    Worst Move Ever!

Decision –DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Worst Move Ever, Probably the oddest thing I’ve ever been through. . They’re scammers, thieves and liars. They broke the majority of the stuff, and also their packaging was horrendous. The movers stole 3 of my top priced items and then swore at us and used profanity. Said to my head that we ought to receive our 60 cents per pound and laughed at me. (speaking about he insurance policy ). They did not appear with our materials on time were over a week late although we payed extra for guaranteed delivery. I advised them to wrap our infant mattress about 6 days and they still didn’t wrap the mattress and when we got it it was dark, filthy and needed to be thrown out. There are several negatives that I can’t even go over everything. Thinking about it gives me stress. Don’t Use All you can proceed if valyou *==

Steer Clear of All You Can Move

After coming 4 hours late to start packaging my 5,000 sq/ft house, the rush started to be finished, as promised, by 5:00 pm. Throughout the transfer employees used baths, without inquiring, that was cleaned for the transfer and that lacked toilet paper. Deficiency of toilet paper did not prevent them and they utilized the sink along with their palms leaving a cluttered, smelly, disgusting mess behind. After telling them to not use the baths, they did it again anyway. Total lack of respect of the homeowner.

When the things arrived several days late, they utilized illegal migrant labour picked up on the road corner of Bell and Tatum (in the Home Depot) at AZ, since they maintained their typical men wouldn’t return their calls. As you may imagine, not one of these, except one, talked english and started banging objects against brick walls, rolling across dining tables on concrete flooring, and falling boxes clearly marked”FRAGILE” only to list a few. Additionally, after undergoing 4 moves in as a long time accross the country, this is the primary mover which didn’t deliver all things which were picked up. I guess given they had been a few days late they had lots of time to experience our items and pick out exactly what they desired.

Steer clear of Everything You are able to move at all prices as we filed a $17,000 maintain and now the insurance company (we paid extra for insurance) will not even come to the house to consider the damage. Save your cash and go with the bigger, more commercial businesses. At least all of your items will appear, and if anything is broken, they will look after it.

Terrible Customer Service - DO NOT USE!!!!

I picked AYCM due to cost and I discovered the hard way that you get exactly what you purchase. Enormous MISTAKE!!! DO NOT CONSIDER USING AYCM!!!
My first contact with AYCM had been Philip. He had been cordial and provided exceptional customer services. He put me up for the transfer on Sunday afternoon, 15 May 2011. I given the morning as my house is rather large and I understood it’d require 5 to 6 weeks to proceed. Additionally, the storage device on where I was planning to transfer my belongings comes with an accessibility cut-off period at 7pm; therefore morning has been the smartest choice. Philip put me up to the movers to arrive between 8 and 10am. The verification page that I”digitally signed” and delivered straight back to AYCM clearly stated the movers would be to appear between 8 and 10am. The Friday prior to the movement, 13 May 2011, Krista phoned me to affirm. She stated that there was likely to become quite a”small movement” right before us and inquired if this would be fine. I stated that it would; nonetheless, to my mistake I simply assumed that meant that the”small move” would happen in the afternoon and that the movers could appear in my home the rear end of this 8-10am window. I was incorrect.
Around 10:30 – 11am on Sunday the movers had still not shown up. I phoned the 1-866 number on the site and my verification. Krista answered the telephone and I inquired where the movers had been. She stated she’d call them and determine where they were in; she did not mention any change in the time slot. 30 minutes went by and I had not heard back from Krista. I called the identical number. It went straight to voicemail and I left a message. Another half an hour went by and I called back again. It rang several occasions and voicemail picked up. I made another voicemail message; again, no return telephone call. I repeated this procedure 2 more times and made two more voicemail messages using the exact outcomes; no return telephone call. On the fifth phone call, Krista responded. Understandably, I was miserable that she had not followed me up. She explained she did not have any missed calls from me or any voicemails; I tell her have the benefit of this doubt. This was also the very first time she said that the movers were not supposed to appear until between two and 4pm; far too late to my period program. She stated she’d call the movers and see where they had been. This was approximately 12:30 or 1pm.
Fifteen or twenty minutes went by without a return phone call. I predicted six times and eventually attained Krista. She was so rude and acted as though it was absurd that I predicted six times in a row. I told her why I did was that she previously told me she did not obtain any missed calls or voicemails from me personally. Obviously Krista whined when she stated she did not get some of my previously missed calls or voicemails. She also said she did not answer my telephone calls since”she had been placing her baby to sleep soundly .” Very unprofessional to become”on-duty” because of dispatcher, not answer telephone calls due to private organization. At the time she explained the movers were still driving and could arrive shortly. In 3pm no movers’d arrived and that I called back and cancelled the movement. Authentic to Krista’s kind, she neglected to call Dennis and Mario (the transferring men ) to notify them that I’d cancelled; I got a telephone call from Dennis in 4pm stating that he had been on his own way. I advised him that I’d spoke to Krista a hour before and had cancelled solutions. Either Krista’s phone simply does not function or she simply can not perform her job. Customer support is moving away within our society and Krista is only one more example. I am not certain what else Krista could be useful at when she can not answer telephone calls, make telephone calls or followup. This has been a really dreadful customer support experience – I’ll now go out of the way to let everybody know to not utilize Everything You Can Transfer Movers.

