had been contacted by Anthony by ADM. I told Anthony that this is my very first out of state movement and was quite nervous. After talking with Anthony I felt quite confident. I had no doubts regarding siging using ADM.The movement itself was hassle free without any anxiety. They put all of my furniture in the correct rooms and place all up my beds. They even helped me hook up my T.V. and washer and drier. The driver was very proficient I was happy I needed them for  my first delivery. I strongly suggest ADM to anybody who wants to proceed. .

    Horrible......what a nightmare....

I believe this business just works once they feel like this. All of the other dreadful reviews we’ve read are place on!!!!! They pushed back the first move date into the subsequent week. Then the evening before the movement that the predicted and cancelled! Must have been a wonderful day and they didnt feel like going to get the job done. Must be nice! They believe the best way to handle an unhappy client is to hang them up after requesting”I dont know exactly what to tell you. Do you actually need all of your possessions?” They’re a joke. Today more money has been spent due to their lack of workforce. Please save yourself the hassle.

    No show/ scam.

I hired American Discount Movers to transfer me from Dallas into Lafayette Louisiana. Initially they seemed legit and professional.   They were quite considerate and considerate And then all of the following occurred. Pick up was likely to be yesterday morning but still have not heard from the organization or the movers. . Whatsoever.   I guessed it might have been an error and that they were shut on Sundays. . But no contact with anybody. Nobody is calling their telephone nor has anybody tried to get me.   The other reviews are true. Eli took my advice and stock and said he would be there the Entire way.   Another person called back last Wednesday to finalize stock and stated that he was unavailable.   He was still unavailabe on Friday but a person said movers could arrive Sunday afternoon between 630 and 1030 am. Don’t talked with anybody since then, nor will I get a hold of anybody.   So here I’m laying on my floor in Louisiana writing this review of a [EDIT] radio hushed no display tom foolery of a business. I’d email or call to cancel my order together. . However, I do not have a legitimate email to achieve them at now that I recognize it nor are they answering my repeated telephone calls. Probably will only deny that the intial deposit in my credit card invoice.    Like the man in a couple of reviews down said. . RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!   That’s all.

    DO NO USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had been a first timer to work with a moving business and after phoning a few choices I obtained the very best quote out of ADM and the earnings assoc Vinny talked me through exactly how everything goes. All of it sounded great till every thing he said was totally wrong and I wound up paying tens of thousands over my quotation cost! First I had been advised charge was based from weight. I really could go with the vehicle for first weight in and following what was loaded for fat growth. I was also educated big furniture could be dissasembled, wrapped and reasembled free of cost. If the movers came not only did he tell me it had been founded on cubic feet, so I also had to cover stuff to wrap big furniture along with the support to achieve that! This attracted my quote I had been granted up $600. After I had been told that the movement would take 5 times maximum, I chose to predict the comany and had been informed,”it’ll be there in a couple of days” using plenty of attiude and if I asked for particulars I even got hung up on! Following 9 days I eventually got a call stating they’d be there involving 1-2pm, at 9:30pm that they eventually revealed. I was signed newspaper demonstrating that my remaining balance was 186. The motorist has a newspaper using the buck amoun crossed out and a brand new $225 alongside my total. And that he couldnt describe why it had shifted. Also I was told I might pay using a personal check and upon coming he said I can cover just money. Clearly that made me wonder the growth. They also stated they wouldn’t reassemble all of the furniture which has been dissasembled, which had been contained in the purchase price.  My boxes were totally crushed along with a huge image damaged and broken. I’ve left Many voicemails Without a return for the Firm.   This business may LIE also SCAM you! DO NOT USE THEM!

    Poor service 2 stars

This business won’t return calls and also will program using a trucking firm who will place your furniture at a warehouse.  Then that corporation will likewise not return your requirements.  It took 19 times for the furniture to emerge in North Carolina to Florida (532 kilometers ).  My furniture spent 17 days at a New Jersey warehouse.  My furniture did arrive at good shape but my freezer needed scratches and dents and a base plastic cap broken.  Otherwise matters were Ok.  Customer service was very bad and they have been rude. The price that I was first quoted along with the end price went up over $1000 and that I just added 9 things none that were big bits!!!

