Allstates did such a great job for me on my transfer away from Texas to Florida! This is my first time going so that I was fairly nervous depending on the questions I read about on the internet! I thank god who John Anthony called me personally! I strongly suggest this carrier and understand who I’ll call when I ever move back again! Thank you Allstates to all of your hard work!

Selecting Allstates Moving has been the best choice I made for my own movement. They’re expert from beginning to end! They’ve a skilled and friendly employees. I couldn’t be more happy with Bill, that managed my movement. He walked me through each step of the movement that was so reassuring for me personally. A complete nightmare. The worst potential moving encounter and also my recommendation to additional customers to Prevent this company in Any Way costs:
I hired ALLSTATES MOVING AND STORAGE INC a moving company to move my home great from Weston, FL to Dallas, fl. The shipping has been scheduled for March 21. I’m unable to find any responses from the business, all calls move to a voicemail. I dread my furniture was stolen.

They call us the upcoming days following pick-up and required more money. We had been advised by the motorist which our matters would be sent on this Saturday. Evidently, they were not.  Wife and children are sleeping to a blow-up mattress onto the ground. 
Each of the dispatcher possess a contemptuous attitude and an unwillingness to carry any obligation.  I’m reaching out for you as a warning to different customers to prevent Allstatesmoving and storage Inc..  By also exposing their unprofessional and unethical strategy to business behavior.

I dont understand exactly what to do at this stage.  I don’t have any thought were is your furniture and nobody is answering some of their amount of mails,  I’ve even send faxes for your own workplace.

I recently went online searching for pricing because of my transfer from Florida to California. I’d no idea I’d be receiving calls from each moving company on the market. I utilized Allstates Moving and Storage a week to get my move from Tampa Florida to Denver Colorado. It turned out to be a private move I was completely responsible for fiscally. I contacted Allstates according to the testimonials from past clients that I discovered on this site. My agent Jason was quite thorough in describing each facet of my movement. I felt as though I had been working with authentic professsionals. I moved several times before and that is by far the best experience I’d had. Jason completely went to bat for me on the cost and ended up saving me over 1000 bucks!! They showed up in a truck by using their name on it along with the team needed tops to match.The movers were both considerate and really even enabled me to get rid of a sofa in my own van. I had been blown away by the support and because then called them to two other individuals. I STRONGLY believe they’re a rare find in a market packed with contest. This can be the only stop for a wonderful experience. 5 STARS

I had been moving a kitchen out of my home to my parents. I had been sold by James’s honesty and accountability pitch and that I scheduled the movement with All States. I went through, in detail, which I had been going as well as sent James photos. My top two issues were getting out the items by Sunday morning since the construction has been demoed and of their cost increasing and purpose of pickup. James reassured me and stated he’d have his telephone forwarded to his mobile over the weekend to assure everything goes smoothly. Obviously, the movers did not appear on Sunday morning nor did they phone me since they were assumed to 30 minutes prior to coming. Jame’s telephone wasn’t moved to his mobile and I could not get a grasp of anybody before 10am at that time the dispatcher Amil (unsure of the spelling) stated that they were there but could not get in the gate. They’d both of my mobile numbers and did not bother to phone. Amil stated they led into Kendall and will come to maneuver me in 5:30pm.  Amil ended up showing up using a Budget truck along with also his brother and a couple of blankets to maneuver me rather. Following an hour of waiting for James to call him back since he wasn’t mindful of the granite, he advised me that he would need to return in the afternoon and I would be billed for the granite as it is brittle and for packaging everything. I had been quite particular about those items with James and he explained both are cared for. Amil abandoned, my things remain in the house that’s being demoed along with my handicapped retired parents whom I support are outside of a kitchen.  James did email me back advising that he did not have his phone on him since it is mother’s day and that he did not appear to care. I understand that it was not a large job but it’s a job the approved. What might appear insignificant to them might be something enormous for many others! I cannot manage to replace my parent’s kitchen that’s 25 years old and is literally falling apart when I do not get this kitchen sent by tomorrow and by All States Transferring’s activities or should I say lack of concern for their clients, that is quite likely going to be the situation. Thank you All States for creating this mother’s day actually an unforgetable one!