    Recommend to anyone i know

I cant stop raving about those men to everyone I speak to! Not only did they make my own movement completely stress free for me personally, they assured I was totally relaxed and relaxed in my new location. It banished all negative preconceived opinions identity ever had about moving companies, and concerning the entire experience of moving generally. These men are the only ones I will ever use again, and /or recommend to anybody I know.

    Thanks!

These men were hard heart. They deserved those five stars! They have been on time, quick, clever, seasoned, really hard workers. As a result of these men they could create our movement a superb experience. I’ve got friends who have poor encounters with moving businesses, and that I was reluctant to employ one earlier. However, these men took all of my worries away. They made it very easy for all of us.

    Bad Corporate Customer Service

While the real shifting crew were excellent, speedy and considerate, the bookkeeping and sales division in this venture requires much effort. I had been told I will fax over our company card information for their office following the transfer. I was subsequently told that they needed to be paid promptly and forcing me to use my personal card. The office man with whom I talked to was rude and not threatening. I despise being told something simply to have a sale and then told some thing else and that I ESPECIALLY hate being treated rudely on top of it. This was completely unnecessary.

Never again can I use this corporation. Never.

Absolutely the most awful experience ever

The most egregious service I’ve ever encountered. First off, they aren’t a real moving business — they pose as you but in fact , they behave as a broker, hiring truckers that have little to no connection to the provider. They jam an 18 wheeler filled with yours and other people’s items. They showed up in an unmarked white truck with”Everything You Can Proceed” written in marker in a teeny little square, hardly legible. The motorist had his trousers hanging so that you can see his gloomy tighty-whities. My stuff was broken — my eyeglasses, dishes and frames were broken, furniture punctured and arm seat completely stained. They’ve no respect to the pick-up and drop-off dates, so they will say,”We could just provide on this afternoon (that really isn’t the date we’d agreed upon) or you could get it 3 months later.” 3 months??!! Worst of all, they ended up charging me DOUBLE the quantity of the first quote and they refuse to fall off your belongings till you’ve paid the sum in total.

More significantly than my term, however, NOTE: Everything you can proceed received an”F” RATING from BBB. Watch http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/movers/all-you-can-move-in-dallas-tx-90130199

Run as far away from them as you possibly can, for the own sake.

Do not use all you can move

They’re dreadful. Do not use them. I’d rank adverse if I could.

I transferred out of a two bedroom place to a two bedroom appt. Both are on the first floor. With just 1 mass bed required to become unassrmble and reassemble. It required two jamacan men 5 hours to proceed. Exluding that the 45 minutes driving, it took them 4 hours and 15 minutes to proceed. I believe that the reason is 1 man was remaining at the moving truck and coordinated the timed the entire time speaking on the telephone. So it was essentially 1 man going, so it took them twice as long. The reasemble component, a few of the screws aren’t fully in.

Not just that, they were rather demanding with the things throwing things about. They broke one of my favourite paintings with measurement of the dimensions of this queenside bed breadth. They poked two holes and a single slit across the framework.

Ii needed to maneuver the TV along with lots of the delicate items that I had no issues with.

They had no regard for themselves and also for me personally.

Along with the management team would not respond to me personally

    Company non-responsive to loss

Whatever you can Move missing a few of my boxes and they do not care. Once of those boxes was a massive wardrobe box and I asked them”how would such a massive box evaporate, it has to be at the warehouse, can I go look?” . They stated”occasionally boxes vanish and no, you can’t go seem”. I jumped, I cried, I pleaded. . .to go search for my boxes because they comprised baby pictures of my daughter which can’t be replaced because they had been before we’d digital photos, and I had been told”file a claim”. But I can’t file a claim, since we were never given a bill of lading. They were supposed to email it to me rather than did, I called four times, emailed two times, still nothing. In addition, I have someones box that isn’t mine, they were supposed to pick this up and never revealed , they dismissed my email asking when I could drop off it so the individual can get their items back. They truly, frankly DON”T CARE.

    Horrible scammers, stay away!

