    Great Job!

I utilized Ally for my own move. I had been quoted by Michael Miller for your job. I must state his client support was excellent for any kind of business. He went over everything from my own weight, space and also worked up just how much it’d cost in gasoline. He did not hurry me via my quote..like nearly everybody else that I talked with. I requested him plenty of questions and that he had been really beneficial. The quote that he gave me was around $300.00 over my smallest estimate. The truck was in my home about ten minutes late from the time we concurred on.The motorist wasn’t on the top friendly but that he wasn’t rude in any way. The employees moved fairly fast and I was amazed they loaded all of my stuff in around 4 hours. It did take more time to unload the vehicle, roughly 5 1/2 hours. They place my beds plus a few tables together to ensure that required some time. I tipped the employees for their attempt. For the most part everything went fairly smooth so that I was content with my move.

    A great moving company

Ally wasn’t anything but honest and professional from begin to finish along with my movement. I strongly recommend them to anybody who must move. They got me the best cost and provided excellent support. Nothing was ruined and my items came at
    My new home when maintained.

I received a fantastic number of quotations and Ally was not the least expensive but I’m more than convinced that they provided the very best support for my transfer.

    An agency. Thanks Ally!

I was very nervous about going my items using a moving company however Ally gave me the very best support I might have envisioned.  In the first telephone they had been kind and professional and made me feel great about using them because of my own transfer.  Everything happened as promised and that I even paid significantly less than the quote they gave me because my true weight was less than they had quoted me on.
If you’re seeking to transfer you should utilize Ally they’re the very best.
Thanks for work well done Ally!

    Ally vanlines great company

I scheduled my movement using Eric.   He was very professional and made my move stress free.   I was somewhat worried with my entire move nevertheless Erric made me comfy and followed through on his promisses.   When the movers arrived to my home I was pleasantly surprised because not only they had been quick but exceptionally effective curteous and professional.   My furniture and other possessions were closely moved and came in the destination with No damage.   I’ve moved twice before and difficulties with their service that is unprofessional.   Ally Vanlines is the very best in the company and if you’re searching for a worry free movement I highly recomend them.

Has moving really become this easy?

As soon as I learned of Ally Vanlines this past season I thought it seemed simply”too” suitable, but once I discovered myself in a situation where I had to relocate to Texas having a home filled with furniture ASAP. I had as much advantage as I can get. Having been through a few large moves in my personal own life and now being overcharged BOTH days, I just wanted something from Ally, a true quotation, but rather they gave me some thing greater. They offered me a price cap according to my budget also agreed I wouldn’t need to pay on that cover of 3,745$. All I needed to do was create a little deposit and that I had been booked! Better however that contained all of the labor required to finish my quick move. When my boxes and furniture left it into my brand new place at San Antonio, it had been immediately unloaded and anything they’d taken aside, they place back together. After everything was away from the truck and return together. They showed me that the”new” reception telling me of this”new” cost, you notice , they will just cost your own weight, whereas at exactly the identical period, overestimating the burden of your things. This is the way they invent the”cost cap” I said previously, but that also results in the effortless situation that your stuff does not weigh as much as initially added, saving you cash clearly, so basically rather than needing to cover more (that is exactly what I experienced in my prior moves via undisclosed companies) I must cover less! I would also want to give props to Sarah Miller that had been really useful, and actually eased my first doubts concerning Ally. If you are moving and you need an organization that’s professional, dependable, and will probably be straight-forward along with you, visit Ally Vanlines. They will make your moving nightmare as simple as a telephone call.

    Update on previous review.

After leaving my last evaluation I got a call from Ally Vanlines.   It appears they were having Issues with their 877 amount and were oblivious of it.   I obviously went into panic mode when I could not reach them for a few days.   The gentelman I spoke to tried to call the 877 number out of his mobile and it did not ring through for him either.   They really must include their regional amount (which can be 561-948-1536) to their site. Anyhow, we solved my problems to my satisfaction and I am updating my review to 5 stars.

We contracted a transfer together with Ally Van Lines and ended up cancelling since we purchased a”turnkey” house and didn’t have enough to justify having a moving business.  We had been given a complete refund of the deposit only as they had said when we first talked the them.  That is a respectable firm and were generally quite prompt in returning calls or mails.  We were happy with the way our situtation has been treated.

North Carolina to Indiana, Great movers

I contacted several companies and they provided the best quotation and assistance. I’d suggest them to other people. Jordan was really beneficial. When the movers came , they packed everything in accordance with my orders and were considerate. Initially I was anxious about my delicate items being busted, but what came complete without any issues.