This is the worst going experience of my entire life, and it’s ALL due to this provider. The salesman, James, looked so fine in the beginning. They gave me a quotation, took my residue, consented to what I inquired from them and that I was happy.
Then in my moving day, EVERYTHING fell apart. James wrote down my inventory incorrect. He’d actually suggested that I set down 30 boxes in my listing, simply to be on the secure side. I’ve a whole lot of stuff, and so I agreed to this. Come to learn, he only wrote down 20 boxes. I requested numerous times for this to be shifted to exactly what we had initially agreed on, but they refused and said I would need to pay additional for the”additional” boxes. James also promised not to remember ANYTHING that we’d previously discussed about my movement. He had been so friendly throughout the procedure, and then on my moving day when all went back, he behaved as though he had no idea who I was. In addition, he explained that the movers could build my large things like my mattress and dresser if they arrived at my new home and that didn’t occur. In reality, the mover, that was NOT even used by Allstates, yelled at and hung up on myself and my fiancé once we’d call him to inquire where our stuff was. In addition, he refused to move anything beyond the front door, so we had to take all of the bits of the king size bed upstairs, in addition to my amazingly heavy dresser, mirror and night table. We needed to build all ourselves and transfer each one of the boxes from just inside the front door to the living area and kitchen. My bicycle was likewise delivered broken, and boxes were totally squished and ripped and I didn’t get a box along with my kitchen utensils inside, my brand new rear massager, and a bag of hangers. In addition, he took the plastic wrap from my mattresses out in the parking lot and hauled it up from the filthy truck, together with all the corner sitting in a muddy puddle. There is also white paint marks on my sofa and I do not understand where they came out. It had been such a dreadful and stressful experience, along with the inspector was SO rude that I just signed off on the newspaper to get him from my home.
James explained that Allstates utilizes their particular movers and their particular trucks….neither of that is accurate. They piggy backed my movement with a different firm, as the guys who came and picked up my possessions didn’t work for Allstate, and neither did the brash guy who delivered them into the new residence. I moved from Florida to Missouri, also made it rather clear that we had next day shipping. My fiancé and I did the driveway in two days and I had been told I would get immediate next day shipping. Amit, the dispatcher for your vehicle, was the guy which I supported this with many times. Afterward, on moving day, Amit informs me that instant delivery is hopeless, and that I must get my things in 10 days or less. What?! So I contended with him because I can not think that everybody has lied to me personally, I am not getting my possessions straight away and my stock was written down wrong and I ended up paying $700 additional along with what I was initially quoted for my transfer…a quotation which has been”iron clad”. This corporation could have cared less about me and my possessions. Nobody called me to inform me that my stuff had arrived safely at the warehouse. I still hadn’t discovered anything after 7 days, so that my fiancé called and they stated it had been in transit. Well come the 10th and highest day, my possessions still had not arrived. It had been just like pulling teeth to really get in contact with anybody at Allstate and my possessions were delivered late in the day on the 11th day.
I can not stress it enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They’re fine for you to get your small business, but they left my move among their worst experiences of my entire life and that I paid an extremely higher cost the day of my relocation due to their carelessness and errors. And I did not even obtain all of my possessions. I will never use a moving business again due to this dreadful experience. I am also contacting The Better Business Bureau with this provider. Don’t Use Allstates Moving & Storage Inc!!! Don’t! Don’t! Don’t! Find another organization! Any additional firm!