I have moved throughout the country 3 days and this is completely the shadiest moving surgery I have ever worked together. Their sales team will nourish you a gorgeous story for their providers, however look no farther than their Better Business Bureau level of _F_ http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/movers/all-you-can-move-in-dallas-tx-90130199 if this does not convince you, they all whined about the weight of the dispatch, stating it had been 1500 pounds heavier than it really was. They charge by weight, so that they attempted to defraud me of over $1000. Fortunately I watched the scam & compelled them to re-weigh. They did not actually apologize, no real surprise since the rep Krista was utterly impolite & uncommunicative the entire moment. Never ONCE returned a telephone call, mono-syllable answers to my queries. Once they have your things, they simply dismiss you and fraudulently need extra cash to receive it back. Be aware that a lot of these BBB complaints are all about false advertisements, such as the bogus google reviews along with the prohibited use of this BBB logo on their website.

All you can move: incredibly poor job

I’d used everything you can proceed (acym) double before. 1 time they did fine, and once that they fell a nightstand down an outside flight of stairs. I used them again this past weekend since at least I had been comfortable with their charging methodology and the firm did fix the nightstand.

This movement proved to be a total nightmare! They came 4.5 hours beyond the most recent period of the birth”Window,” and began my 8-hour movement at 6:30 p.M. On a Saturday night. The 3 men had already worked 12 hours. “Customer support” was almost impossible to reach on Saturday… They never returned the messages that I left, requesting them to phone and allow me to know if the men were still planning to appear that day/night. When somebody at aycm eventually answered one of my many telephone calls, the dispatcher gave me intentionally incorrect info and never called me back to keep me updated.

In this movement, the movers ruined an extremely costly bedroom dresser since they transferred it upside down and allow the surface of the dresser remainder on the dolly (since they pulled it in and from their truck, up stairs, etc.), they reversed boxes and even suitcases upside down even when obviously marked”upward,” they did not pile boxes with labels facing external despite being requested 10 times to accomplish this, plus they informed me in 1:00 a.M.. They forgot to deliver the tools they had to put my bed back together (which they had disassembled). They were planning to leave my king-size mattress sitting at the top of a tall, narrow box, making it resemble a teepee, but I insisted that they put it down flat because they needed to go back another day to put the bed together. Leaving the mattress such as that would have destroyed it.

Simply speaking, the movers lacked common sense, could not follow simple directions (although I talked with them overwhelmingly in their native language), and tossed things around with hardly any respect for contents.

I won’t ever, ever, use everything you can proceed again, even when they offered to transfer me at no cost.

The support was quick, dependable and considerate! We’re extremely happy with our entire experince using U-Haul. In the afternoon we stopped into book a truck into the period we dropped off it following our transfer, the encounter was outstanding. The movers are extremely professional hard working individuals and we thank them all for whatever they did. God Bless and we’d suggest to all.

    Horrible Experience

As soon as I hired this business it was to get a transfer of 6 cubes, I had been told they’d be there at 2pm and then we ought to be accomplished by 6.

Come 2pm no movers that I predict they say oh between 4 and 2 is the quotation (NOT TRUE) come 4pm nevertheless no movers phone back and they inform me 6pm. With this moment Im angry as I needed to be from my previous house before 6pm.

Called at 6:15 because I still had no movers that they inform me well would you move a different day? REALLY your turning kidding me right? I tell them NO okay ok we’ll send a team out today.

I received a team in my home at 7pm they didn’t begin loading until 7:30 ( at this point I’d transferred everything I would except the furniture) that we were not done moving before 11:45 that evening.

NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I make use of them.

    Missing belongings/ Horrible customer service

It’s been a dreadful experience coping with All You Can Proceed (or even Freedom Van Lines). They’re self explanatory, and they lack the most fundamental skills needed to conduct a moving business. The direction is equally extremely rude (particularly the supervisor Krista) and lacks some compassion for their clients. The customer support is non existent.

In June 2011, we hired a different firm (Unity Van Lines) to transfer our possessions from Providence, RI into a storage center and then to Dallas, TX. Our first company sub-contracted Everything You Can Proceed – with no knowledge or consent to transport our possessions from the storage centre to our flat in Dallas. We’d have not hired this provider because their many Better Business Bureau (BBB) and on line complaints.

The rudeness from Whatever You Have To Move’s Krista started at the very start of the relationship with this firm. She called me one day in October to program the transfer and did not even say what moving business she had been with. She appeared frustrated with me by the very start of the telephone call, plus it just exasperated her pity once I attempted to convince her to explain the company she was using and why she had been calling me to envision the transfer rather than the firm I had initially hired.

