    Fast, Dependable and Professional

Quick, Dependable, Professional, understand what they’re doing!! Amazing Moving Company! Seriously, pick these men!

I predicted All USA Van Lines but obtained no response. Kevin called me right back while I was dialing another. He offered me to get a project using 3 of the men vs. other businesses who simply would have two to move me from the studio. In addition they have a very cool method of the way that they maintain up your boxes the staircase. I know neither me nor my buddies could ever do exactly the same. I’d have invested longer time, $$, been frustrated, and worried, with friends that are frustrated, would loose buddies, exhausted, sore when I did not utilize All USA Van Lines. I am so glad that I picked them. The guys were so fantastic and completed at 2 1/2 spanking fast hours! My phrase!! Possessing a smooth movement!!!

    Fast and Efficient Movers

I proceeded across town that weekend and had predicted 3 distinct areas and compared estimates and caliber. I really don’t have a great deal of things, but I’ve got a few large pieces. The bargain from All USA Van Lines was hands down the top one (more economical than several moving firms out of that I made a question, and I had heard great things about these .) His group was quick, effective, and quite respectful of all my furniture (they had been handling it simpler than I ever do!) His first quote for my movement was 3 hours, and his group of two men finished in under two. I am completely pleased with his support, and will surely use them again should I proceed.

    Not a bad choice

All of USA Van Lines transferred me another day, and so I felt I need to write an overview, really this business was advised to me by a close friend of mine. I have new furniture and also transferred my old furniture outside and dropped it off to 3 distinct places. The men they shipped showed up early and they had been arriving out of a different project which meant they ended that you before schedule. After they came in they simply followed the directions and took matters such as a cakewalk. I have never complained even after taking my ridiculously heavy couch mattress and delivered all of the furniture fast and economically to another places. My sole concern was that due to a reason they didn’t accept payment thru card on such afternoon and that I needed to arrange to get a cashier’s money in my bank that caused some annoyance otherwise their support wasn’t bad.

    Very horrible experience moving

I’m disappointed to find out that moving companies in this way exist.
My buddy has had a very poor experience for this movement. Many things were stolen, destroyed and boxes started and gone through and then repacked (missing things ).

I’ve observed this business lie and be more violent.

How do we as a team, which was or observed that this abuse was ruined by those moving businesses practices, place a STOP TO THIS. Nobody wants to be treated like this once going.

Moving is stressful enough. Placing people under duress to sign files and induce larger payments from them than was initially agreed upon is simply erroneous. You create a contract with a single firm and the next thing you know a couple of firms are handling your possessions. You don’t know where your home goods are or when you’re likely to receive them. You never have the chance to speak to a single individual consistently. You devote a good deal of your time on hold. I’m completely disgusted that any lawful firm is permitted to eliminate these procedures.

    Upcharged by double

Went through the quotation process within the telephone and forgot to say 3 things (exercise equipment) and also miscounted by means of a couple of boxes. They up charged me $2400, Opon recieving my things , back out of their holding whilst attempting to dispute and cover the ridiculous amount they billed, I had been overlooking yard gear and also my boxes were greatly damaged with different delicate things broken and my background scraped. Do not use these folks, they’re dishonest and burglars.

    STAY AWAY!!!!

This provider isn’t dependable. I had a pick-up back on 6/7/12 at 5pmand also the motorist didnt appear before 12MIDNIGHT afterward had the guts to acquire an attitude once I asked why my speed moved up $343.00. I made my booking via Public Movers and a few the way their”sister business – All USA Vanlines” ended up managing my things. I have known and called their customer service, shipping along with the sales rep Christine Worth, none of these happen to be directly forth on what time and day my things will be sent. I was eventually put in touch with the shipping driver (Enrique). He explained that he’d be in my home at 6pm yesterday, 6/24/12, he never revealed. Get wait before the office opens they’ll be receiving a hostile phone from me. This makes no sense to me. I obtained calls/emails regular from this business ago when I was searching for movers, today that they have my business/itemsand they absence to convey. My second course of action is going to be to receive my attorney involved. I wouldn’t ever suggest these bootleg businesses (Public Movers/All USA Vanlines) for anybody.