    Long-distance move from Texas
    Very unsatisfied

My very first move across state began with a quotation from Mike (very pleasant, quite reassuring) from Austin, TX to Brooklyn, NY. He summarized everything in the quotation, for instance, true move up the staircase in my brand new brownstone (first floor free, every additional floor $50).  I gave my 2 day window (Friday-Saturday) however some arbitrary movers out of Houston called me Wednesday night and said that they had been arriving Thursday morning at 7 am no exception. Movers ended up arriving at 10 am on Thursday afternoon, so I needed to take off a few hours of job for them to transfer my possessions to a sketchy, unmarked truck, and they included an additional $300 since”it seemed like it might weigh more. “The Houston mover did not even get my things from Austin before a week later he picked them up, and every time that I phoned him he refused to call me back or allow me to know where my things were.Another two weeks afterwards, I needed to eliminate additional time out of my new job in New York to allow the new New Jersey movers go my things in my apartment. They had been postponed additional days since”a individual in Virginia could not pay for their things”.The New Jersey movers left me pay a second $300 to utilize a tiny u-haul truck because a semi truck could not fit in my road. Then they attempted to allow me to pay an additional $150 to move all of my things up the staircase when I already paid up this front with the agent Mike. The movers literally had to shoot a photo of my contract so as to think that I already paid for this. The classic vest that was”wrapped” had a enormous chip in numerous drawers I had to reglue and mend itself. A blanket chest was thrown all over the area and numerous pieces of jewelry and other things were dropped or found in random boxes. Half of my meals were broken, and numerous bags and other personal items were only loose inside their truck. A couple of glass and frames were broken regardless of being wrapped in mirror/frame boxes with bubble wrap wrapping. My toaster oven has been smashed in.  I wouldn’t reccommend this business to my worst enemy. Don’t use this organization. I found negative reviews before I used them and thought I would not be among these but I had been. They do not care for you, or your own possessions, and aren’t clear about their procedures.

    Thieves not movers

The telephone rings.   Vernon replies and determines an excellent, professional relationship.   We transact business and a contract has been signed.   The movers pick up my moms belongings.   THEN????? Nobody answers the telephones. Answering machines are complete and can not take any messages for Seven Days.   Eventually someone replies and sends my phone to”Dispatch.”   Only a fancy word for another Complete answering machine.   It seems that they subcontract the tasks and don’t have any control on how things are done.   I can not talk with anybody and my mothers home of amazing antique furniture is now gone! Do not go close to them, please!!!!! Learn from my lesson. Listen to this.

    Honesty an issue

I Would like to state upfront that all the data was at the contract and it is my own fault for not fully reading it; but in my defense, Vinnie of all American Discount Movers was past thorough in putting out each aspect of the movement and the 1 thing that he stated again and again and again is They only charge from weight.   This was really his chief selling point; his first quote of my occupation was 4000 Pounds and in .70 per pound additional, yet another 1000 pounds could just be another $700.   Except none of this was accurate, the movers that arrived (all the men who did the transfer were outstanding, however they had nothing to do with Vinnie or even American Discount Movers that as it turns out are all agents who do not move anything themselves — who alone is reason to not utilize them) did not care for weight, the only thing they moved by was cubic feet along with my allocated cubic feet wound up doubling.   I Wouldn’t have gone together had I known concerning the cubic feet condition.   As is, it’d cost me nearly exactly twice the quote and if the lead inspector had not done some playing around with all the figures, it probably would have been just another $2K past that.   I’d in no way ever recommend American Discount Movers.