I moved from Florida to Texas along with also my transfer price didn’t alter this had been a shock to me because I realised additional cash in the budget only in case but I talked with bobby from Allstates storage and moving plus he was amazing, he thought about stuff that I wasn’t even thinking about and together with my busy schduele he replied my calls following hrs that they are the sole firm that delegate you a 24/7 hotline into call or text afterwards hrs with any issues. I recently accepted a new place in Charleston SC.  I just had two weeks to get a house, locate a plumber and package up a 4 bedroom two bath house.  I phoned a few”federal” movers and has been amazed with the pace and support I received in Gene that the”salesman”.  After moving through the whole contents of the house and All State putting the info in their personal computer application, I had been told our whole home is estimated at 8,900 pounds. And the estimated cost could be $4,200.  I wasn’t familiar with this complete, it appeared low.  I requested All State to deliver a expert estimator outside to our house to physically look at all of our family things and think of an accurate quote based on authentic family products, not even a computer application.  To me, that the”specialist estimator” from All State maintained our move could be just 9,100 pounds.  Expecting the”professionals”, my spouse and I made a decision to remain with All State.  The nightmare starts.  We had been advised to expect a telephone call 48 to 24 hours prior to the inspector will be in our home to find out our things.  We received a telephone call at 4:30 PM on Sunday that the movers will be in our house between 12:00 and 1:00 on Monday, May 18, 2015.  The movers came around 3:30 Monday using a 27 ft truck, (we had been advised by All State it’d be quite a semi).  The Agency (Route 66 Transferring ) instantly informed us we had far over 8,900 pounds. Along with the mover didn’t know if all of our possessions would match in their truck.  At midnight, we had been told a number of our family things wouldn’t fit on the vehicle and could be left behind.  We were also told our family things would weigh over 14,000 pounds.  We had been captured in All State’s snare.  Their game plan will be to reduce ball your loved ones burden and cost quote to secure you as a client and then hold your family things hostage until you cover the whole additional charge.  My spouse and my transfer out of Charles Town, WV into Summerville, SC cost us over $8,000.  This amount has been nearly twice the quoted cost.  Look closely at the reviews you find online.  All State Moving is as BAD as folks say they’re.  DO NOT HIRE ALL STATE MOVING.

I’m totally appalled at this organization and also the dreadful service they’ve done for me personally and my famiky.they assured me an specific quote and it would not move up and if they arrived to pick up my belongings my cost went up nearly 1000 bucks. This wasn’t my initial move. I understand how problematic it’s whenever someone relocates. It merely gets smooth when the mover is proper. I was fortunate this opportunity to get Allstates storage & moving because my mover. They weren’t like my prior movers. They had been much better than people. In the daytime they touched on scheduled period and initiated the loading and packaging. They ended it by noon and began for my new home in NC. After finishing a four days travel they reached 2 hours prior to the specified time. This was effective. They delivered all of the goods full match. They really came a day early to package. Not enough folks for the amount of packaging to be performed.   Estimate they handed me was totally deceiving – from below $5000 it moved around $8300 – stunned to say the very least.   Packers were really respectful but only overwhelmed. So tired in the conclusion that last boxes were poorly packed.   Were guaranteed delivery to the next Monday (6 months after ).   They shifted delivery time 3 more times and really came Tuesday at 7pm – only 2 men to unpack an entire 3 bedroom home!   They didn’t build any furniture or perhaps eliminate the blankets away from the furniture.   We did this ourselves.   11 pm and we’re still in it.   Mattresses were hauled on earth (one came with two big tears onto it). We certainly didn’t get everything we paid for.   I’ve insurance ($800 longer ) and have filed claim.   Too many items broken, scraped and banged.   An Entire cupboard of the gear (aprox $450) didn’t arrive – insurance Doesn’t cover missing things!   Spoke to Xiomara in Allstates and she had been really polite and listened closely.   But they have not accepted obligation or some other actions to cure or compensate for all that occurred.   Very very disappointed.

Allstates storage & moving did such an wonderful job moving our possessions from Hallandale Beach, FL into Glasgow, MT. We hired them after a friend gave them a glowing recommendation. My husband is very fussy about moving businesses. He’s trust issues obviously! However he felt far more confident after speaking to this company on telephone. They looked friendly and dependable. The actual proof came through the transfer. The movers were all very experienced and they wasted absolutely no time. Their packaging skills were amazing and they carried everything easily. They were literally in and out of our property. We could not believe how quickly they completed the job. It has to have saved us a fortune. The shipping has been made sharp at9:00’m on the scheduled date. Our valuables traveled thickly and we could not be happier.