Made a stressful task a breeze. Amazing company

I certainly suggest Ally Vanlines. I Moved from Washington to South Carolina. The quotation was accurate and quite reasonable; I actually saved $650 when compared with the other quotes I’d gotten and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother movement. They made a challenging task simple and worry free.  Chris Kay my sales rep was there for me through every step along the way and I was rather impressed with the caliber of support. I have moved twice before and had difficulty encounters with both businesses. In case you’re looking for a top shelf mover for a Reasonable Price, Use Ally Vanlines — Angela Torres

    Long-distance move from California
    Regular Mover

I received a job move and needed to move out of California to Philadelphia.   Received a lot of estimates which range from $1800 – $7200.  Though Ally Vanlines wasn’t the most affordable, I opted to go together since Jack sounded quite professional and explained everything clearly when we moved across the quotation.  The price that they gave me was established off fat.  After changing my shifting date many times, as a result of my company, my cost NEVER altered.   I was suppose to transfer end of January, that could have been throughout the out-of-season, but afterwards shifted into a weekend date during the start of the in-season.  Much like that they said the cost had been locked in, and I began to worry when costs of fuel  began to rise.  The movers came in my 4 bedroom home and began packaging at 7 AM Saturday morning.  From now 1 PM came about I had been locking my door and beginning my trip.  Crossing through the Rocky mountains this time of season is definately hit and miss but once the storm struck both the motorist and also Jack called and informed me of the possible delay of daily.  Not an issue for mepersonally, I can not control the weather but was definately appreciative of their heads call up.  They ended up offering a shipping date of 14 days, and in spite of all the storm that they came in 12.
Now I understand there’s obviously a worry of a surprise invoice or broken objects on the shipping end, but if the driver came, the binding cost that Jack gave me, was that the price I paid in the conclusion.  Now like I stated before I’ve moved several times.  I discovered the hard way in earlier times by paying far more about shipping, that it isn’t intelligent to have estimates or proceed when the provider is doing it in accordance with cubic feet!  No products were ruined, and previously with different movers, I finished with broken things along with a greater bill.  I strongly recommend this organization and just wish I would have used them in prior moves.
Jack was the key sales man I delt with, however when he wasn’t available at the moment, I also spoke with his supervisors Fred and Frank.  Everybody was very nice and beneficial.
To be fair I had been concerned about the support after reading reviews, but that which I’ve learned after transferring a couple occasions is that no business (not even Mayflower or United), that I’ve used in years past and are far overpriced, consuming 100% flawless reviews.  I’ll give credit where credit is due.  I’ll use them again later on, hopefully next time its for my own retiring transfer!

    Pleasant Experience

I recently moved from Ohio to Texas using Ally Van Lines and might use them again. The movers showed up about 45 minutes after then what I had been advised, however, it was not a huge thing. My location is tough to discover. The team was friendly and really did a very wonderful job. They even put additional padding across a delicate china cupboard that my mom had passed on to me. All around great job and I’d suggest them. Because men.

Ally vanlines came thru for me

After getting several quotes from several moving companies, I chose to go with Ally Vanlines.  My sales person was Max Bruno. He was quite knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. I explained to him that I had a lousy experience previously with a preceding mover years back and he promised me he’d help me through the entire procedure. We went through my inventory of things and agreed on a price. I got a call a few days ahead of my pickup date in the dispatch section with the time that the truck could arrive. On the afternoon of this transfer, the driver and two helpers came punctually and they were very courtious and helpful.  I had all of the boxes packaged and ready to go. Overall, everything went smooth and as promised. I would advise Ally vanlines to anybody going.

    Beware

This really is a broker not a mover. They’ll send unethical movers into your home and you won’t be happy. They offered us a burden estimate and then delivered Quality Relocation Services out of Colorado to our house. We were advised after the truck has been loaded that they wouldn’t take that the contract. They forced us proceed with cubic footage.  QRS never gave us a newspaper deal. They left us utilize our I Telephone to shoot pictures of this contract.  Josh their driver ought to be fired. He even brived us. He advised me that he would make 1000 of this movement go away when he 450.00 we didn’t cover it. We’re fairly sure we’d have lost furniture in any event.  We predicted Ally after the truth that Jack told us he’d have a supervisor from Ally telephone QRS.If that they did, it didn’t change anything and we never heard in either company till our things came.  You can’t get ALLY or QRS to return your telephone calls.  As soon as they receive your deposit you’ll need to phone back again and again again since most of thier mobiles voice boxes are complete.  This plumber showed up at 6pm during the night and didn’t depart out home till 3pm at the daytime. After the fact we’re convinced it was a tatic therefore that we couldn’t contact anybody.  We paid approximately 3500 bucks more for our relocation. We did buy our furniture. It really had been in good shape.  The movers at Tampa were quite professional.  They were considerate and helpful. Following this adventure I have opted to find a safety system in my home along with additional security.