Upon entry of our possessions, my mum and I noticed that the handmade wooden seat and bicycle were overlooking. When we advised the direct inspector this, also he explained that he would personally check to us and to call him that the next day (Saturday) on his mobile phone. Additionally, among the guys said that he might understand where our possessions are in the warehouse and that maybe they were simply left behind. Later on in the afternoon, we understood that we were not just missing the seat and bicycle, but in addition a huge picture frame that has been individually wrapped and many boxes. My mum called the lead inspector the following day at approximately 2pm, and that he advised him never to call his mobile again and wrapped.

For another few weeks, we understood that we had been overlooking much more, and reported on the moving businesses the extra items that were missing. Rather than either moving business becoming apologetic, they simply kept attributing one. We’d get guarantees which they are doing what they can, however would obtain no upgrade. When I’d call to get an upgrade, I’d be told they’d phone me back, but there might not be a return telephone number. We even threatened to file a complaint with the BBB, to that Krista reacted that the BBB was only a whole lot of crooks.

In late November, we have a telephone Krista from All You Can Proceed stating that they discovered a few of our items and we had to arrive at the warehouse to maintain it. My mum and I took off work and drove into the warehouse to find the stuff. Krista, who maintained she’d be in the warehouse, wasn’t there, leaving different workers with less understanding of our scenario to reveal in which our boxes were. Half of the boxes that they believed were ours, weren’t ours (appears this should happen a whole lot to have a sizable un-clamed pile of possessions ) however we did get about 8 poles back. Apparently , the boxes were only sitting at the corner of the warehouse. Everything You Can Proceed stated that the remaining possessions might be about a moving truck that is leaving Vegas and also to predict later in the week to learn. Naturally, we predict and naturally we’re averted.

It is January now and we’re still lacking many irreplaceable things. I don’t have any expectation of discovering them. We’re in the claims procedure but money can not replace a lot of these things. I really don’t understand how these products were dropped; this really is their occupation. Judging in the numerous titles this firm has been below the sole coverage we can provide you is that this particular review, and also hope you visit throughout the fake favorable reviews. It’s been a dreadful experience, and that I trust that nobody else needs to undergo it.

This business is amazing, the support that they are given is quite effective, and very beneficial to people. And the method of cure to clients are have to love. If there some incorrect we can speak together well. When they provide products they do this perfectly.

My buddy and I had been so concerned about shifting our items,.Although many solutions had said 24×7 customer support,.it went into their own voice mail..Karel gave us a free quote in nighttime 8:00P.M,worked out it in our budget and time limitations and Voila! Our moving has been confirmed in under 30 minutes,.
Extremely friendly and professional, Karel was really beneficial .They could move our items from three distinct places into our destination at just 2.5 hours. They needed to move our items to the next floor and didn’t hesitate to take action even once. I never thought shifting will be quite so easy..Right on time!handled things attentively,.

Shall certainly recommend their support anyday!

All You Can Lie/All You Can Extort Movers

I really wish I’d taken the opportunity to read all of the reviews here before opting to present my business to All You Can Proceed. If I had I’d not have hired this dreadful business. They simply finished my move following the most nightmarish experience I have had with any business I have ever had dealings with. I’m now just praying that they really delivered all of my possessions and there was no theft. In affirmation of the others opinions on this particular board, and also to put it gently, Krista is a part of work and contains zero business at being in a client service oriented capability….much more about this later when I finish my whole review. The sole favorable, the moving crews themselves; they’re courteous and professional. . .just the contrary of the office team…I really feel sorry for all these crews. My guess is that they are contract labour instead of directly linked to the unethical business.

I intend on making it my obligation to get the word out on Everything You Can Lie/All You Can Extort Movers so nobody else needs to go through precisely the exact same experience as I did!

    Horrible experience

How do I give it zero stars? We used this company for our flat move nearly a year ago and are still struggling to receive our money that’s owed. After the movement was completed that they”showed us” that the rear of the vehicle, stating,”view, all of your belongings is sent”, then my husband appeared himself and watched a box of spirits they had put below a lot of blankets. The mindset from the movers was disagreeable but I had been anxious to place it behind me until we had a water flow linked to our washing machine damaged in the transfer. The emergency water agency price tens of thousands of dollars and harm to our own walls and flooring. I filed a claim with the insurance provider and discovered that they simply pay pennies on the estimated dollar value, thus we could just get reimbursed less than $200. I’m still awaiting the test to be shipped. They said they did not possess the compensation from the insurance, they then said they’d send the test (but it never arrived ), now they stated they’d actually send the test this time. Time will tell I suppose but there’s not any way I will recommend this firm who has lied to me repeatedly on the telephone and postponed things as far as possible to escape from sending me less than $200. The proprietor”Issac” is from the nation but”will react to email”, the office employees (like Krista) is significantly less than useful. Don’t rely on them under any circumstance!

