Our contract, B4816496, has been with Alliance Van Lines. They subcontracted our transfer (WITHOUT TELLING US) into a business called Move Us To Relocation, out of Creek, TX after telling us they’d have an Alliance Van at Branson on 9/16 or even 9/17/2019. Our contract was quite specific showing additional fees for packaging material; i.e. 6 boxes for 3 box springs and mattresses, 9 boxes for mirrors/pictures, 4 boxes for 4 flat screen TV’s, along with also an excess fee for large china cupboard. The movers that showed up had none of those boxes or additional packing material as revealed and billed for on our contract. In reality, they ran out of wrap blankets until the products were half filled. The box truck (not a van) wasn’t large enough so furniture has been stacked on top of other people, with another individual’s dispatch in the nose of truck. No packaging was completed for lamps, TV’s, couch, upholstered seats, leather recliners, or many wood furniture. Consequently, glass objects and TV’s were broken because the load bounced and changed during transport. Each bit of wood furniture includes stains, scratches, and heavy gouges. Leather furniture is wrapped and scraped. The driver and youthful guy who delivered were advised by their boss to never re-assemble the beds. We paid them extra to do so. Our brand new house today has two big gouges in the walls in which unloaders conducted furniture into them. Our contact person at Alliance Van Lines, Mark Ryan, refuses to take our phone calls. The boss at Transfer Us To Relocation, Jake, promised to call back in 5 minutes. He never did. A REAL DISASTER!

Booked my transfer from Illinois to Arizona in May using Daniel Stevens – what he explained was a lie! My quote was 1600. Never told me that he was only a broker, offered the task to Transferring Depot – yet another miserable business! Following the truck was packaged he explained I want to pay an additional $400 since I had a lot of”shit”. They sent two weeks after, then I needed to pay an additional $300 for shuttle, because allegedly they had been having my one bedroom flat to an 18 wheeler truck which would not fit in to my area. What a BS! The shipping has been created at 8:30 PM with a single guy dragging all of my possessions to third-floor. He needed to ask my neighbor to allow him to deliver up my bed. Obviously lot of my things has been broken and ruined and my cherished custom construct bike is overlooking!!! I am pissed! I paid extra to get it about the damn truck!! Also missing is the 7 foot tall floor lamp along with the railings for California king mattress. They had me to file a claim with all movingclaims.net another fake company!!!

To say that I’m disappointed in my experience using Alliance Van Lines is a serious understatement. From the very start, this organization and its affiliates are a complete nightmare to use. I write this review with the expectation I can save somebody else the annoyance and distress that this experience has caused me. Moving is stressful enough without being shafted by an awkward agency.

Be forewarned, the corporation is going to tempt you in with promises of important discounts. My representative”Tracy H” lured me in with a speed that appeared too good to be true (it was). Afterward , they will bait and change you. As soon as you’ve signed the agreement, Alliance wipes their hands clean and will refuse to link you back together with the broker you worked with at the start. They move your contract to an obscure third party which has little to no information regarding your prior discussions. Don’t bother calling customer support since they are going to tell you that they no have no control over the procedure and that you will need to talk together with the shipment which THEY coordinated.

The contract is full of ambiguous exemptions regarding additional fees that the movers fully exploit.