    Ally Vanlines is a scam

“My particular encounter with Ally Vanlines are that they’re a scam.I has been quoted $1,700 to get a transfer and requested to put $488 deposit to maintain the dates of this transfer by using their freight motorist. My room spouse paid the deposit by means of a credit card.We never obtained a statement or any paperwork whatsoever and if we attempted to telephone the business all we would ever get is voicemail, regardless of who we attempted, or what time of day it had been. Scared that we were being scammed, my room partner asked a chargeback on his charge card to the deposit and then we proceeded on to only rent our own transferring van.Two weeks later we had given up on ever talking to anybody at Ally Vanlines back, they all called to program the movers. I informed them we billed the residue and would not be utilizing their services. I informed them we could not get a living man on the telephone and they behaved like that was crazy talk. The individual I talked to was called Tony Gousgounis and that he promised me it had all been a mistake and that he was sorry we would not be utilizing their moving business, but that he’d want my aid to cancel the cargo driver they had contracted in my behalf. Then they jumped to send me files for the cost quote, stating that in their machine , they needed to have a signed quote about the publications to do anything using the task, such as cancel it. I used ton’t feel that I need to have to register anything to cancel the task and that I contended with out registering for the vast majority of the afternoon and during many calls. Tony Gousgounis spent 6 hours calling and begging and compelling me to signal, so that they might cancel the subcontracted cargo driver they had scheduled so that the driver did not appear to move us, expecting the rest equilibrium. I didn’t wish to signal up but he wore me down, and eventually I signed to find the ever more panicked Tony away my cell phone. After he shot my paperwork, then he stated he would be canceling the task together with , apologized for the mistake, and then told me he would give me a fantastic deal later on if I ever needed to proceed and was prepared to give them a second chance. I figured enrolling was benign because my room partner advertisement already asked the charge back to the deposit during his own bank. I believed they could not use my touch with my room partner’s credit card, because I am not yet an authorized signer on my card, so I guessed signing the cost quote wouldn’t be damaging.I was incorrect. They used my touch to resist the chargeback in the lender level and get it overturned, maintaining the deposit. They did so knowing we were not likely to utilize the service, realizing we had given them a lot of time to cancel the job, realizing my signature was not approved to the card that they had been charging. This firm knew exactly what it had been doing so to scam that deposit, but did it willfully, and should not be used.Assist me in spreading the word yet you can so others do not get tricked. A moving company shouldn’t need a deposit. Legitimate moving businesses do an onsite free quote of what it would cost to proceed. The *actual * moving business, Allied Van Lines, did exactly that and demanded no deposit. Ally Vanlines is really a scam.

    Rip off Do not use

They’re agents, penicil pushers, that just phone a 3rd party to proceed you. One which you don’t have to select. You register a deal of verbal communication however, also you signal another one using the movers who motivate you, the day that they arrive. You’re quoted a quotation from Ally but this quotation means nothing because after they receive your cash this other firm charges exactly what they need and possess their very own contract.   My material has been ruined and this is the worst going hack job I’ve ever incountered and that I proceeded together with the Army five times. Don’t use this so call business.

    Pushy and inaccurate

I had been contacted by Sal in Ally who obtained all of my advice and gave me a quotation which has been within my budget.  To be able to”lock at the speed” I had to consent to a deposit, however, had been advised it wouldn’t be binding until I analyzed and digitally signed the arrangement.  After reviewing the agreement, the things which were recorded were not any where near the amount he informed him and he maintained he anticipated high, so I’d probably not even pay up to the quotation.  I began studying the fine print, contacted SAL, and in the stage, his job has been done, so that he could not be bothered.  Said he had been busy and would call me right back.  I never got the phone back, so I didn’t return the arrangement.  Got a followup call the following day and informed them I had been making alternative arrangements since I was simply not familiar with the encounter.  They promised me that my deposit wouldn’t be processed, as I hadn’t actually signed up the agreeement, therefore we had no contract.  I was subsequently contacted with their own”QA” section to talk about my experience.  I got an email a few days later saying my deposit was being processed and that I emailed the contact I’d had.  She stated she’d be sending for their”book keeping” section to make it reimbursed.  It’s been two months and no action has been taken and I’m unable to reach anybody at ALLY.  I contacted my bank to perform a chargeback and receive my money returned.  Don’t fall for the pricing – that they intentionally provide a minimal cost by leaving several things from this quotation, which makes it appear to be a fantastic thing.  DO NOT give them a deposit to lock in the rate.  Beware!!!

Let us begin with the the quote. I firmly think I was way beneath quoted (later letting him understand the number of things I’d ). I ended up paying nearly double what was about the quotation.    Moving business: Apparently Ally is only a broker, so they chose to send me a moving firm by the title of Quality moving solutions LLC. (You may find a summary of these also ). Obviously there wasn’t any difficulty picking up my items. The lies began once they already had my things. QUality moving services/Ally always listened to me about when I’d get my items, they were very shady as it came into the new weight of my things and worst of all it had been not possible to get ahold of all Quality moving before they were prepared to send. I phoned Ally to request help because they were those who hired Quality. Everyone I dealt with at Ally gave me another and WRONG amount to standard moving services. Can they not understand the amount of the firm they hired!? 1 number was a facsimile, another was to a very different business. Please do not ever use this firm. In the long run I didn’t get my items before the last possible minute and that I had been made to pay by money order, cash, or bank transfer. I literallly compensated over 1,000 bucks over what I had been quoted.   Ally has been the worst potential company I’ve ever dealt with, so I won’t ever deal with them or any moving firm they employ ever again.