Hey deserve all of the five stars I've given them!

I’ve Only compliments and excellent things to say about All USA Van Lines and the support They Supply.   I was Searching for loading-only help like I was forcing my own uhaul for my new address.   Ron gave me by far the cheapest quote and just required a two-hour minimal.   He educated me about the supplies I’d need (blankets and ratcheting straps) supported with me the day before the transfer and asked if I had any queries equally times.   After the three-man team showed up, right now, the foreman took a tour of my apartment and walked me through the contract.   The guys then proceeded to transfer me from my two-bedroom flat that has been packed FULL of stuff in under 45 minutes.   They procured everything together with the ratcheting straps.   They even backed the uhaul from this driveway for my own husband.   They were quick, skillful, and incredibly professional.   When we got into our new home, NOTHING at the truck had moved an inch, and nothing was ruined, not even my succulent plants They put in at the end.   I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this business.   They deserve all of the five stars I have given them!

    Long-distance move from Georgia
    Bad moving experience

I hired Eco Vanlines and, they outsourced me to All USA Vanlines, which I’d been contacted by from an internet service that I filled out. I checked out this company with the BBB and, they’ve got an F rating due to bate and, change with the first binding quotation cost, unprofessional movers, lost and, stolen things and, damaged things. I wouldn’t do business together however , still got stuck with them with no comprehension of it. The firm I hired did not allow me to know at any moment that they are agents and, they do not really do the proceeding. When All USA came late, the foreman began yelling orders into the other two guys to begin loading and, subsequently got on the telephone with his boss. After, a few moments he got away and, stated my invoice was moving out of $1145 to $1403. I argued with him and, insisted on talking with his boss that he refused. He was rather impolite and, talked very little english therefore that I could not know what he was saying for me or the employees. I had been in a rush as my items were at Gerogia and, I had been living in Washington, so that I was limited in time. I had to agree however, said I was not planning to let this go. As soon as I got home I immediately contacted the first company and, strove to get to the rep which was suppose to be together with me from begin to finish however , it required a couple days of mails to have a response. Though lawfully Eco Vanlines is responible for many trades they stuck me with All USA again. I registered a complaint with them and, didn’t manage to acquire a $200 refund.  But when my items eventually came after about 30 times it had been by still another company named HB Transport, they pulled up in a classic United Vanlines truck opened up the doorways and, my items that were 99% boxes, 1 computer chair that they broke off the leg and, one little nightstand. The material has been scattered throughout the truck, never neatly positioned in 1 place all together like you’d believe. They’d taken it on themselves to start one of my boxes and, take out the lampshades which were inside and, throw them at the trunk on the filthy floor destroying them. They dropped my classic floor lamp and, a few of my own boxes. They gave me a box I did not realize so I opened it and, it had been a part of my items from a number of distinct boxes. I really don’t understand what they did with all the remainder of it.  The majority of the boxes were smashed and, they had sand around them and, were moist. He said, You’ve Got 60 days to file a claim.   He had been in such a rush that he took off with a few of my boxes, I predicted he informed him there were boxes and, my lamp overlooking and, he said he’d check when he obtained another pickup and, bring back my stuff, this was at 11am at 6pm I got a call from a great young guy stating that the motorist had left my items together to be sent. I never heard in HB Transport again. If it’s possible to connect at least one of these businesses with their partners stay far away from these. I’m now working together with the Consumer Affairs (973-504-6200) to make them cover and, possibly set them out of business in order that they can not hurt others.