    DO NOT HIRE

I hired American Discount Movers to transfer me out of WA State into FL. The sales guy was Colby. As soon as I received my quote out of Colby he stated they moved by wieght and as soon as the movers arrived they said that they moved by distance. My furniture is all over sized (Very Big) attempted phoning Colby and they wouldnt allow me to talk to him. Till this day per month and a half that I still havent managed to converse with him. They had me from the Balls since I was leaving two days following them. The Agency told me once I hit a certen lineup in the truck he’d come get me witch I did. I then needed to determine what else I wished to take or leave behind. It cost me $1000. More and that I didnt get to have everything. If they delievered my items my bedroom place every bit has scrapes and chips as well as also my bed framework is broken, and my amusement centre includes a massive hole at the trunk, theres just to much to record that was damage. The amount of broken items came into $10,016.49 afterward there were items stolen which arrived to $14,173.60!!!! The motorist hired some regional young guys to unload the truck while he slept. They had been carrying things off the truck which didnt belong to me personally. I wish I’d have transferred my self. Now im needing to cope with there insurance company and they simply give you sixty cents per pound and they stated it’ll likely be 3 to 4 weeks until this can be settled. What American Discount Programs do is employ a local business to come get your items then it belongs to an 18 wheeler. So god only knows how many times my items were thrown about.

    Terrible Experience

Vinny was an outstanding sales personnevertheless, nothing occurred as he promised that it would.  The business they subcontracted with (Bob Motawani, Worldwide Movers) was dreadful to use.  The driver came independently in an Penski truck free of contract or method of demonstrating that he had been contracted by American Discount Movers.  After an hour or so waiting for assistance, we made a decision to help load up the truck because of time restraints. Assist never came. The driver advised us that he’s advised to drive around and get a couple of helpers from the roads to proceed!  We’re horrified.  The truck Wasn’t weighed before or following delivery and clearly there was no one to carry stock (as promised).   Same thing about shipping –we informed him we did not need curbside recruited employees unloading our possessions, so that we unloaded the truck ourselves.  Horrifying expertise –please utilize somebody else.

If I could give them zero stars to signify precisely how awful they were, then I’d do this. I labored with Colby for the first quote and contract signing. He disturbs me several times that he could be there for me personally at any time up to and during my transfer; everything I needed to do was phone. I never was able to talk to Colby back again. A couple of days prior to my scheduled movement, somebody else from ADM phoned me personally and”revised” my quote, including an additional $450 for my deposit and raising the complete cost by only $900. That was bothersome, but I can manage it–still more affordable than many and I would rather know up front. On the afternoon of this transfer, the moving firm they hired demonstrated up (Sam out of Unlimted). They’d refused to cease and consider the truck just as indicated (and essential, otherwise you won’t ever understand just how much my substance weighs and so how much to bill me), also refused to proceed and do this when I inquired. Then they decided to bill me for a huge array of items I were ensured by ADM could not be a fee: another pickup place, stairs, space to the vehicle, tolls, mileage, and etc etc.. Next, since I was getting angry, Sam gave me at a flat rate of $4000 (greater than twice my first estimate and nearly $1200 over my”revised” quote ) to only move me. That sounded unnecessarily shady, so I denied. Throughout all of this, I’d put multiple calls into either Infinite and ADM. nobody picked up the telephone in either place to allow me to determine why things were so different today. Since items with Sam were so different from my deal with ADM, also because I had been now uncomfortable releasing my possessions into Sam (that he was obviously insane I was not complying), I sent him along with his helpers house. Only then, reluctantly, did somebody pick up the telephone at both Infinite and ADM. The girl at Unlimited phoned me dumb and hung me up. The folks at ADM were marginally more useful, but still generally unwilling to allow me to determine what to do this, except for reschedule my movement (in which, presumbably, I’d find exactly the identical bait and change ridiculousness). It was a dreadful, annoying, off setting, and finally entirely disheartening experience to use ADM. Because I hadn’t ever contracted with Infinite, all I could do is remind you never to ever work with ADM, or even to do this on your own risk and likely significantly higher monetary participation than you’re guaranteed at the start. I am currently in dispute together through my credit card company to receive back my deposit, because they did not bother to ship a moving company that could meet the contract I’ve signed with ADM (and so are bad at the guaranteed customer support to boot).