Moving company made claims on the way they were planning to provide customer services. Determined by how they weren’t a broker firm and the way since they had been the actual company that was likely to pick up the merchandise , they had been much better than the rest.   I requested for a Particular time to proceed along with the person on the phone consented.   He explained the scheduling section could call and confirm.   I never received a telephone.   When I called back two weeks prior to the transfer, I was told everything was nice and they’d call me in the conclusion of the day. This went on til 19 hours prior to the move.   I was then moved to the supervisor who stated that he was cancelling the movement and refunding me the cash.    When I advised him that this places me at a worse position, he said I was my difficulty.     Beware of those promises this firm makes.   They Appear to double and triple novel then try to slip your movement.   They left me in a lurch.   Buyer beware!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DON’T USE THIS COMPANY

Here really is the worst experience I have had. I used this business assured I would be treated properly since they had been a”actual” moving business rather than a broker. WOW, was that wrong.

I moved from North Carolina to California and have experienced nothing but trouble. The cost DOUBLED and I am currently paying over $3,000 to maneuver a studio flat. I do not even have a kitchen table. Three months after procuring them, my possessions have been held hostage at Florida. All types of additional fees are added such as fees for stairs which don’t exist.

I am sure the cost is only going to increase upon shipping, IF that ever happens. I have now been sleeping in an air mattress and needed to buy a lot of things I was not planning on.

Whatever you do, DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY. They are completely horrific. I really don’t have sufficient room to explain to you how dreadful they are.

My view is that this mover has become easily the most awkward and unprofessional plumber in the business! While they claim not to be agents, they’re! As soon as they pick up your furniture that they require full payment although their contract says otherwise! They program delivery 4 days and 4 times that they did not appear, all of the while the office personnel lie on where my furniture has been! When they sent the only things which weren’t damaged were those they lost. They totally destroyed hand made timber furniture that I bought in march this year (2015). My temper-pedicab mattress was lost the legs along with the electric parts were ruined! To top it off the bed smelled of pee! The one thing I did right was to buy whole replacement insurance by a 3rd party insurance carrier!

This company is quite unreliable. They behave as thought they’re doing us a favor and we’re paying tens of thousands of dollars for a transfer. Their telephone and customer service stinks. They picked up my furniture on October 12th and that I was suppose to get is it about the 21st at Nevada. Come the 21st and this man Joe that functions in Dispatch talks with me just like he’s got no hint of anything and informs me that the truck in departing south Florida now the 21st or elsewhere. I believe that I gave them more than enough time to find this dispatch right. After that I retained call ing to learn what the status was on the motorist and they don’t have any idea on the motorist. What type of support and control for their customers is that? Well I shall tell you that this provider is quite undependable considering that I have 2 little children and no furniture in my home for more than a week. They pretty much have everything I have. On the 28th, they come to me and offer me a reduction of like 5 percent that’s roughly 150 off. That’s caring for their customers directly. Well I believe that’s a smack on the face in regards to service believing they totally dropped this ball. Communicating with this particular provider is horrific and in the event the owner is reading this he ought to be ashamed of this support they’re providing their clientele. Incidentally my invoice was 4,200. HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

Best however, once the delivery men predicted (again 1 hr before shipping ) they said that my equilibrium wasn’t the 260 we owed them, but the 997 we owed following the deposit, since they had no listing of this $715 they obtained from my husband accounts. A rep called me, (from a limited #) to do this squared off and explained he’d manage it. I never got a call back and clearly couldn’t telephone him being that the number has been blocked. In my displeasure, the shipping men, who drove a semi we hadn’t ever noticed before (that is maybe not the truck we saw our things load into and also we weren’t told these information. .) Were surprisingly fine, but also had no record of the impending $715 charge. I attempted to call customer support to talk to our rep Victor and needless to say, he had been unreachable. The customer service woman ( I WISH I’d removed her title. .) Was very impolite and impatient and had no comprehension for our scenario, again telling me she would email my rep because of me personally. We revealed the delivery men that our bank statements and they knew and required the rest of the equilibrium we understand we owed. They were quite nice about it, frustrated clearly but agreed we should not be billed over what we had been told. I’m honestly not sure whether or not these men were a different hired firm to transfer our things or should they worked for that we’d hired. . I truly could not tell you.
I got an email requesting us to complete the charge card auth newspaper to the no warning payment they had already taken. From the mail, the charge card auth wasn’t attached, so that I replied asking that they join it and ship it back to me so we can fill it all out. Well clearly, nobody read my email since they answered telling me that I have to have forgotten to link my finished credit card auth. . seriously? I reacted requesting them to reread the email and ship it again. . I’ve yet to hear back anything. And that has been nearly two months ago.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! And do not give them your credit card information… the one thing I was pleased about was that my things arrived within time period and unharmed. However, so much as the support and business of the business. . You’d expect a lot more when your paying 1425 to utilize their solutions. Save yourself the hassle. Except for the publication. .