    Long-distance move from Florida
    Worst moving experience ever

As soon as I picked All USA Vanlines to be the moving firm to my transfer from Florida to Arizona, it had been predicated on the dialogue I had with the sales agent, Cesar. We discussed the deadline for the transfer along with Cesar promised me that booking a July 20th pick-update, that  the items must arrive in Arizona about July 26th or 27th. According to this advice, I jumped with programs in Avondale, AZ for example paying partial rental for July believing I’d move in the past week of July.   Nothing about this movement went smoothly. The day of pickup on July 20th, Cesar had stated I must have an 8:00am appointment. The call from the motorist said 8am-12pm was that the window for birth. The truck didn’t arrive till 1:40pm. Not only did they arrive Outside the window, but they did not bother to inform me early that they were”stuck in traffic”.   After the movers came, they refused to take particular things which were recorded on the stock I filed with no boxing them up first. I’d blatantly upgraded the stock with ample time before the transfer date to stop this very problem. I discovered the day of pickup that things put in garbage bags and; dwell plants weren’t allowed. Furthermore, they wouldn’t take other tiny things without re-boxing them. All told, they insisted on packaging 3 big wardrobe boxes in a considerable price. As soon as I attempted to explore this, I had been told by the motorist there wasn’t any other alternative; that it was illegal for him to choose the things without boxing them. This added a sudden price into the transfer. He never gave me the choice of never re-packing the things and accepting the duty if they came damaged.   Moreover, the driver said that I had to tip the team that day since it would be another team in Arizona. I’ve not ever heard of this type of clinic. I’ve just tipped a moving team when They’ve completed the job in the new place.   As soon as I came in Arizona, I predicted a day or 2 prior to the date Cesar and I’d discussed, simply to learn that my things hadn’t even left Florida yet. This started a series of talks with the worst customer service representative I’ve ever struck named Danielle. I said to Danielle that the reason I’d booked the movement with your business was due to the dates that he had ensured me. Danielle advised me that I must have asked him to place in writing. Why would it ever be the client’s responsibility to see to it that a representative of your business is following through to the verbal claims made? Danielle repeatedly talked over me, not bothering to hear my own problems or concerns. She was unbelievably rude and maintained that I was to blame and I did not follow up to get things in writing from Cesar. I attempted to bring to her attention the dilemma of the further wardrobe boxes that the motorist, David, insisted on packaging, and she said”did he hold a gun to your own head? If not, then you may have denied”.  This is the way your clients are being talked to. After much back and forth along with a discussion where I needed to force myself to speak over Danielle, she consented to confirm the stock to find out whether the things I mentioned were really on them and that she would return to me. Finally she took one apparel box away from the invoice.   At the time that I made the arrangements with Cesar and if the products were picked up, I advised all parties involved that all payments could be made on a credit card. Everybody said that wasn’t a issue, they’d pre-authorize this for me. The afternoon before the products were dropped off, I called to create the credit card payment, and had been advised once more by Danielle that this wasn’t acceptable and I did not provide enough notice. I gave a few week notice! Apparently letting everybody know from the beginning wasn’t considerable and she refused to conduct the credit card. Now, I Wouldn’t get my things if I did not think of the money; a Significant annoyance and again something I hadn’t intended.   On the afternoon of fall off, the truck came in a timely fashion and they began to unload. I’ve included a beautiful picture of this sweaty driver sitting down on one of my seats at the driveway. This is remarkably unprofessional! As things started entering the home, I discovered just how banged up the boxes were. Afterward when Rubbermaid tubs arrived in bashed in and cracked, my concern for the things deepened. Not only were several things damaged, things are missing! A coffee table, two blossom boxes/pots, plus a box are all nowhere available.   The movers were prepared to proceed, once I took a fast inventory and realized I was missing a number of products. When I moved to back into the truck, then I could see about the truck a coat rack which belonged to me personally. As soon as I explained it was mine,” they stated, it does not possess a number. I mentioned, so check my stock as I recorded it on the market. The only stock they had was of those things which were hand written by David at pickup. When they eliminated the coat stand out of the truck, a few of those prongs were busted. In addition an end table was deciphered, the grip on a dresser was flexed, two floor lamps were flexed and the bottoms broken, and many of things recorded up by your organization have glue that’s not possible to eliminate stuck into them. All of these were things packaged with All USA Vanlines. Also the leading tire was shot off my mountain bike and the front rests were damaged in the transfer.   I instantly called Danielle to inquire what I need to do about the missing and broken products. She said to possess the motorist, Sammy, take note on the stock and also sign it. Sammy refused to sign anything to watch the broken item. In addition, he claimed that he had unloaded every thing with some in the truck and none had been missing. This is totally hopeless but since the machine is so crude it might require my moving through the whole stock piece by piece to spot where the lost items dropped on the listing.  Had the motorist had my initial stock, it could have been apparent the Amount of pubs, flower pots, and pubs plus they didn’t match up with what they removed the truck.   Danielle was, once more exceptionally unhelpful and rude in this scenario also, telling me she refused to talk with me anymore. I managed to receive the claims procedure and contact information before she hung me up. I filed the promise and above per month has passed and I’ve heard nothing nor have my lost things been found.