Total the business was dreadful. They showed up with a truck which was filled with crap and coulnd’t hold my items, the driver chased me out, and they refused to refund my deposit.  When I registered a complaint with the BBB, the 2 answers they wrote to me were the very unprofessional letters I’ve ever read. They personally attacked me, called me names, told me that I had troubles, and several many more things.  I wouldn’t proceed with in 10 ft of the this business if you’re seeking to move.  They lie and also have horrible support. ADM deserves to close its doors

My story is similar to Susan’s.   I had been scheduled to get a pickup on a Sunday out of 9-11a.   I’d called to confirm the time about the Thursday before and never received a call back.   I called on Friday and following two telephone calls (this ought to happen to be a warning) they affirmed the Moment.   I moved 300 miles to Satisfy the movers in the designated transferring time I’d been awarded, however, Sunday morning came and went.   I attempted to call ADM in Addition to the agents and could not get ahold of anybody.   I attempted to phone multiple times daily while waiting anxiously if anyone was planning to Appear.   There was absolutely no communication before that day at 6pm.   The motorist called to say that he might or might not appear the next day. (In what client driven business is this okay?) When I phoned ADM another morning to ask my deposit back because the movers had neglected to come back and get my items, forcing me to make alternative arrangements, they refused to reestablish my deposit since”I cancelled within Seven Days of the transfer”.   ADM deserves to shut its doors.   They make no thought for client’s time, possess a complete lack of communication, no concern for client satisfaction, and They’ll spin every word of the contract into their prefer to remove them from any wrongdoing.   Furthermore, ADM requires absolutely zero obligation for the movers that they contract out, which means They Can front for movers whose titles have even poorer satisfaction scores compared to their own.   Please, save yourself the time and grief and money and select a distinct mover!

What a joke entirely!!!! They came to load my things, poor attitudes, they then told me it’d be 800.00 more since I’d 6 extra things, it took 9 days to arrive, maybe not 5 -7. While unloading, they simply threw my things around, needed my mattresses and furniture on the sand and grass! As soon as I asked them to proceed, they told me when I did not like it to transfer it myself!!! Then I’ve lost things!! How can you eliminate an oversized seat?? 1/3 of my boxes were available and plenty of things lost. They did not have tools to place things together, then after I needed to go purchase some, they place my dining room table collectively incorrect, then refused to fix it. They dropped all furniture and boxes in which they desired, refused to place items where I needed them. Subsequently shattered my king size footboard, cracked down the center, dropped the screws into my mattress, mattress cover has been ripped half off, mattress filthy, and shattered off the foot my drier, broke off the knobs my washer, large gouges from my tables, tons of broken dishes, vases, glasses, photos, and television broken! Tried phoning them all day and they WONT return my telephone!!! Save yourself do not utilize these crooks!!!

Do not believe these people words

Among the terrible experience I had using movers, those folks gave this choosing to another firm named UNLIMITED VAN LINES, choosing was overdue (they explained as vehicle broke down, I still have a doubt with this)they arrived to choose the things at 11.30PM once I left the home, I wasn’t there so that they raised the amount of the things and charged nearly twice. According to my calculation that the quantity was less than 286 cu feet (that is minimum quantity according to their  criteria ), I’d packed everything in pubs so I’m sure about it. After loading to the truck that they stated distinct amounts, according to fees are also raised.  I requested them to offer the evidence of this quantity but they did not. The documentation has been also poor. I agree that there could be a difference in quantity but maybe not 80%.   The individual from sales staff who talked with me did not speak to me once I paid the deposit, even the custome rcare was quite poor. As soon as I talked with another movers initial time around my choosing, they stated”we don’t have any documentation regarding your choosing”. There was plenty of communication gap between Both of These movers along with the trucker.

