Always Helpful Movers

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my own life. Im happy we finally have sites like that were made to help others locate honest respectable businesses, and rescue others a whole tragedy as we moved though with this provider. They hide behind attempting to convince you they’re a fair Christian firm ( they place Ministry in their title ) but the proprietor is anything but. This firm wasn’t our first option, perhaps not even top 5, however we had a provider double publication and we needed to find someone on short notice and also they had been the only ones capable. We needed to proceed on a particular date free of flexibility so that we had no option. Browse the fine print. They simply pay .60 pennies per pd unless additional insurance is purchased on non repairable products. This is a easy move: load, and save the truck( do not float it), and two weeks after move possessions into new home about 3 kilometers off. This was fine until the final second if they desired payment and they informed us that they broke the proper marble/travertine table. Two firm’s have various views on the content, but slab costs are roughly equal so thecost is not an problem. We never got to find the broken table until we can make a determination about what to do, so they took it on themselves to attempt to repair it by viewing YOUTUBE videos. Well, since you can anticipate it seemed like a wreck. This is a 71″ 1 1/4 believe table and they without a knowledge or expertise attempted to fix it themselves. That is then they chose it to some regional men and one stated they cant try it unless its in 1 piece, so that they believed they could place it in 1 piece. I called that area and they said that they made it worse by attempting to poxy back it together. They eventually found a man I’d not have employed within a thousand years try to repair it, I cautioned them that they may be throwing away their money because when it does not arrive back okay im taking them to court. That I am, and have a court date in November to the quantity of a fresh table top. They state that the supervisor who did the bidding told me about crating the dining table , etc.. Total lie, so I never spoke to the supervisor. They told me my wife they’d wrap it into thick towels also it’d be OK. She considered them. Mistake #3 The proprietor is making a huge deal I was okay with the movement that I even tipped them. I tipped the shipping team, different team than that fulfilled it. They never touched on the desk, the table was not about the vehicle. They blamed it around the warehouse men. ( why is your dining table even being transferred if it was not assumed to be offloaded, makes no more sense). They then whined about the way in which the operator would look after it and the way CHRISTIAN the provider is we’d not have any worries. So I felt as why if I take it against those men who never touched on the table. Mistake #4 Currently after the truth DUE YOUR DUE DILLEGENCE on tis business. Look how often they’ve been sued. Look at there terrible evaluations. And examine the site where they state that they really have a A rating with the BBB and its really a F score. Additionally, it reveals from 117 movers ranked within this area they’re the ONLY MOVING COMPANY which has had involving 5-25 complaints in the previous 36 months. The worst about the BBB site. DONT MAKE THE Exact Same MISTAKE I DID IIN HIRING THESE GUYS. In addition, he confessed when sending the dining table at 7pm more than a month after they did not have some cash to compensate for weight reduction. IF a business cant develop about $1000 in ordinary business costs, see. They also attempted to pull on the unethical movement of providing us $500 in charge to used furniture which people contributed as charity to get their Ministry portion of the firm. Shady! Individuals donated that for charity to cover assignments, to not pay off bad debt, DUE YOUR DUE DILLENGENCE. . .please

Among the worst going experiences I have had in several ways. I was expecting excellent service in the last reviews, but after exploring the firm after my transfer, it appears that my expertise is more common than never.

1. Proceed was initially scheduled for 9 am. The movers called around 5 minutes before 9 am to notify be they’d be an hour or two late. They didn’t appear before 10:30, a FULL HOUR AND HALF afterwards.

2. I had been told about the telephone when I initially booked that there will be two movers which could come. The afternoon of, three showed up, and that I was expected to cover the cost of three that I wasn’t quoted. But despite three guys, it took nearly 3 hours to maneuver a 1 bedroom flat in the next floor with a massive service lift into the truck. Perhaps if the workers were not so busy talking among themselves it might have been faster.

3. I called twice prior to the transfer to ask apparel boxes (after 3 times before and after the day before ). The afternoon, the movers didn’t appear with all the boxes nor did they understand they were presumed to possess them. Consequently , we proceeded to wait for an hour for a different guy to show them up, that further delayed the movement.