    Terrible Company

I had a easy movement. 3 Blocks. Just huge products. I believe this might have been achieved in two hours. I had been quoted approx 275$. The movers were two hours late. The”main man” tackling the transfer was normally a man who chooses things to the truck(not actual adept in piling up the vehicle ). The standard driver refused to perform this job so that the”main man” known as his brother in law to provide help. His brother-in-law would later tell me that this man didn’t understand what he was doing. It took two hours to pile the truck. They drove into the new residence. At this time they had been tired. I purchased them dinner. A third man came. He understood what he was doing. They transferred the material in. In that under a mile driveway they snapped a dresser mirror and considerably outperforming a footboard of a rather expensive mattress. They were two for 10(20 percent ) as I just had them go about ten items. When picking up the bill that the next man laughed in the other two men for taking so long. They stated they’d have the ability to fix among those products. I compensated (450$ as they upcharged for packaging ) and tipped them(not certain why ).
Now for the bad part. A running theme using the Dallas division is inferior customer support. I’ve called a lot of times to get among those things repaired. They act as they are on it, and they won’t ever contact you until you call again. I had the joy of talking to Javier many times. He’d state that they’d get right onto it. He’d tell me that he will call back within one hour and then would never return to me. This occurred three times.
I believe there are occasions when firms get bad reviews when over passionate clients utilize the anonymity of the world wide web to share their dissatisfaction. With this company I don’t believe thats the situation. I’ve read lots of the complaints and they’re in accord with the support I received.
Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware!!!

    Great Service!

I had been thinking of hiring a very long distance moving firm, but after consulting with all the team I began to feel at ease. All of my things arrived at the appointed destination with no difficulties! The team immediately answered all of my questions and got my own long distance moving task performed as painless as possible. I don’t really want to move anytime soon but should I do these men are the one I’ll visit. Fantastic Job!

    Saved the Day!

I was moving into our New york office. Section of the movement package contained the firm designated inspector (not to be termed ). No title movers took the deposit and backed out a week prior to the transfer. All you can proceed managed to find everything packaged and moved to New York on fourteen days notice. They really saved me the hassle of driving up and back to receive my things transferred. Thanks, you guys were fantastic!

    Very Satisfied

I’d suggest these movers to some of my buddies. I’ve been in the army for 15 decades and, been set up and moved from location to place numerous times. I have had to take care of a lot of different moving companys and, for me they’ve always been a nuisance to manage. These men were instantaneous and the service was outstanding. No lost or damaged items upon birth and, even though I typically maintain a record of those things I am sending I understand with these men I do not need to. Everything will arrive at its destination in time. I’ll use this service again.

The company is a big Lie & they stole my laptop

Well, I do not know where to start. I can’t get over their dreadful support nor my notebook that was lost during transition, with heaps of my baby’s photos inside. Don’t forgive and forget them!   Initially everything seemed nice, I had been dealing with a representative called Tekla, whom appeared to be quite helpful on the phone and also gave me a wonderful quote. Allow me to compose in detail: I wished to move from Plano to Frisco (just 7.45kilometers ) out of a 1st floor two bedroom flat into a 1 bedroom flat, for which Tekla said she’ll send a massive truck and also charge me by the hour (75$) without packaging. On the afternoon of moving (on the telephone she said just two guys ) 3 guys showed up using a little truck that didn’t match what I had in my house and they needed to create 6-7 excursions and my final cover came up to 540$ as these guys were the lightest, they began moving things in 9am (I clocked the hours that they worked in my flat ) and finished moving all by 4.30. Adding a lunch break.   In that time we emptied the flat, I still had my laptop on the kitchen counter to be obtained together with me before I depart.   We had one last bag which didn’t match our sedan so needed to keep the huge purse together with my notebook in the truck together with these guys which was the last time I ever saw it. They never select the telephone, never return emails and calls. I have been attempting to get in touch with them ever since with no response.   Im not bothered about the huge cost, that is a really smart method of cheating, however, I shall never forgive them for the stolen notebook which had my baby’s photos, videos directly from the minute she had been born!  This provider is a major lie, and their workers I coped with would be the worst of the worst bunch! Shame on them.    Like everybody else, I did lots of research and subsequently chose to go together, but I regret that!

Don’t use these men or any of the subsidiaries! We had been really lucky to get everything they’d transferred for us. I needed to find a local business in Florida to shoot over the move in the ending because I knew our things would have stolen if they sent it don’t read some great reviews on the provider. They’re all fake testimonials! Do your homework! Do not speak to man, maria, Eric, Isaac, some of these.