I talked with”Vinny” from the organization and he seemed really honest and real. He explained that they”really are a family owned firm” and just how much his clients imply to them. He offered me 1,300$ to maneuver 3.5 bedrooms 600 milesper hour He also”talked me via an internet contract” at which he”emphasized” the critical parts so that I”would be apparent” and also have”no confusion” concerning the contract. In particular he highlighted”whatever we disassemble we’ll reassemble” and the way my private belongings were covered, directing my focus on regions of the contract which made them seem like an honest firm. Additionally, he explained that for”just 300$” I could book a truck along with full service transfer. After reserving the transfer, I was alarmed when I read a few of the reviews concerning the firm. I was also doubtful since Vinny had seemed so real on the telephone and he said that I might call or email him”anytime”. I chose to call back him for reassurance. But once that he got my deposit I never heard from him again. I called him a few times and emailed him but got no answer. Now I read the contract in greater detail and realized I did not look closely at the areas of the contract that said that it may require”7-14 business days” to allow them to provide our possessions. Additionally, deposits are only refundable when there’s a cancelation that they admit 7 days  prior to the date of this transfer. I Couldn’t get a grip on anybody in this business by telephone or email to ask that my deposit has been refunded.   It was quite naive of me to not read the whole contract and naturally I didn’t receive my 300$ deposit again. This is a learning experience for me personally and if you’re thinking about hiring American Discount Movers I recommend you to learn from my error. Please don’t be fooled by the way genuine and honest that they seem on the telephone. Read the whole contract prior to signing up, and pay particular attention to how much time it may take them to provide your possessions. Also know about the”window” of time that they enable themselves for picking up your own possessions.

Dishonest company/will overcharge even if you abide by the regulations

Please don’t proceed with this corporation.  I’m not here to write any unethical info except to save somebody else from losing cash.  I don’t think in writing negative opinions about a business unless they’re authentic.  I owned my own company and know that individuals could be rude and say damaging things if they do not get their way.  But this business American Discount Movers will inform you anything that you need to listen along with Vinny is a smooth talker.  He seems really professional and ensures he’ll work together with you throughout the day of pickup and day of fall off.  I abided by the regulations put forth in the contract and has been quoted a cost.  I was advised if we put in whatever we’d be billed.  I made sure we didn’t include anything and actually we took off things.  My spouse and I snapped a few of the things ourselves before this transfer so that we would not be billed additional.  I did affirm the Last stock with another representative of this Business that Vinny advised us could contact us weekly earlier.   Unfortunately, that wasn’t the situation.  We were also told that we had the best to inform the moving business to take their truck into a weight channel and have it considered until they load the products.  They’d also have the ability to consider the things as soon as they load.  To begin with, ADM isn’t a moving business.  We’re clear of this and that I am simply letting folks know that.  They’re a broker.  They get the moving business.  Anyhow, the moving business arrived and have been quoted triple the quantity than that which ADM lent us.   We had been offered $3140,98 by American and at first somewhat bit more than $9,000 using the moving business.  They agreed to proceed us for $6378.00 since they had been there and wanted our own organization.  We didn’t proceed together. The gentleman by the moving company has been fine.  He understood that we were frustrated however, he had been in the center.  He said there wasn’t any way he would move us to the cost quoted.  In addition, he stated they don’t require the truck into a weigh station prior to or following to weigh these products.  They’ve not done that.  He strove to have his boss speak to us and come back down with the speed quoted because he had his guys there to transfer us.  My spouse and I mentioned when it had been inside a good amount we could have moved with the business because we were prepared to proceed.  But, we were not likely to pay near $5000.00 greater than just quoted.  We attempted to get Vinny and another representatve that took the last count/inventory.  They didn’t choose up nor did they even react to my messages.  Additionally, I had John, the shifting business call and the identical thing.    John, said that this happens alot if they reach the area to move individuals and that he stressed the value of not moving with a broker.  I remarked that this isn’t reasonable for individuals.  We didn’t proceed with the firm.  My spouse and I proceeded ourselves with a truck and’d movers on the other end at Florida fulfill us and unload.   Like I said, please hear me along with other remarks.  I don’t have anything to gain.  Whether this firm did an superb job, I’d have been more than willing to comment.  You may lose your deposit.  The business has dismissed me and won’t call me back.  I even sent a facsimile to Vinny and didn’t get a response.  In addition, I want people to get me since I will chase this with media policy.  In addition, we ought to visit the better business bureau, also place comments on this site.  While I read a few negative reviews prior to my transfer I requested Vinny relating to this and he stated, it had been because they had been angry since they addded more things on and have been billed more.  Well, I did not include more things on.   I took things off and still was likely to be billed triple.  We had been advised that the business would arrive to a certan date nonetheless, that wasn’t correct.  It had been two days following the first date but that didn’t disturb us.  We’re more mad b/c of this dishonesty of this company/Vinny.  Deficiency of professionalism and communication.  No correspondence has been supplied.  I had been in business for two years working on a child care centre. I understand what it’s like to hear folks whine.  Many have every right and it’s up to me to care for their complaints, at an expert way.  Some only complain because they didn’t receive their way or I didn’t fire a teacher since they did not like their character.  I even had staff difficulties, surprise, even surprise-because I did not give a holiday to a staff since she did not get her petition in before a different team member that the dissatisfied staff contacted dcfs onto me personally.  But once the country came out there was not anything to write up me.  It was the team’s method to give me despair.  At some point, the team was let go because of other problems.  She did attempt to get me give her a job reference.  I used ton’t.  What I am attempting to convey, there are individuals who will whine or write reviews that are negative.  Again,  don’t, don’t, don’t proceed with this organization.  I don’t need to find people get burnt and lose their cash.  This organization is becoming wealthy by being fallacious.  Go with a respectable firm.  Not a broker and NOT THIS COMPANY.  Please contact me If You’d like to proceed together with me to make a complaint to the Attorney General along with other paths to prevent this business from becoming dishonest.    Additionally, you can’t leave testimonials on their site.  It says closed once you visit this section.  They took off it so that no unwanted remarks can be abandoned.  Too me that reveals there’s some thing wrong.

