I was not told that my possessions are offloaded in the first van and place into storage. It was then several weeks until they were placed onto a second van for transportation. Problem #2  The employees weren’t all sporting their face masks.  I needed to whine twice to figure out this issue.

Significant issue #3.  I had been told that since the table was bigger than anticipated, the total could approximately $1000 more – around $3000 total rather than just over $2000.  I advised your estimator that it had been a executive desk.  I even offered to provide specific dimensions of all of the things but had been advised that it was not essential.  I was also informed that I had an additional 50 cu feet at the cost level quoted when I wished to include something. But somehow the table was so big that the quote was off   nicely over 200 cu ft. that I had been made to get rid of the twin bed and 2 night stand to have the cost down to something that I could manage as merely money was approved.  It was still $220 greater than initially estimated in accordance with Leo of Black Bear.

Once I went home I hunted up all of the dimensions and inserted them up up. I have images using the measurements on postit notes. The initial items were below the initial quote of 286. I obtained 223 cu ft. Without out three things removed the cu feet was 167. I should not get billed for over 167 cu ft.

Small issues #5 and 4.  They left bare tape rolls, wads of tape, along with parts of cardboard inside and away from the house.They wrapped the metallic framework to the bed although we’d removed the mattress.

I’m also hoping to find some choice out of Black Bear Moving and Storage, however, Alex in client Service wasn’t so encouraging.

Many broken parts of furniture.

At least two boxes are lost, such as half of my wardrobe and an whole kitchen box.

Boxes were packaged loose like glass products, literally only thrown into a box.

Not one of the boxes have been correctly researched. We had no clue what area they even belonged in.

The stock wasn’t marked correctly with listings such as,”little box” about the stock paper job.

Allegiance and these agents (all in Florida, it sounds ) are needed by the FMCSA to print lists of movers that they operate with – but if you visit this page, it needs a password to log into. We did not understand it had been Black Bear Storage and Moving before the afternoon prior to our move.