    Name Changed to

I picked this company based on testimonials and price but I didn’t understand that their sales staff told so many lies. I opted to transfer between 8 and 11 am on a Saturday. I got a call about 10 saying that there was an problem using all the truck (1st lie) and that they would call me back in five minutes (2nd lie) and allow me to know whether this team could make it or it they had to send a fresh team between 11 and 1. I didn’t get a telephone nor did a brand new crew appear. I phoned and left a message at 1 and known again at two and left the following message. I got a call back saying that I sent an email into the motorist (3rd lie) saying that I wished to cancel my move.I informed the sales man to forward me that email, well, needless to say, that he couldn’t b/c I never sent an email, so he then explained that if the motorist called I told them to cancel the movement. (4th  lie) he explained that he’d ship another team over the hour that would be about 4 pm. I got a call in the driver saying that they had been 30 minutes away (5th lie). I waited an hour and then got a call from the sales man telling me that they’d have to cancel since the driver had a household crisis (6th lie). He explained for the inconvenience which they’d add a 3rd man to the team (7th lie). They showed up the following morning with just two men. Oscar was the foreman and he had been fantastic, but the man that was with him used my toilet in my new house, not a issue, but he didn’t inquire (difficulty 1) and he didn’t wash his hands (issue 2). So not you’re shifting my things with horrible hands. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to my worst enemy. I phoned and talked to exactly what they told me was that the supervisor and he wasn’t worried at all with the hassle that they put me through. Caution: don’t use this business because I have heard a lesson in which you get exactly what you pay for. Btw the truck is a classic (two guys and a truck) truck, next time I shall pay the higher speed to secure much better support!

DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT CONTACTING THEM

First of all English is my second language so excuse me for any grammatical mistakes.  I wish I read your remarks Matthew but I discovered this business for a referral from among my buddies who  actually take assessing companys seriously. So I trusted her. I spoke to Tekla. She was really nice and quite valuable. We had been going from New Jersey to Miami. On the phone she inquired what the products were and that I told her the  best I could in 5-10 minutes. She gave me a quote for approximately $3000.00 that was OK. I asked her exactly what happens when we have more  things. She said that the quote will pay for the differences and also the significant thing was that she said multiple occasions IF I WANTED TO WEIGH THE TRUCK, THE TRUCK WILL BE WEIGHED.They won’t weigh the vehicle. Cost was was fair. I truly didnt search for any other firm because 3000 was fair cost. In March 2012 we leased a 40ft trailer to maneuver our warehouse from NJ to Miami  and we paid approximately $2100.  Then we’d Hurricane Sandy. We needed to transfer the date several occasions and Tekla was always there for  us. Truck arrived. The very first thing they did was come into our home and begin itemizing each and every thing that we’d. The driver showed me exactly what the first burden of the truck was and they’ll weigh the truck after loading  is complete and he explained we’ll be billed some cent per pounds. All these were not said to me.    Tekla made me so comfortable I was even shifting all my weight lifting gear like Squad rack, Olympic Bar  and barbells.  There was no sign that it was likely to be so comprehensive.   Anyways, about the way to Miami I got a telephone call in the moving business who had nothing to do with  all you can proceed, the woman explained that the transfer will cost $6700.00 and when we dont cover the money that they won’t send the items to our house in Miami. Additionally There’ll be $800.00 fee when the trailer Can’t enter the building.    I instantly called tekla That Has Been there All of the time to assist and she said she Cannot help and She’s sorry.    I spoke to the supervisor whatsoever you can proceed along with the supervisor said I should Speak with the woman at the moving business (Barbie) who’s been the dispatcher all across the way.   I advocated that we should listen All of the phone conversation that we  had with Tekla and she stated they dont list phone conversations.    I was (am) extremely dissapointed. If I’d known that it was likely to be so comprehensive I’d have sent all the  boxes in pallets not utilizing everything you can proceed.    I obtained Mr. Isaacs email address also. Stay away.  All you can proceed isn’t a moving company they’re only utilizing Internet and the net to locate individuals and deceive them  to obtain their cash. Yelp is the very first place that I looked and that I discovered matthew’s review.I will perform more. I can post this review anyplace.      I did predict tekla and informed me that I was planning to write this review.    I’m sorry for all those Men and Women who work for Isaac.      Barbaros Ozdogan