    Long-distance move from North Carolina
    Pleasantly Surprised !!!

My Husband and I initially signed with another organization and as soon as the movers came to pack our items into the crate that the size of the cage was underestimated. We instantly cancelled with this mover feeling like we had been played as a way to rise the purchase price. I went to the online ASAP and ALL USA Van Liines was the very first call that I created and that I talked with Iris who had been really beneficial and emailed me a kind to supply us and quote ASAP. The quote seemed fair so we scheduled the choice up from our house in North Carolina to be sent to our house in California. The moving truck was a couple of hours late but that was no issue, when they came there was a debate about how in which the Sofa was recorded on the suggested items to be picked up. Iris had composed a Sofa/Love Seat and that I thought nothing of it before the driver said that he would need to charge us longer since the contract didn’t expressly state”Sofa”. BUT IT DID!! But my main concern was if the men didn’t cage up my 6 foot heavy Mirror, they simply slid it between 2 beds and promised that they would correctly crate it in the warehouse prior to transportation. Obviously I was scared. I took photos and noticed everything that happened during the packaging. Once they left I realized that the Inventory list just had One of my room size carpets recorded on it so that I immediately started calling Customer Support. I never got a return phone call until I researched the business deeper and found that the owners phone number, figure what?? He’d call me back and I emailed to him that the fixed inventory checklist and our dispatch came next day and the movers were totally proffessional and very comprehensive. They were quite worried about pleasing us and we tipped them VERY well since things turned out much better than we anticipated!!!

    Dishonest people, HORRIBLE service

These individuals are very dishonest. I gave a precise description of exactly what had to be transferred and where, they then gave me one quote (1140) to a out of town transfer. When they came, the inspector onsite needed to double the cost. The folks I talked to on the telephone were also impolite. This is a really understated ensemble. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

All USA Van Lines - Great Moving Company.

All of USA Van Lines has been a excellent experience. I first received a quote in the friendly salesman, Ronald. He was flexible and accurate with my work schedule. He delivered my quote via email and talked over all of the details with me. I’d put the pick-up 4/23. The pickup was organized and efficient. It required All USA Van Lines 8 times to send my furniture into New York. Ronald was quite precise in his quote of their ship date. The movers sent my furniture fast. They have been extremely favorable. All of my furniture has been wrapped and wrapped appropriately. It arrived in terrific condition with no slight break in among my lampshades. I’ve all glass/ mirrored furniture so that I had been concerned about its own condition however they did an awesome job wrap it up and sending it.

Incredible move with hardly any hassle.  Completely worry free! Wonderful communication during the whole procedure. I strongly recommend them to some other possible mover.

    Dishonest, unreliable, rude

Thank you Anthony.   He had a precise list of our things.   I phoned 3 times to upgrade him and He’d always put me off and never known again. 3 days prior to pickup I phoned again to upgrade and inform him we added additional boxes. Do not be concerned about anything, ” he explained. . .you’ll be very happy on moving day.   Well, proceeding day. . .almost 2000 bucks over the quote plus we had no option but to cover it.   Anthony would not return my calls and customer service people are rude and horrible. We had been advised to call should we desired delivery ancient.   We came 10 days sooner than anticipated, but no method do we get our things any earlier. Delivery date to be May 15th. . .that’s now.   Our material will be’in transit’ using a 3 day window of shipping.   However, they’re saying it’ll be Sunday or even Monday, possibly. . .trucks can not push Hwy 101 (because when???) .   That is over 3 times, since I informed the customer support person.   Too poor. . .it’ll arrive if it gets there. Therefore, I request. . .who possesses this business, who’s the boss?   I really don’t understand.   Can I talk to a manager?   I’m the manager.   I Need to speak to anybody else but you…I am the only one here (however that I hear voices in the background).   Never, never again.   These folks are crooked and dishonest and nasty. And I still don’t have my things…

