Just went for this business since they had been Google licensed and had great reviews but I simply did not have a fantastic experience together. I transferred from FL to CA so a massive cross country move and that I know what that involves. The setting up a part has been cool, so I had a pleasant moving expert rep. I am unhappy with this particular business since the contract states that they are supposed to keep you advised. I actually heard nothing in them concerning the standing of my items and I needed to maintain call every couple of days to have upgrades and each time I would call, I would find a different story distinct dates. It was so frustrating. I needed to invest more money purchasing things twice since they required a long time with my things. It is now 4:30 and still have not heard back from Rich therefore I texted him and told him exactly what we needed to perform. Then he erupts on me and states that what they’ve done is inside their contract which I asked and that movers are there Tuesday between 9 and 11 (again we shut in 11). I informed him there wasn’t any purpose the trucks were nearly filled. He blows up again and states that I will be getting my 1100 buck deposit back even after admitting mistake through the telephone and text, that they had awakened the pick date. This was a really demanding experience for myself and my loved ones both emotionally and financially. Should they want the 1100 out of my deposit that poor they could keep it but between my reviews on the internet and also my complaints to the BBB I guarantee that this incident will probably cost them much, much, more. As I said, When I screw up I take responsibility for my own mistakes, I’m not dumb, if they’d only communicated with me correctly, we might have worked this out even with the selection date blunder. In case the owner would like to reach me out I dont even mind breaking up the 1100 deposit since they did dispatch a truck with employees on it in my benefit and those people today will need to get compensated, but if not I might need to move with my testimonials and complaints so that no one else might need to eliminate money on an organization that doesn’t stand by their services.