4. The worst portion of all was that the inconsistency in quotations and the way the data was introduced. As soon as I talked with them in my movement initially, I had been quoted $1080 to get a 1 bedroom transfer from Kansas City to St. Louis to a different 1 bedroom. After transferring all of my items to the truck, then they showed me that the contract which had something known as a”travel charge”, a 540 fee I was never advised of ahead. The movers called the workplace for me in which the proprietor rudely explained that they have been”not going me for free” and refused to admit the obvious lie I had been told. He anticipated for me personally that the transfer would really be about $1250-1300. While I had been frustrated, this was still cheaper than many different movers and my stuff was already in the vehicle. HOWEVER, after attaining St. Louis and transferring my items, the inspector known as the office again for the last quotation and that I had been advised $1570. Absolutely absurd. My mom and I talked with the proprietor and a supervisor who dealt us at the very belittling and demeaning way imaginable, requesting us all we had the capacity to see the deal we signed. At one stage, a direct assault at my mum’s immigrant background and so, her bilingual capability was blamed because the misinformation we had been awarded. The business even refused to admit the quotation of $1250 to 1300 we had been provided two or three hours before.

Never have I been so disappointed with a moving business and direction earlier. For a company which celebrates its own Christian heritage, I felt assaulted. The direction was hateful and disrespectful. I wouldn’t ever work with them again nor recommend them to anybody.

They moved out of the way for me personally! They had been very careful with our belongings and have been among the very genuine, affectionate, kind, personable and professional individuals I’ve ever met!
John, the proprietor is superb! He had been soo helpful!
Now it’s very common to wherever the proprietor has his workers do all of the work. With John it wasn’t true in any way! He delivered everything safely with Anthony. He made sure everything was set exactly how I needed it to be and made sure to inquire if there was anything else that they could help me with!
Steven was also terrific! He was professional and obtained all of my possessions to the truck safely. I had been worried that we’d need to make a couple trips back and forth but Steven somehow, thankfully got what done to where we just had to make 1 trip! Thank you Steven!!
I also desperately wanted to eliminate old mattresses fast and did not understand who/where to phone to eliminate them. Anthony and John were so helpful and kind and got it all taken care of for me! I didn’t need to do one thing! :-RRB- The simple fact that they looked after it for me meant a fantastic deal since I did not need to be concerned about the way I was planning to eliminate them prior to my move-out date that was shortly! I was also currently working in my new job so that it would have been nearly impossible for me to drive 3 hours off after work to eliminate them and need to push back to go to work the following day!
They’re the best moving company we’ve EVER used!!
The only disturbing factor is that we just got the opportunity to fulfill them when we had been going from Lee’s Summit and moving to Springfield, 3 hours off. I wish we had the joy of meeting them sooner whenever we still lived there! Thank you all!! Makes me so happy to know that there are still good people out there!! :-RRB-

These guys were great! On time, quick, friendly and professional and courteous. They made my relocation a smooth, enjoyable experience in lieu of a nightmare, and I’d recommend them for anybody! They transferred me on 3/29/19, in thunder, lightning and rain, to another floor flat and they never complained. . .they have been a joy to use. And the price wasn’t nearly what I’d feared. . .yes, you should definitely hire this business to your next movement!!!

They had been coming up to K.C. out of a movement in TX in the time that my mom had help, so that they gave us a fantastic thing!
They took images of those things from the storage device so we’d understand if anything was broken or missing as it got to us.
They persevered to transfer our things at two am, however they had been postponed on a preceding move daily.
They piled the things in an awesome manner from the new storage facility in ways we can reach them.
They stated they’d beat the cost of another moving company we contacted, and they all did!
They could move the things without needing to return to meet him in Oklahoma.
The price included insurance, gas/mileage, truck prices, and labour.
They invited my mum’s friend by praying for him.
They covered us with insurance for those things transferred.
They were quite cordial in our discussions.

I totally hate moving with each facet of my being, however that I’d go again next week as long as these men are responsible for the job. I cannot say enough great things about these! They are true professionals with superior work ethic that will take extreme care of all your possessions. They shot about my long distance transfer very last minute at night once I had been totally abandoned by a different moving business. Consistently Useful movers took my items across 3 countries and not 1 thing was broken, chipped, or even scraped. They wrapped everything carefully even when in a time crunch. John’s whole staff is incredibly kind and professional. Both supervisors who worked together were great. They consistently answered the telephone once I achieved, quite receptive and attentive. The young Nigerian and Cameroonian movers, Tom, along with the cute Joseph were all so hardworking and productive! They never accepted some fractures and worked logically so that the tasks were completed in record time. I’m immensely thankful I stumbled upon this particular company, they took all of the strain from my hectic movement and that I shall work with them again in a heartbeat for any prospective movements!