    Bad Moving company

Initial quote was for $3622.50 for a four bedroom home plus we paid them $932.15 for deposit on 11/09/12. 11/14/12 moving truck came but wasn’t a complete size moving truck (six wheeler, although contract says they’ll utilize an 18 wheeler) and they had yet another clients household goods on automobile, Avi the driver believed it would still match. After all day hoping to make it function they pick it  won’t match in order that they will return the following day. Their strategy another day was supposed to unload and save the other clients things in our garage although our house was rented to another household. They return and unload another clients things in our own garage and then load our things at the truck. They spend all day  with this and then determined they can’t receive all of our things on the vehicle so that they decide they’ll return another day to load another persons things and  choose what they can of ours and will ship another truck every day or so to have the remainder of our stuff. They say we’ve got more things then the quotation was for along with the  brand new quote was $7,000.00.   Avi the motorist confessed that”Whatever you are able to Move” low chunks the quotation understanding They’ll get you afterwards for more cash.   We paid the driver $4,000.00 by check on 11/16/12. 11/28/12 we received a call from brand new driver stating he’d be there in 2 hours but could only take money for the $2000.00. I denied (conract nations check or charge card) and I provided credit or check card. They drove off with my things.  I retained a Attorney and contacted the US department of transport.   These people are scam artists, so keep away from these.