    Beware!! Complete Scam!!

Please do not take all those negative reviews softly – that I really don’t understand how businesses like this can lawfully operate in the USA.   They accept your deposit once they completely fool you on which they’re – they then completely discount you then.   Everything that you read about these men is authentic – absolute scam artists.   I ended up canceling with those men following the inspector showed up and needed an additional $2,500 on top of the $5,126 quotation attached to the review.   I got a Uhaul myself and likely won’t receive my deposit of $2,666 I paid those men.   I’ll do every thing in my ability to allow as many folks as I am able to know about this until they have into the cleaners too!!!!

Pick up was 4 hours late, maintaining the movers in our home until after midnight.  We had been advised that Ally would save our household products for 30 days in THEIR  location.  We’d be billed for extra storage following the 30 days.  They called us and wanted to send after 5 times.  Inform us that if we did not accept the shipping which our household products would be set up for auction.  Driver afterward was nearly 1 day late at providing after we needed to go outside and find a storage device ourselves.  When he did appear, he’d no team to help unload.  As a result of a neighborhood in a truck stop, he discovered a few afternoon labors to assist him.  We ended up needing to greatly help our household products together with the”hired” help. The original contract stated that Ally would send to our new address and put up beds, etc free of cost.  Now, we must move our products ourselves from the storage device.  Two things were ruined, I expect that we do not have similar difficulties trying to generate a claim.  1 bit that came broken was a shelf into a century old classic china hutch.  This is going to be a problem looking for an antique restorer at NE Oregon.  I’m very unhappy with their support and their over abundance of false guarantees that the gave to us.  I wouldn’t recommend them to even take out our garbage barrels.

    Not pleased

I’ll tell you my expertise. We gave them a two day window to pick the furniture up. Not only did they never appear they never predicted. I tried many times to speak to somebody but my calls went awry. They eventually called 4 days later to inform me that a truck was about the road but it was far too late. We just had a brief time window because we had been going from Arkansas to North Carolina. I had to dash to make different programs. Now they’ve billed me $1700 that I’ve contested in my charge card. I don’t write reviews and clearly a few people were happy with their support but for me personally never again. Worst Experience ever DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

They’ll call you and provide the very best cost and even they fit it with your own relocation with Uhaul or some other alternative and after that they are going to call you again and again till you consent and will provide you discounts such as check on telephone discount etc and they’ll send you the contract atleast 4-5 times. So each time you won’t read it you simply sign it. Quite important their arrangement says: You may get complete refund if you cancel the transfer with in 24 hours however they’ll say you that you can make adjustments before seven days of scheduled pickup and they’ll refund the sum: News flash they won’t. When You make a deposit you stuck following 24 hours and They’ll engage you for this time.   They assert 2000 lbs but real calculation is by Cubic feet so even in the event that you’ve got an extremely light weight couch which is of major size they’ll bill by cubic feet X 7.  Ally Vanlines is merely a broker not a mover, it’s written on their website too. Just just how do a mover earn money by placing a high rate in the time of pickup from you so initially your contract will state 288 or even 299 C.f however they’ll make it into 500C. F and then charge for additional 200C. F multiply it to 7 and then cost per block that’ll double your price.    If you stuck together then just beg your stuff isn’t moist and ruined.  They will state that you dont need to pay the movers however as it comes to shipping and pickup mover Won’t pick stuff with money out and Won’t deliver without getting money out of you and also it something doesnt match to your flat They’ll render it on the street and walk off.   Their customer support is [EDIT], they won’t select your telephone after first deposit and now you can’t cancel it because you made the error. Should you reach to client care they won’t respond correctly and thier moving spouse may shout at you like you’re asking for items that you dont deserve even if you paid alot.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - WISH I HAD READ THE COMPLIANTS BEFORE

The entire experice with All Van Lines was dreadful.  They under estimated my transfer by $1,000.00 once they informed me exactly what I needed to eliminate to remain in my funding.  They say online they’ll repay the deposit if your preference is to to not go together – WRONG – I’d requested to cancel and they stated they’d but wouldn’t refund my money.  They changed up the pick time/date 4 occasions on me and also the shipping was 6 days late.  I’ve ruined furniture and also have been attempting to submit a claim together but they won’t respond.  I’ve even reported them on the Better Business Bureau – that they delivered one answer to this Better Business Bureau requesting me to call them to arrange a reimbursement – I tried but that they won’t return any of my telephone calls and won’t respond to this Better Business Bureau either.  I strongly recommend you to see the complaints from that company, not just here but even together with the Better Business Bureau.  They have the worst customer support ever – they weren’t simply rude and disrepectful for me when I signed on the dotted line but they’re also very rude and disrespectful for my daughter-in-law.  Again, please see all of the compliants before signing up together!!!!

