This provider is totally unprofessional, unresponsive and seems for some excuse to point their finger at somebody else for his or her obligation. After 4 weeks and over 25 telephone calls, mails, licensed letters and even the contract firm used to off-load Island Movers calling them, they won’t take responsibility for the damages that they generated while loading our processions. Every thing damaged was photographed even before it had been unloaded, however they still refuse to compensate us. So I warn anyone thinking about to utilize them to not.

When I call to inquire about the claim procedure, Denise tells me that the claims department is managing this week after week after week. Now Denise isn’t there and that I had been told that they do not even have a claims division by who answered the telephone. Inexcusable. Rochelle called me back took it upon himself to hang up on me now after I gave her a deadline to solve the situation saying my need is a danger. Sorry Rochelle, kids undermine each other. . .adults and company has impacts. This inspection would be to warn other clients of the way the business conducts what’s left of its small business. So I really do expect the owners of the business see this and if they determine why the firm they’ve graduated individuals as Denise and also Rochelle to function fails they’ll understand why.

Our movement has been over $14,000. We just maintained $537.00. A fantastic reputation cannot be purchased for 537, however a poor one just was. I reserved with Aloha International  also it was a Massive mistake.   The packers were unprofessional and they did a dreadful job.   Boxes were badly packed and there have been lots of damaged and broken items upon entrance.   They informed me it’d be less than 3 months to send and it was nearly twice that.   I never got decent answers and Nobody in the firm appeared to take care that there have been difficulties.   I reported them to the department of transport.   Don’t do your movement with aloha global.

I recently moved from CA to HI and advised my transport through Aloha International Moving. Their support was professional and excellent. Their employees around Oahu and Kauai were so customer friendly. My automobile and household products arrived sooner than expected and were in great condition. They organized my movement together with Unipack along with California Relocators, and the two firms were easy to use too. The packers came earlier than anticipated and required care of the packaging and preparing for my home products. In terms of my vehicle, the contracted agent, Reindeer Auto Relocators did a outstanding job in getting my car sent out timely. Timelines granted for shipping/arrival of what was earlier than anticipated. The general cost of the entire movement came in under the estimated quotation. I was well satisfied in dealing with Aloha International Moving and could highly recommend this business to relatives and friends should some of them choose to proceed either to or from HI. Kudos to Aloha International and their agents. You’ve clearly proven that the folks of HI possess the aloha spirit. Thank you.

Do. Not. Use. This. Company.

Sure, most of movers are you by the balls because they have obtained your possessions. However, Aloha requires it into another level entirely. I had been provided a minimal quote for transferring out of Honolulu to Kona. That is okay though, it is a quote only. Ron went through each bit of furniture and people talked about what could and wouldn’t be wrapped, just how I’d pack everything beforehand, etc..

The movers arrived through their preferred time and that I thought things will go easily. The younger man pretty much instantly requested to use the bathroom in which he spent another 15 minutes on your telephone. In this period, his elderly partner attempted to crack down the mattress frame and began dragging my Tempurpedic round the ground since it can not be raised by a single person. I put down my baby to assist him so it would not become dirty and he’d taken it out to wrap it. Yeah, that is rewarding. Place it into the dirt until you wrap it.

They then proceeded to wrap each [EDIT] item in the home including stuff I had said to not, such as the coffee table. It would not matter very except for the additional cost and the moment, at which the infant and I had been simply twiddling our thumbs at a crowded up home. Cool.

Everything has been wrapped and outside of the home from 1:30pm, however, those men have to be the oddest Tetris players ever because it required them till 5:00pm to then get it all loaded from the crates around the vehicle. In this period they totally ignored any”this aspect up/fragile” finds boxes and a couple of them dropped onto the floor on account of their precarious stacking. At 4:45 the elderly inspector said that they had stood up my vest from the driveway (an irregular surface) and it dropped. Okay. . .so I go out to find the harm and they have totally broken up the [EDIT] down thing to re and stuffed it into a box with their crap. Seriously? And he strove to give me a [EDIT] relating to it being shaky. No, it is a tall slim bookshelf and you stood it over a sloped shaky driveway. Ultimately the movers complete and leave and as I am locking up the home and preparing to depart with the baby, I find that they left the container from the garage. Are you joking? I would like to consume this box up the driveway into the garbage so that I did not incur penalties out of my landlord. Well, okay everyone knows what’s gonna break through a movement. Hopefully it is it and I will only email Ron and determine what could be carried out.

I really do, and I suppose he is having some personal issues. Understandable and that is more significant than my shifting woes. However, a business also needs to be assigning somebody else to his or her duties. Rather, I must call and email numerous times to even get a response. They shipped me a claim form that I full of detail–such as the broken box which contained a currently broken plate and soup tureen.

I’ve renters insurance and didn’t obtain their policy. I take that because I packaged my own boxes that they won’t pay out any claim to the foods that are broken. Again, sorta [EDIT] because the box was clearly one of those the first movers dropped since it had been smashed but such is life. However, the bookshelf? They estimated that the weight and delivered me a check for about $21.00 for this. Considering that the movers stated it was shaky when they had been carrying it off (interesting because I packaged my own novels so that the plate was vacant…) they are refusing to cover.

Oh, and originally Ron explained that they would deliver a 20′ truck which could be parked across the road. This might involve a fee for”long haul”. Fine, but then they showed up together with 5 crates rather which they had the ability to park at the drive. Was the fee removed? Just after multiple emails and calls. I am scared to even examine the bill for additional discrepancies since it is just such a struggle to find everyone to respond or gain shift.

Seriously, this business couldn’t care any less about you as a client.

Only used this people since they were contracted via the provider. Review may alter pending their follow-on actions.

They have been employed for a 2-day package and ship. The packaging was great, friendly, I even tipped them up front but you are not likely to for government contracts. Subsequently to get boxes out of the second floor to the first floor that they began sliding down them staircase and that is when the hurts occured. Chips on the side wall and chips onto the staircase as you can see in the pictures. In addition they droppped a box in my router. The woman that was current gave me attitude about why I was”being so loud” concerning the harm. The router has been the last straw. They’ve been no assumption of duty with these island inhabitants. The procedure itself is awful, they ask me to complete a bit of paper for feedback and claims. Both bits of newspaper I later discovered did not make it back into the head office because of course, the woman was the daughter of the mind mover and another guy who was current was their buddy. Likely was thrown into the nearest trash can. I had to phone up for their high, REBL FORWARDING to find a response. Three times I called and eventually they sent out an assessment group. Remember I am PCS-ing and have restricted days to look for resolution on the front end. All paperwork simply provides counselling advice for settlement at destination. Assessment staff came out, though favorable did not create many outcomes as well as offered to”mark cover-up” the harm. The substance needs to be replaced because it is not a paint job.