    AMD are liars and theives

This firm practices unethical, deceptive and unethical procedures. I paid a $450 deposit because of my own transfer. The company never showed up, never called and when eventually attained, wasn’t likely to be in my house on the appointed date and American Discount Movers couldn’t offer a different carrier. They attempted for me to find somebody else to be in my house the next day since they’d have a distributor there afterward. This wasn’t possible. To be able to receive my discretion, I was taught I needed to send out a cancellation notice in order for it to be processed. Afterward, my refund was refused since I mailed a cancellation notice on the afternoon the movement was assumed to happen. I just sent the cancellation since their company had been a no show. This clinic is in violation of the contract. When they don’t offer support, I’m eligible for my own refund. Rather, they assert as I cancelled, each their proposal, I sacrifice my refund. I’m wholeheartedly in the practice of the provider. They lie and deceive so as to generate money. I registered a complaint with the Florida Attorney General and recommend the rest of the clients to do exactly the same. This firm shouldn’t be permitted to maintain company.

STAY FAR AWAY-DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

This is definitely the most unethical company I’ve ever used for whatever.  STAY AWAY from these , once you pay them their part they won’t ever contact you again.  They’re a broker and ought to be using their client every step along the way.  I’ve had to deal straight with those they contracted the task to.  They’re so shady.  I must have utilized Mayflower or United Van Lines.  You certainly get what you pay for on this provider.
This is by no means a reflection about the individuals who really moved my items, they were exceptional.  The moving agents are an nightmare!!

I would not recommend this company

I strongly recommend not using this particular firm to the moving needs.  Our entire experience from start to end and also through the claims procedure was exceptionally annoying and stressful.  They sub-contracted our relocation to some other business later we paid for specific services.  We never received the professional services we’ve paid for and neither company would take responsibility although we gave all our cash to ADM LLC.  ADM LLC denied to accept responsibility and repeatedly told us to phone their own sub-contractor.  The sub-contractor denied all communicating with us and was incredibly rude and unprofessional.  We ended up just throwing in the towel rather than obtained the countless bucks which ADM LLC owes to us at a refund because we were so frustrated and stressed coping with them.