I signed a contract with Ally Transferring (Ally Vanlines, 1489 West Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33486, DOT Number: 2335276  MC Number: 797370). David Parker was the representative. The movers altered the program for pickup three occasions. The movers billed additional cash despite we transferred less family goods/boxes than that has been quoted in my own contract. The business explained that they would deliver my merchandise over 1 to seven business days. However, it required 13 business days. Prior to signing the contract, they contacted me regularly so I would take Ally as my inspector. But when they failed to send in time, they ceased communicating with me. All of my family staffs such as beds, clothings, cooking utensils etc., were in their storage.I needed to confront nightmare encounters due to delayed delivery of their products. Because of this we had to endure physically, emotionally, and financially. Please run away from this movers and Don’t be a victim just like me.

Don’t use this provider. They’re slezy and offender in the way they conduct business.   I initially was nominated for 2500 @ 4700lbs and had been advised no matter what I Won’t Have to cover over this, but might spend less if I arrived in under this burden since”you cover what you consider”  a day ahead of the truck was supose to return they phone me personally to go over the stock of my transfer again for precision.   I really had sold items to lighten my load and then eliminated things from this initial checklist and somhow he uttered my quotation to 5000 pounds and $3100. He explained it was to be safe but to not worry I cover what I consider.   Long story short when my burden was 3500 pounds the amount I needed to pay to receive my things off the truck failed to drop and I’m still fighting to get a refund. Never, never do business with this business. Many efforts to contact business following the move to find the lost pieve of furniture has been fulfilled with conduct arounds, no return calls and eventually just having the telephone”dropped”. SCAM ALERT - Do Not Use ALLY

Ally is a entire scam!  This firm is a broker and as soon as they receive your deposit that they ditch you.  National Logistics has been the third largest party that managed my movement.  The driver showed up in my home a day early having a two hour notice.  He couldn’t talk good english and also did a dreadful job of tagging and inventorying my things.  Additionally, I needed to leave them unattended to visit the post office to get a money purchase as they simply accept money orders or money.  What type of reputable company doesn’t accept credit cards???  I was never advised that  I would need to pay the driver in money.  When the driver arrived in my home in a 18 wheeler, he raced on the sidewalk beating it, then gave me a story about the way his boss could leave him pay for it and He’d make no money from this occupation.   He was concerned about was getting his cash!  When my merchandise eventually came in Atlanta, nearly all the furniture things had broken bits, scratches or dents. There were broken things in my boxes in which goods were wrapped with bubble wrap, and now I’ve missing things.  My washer and dryer have lumps all along the very top like something heavy has been piled on top of them and in addition to this, they attempted to give me other individuals furniture and computer screens then got angry at me because I wouldn’t accept them!  The movement ended up costing twice the amount I had been quoted and there’s not any whining to Ally.  The minute they reserve your relocation they ar completed with you!  Jordan sounds fantastic on the telephone but will sell you a load of crap! I had a brief time period to escape my house and didn’t do the study that I must have done on movers.  Can yorself a favor, go with a respectable mover as Ally won’t help save you money and assure your property being transferred!!

We originally hired Colonial Vanlines who informed me that the day before our transfer which they did not own a truck available and then we probably couldn’t proceed until the next week – like that they were shifting a nail or baldness.  We chased them (and struggled for our deposit back) and hired Ally Vanlines.  Ally was amazing if originally talking with them – they ensured they’d a truck accessible and are there on Saturday (still fine as we needed to vacate by Monday).  Saturday came and went – no truck – no telephone call – no one answering the telephones at Ally.  Hired however a third mover for about $ 2,300 longer plus they showed up and we transferred successfully on Monday.  Have been battling with Ally ever since trying to receive my deposit refunded.  They broke the contract with not shwoing up.  The final person I talked with, Frank the supervisor, was all apologies -“that never needs to have happend – I shall expedite the payoff for you now but, needless to say, it is going to take about seven to ten days to post to your accounts.”  This was around July 12th – have predicted Frank not as ten occasions as the 19th and yet not 1 call was answered, not 1 message returned.  Have now hired a lawyer in an effort to find the refund and have them reimburse me for the extra cost of this thrid mover.