The crew examined my paperwork with me before they began exercising, and we needed to make a Few alterations, but what was really Affordable.   The moving team actually did a Terrific job, they explained what that they were doing and were communication with me each step of the way.   I didn’t feel as though I’d strangers in my home, they have been very amazing.   I had a Few weeks to Receive my location in NY, so I was worried that I Would Need to wait to Receive my items because I did not possess a pair delivery date and now that I understand They’re a busy firm.   So I phoned Anthony once I received my brand new location and told me I’d be prepared in a few days, he also set the date for shipping and that I had my belonings and had been settled in my brand new location soon after. Thanks for Anthony and also the moving team, you’re a really professional business and I would suggest you to anybody!

USA Van lines are scammers, DO NOT use them

USA Van traces (from New York and New Jersey) ripped off me. I talked with”Stacie” who gave me a quote in my move to get a two bedroom apt half way across the state. After the movers arrived a few hours late they charged me nearly two times as far as my quote. They then told me that the date I asked to get my delivery would not be any issue, but not phoned me the day prior to validate because they stated they want, and once I phoned them they now said that they could be arriving 5 days afterwards. As soon as I attempted to speak to Stacie again that ensured my delivery date, then I still made the run around. First stating that she had been out ill, then that she no longer worked for the organization. I strove to talk a couple times with somebody title”George” in shipment that spoke little english and wouldn’t give me an excuse or dismiss and stated that he would call me backagain. He never called. Throughout times of waiting in a vacant flat, I called and emailed the company many times, with minimal assistance from anybody who answered the telephone, if they even answered. When the 2 movers eventually showed up 5 days after at 4am, they asked money up front, and informed me that they had been charging me additional cash for the 4 additional stairs they needed to move up. They wouldn’t start draining my truck before I gave them all of the cash, and advised me to phone law enforcement, that I did. I used to not expect both men in their 20’s (very unprofessional) who had been smoking at the parking lot of my brand new condo complex and arguing with me on additional stairs at 4am if they were 5 times late. As soon as I appeared at the vehicle, a number of my things were pumped about, and never wrapped up. My furniture has been damaged and a number of my things were filthy. Please don’t use this moving business, I wish I’d researched it easier, but of course that they shipped me customer reviews raving about the area, but today I’m thinking it’s completely fake.

    BEWARE!!!

Of course, zero celebrities for me on this particular if there had been a selection. I don’t understand just how far a transfer the folks that gave them 4 stars needed but I proceeded throughout the county by NC to CA and it was made even more trying by choosing this firm. You get exactly what you purchase and gloomy to say it didn’t come cheap in my conclusion.  They failed a NO SHOW to the date given on this contract. In addition they put me in waiting manner. . .waiting on endless explanations from the parties (the organization and the shipment motorist.) They gave me a time period but it wasn’t followed. . .they came late and have been in a hurry to receive out my stuff and begin. I’d precious art and paid additional for careful packaging however, the packer snapped in my petition to handle them with caution. He disrespectfully explained that he has been doing so for many years and that I must just let him function while he had been clearly slapping each framed piece of art collectively, without bubble wrap them and placing them in a box. Before they left, ” I had been advised that I had been above the alotted space about the truck and also had to pay additional, BUT!!! It had been negotiable when I gave them a what I’d call” bribe”. That is after I had been nominated a flat rate on this telephone! I paid the excess rather than bribing the [EDIT]. My boxes and art finally came last night June 24 and figure what?! A new driver along with his sidekick requested me to” bribe” THEM, $20 dollars every day, to dolly my art and boxes into my storage area although I had been told that this was contained in my first quotation. All while it is raining and my substance is really on the control.  A number of my boxes in which managed badly but I’m just happy that all this infernal pressure is finished. I hope that this review is useful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    Worst Ever