    Beware

Spoke with Eli who had been very considerate, professional and certainly persuasive. All altered then. I Paid my residue and they vanished. Movers showed up and cost doubled. Services I was advised were contained weren’t. Now I was hooked, was leaving town the day when they picked everything up, no opportunity to locate anyone else or transfer myself. No returned calls or emails. Do not waste your cash. I genuinely feel as though I had been robbed.

They are a mover, not a broker.

They aren’t movers. They’re BROKERS. They subcontract your move out to the cheapest bidder. This implies ADM does not have any clue what’s happening with your relocation! Along with also the subcontracted inspector may charge you whatever they desire! The movers — All My Family — were both quite courteous and professional. It had been the broker procedure that was dreadful.

ADM needed a list until I was done packaging. They advised me to place in the maximum # of boxes I would have, and that the movers could correct the stock (and cost ) if they got there. The Agency said he would not readjust it. ($300)

ADM advised me that my cost was $0.66/pounds. They would weigh my items once they had been picked up and readjust the cost. So I sent all my thick novels USPS at $0.23/pounds. The movers stated the cost has been established on cubic feet, not burden — so this has been a waste. ($50)

ADM stated there were not any long-carry charges. The Agency had a lengthy haul. $75 ADM explained my very first flight of stairs proved to be not free. My inspector billed me for non invasive stairs (lifts count as”staircase”).

$75 ADM stated the movers will reassemble my furniture. My mover wouldn’t reassemble it unless I paid a charge.

    HORRIBLE

The totally WORST experience!   Not only was that the team at ADM impolite, but a lot of liars rather than useful, but the moving business we’ve hooked up with were a lot of liars too! They had been nearly 2 days late picking up our belongings and since we shared with a truck with another client and they had”over the were suppose to” so that they strapped our possessions into the exterior of the truck!!!!   I had about enough at the point and the movers were very rude when I informed them I wasn’t paying them THOUSANDS of dollars to get my items secured to the back of a truck!   And of course, when they FINALLY showed around our new residence (unannounced from the manner and times late), they desired a TIP!   REALLY?   We had been billed TRIPLE the initial quotation.   I counsel to NEVER EVER use this Organization.   It might have been more economical and saved a Great Deal of headaches when we simply let a U-HAUL to induce 6 1/2 hours from Syracuse to Maryland.   I believed it’d have been better to employ movers.   If we ever move again, we will do it ourselves!   STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

    They cost us MORE money

They brought us $450 for seek the services of a moving business to us. They failed to provide the moving firm our change of shipping date that ended up COSTING US HUNDREDS of greater dollars. They’ve a F score on BBB and now I understand they deserve this. I called and spoke to the supervisor who assaulted me, yelled at me and hung me up when I requested for the email evidence that they advised the movers of this new transfer date. He stated that he worked hard for his money that I find funny because he’s managed to swindle our hard earned cash and then a number. I wouldn’t want this business in my worst enemy. Beware!!!!!!

    Moving trolls

The truck driver out of ADM moving firm chose to leave a customer’s individual possessions on the face of the rode while providing my buddy’s possessions to our property. In addition to this, he did not even send all of my buddy’s items to our home because he asserts that he’s”only the motorist”. So apparently which means he could push around and a enormous truck without understanding exactly what he’s hauling! (Btw they lent my buddy $1,570 and also ended up tacking around $1,100 since there were things like a lamp which she didn’t add in the product list )

    Great speed and care

3 movers and a huge truck. Moved from 2nd story apartment into a townhouse. So the 3 men had to maneuver a king sized mattress place along with a queen sized for guest space. Down two stories and then take back up a second steep and narrow flight of stairs on the opposite end of this transfer. And also the shrink wrapped the timber furniture to protect it to scrapes. Plus dining area (Strong wood), TV and living area with recliners. August at Florida. Nice men and nothing broke. 3 guys came out and one guy went down as a result of dehydration. They called in a different individual for replacement. I believed we’d be around 1 pm. Nope it was 10:30 am. . Family owned company, and functioning for more than 30 decades. Richard came out and gave a quotation Before moving and actually the quotation was within $20.00