I read a different gripe concerning”Sal” and experienced an identical encounter. Deposit into”lock in” transfer. Got a phone days prior to the transfer in”Quality Assurance” to examine the stock. What? Could not we have completed this nearer to if I participated with you? Bottom line: Sal did not gauge the load correctly. Actually that he underbid it. When QA arrived, they anticipated it in double the weight and cost. Cut into escalation: Max Bruno, Regional Sales Manager who wants to hear himself talk basically informs me that because I recognized that which Sal gave me, unless I think of all the remainder, as stated by the contract, I am screwed. No attempt to 1) know that his bill made a large error, two ) put forth any sort of”let us -make-this-right” alternative 3) do more listening than demonstrating the reason they would do what they do at how that they do it. Blathering Max will inform stories beginning with”90 percent of my customers” to the point where you only wish to inflict bodily violence. Take it out of me. If you are moving and Sal calls, then hang up.

    Not movers but brokers

Ally movers signify themselves as movers but simply are approved to maneuver in Florida. They brokered the project to a different firm who subsequently hired a different shipper to transfer my house goods, (exactly what I had been told). Ally did address my worries on how late that the shipping was, but didn’t help in assisting me with shipper. Just if insurer became involved didn’t receive effects. I’d caution you about utilizing Ally movers.

    Don't trust these guys

We did not use the business for our transfer.   I had two calls from Christian (Chris) on our movement.   I had been silly enough to believe He could give me a quotation on the telephone because of our four bedroom movement accross the Nation.   I can’t comment about this firms moving abilities but I fear about their own honesty. Before viewing the quotation I received my instant phone from Chris.   As I’m getting several quotations, I asked him what business he had been with as I’m having a Tricky time keeping them all straight.   He clearly said he had been having Allied Van Lines once I asked him about the telephone.   My spouse and I believed that was starge along with also a representative from Allied was outside to our home the day before. So I finaly start the quotation and found out that Chris has misrepresented the firm he works for.   I’ve great enough hearing to comprehend the gap between Ally Van Lines and Allied Van lined.   Chris clearly stated that he had been with Allied. Obviously , Ally could provide to transfer my things at no cost and I wouldn’t use them. Next Cease BBB.com

Not just did Ally PROMISE to select up on a particular date, but they gave me half the cost of what they really billed. They had been a day and a half late and nobody ever wants to let you know exactly what is happening. They’re not impossible to get ahold of following the purchase or any time you’re attempting to get lost items like two TV’s and bookshelves estimated at roughly $1,000. Matters were ruined and they then put a gouge at the wall whilst providing. NEVER, EVER use this business.

NEVER GO WITH ALLY VANLINE- THEY ARE FRAUD COMPANY

Once I asked to get a moving quote to move from Ohio to Florida, I had been contacted by several moving companies. One of these was from Eric from ALLY VANLINE.  So, I chose to go together. Their quote seemed fairly reasonal, although not so affordable. Subsequently Eric asked me to deposit $430 up front and pay the remainder following the delivery. Until then I did not know they’re not a moving company, they’re agents. He’d advised that he’ll call on soon to schedule the pickup. However, I did not receive any call for two weeks. As my transfer date was getting closer and that I needed to get every detail, I attempted to call them. After phoning them for a few days a person picked up the telephone. However he explained that the Erik I talked with has made the business as a result of her daughter’s health dilemma. Apparently that man’s name was also Eric. I then told him that I want to modify the moving date. He aggreed to this and explained that the superior assurance man will call me to cover the stock list to be certain that the driver does not bill me more. Again there were not any commnication from them. So, I needed to telephone them. Nevertheless, they did not pick up the telephone till I left a message I wish to cancel the purchase. They then called me to inform that I can not cancel the order since it’s spanned the cancellation period and need to pay $400 extra if I do not wish to be over charged by the truck driver. As it was near my moving date and that I needed to combine my brand new job on this Monday, I agreed to pay them the sum and they affirmed the choice up for 16th February. When I asked for the driver’s information along with also the insurance details Eric stated he will phone me soon to to give all that particulars. When I did not get a telephone till 14th after noon I started phoning them frantically. However, there was no answer. Again I called 3 times on 15th Feb and Frank picked up the telephone and told me that there is not any truck available for 16th. After plenty of arguement he affirmed that the motorist will probably be at my location on 16th at the following noon. In between I was calling the proprietor Tony and he never responded. Afterward the inspector came and said that I have more things and I must pay $1000 additional. I then again tried to telephone ALLY VANLINE office to learn what’s happening. BUT THERE WAS AGAIN NO RESPONSE. Eventually I had to ask the driver to depart. I needed to cancel my trip, pay additional for the flat and couldn’t combine my new job in time and lost any cash. Thus, they took $1000 and did not even bother to react.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We contracted with Ally Vanlines at April 2013 to get a movement that was initially schedlued for October 2013.  We paid a deposit of $1126.28.  Since we did not have a specfic date we requested Ally when it was OK to modify the date after we actually understood what it’d be.  About June 4 2013 we contacted Ally and informed them that the true date of the movement will be August 1st.  They thanked me and said no more issue.  Fourteen days befroe our planned movement I again contacted Ally Vanlines to affirm or proceed and they stated it had been scheduled for August 1st and that there were not any issues.  We cancelled our storage device and transferred from our house scheduled for August 1st and so are enthusiastic about our move into our new house in Arizona.  The afternoon before our relocation, July 31st, Ally phoned us and said they couldn’t move us since the truck was complete.  WHAT??  They stated they can pick us up in 4 times.  NO STORAGE UNIT, NO WHERE TO LIVE.  I said this can not be occurring but they wouldn’t pick us up.  We scrambled to get another moving business in the last moment.  Since the brand new moving business has been picking up our things Ally publicly called and wanted back our business.  We informed them it had been too late that we needed to proceed and needed somebody else to perform it.  I inquired for our deposit back which they consented to perform.  They stated 7-19 business times.  No issue.  This time came and went.  However no deposit.  I contacted them again by email and received a call back from Ally stating rudly”challenge it along with your own card business”  I did so and contacted our State Attorney General, the Floriday State Attorney General and the Better Bisiness Bureau.  Nevertheless no depost following 4 months.  The answer that they gave to this BBB was we changed our shift and did not five timely telling.  We gave two months telling.  They whined about the BBB to continue to keep our deposit.  Then I wrote them a different emai threating legal actions.  I composed this via email.  They blocked my mails out of their method!  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!  They’re scam artists and fraud.