This moving firm was the worst experience I’ve ever gone through in my entire life. They still to this day haven’t supplied me with a summary of exactly what I paid or exactly what I have billed. I needed to transfer all of my things into my area myself because their driver wouldn’t carry up my possessions four little staircase if 8 were contained in the movement at no cost. I have a statement I can supply that states I had been overcharged $414.15 and that I was just refund $210. Additionally, I paid $70 to get a plastic mattress cover which was not placed in my mattress and also got my 500 memory foam mattress wet and destroyed. As I mentioned the motorist left my possessions out of the parking lot of my construction, didn’t go through my stock listing with me and just drove off and left before I had some notion of what had been accounted for. From what I understand because I wasn’t given any list of what it is that they moved apart from my first stock, they failed to send a $900 Roland XP-80 computer keyboard, $300 Gibson Guitar, $1200 Kirby Vacuum, $100 coffee table. A number of boxes of things with novels and video games at approx 300. This moving business is doing nothing but make my life a living nightmare. I relocated to work throughout the nation and it’s been a really tough transition due to this. All of my missing and ruined possessions complete around $3000 and that I only need this catastrophe to become over… The proprietor and client service folks have been so disrespectful and dishonest with me telling me they would mail me a test that I never obtained and finally stiffing me about what I had been overcharged. I’m a fantastic honest client and paid $3100 for this business to provide my possessions and they’ve neglected in every way imaginable… I’m appalled that anyone would conduct a company this way.

The initial quote was 1440. However, was shifted in my home to $2100. At that stage, if you would like to transfer your things you’re out of luck. Following the movement, I spoke with Mario who confessed I had been overcharged and guaranteed me a refund. Mario is a liar and can not be trusted for whatever that he tells you. I never got the refund that he guaranteed and after many telephone calls I gave up. You’ve got a choice of moving companies, find one that’s reputable. Allstates storage and moving isn’t an honest business. You certainly can do better. I recorded everything and demonstrated I had been overcharged. Mario agreed but then was dishonest when following up.

Go Elsewhere They’re just incorrect from cost to misplacing your Boxes I’m Still missing Things and Materials Can Be Broken

We had the worst experience dealing with this company. There was no communication, a number of our things were ruined and they outsourced everything to third parties. They packed up our things in 1 truck, unloaded them into a different and then re-packed them at another truck, which triggered lots of harm to our belongings. The could not provide us a date on shipping, they movers who unpacked the truck attempted to provide us things that belonged to a different household, and lots of the boxes weren’t tagged in any way. This organization is undependable, unreliable and choosing them was a catastrophic option.

I got my shipment 1 month following the scheduled delivery date. Front office LIES on what they are able to do and makes you sign a deal to get a discounted cost after telling them precisely what you’ve got. . Then the inspector put things on the vehicle and state… it’ll cost an extra 2-4K according to cubic feet. On the scheduled delivery date you need to speak to the WORLDS worst idiot in shipment that informs you it’s simply the”available” window date and they have around 30 days then to provide. After I actually got the merchandise they thru (literally) everything from the boxes that they packaged. Damaged tens of thousands of things and I have not heard from them in my claim. I’ll be suing this organization and very honestly we ought to have a class action suit since the listing of clients they cheated is unreal! They have to get made out of business!!

THEY GIVE U A GOOD QUOTE ACT LIKE THEY WILL PICK UP UR STUFF ASK U FOR 50% OF THE MOVING COST AND U Won’t SEE THAT MONEY EVER AGAIN. THEY GIVE U 72 HOURS FROM BOOKING TO CANCEL OR UR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. THEY DICK U AROUND TO GET U PAST THE 72 HOURS SO THEY CAN KEEP UR MONEY. A MOVER NEVER COMES AND THEY BULLS**T U THE WHOLE TIME.