I don’t write reviews but hopefully this can help somebody else not to make the exact same error that I made. Oh where to start. First off they had been overdue on pickup by a few days so that I had been overdue on leaving my flat that cost me additional lease. I, like everybody else, was charged far more than just quoted. According to  what I’ve observed from other reviews it’s normally twice that which they quote you. For me personally I had been quoted $1450 and billed over $3300. Not certain how, I hardly had anything transferred, a mattress a dresser and a number of boxes. They explained that the cost has been determined by weight so that I just packed light boxes, clothing etc.. When they showed up they explained that they calculated weight by square footage along with far over estimated my real weight. I really don’t understand you’d believe that they could weigh the truck before and afterwards, or be up front with how they bill you at the first place, but I suppose that could be too fair. So anyhow I sit, movers happen late so finding a replacement is not a choice so what can you. They took all of my things and away they went. This was May 30th I think. They phone me up a week later and say”Oh I am sorry we aren’t likely to have the ability to send your belongings into your city since there’s a regulation on automobile dimensions. Our truck is too large so you’ll need to meet us at Pendleton, OR. Do not worry it is just about a 45 minute drive in your house town.” So first of all Pendleton, OR is a 3 and a half hour drive one way, second I discovered their excuse rather fishy since we’ve two Semi Trucking firms based in my home town. So I predicted Idaho Port of entrance to check in their narrative. To make a long story short they’re filled with crap. So I dropped with my things moved into Oregon and we made other arrangements, which now only have me driving two hours to pick up my things… Yayyyy! Well it’s now July 2nd. Here is a joke for you. What’s two thumbs and still hasn’t obtained his stuff? …. This Guy!!! I predicted yesterday and guess where my stuff is situated… Wait for it… two miles away in the home I moved from. So apparently it requires just more than 2 weeks each mile. So I guess by the year 2130 I must have my things. Fortunately I had been told by a really persuasive woman on the telephone that a supervisor would contact me yesterday. Oddly enough though he never called. When I called again now I had been confident that the supervisor would call me until the end of now. I completely think that will occur. In all seriousness this provider is jagged and there’s not any other way to place it. Everything about these is unethical. Please, for the love of God, use another corporation. Oh another story before I forget. My buddy used this business and had a precious painting 4-5 million dollars precious. It had been”missing”. He had been reimbured 60 pennies on the pound, that is what I consented to in my own contract. He also received a first check for 5 bucks. I want I heard that story before they’d my things. STAY AWAY!!!

    Avoid this Company!

We contracted with All USA before closing on the sale of the Florida house.  We scheduled the pickup afternoon a month beforehand.  The date has been closely coordinated with closure.  They didn’t appear as intended.  No telephone.  No warning.  At 5:00 that day, they came to inform us they’d begin that evening.  There were presumed to be 5 packers.  Just two came.  The business promised to send extra assistance, but never did.  We needed to help package.  They billed us $4,000 over their initial quote.
We’re currently awaiting running and delivery into further issues.  Our family things were scheduled to be sent this week.  They didn’t reveal.  No telephone.  No advisement.  We’ve contacted them numerous occasions.  They don’t return calls.  Who knows if our things will arrive!
Take our advice, avoid this company in any respect costs!

    Worst Mover

Never select this firm the under reviews are right. I didn’t find much time to reassess these mover. I reserved through InterState movers that they subcontracted for this corporation. Delivery is obviously late. False Promises. Throughout delivery just 1 motorist was there and I want to assist him to getting into the house. Never take this business for moving. Many things lost and damaged.