    Bait and switch - HORRIBLE

We’ve moved Throughout the country a few times without any Problems.   This movement from South Florida to Las Vegas has been HORRIBLE. They pumped up the cost once they’d loaded our belongings on the vehicle, which had been overdue, by nearly 30 percent 2,500 over the $8,700 guaranteed quote.   In Addition, the contract was by weight and then they bumped up the cost for”a lot of cubic feet”  They have been so rude and poor.   Avoid these people no matter what.

Absolutely prevent. This is what occurred. (1) Sarah Miller who had been the very first contatc sale individual by phone guaranteed delivery in a week, especially to select up 6/22 and provide no latr compared to 7/4. Well, deliver produced 7/18. The qoute was for approximately $2,000 and they promptly charged $700 into ihold the dates and nititae the procedure (2) pickup was presumed to be between 12 and 2PM, but the driver didn’t appear till 5:10PM. I told him that the gate into the storage centre will shut electroncally in 9PM and no ne will have the ability to leave then. We needed to place the truck in the manner of this gate to keep it open. Subsequently at 9:50PM if all had been loaded onto the truck that he requested me to cover for packaging and boxing (see below). (3) Sarah Miller explained that packaging, boxing and wrap is comprised, however the pickup driver later loading everything about the vehicle required roughly $1,300 for boxing and packaging and requested me to sign a contract. I refused to sign the contract as is, so that he wrote about the contract which I refused to cover and that I wrote that this was presumed to be contained. When I told that to Melissa out of Ally Van traces she stated that that was a misrepresentation. (4) to arrange for shipping, Natalie out of Ally Van Lines called and stated that I must pay the balance prior to delivery is made, and they took my credit card number and billed $3,188. So, today the price had jumped from around $2,000 to nearly $4,000 plus They’re holidng our stuff hostage (5) when shipping was eventually made, what’s soaking wet, and a few things are broken and damaged, and a few are lost (6) unloading and loading was presumed to be contained in the quotation, however they requested fr $75 for unloading asserting that they culd not receive close enogh into the home (7) we found out that the driver had chosen some one by the road to hel him together with the unloading.   So, bottom line, they’re agents, it’s a scam and a rip off. I’ll be filing complaints with the BBB and contemplating taking them to small claims court. If for nothing, but to help others avoid them and may be set them out of business.

What's worse than horrible, ALLY Van Lines

They are only the brokers, so they take NO responsibility for QRS movers, who are:LATEDAMAGINGDON’T DELIVER EVERYTHINGLIARS (my sister died, our truck is on the way, don’t know where it is, but we’ll fast track it)SCAM ARTISTSEXTORTIONISTS (pay us in cash upwards to 3x our quote or we take you items back to the warehouse where we stored it for 1-3 months without your permission) They cause you to miss your entire summer of recreation for your kids (just got their bikes, foosball table and NOT their solo skateboards Sept 1), family reunion/weddings/trips, ability to clean your house, cook/refrigerate food, launder (oh wait, what clothes, they’re on the first too small truck!), eat from a table/with chairs (dining room table on 90 day late truck/kitchen table never delivered/neither is patio table or chairs), self medicate with OTC meds/nebulizer, clean (Rainbow vacuum/steam mop/carpet shampooer/stainless indoor dryer never showed up). AND, you’re out $12,000 to them and about $10,000 more than you planned so far, due to money for recreation, eating out, cleaning services, laundry services, lodging (since the beds didn’t show for a month).  BEWARE, you’ll be in financial ruin if you use this company. PS: LOVE TO ATTACH PHOTOS, BUT OUR SCANNER/COPIER WAS BROKEN IN THE SECOND LOAD, AND CORDS TO CAMERA STILL CAN’T BE FOUND.  Damages include: broken copier, broken antique/discontinued wedding china and crystal, vases (not all of it, just what was obviously thrown on the truck), numerous cracked/gouged/broken pieces of antique furniture, foosball table gouged, MISSING furniture – antique/vintage, missing irreplaceable family items (furniture, antique farm sign from family farm)  Suffice it to say, it’s the worst transition EVER.