    Long-distance move from Massachusetts
    Unprofessional, Dishonest and Shady

Bullet points: • They have no moving trucks I can tell – every outsource has their very own rental truck. • What’s outsourced. • The outsources are unkempt and incredibly unprofessional. – Each has their own terms and conditions and also attempt to get additional from you. • Lied numerous occasions about shipping dates and details of the contract.  • Awful customer support. • Quotation was nearly 25 percent more than was said. • won’t call back, nearly impossible to speak to the exact same individual twice. In summation, it took 17 times and many calls to secure less than 2000 pounds of furniture and boxes. Awful customer support, unprofessional movers, dishonest shady behaviour and only depends upon lies, among the worst experiences of my Whole Life.   The FULL STORY: I had been on funding (like everybody ) and was searching for a moderate priced mover with great testimonials. I discovered a couple moving companies,”Everything You Can Proceed” had the most celebrities so I phoned them to find out exactly what they had to provide. I’m completely sure that any favorable review was set there by this corporation. Philip was my first signature and was really helpful and receptive right up before I actually booked the movement, after it had been scheduled, the communicating dropped off and no calls have been returned. This applied to even simple calls, things such as queries regarding services and prices, the most basics of company.  I asked him about his testimonials and asked about the truck coming to pick up my furniture just to make sure I would not be charged the excess charge of these needing to rent a smaller truck for my building (that I had been told would occur.) I had been advised by Philip”You watched our testimonials, they’re extremely excellent .” And”We now have our own trucks, big 75 foot 18 wheelers that pickup and delver, we’re a complete service moving company with our very own movers and workers.” I requested this especially because I’ve heard horror stories and those were things I knew to request to make convinced I was dealing with professionals. I had been lied to on all fronts so much as I can tell. I lived at a really miniature 650 sq, ft. flat and that I had no appliances. Literally the set of stock given, which wasn’t surpassed was: Bed with headboard, footboard and rails, television rack, ikea desk, office chair, side table, sofa, little kitchen table and two chairs, with a quote of approximately 25 medium sized moving boxes. (I took whatever precious with me in my own automobile; computers, tvs, artwork, anything of any real worth .) I had been given a quote based on 2000 pounds at 45cents per pound and has been educated that this is actually the most precise means to cover because square footage is a quote of approximately $7 per sq. foot and clearly a box of cushions weighs under a box of novels. So my first quote was $1170: $900 for its first 2000 pounds, and the remainder was composed of a $45 gas cost, $75 elevator fee at my present home and $150 stair fee at my final destination that’s about the 3rd floor. This cost also included dis blankets and assembly for bigger pieces of furniture such as beds, desks, etc. but that cost DID NOT comprise reassembly. I had been told that the typical delivery was 3-5 days in the first day that I managed for my furniture. After reviewing the e-mailed arrangement and provisions, I gave him a three day window of when they can come to pick the furniture up and reserved the transfer. I had been told they’d telephone 48 hours before that going date so that I would understand when the truck was forthcoming. At the time I had half of the quote in the time of pick-up in ONLY cash or money order, approx. $600. Above all was the process I had been told about the way the quote would be awarded with the motorist on site. I had been told that among the workers would come in and evaluate if they believed I’d 2000 pounds, if he believed I’d right or less about he’d guarantee my cost of $1170, however when he believed it had been more, he’ll have already been into some weigh station right before my transfer, then instantly after visit a weigh station and telephone me with the sum in pounds and reveal my own confirmation of the weigh-in in the kind of a slide, then bill me 45cents per pound. THIS IS essential since I Had researched my furniture on the internet, and weighed all those boxes in my flat on a bathroom scale along with my buddy and I were both very convinced I had been involving 2000 – 2100 pounds, therefore hoping to pay a little more and then for vinyl wrap for my sofa, which I had been told could be around $10 from Philip. This deadline reflects my expertise : • March 25, 2013 – I tried calling them a few times to inquire about how much I would have to have available to get payments without the calls back. • March 27, 2013 – Phone was granted by a dispatcher called Barbie (recall this name, it is significant ) for pickup within approximately 48 of true moment. • March 29th – that I had been predicted from the moving truck driver (broken English) to describe he was running late. A couple of hours after he came with the other young Russian at a tiny rental truck, not the 75 foot truck had been advised about, the truck had no symbols coping with”Everything You Can Proceed”, it was only a little rental. He arrived and looked at all describing that HE did NOT charge by weight, HE billed by quantity that he maintained exercised to be the exact same thing. I told him this was not on my contract and that he inquired whether he would load it and then”show me” and when I still wanted it weighed he’d take action. So I agreed. Now I walked out and called”Everything You Can Proceed” and asked for”Barbie” the individual on the opposite end of the telephone picked up using another moving company called, and I had been told that”nobody called Barbie works here.” Believing I had the wrong number I told him my name and that the driver was attempting to bill me from the square footage instead of from the pound that I had been originally told. He said he’d call ME backagain. I moved back to the flat and I noticed the motorists telephone ring at another area where he had been disassembling the mattress, I heard him arguing and saying”No, no, no and telling them at a discouraging tone that he would manage this.” He then came to my living room and asked if I’d called the business, I explained, I would like my transferred dependent in my contract, from the pound….he again explained it had been exactly the same, murmured something about it being a lot of trouble to consider and most importantly, then again believed to allow him load it and if I still wanted it believed he’d take action. . .so I requested him, and that means you will go and consider it using JUST MY STUFF, right, and he looked at me and stated”Yes guy, needless to say.” He eventually got everything loaded, then”showed me that the truck”, I fully intended on telling him that I still wanted it weighed regardless of how it seemed. But when I got there to my disgust he clarified he already had somebody else’s furniture around the truck and hadn’t weighed it earlier, so essentially the burden thought was gone and that he needed to”quote 2800 pounds” that I knew was incorrect, but in fear that he would go, place a complete tank of petrol, then weigh my belongings with somebody else’s stuff, I consented about $1540. . .now I realize that this might not look like much, but this is 25 percent more than my first estimate and how he got around to obtaining this amount was unethical and infuriating. He explained that the movers that sent could NOT be them, and he had been bringing my things into a massive truck and that the cost given to me DID comprise reassembly, which again was not in my contract. However, I found that as a potential and ONLY favorable to the unhappy situation. After departing dirt tracks and vacant tape rolls and packaging stuff around my flat, they were away. This organization’s called was”Times Moving Company, dba Statewide Relocation out of Florida” I advised them the very first day that I could take my furniture was April 2, 2013 • April 2, 2013 – Nothing I waited my complete”3-5 afternoon estimate and then some before April 8, 2013 • April 8, 2013 – recognized movers for status upgrade, again obtained another moving company name also has been advised it’d be 3-4 times…I waited three days and then called again, as I had not been given my own 24 telephone nonetheless. • April 11, 2013 – Javier clarified that I had been misinformed the prior time, also said he’d call me back. . .he did not. • April 12, 2013 – actually phoned me back to inform the they would”call me back” • April 12, 2013 – telephone in the truck driver to state he’d be there in 1-2 days. • April 15th – telephone from movers inquiring about my 24 note, which I advised them I had not gotten yet (they had been unaware of the ) – surfaced hold for 45 minutes (since I refused to have called back and dismissed again) and had been told if they did not telephone with my 24 note daily, they’d certainly call on the 16th. • April 18th – (two days later that particular 16th) – I got a call to say they’d be delivering to the 19th. • April 19th – truck driver called to say he’d be coming. 3 Mexican men in a Ryder rental truck, very dirty, revealed up to deliver my furniture. I gave him the remainder of my payment. He tried to charge me extra for reassembly, which I needed to inquire, as if he first arrived he explained that was contained in the purchase price. When I told him that I had no more cash to give him, he had been annoyed and attempted to allude to the scam of him needing to lease a truck to enter my complicated. I advised him to take up that with management of their house since I requested them before proceeding, and they stated there was space for his big truck. My boxes were all beaten as though they were transferred many times involving trucks, several big chips in my bed and railings, and the base boards were fairly well all broken.  In summation, it took 17 days to secure less than 2000 pounds of furniture and boxes. Terrible customer support, unprofessional movers, dishonest shady behaviour and only depends upon lies, among the worst experiences of me entire life.
