They said it’d take 10 times (they did not say 10 business days), however it took 16 days. This firm, that has repeatedly lied to me and listened to bad faith is presently in charge of everything that I have on earth.

I had an excellent encounter with Jake(Advisors ) and he explained everything completely about the price tag, the pickup and delivery and how smooth everything goes. I had a little shipment and had to locate a mover that will accommodate me. I anticipated 30 big boxes and every piece of furniture. I’ve never in my entire life felt so taken advanatge of, lied to, mislead, cheated, and had to cover a lot of money for this.  Do the wise thing. Proceed with somone else. Everybody else.
Do not be tricked by their eloquent, fast talk. Walk the other way.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Would you get any ice?” I discovered that to be very rude.   Additionally, DO NOT TRUST THEIR ESTIMATE. I’ve moved tons of times in my own life. Amazon Relocation is undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Their final cost was three times their”binding quote”, they had been 2 1/2 weeks late in their delivery and repeatedly lied to me about the motives behind their delay. They were frequently non-responsive to my calls and emails about the delay. Most of all, they ruined numerous items such as costly musical instruments and household products, and”missing” a very precious and rare guitar of mine. They had little interest in finding an answer to such difficulties. A huge proportion of those boxes came crushed or damaged. Once they agreed to provide me a $400 reduction in the fee , they made me sign a whole release and waiver rights until they’d unload the truck…I just had no option. I’ve registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Bottom line. . .they are untrustworthy, dishonest and incompetent at best, and probably worse than this. Don’t use!

Contracted Amazon Relocation to transfer our family’s possessions from east coast to west coast. As soon as I called to discuss my displeasure wth that movement, Jacob was really brief and disinterested in the things I had been telling him.   This is a dreadful experience and no that I wouldn’t recommend amazon move to anybody for anything! — BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE OF SCAMSTERS — WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE– NEVER SO SUCH A DISHONEST COMPANY –If searching for moving solutions that I came across Amazon Relocation and spoke to its Estimate section (Mr.Jacob) and he stated that he can give me the price for transferring my household things out of TRISTATE into CA. He requested me a list of all furniture which people desired to be transferred. Dependent on the amount of things he supplied me a binding price arrangement of 1697. Another few firms supplied me $2000 for each 2000 pound load of freight. (my apt furniture is extremely minimal in contrast to a normal 2 bedroom home ). Since Amazon price was reduced I consented to choose their solutions and they consented to pick my stuff up within a weekend. 3 days prior to the pickup I phone me and inform me that their weekend is occupied and they’ll pick up on Monday (a working evening and because I’m contract work that I needed to forgo a week of cover for accomadate them). On the afternoon of pickup they provide me 8.00 AM pickup time and they appear at 2.00 PM. As soon as they load all of my things that the moving men tell me because my stuff gets taken more room inside their toilet, it is going to cost me $6000 for transferring my things, at the moment I dont understand exactly what to do, and now if I whined because they consented on at price they stated they could work together with me out of $6000. I had been in a circumstance of blackmail by them either pay this or that but we’ll definitely charge you regardless of what. We apologize for your hassle though this can occur with long distance transport Because of flaws, truck repairs, etc…I will Allow You to know more info when I understand.   Thank you, Jacob” The movers showed up in 1030pm on a tuesday night when they explained they’d be here between 4-7pm. I don’t blame the third party movers since they’re simply doing their job and proceed several people at the same time. However, Amazon relocating are unethical, liars who make the most of individuals. Because of trusting people like myself, they make the most of any client that comes their way irrespective of your position. Do NOT trust them. Don’t trust Jacob. Don’t use them. Proceed with somone else!!!!  They only except money payment on shipping and won’t move something off thier truck till you pay in total so there’s absolutely no way to dispute their own prices. Can I mention don’t use them?? Stay away! They can care less about you or your possessions. Throughout the testimonials its looks like the more you argue with them, the more trouble they’ll make for you. So only avoid that at all costs and go with a different organization. This has become the worst going experience ever. Should you fall for their scam just like I did. . .they will last to maintain business. Do not use them.

Worst experience of my entire life. Very unprofessional. They have us a quotation on the telephone and when they completed loading their truck that the price almost doubled. 1 mover reduced the cost if we tipped him and his men. And gave us directions to give him his suggestion when his men were not around. They advised us it would take them 5 days to get to our new place and it took them over two weeks. There was bad communication between the shipment and movers. They eventually showed up to unload the vehicle and also two of my flat screen HD TVs are”missing”. It does not end there. My furniture was scratched and dented. When we talked to a supervisor about our lost tvs all he said was that it was not his problem because he did not misplace the tvs. He received his money and that he understood he had been covered. He did not bother to assist us. The movers said they’d call if they saw something once the truck was empty. No telephone and he will not answer if we call him. Steer clear of this business and visit professionals. They made life hell for me and my loved ones.

That is a deceptive scamming business. They came at 4am for pickup,  overcharged us, arrived at 9pm for shipping, jeopardized my girlfriend using a hammer, were all incredibly unprofessional and finally left everything at the front yard in 3am. I cannot stress enough how horrible that our expertise had been with this organization and trust that others learn by our extreme error in selecting them. Beware!

Amazon is your worst moving company I’ve ever come across, initially the quote they gave me was fair then to learn after the last price was $1,000 more, once they got into my location and from that time it had been too late for me to accomplish anything. They not merely ruined some of my things, however they stole things at pickup (stole some things from my sis-in-law cellar )but additionally stolen things upon delivery.

The driver refused, also stated that the bill of lading said that there was a TV, the manager Sharon told him just to compose” missing thing” but to not define that it had been a TV.  The driver understood that I heard the dialogue between these, and wrote that the TV was lost and it wasn’t loaded on the truck. I’ve tried phoning these individuals, plus they give me the run around and tell me that I must devote a claim. They’ve an attitude when you phone to inquire about my TV and refuse to admit that the TV wasn’t loaded on the truck. They’re scammers and liars. The claims dept informs me that it is a procedure but cannot tell me how much time it will take before I receive my TV or reimbursement. They took my charge in full before they’d even unload the truck! This firm is the worst moving business ever!!!! I later came to discover that they’re not even licensed with the Better Business Bureau. . .It was my fault for not doing a comprehensive test on these. The testimonials that they have on the site are all reve testimonials, likely written by friends or loved ones!

Transferring 1 BR flat from CT into TX.   Quote was 1500$ and 5-7 days door to door. Actual cost was 2100$ plus it took 24 days to get there. Have transferred from CT to FL two months ago, have employed Amazon relocation for sending my thing. Have confronted lot of problems and also paid more cash along with the charged amount ($1445.50) and thing delivery has been delayed by  6 weeks
Complaints: 1) Discussing in native language throughout pickup
2) Dirty blanket to wrap things