Overall ripoff scam!   Talked to 3 Unique people to get an easy movement.   Afterward, nobody never showed up when they reserved, and then nobody even answers the phones for hours.   I eventually reached a”supervisor” at 7pm that day that admitted my cancellation but not even apologized.   Then after assuring me a refund, then they kept my deposit!   This business is unprofessional and dreadful – DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

    DO NOT USE THIS BROKER

I had been checking into businesses to move from Ohio to Colorado. The salesperson Dave was really persistant with calling me and trying to receive my businesss. He seemed quite habituated to any question I asked. He gave me a price that was within our budget and explained that somebody would phone 1 week before the move to correct things shipping and provide me extra information. At that moment, I needed to give him a deposit and that he explained this fantastic pricee was locked in according to the prices for this day. When I did get the telephone about a week ahead of the move I corrected the particulars of what being transferred. I did realize that the burden (that’s exactly what the dollar amount had been based on – not distance but pounds) had likely become a lot. My very first quote on a three bedroom house was only over 4000 pounds. As soon as I went across the further items together with the quality control individual he anticipated that my burden at over 10,000 pounds but not to worry because they over estimate so that it might not cost so much at the end. My cost did triple and once I requested him he informed me that he needed to receive a different truck to emerge. Ally ia a broker business and they don’t perform the moving nevertheless they use actual moving companies so that they believed that there actions finished in the time that the moving business arrived. When I had difficulties with all the moving firm Ally was impolite and resigned stating I want to manage the shipment in the moving business. My suggestion to anyone contemplating this provider. Think again because I believed it was more of a bate an swap.

Don’t use this business, they took my cash and I received no driver! Nobody responded to my calls to the afternoon the motorist was expected. This business is a scam and also stole a 900.00 residue from me. Jordan was my agent and called me nearly everyday when trying to convince me to engage his or her business. When I began having issues with not hearing by a motorist, nobody abswered my calls, nobody replied at their small business.

    Total SCAM!

Back in June of 2013. (company hopefully was closed down by now.)
Wife moving her daddy with early phases Alzheimer from Mississippi to Texas. Ally took her 600 bucks deposit on the telephone forcing her to lock in price. Had difficult time calling the business as soon as they obtained the deposit. We knew something was wrong when we couldn’t make them answer the telephones. But then the day prior to the transfer they called my spouse simply to attempt to receive a bigger deposit as prices tripled. They needed us to get money on hand to pay driver before he’d begin loading. Couldn’t provide us a date furniture could be delivered. Added cost for boxes, packaging materials. Additional price to overeat at destination. Cost only kelp going up over quoted cost with no end penetration. I’d worked for a moving business once I was in my 20s and understood a number of the things they were saying and incorporating in was not how it is handled with a respectable business. We cancelled the movement and let a Uhaul. Wife and I in our 50s loaded everything and drove to Texas. We even told them that the reason behind the move. An during a really stressful period in my spouse’s life these con artists took advantage of her. Run from those folks, you can not win. Want everyone who has had problems together to receive a class action lawsuit against them only to make them squirm. I’d give up any compensation simply to see them squirm for a change.
    None of that is EXAGGERATED.
We had been outside 600.00 since we wouldn’t collapse for anymore of the own lies. It’d have been much longer if we’d have remained with them.

    ALLY VANLINES=FRAUD

Learn from my mistake. Don’t Use ALLY VANLINES. They’re fraud and will bill you easily double the sum. They’re a broker firm but may misrepresent themselves because the real movers. My movement was NOT picked up on time after which sent 8 DAYS LATER. They’re rude and not proficient in any respect. I’m missing things and have ruined furniture. But I’d rather handle the lost/damaged merchandise and substitute at my own cost then handle the crooks in Ally. Tony, allegedly the supervisor, was so rude and told lies to me about my movement. He used foul language and wasn’t a so called supervisor whatsoever….just outside to rip off people. I had been told my transfer will be no longer than about $600….final payment totaled over $2600 along with the rest of the balance after deposit needed to be paid in CASH. Who does this? I didn’t see the fine print that was a lesson learned. When I had those winners wouldn’t have gotten a cent out of me. The movement did nothing but lead to tension and stress. For awhile I did not even think I would get some of my things. Don’t allow those crooks benefit from you.