    Long-distance move from South Carolina
Avoid using All USA Van Lines

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM OPERATING AS A MOVING COMPANY!My spouse and I hired them to transfer us from South Carolina into California. My spouse spent the Vast Majority of the time coping with Kay, a salesperson. While Kay was really helpful in getting us set up, when they had our residue, it had been a very different story. We had been given a date for the movers to arrive and pick up these things. We’d boxed each of the things ourselves, with the exception of a few specialty items that we felt needed special care and specialist handling.Everything else (all big items: beds, furniture, entertainment center outside things, etc.) was to be packed with the movers when they came. When the movers came, pretty much on time, I had been amazed to see them pull up with a huge box truck (a leasing, no less), instead of a semi. When I reminded the motorist (who appeared to be the chief ) of just how much we’d, he promised me it would all fit on the vehicle. Besides the motorist, there was just one additional employee. (A third employee showed up a few hours afterwards, at that time we learned that he was replying a Craigslist advertisement to create $100 for assisting pack the truck!) The motorist focused on wrap the big items, largely in blankets, while his helper stuffed the boxes, which we’d packed and put out at the garage, onto the truck. When it became evident that not everything could fit on the vehicle, as we’d warned them, the driver stated that they had to choose everything was on the vehicle into a storage facility in the future, unload it, then go back for the remainder. At no time were we told that the transfer would be managed this way. We inquired how long that the things would stay there, and he explained a semi truck could be by on Monday afternoon (it was Saturday that they picked up our things ).We inquired why they did not simply envision the pickup for Monday when the bigger truck could be here, but he explained he did not understand – he was simply doing what he had been told. They returned for the remaining things, and three times they tried to depart, assuming they had been completed, and we needed to remind them of things that they had not gotten to yet. They were rather unprepared, and so were in a huge rush to leave and finish. Well, Monday came, and nobody picked up our furniture. We had already leased our house, and so were driving to California on Tuesday morning. At the stage, Kay, whom my wife was dealing with, could not be attained (we had been advised that it had been outside of her hands at this stage anyhow ), so we now we’re on the path to California, without a means of calling anyone who could tell us if our furniture could be picked up. A co-worker of my spouse was also moving, from North Carolina, and she had been advised that her family things could be about precisely the exact same truck as ours, because our destinations were withing a couple of hours of one another. We came in California 5 days after, and our furniture still had not abandoned South Carolina. My spouse’s friend was doing some exploring while we’re on the street. She discovered that All USA Van Lines had no insurance, and also their permit was revoked, so that they were technically not permitted to do business in any way. That exact same day, we eventually got connected with Giovanni (in client support, I think ). We confronted him with all the advice about the organization’s permit revocation, and he strove to inform us that everything was alright, it was only a misunderstanding and that some small paperwork another day could clear matters up.We told me that we wanted out, that nobody with that corporation should eliminate our belongings from storage, but had been informed by him that they’d only been picked up that afternoon, and the driver was on his way into North Carolina to pick up my wife’s friends things. We inquired how they can do this with no permit, and he explained he brokered out it to another firm, Sammy’s, I think, from Florida. We had been outraged, to say the very least, however we had been told that he’d already left, and that all could be OK, and that we’d be calling him when our furniture came to thank him for such excellent support. We obtained”Sammy’s” number and called him, and he said it’d take him 5 or 4 days for there.Meanwhile, we are stuck at a hotel in Sacramento, together with two puppies. 4 days after we call to discover where he is, and he is simply entering New Mexico! Asked why it was taking him so long, he said something about getting tied up in Louisiana, that was not even on the road! 4 times after that, he came at my spouse’s friends home, and she called us at tears. As they had been unloading her items, the majority of them were scratched, dented, or just plain busted. She stated she watched our things too (some were really tied to the rear of the vehicle, discovered, not even inside!) , and also detected extensive damage. He also arrive the next morning to our property, and the moment the boxes began to come in by the truck, I nearly got sick to my stomach. I have attached a few pictures of what a few of those boxes and other things looked like if they introduced them to the home (THE PICTURES WERE SERIOUSLY TAKEN AS THE ITEMS WERE CARRIED into the HOUSE)”.When we started to face Sammy, he simply shrugged and said we will need to take this up with Giovanni. . We almost had to induce Sammy to phone Giovanni and acknowledge that there were plenty of damaged things |. Giovanni stated to make a record of those damaged/destroyed things, and call him if the movers left, which we did, but of course that he did not answer our telephone /. Following three times of attempted emails and calls, he eventually called and offered us $200 for its ruined items! What an insult! From our estimate, he is off with a little over $3,000! We have since demanded impartial mediation from the business, which by law they have to supply. . We also have registered a complaint with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), on the grounds that they weren’t licensed to do business because of the absence of insurance;. They still do not have insurance:. It is possible to visit ProtectYourMove,.gov, click on”Search Movers and Complaint History”, and hunt by their own U.S. DOT Number (1882970) and watch their complaint history, and how frequently before they have had their accredited revoked for lack of insurance. This movement was nothing short of a nightmare.Hopefully they’ll be fined heavily, or even prohibited from working ever again, and we are going to find some cash for our ruined and ruined items. Please, do not attempt to save a buck when it comes to something as valuable as your household/personal things – employ an established firm with a fantastic known reputation.DO NOT USE ALL USA VAN LINES! d40082

    Long-distance move from Virginia
NEVER USE AN INTERNET MOVER. Go local.

LESSON: Phone a Realtor to get a referral of a reliable moving company, even in the event the telephone quote appears to be a fantastic thing. Quotation was performed over the telephone.   I’ve since discovered reliable movers that have educated me: NEVER DO A QUOTE OVER THE online OR PHONE. We booked the elevator to get 1-4 because of our transfer and called two to inform them.  They showed up at 9:00 AM.  We informed them we were not permitted to proceed before 1, they arrived back at 3:00.  Then they said, oh, you own far more square footage.  We’d quantified and counted and documented every box and part of furniture.  We had been to shop for 35 days before our flat is prepared.  Among those movers smelled so bad we needed to squirt Fabreze after he abandoned.  In the hallway in addition to the flat. We had been made to get another apartment which will not be accessible till a week.  We predicted to change the shipping date.  We knew they would tell us there would be a storage price growth.  They advised us WE CAN’T HAVE OUR THINGS FOR A MONTH LATER THAN THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE.  I will not even talk where they saved our items.  An individual could assume near the pickup or shipping place.  Nope.  Richmond, VA..  2 hours in the pickup, 8 hours in the shipping. Up to now, we still haven’t seen some of our family things. Please, heed my advice:  contact a Realtor you understand and ask them to get a referral.  Do not ever book a plumber over the telephone or net, Regardless of What they estimate.

    Long-distance move from Pennsylvania
Bad communication, broken and missing items

Very poor experience. Overview: very late shipping, two bookshelves were missing, 1 bicycle is missing, the majority of additional delivered furniture are ruined (chair, end table etc.)
    Details:
To start with, I got to this through mid-way van traces (was coping with ralph there). They assured me that things is going to be delivered inside at maximum 10 days. Pick up was by all USA van lines and has been punctually. Once picked up, I needed to telephone them 15 days to get the delivery. The largest problem was it had been quite difficult for their dispatch department. Very rarely they reply (obviously, what’s voicemail!) . At any time you get somebody, they’re impolite. According to the shipment, they could take up to 21 business days and whatever sales representative advised me was bs! Frustrating part hasn’t answered my calls nor answered my mails. I was fearful – how in the world am I going to receive my things back?
When they eventually delivered, I did not two bookshelves. They stated it broke into the warehouse! My bicycle wasn’t delivered. They do not understand where’s it. The exercise bike is broken. Dining table seat is ruined. The mattress frame is moist. Luckily, all of the boxes (that we packaged ) were nice.
Then in regards to”Long haul”. Truck drivers that provide intentionally offer many reasons to raise the period of charge and walk for”Long haul”. I paid $500 only for extended haul (First of all, revenue representative never told me about long haul charges. Never head ) and then we are after all people – therefore we tip also! I might have purchased all of my things in my complete price!
Their customer support is horrible. Everybody is rude. They seldom answer calls.

    An unredeeming update

So I wrote a review of USA VAN outlines a couple of minutes ago when I was still unable to get ahold of these following 21 days of waiting patiently for our shipping.  I just got off the telephone with a woman who stated that our stuff was in storage in Georgia.  (We moved from North Carolina) They were awaiting a motorist going out West. The reduction for each and every day they’re overdue…$9.99.  At this small bit of fiscal unconvieniance into the firm they can hold our belongings for a few more weeks until they locate additional fools to trust them with an East to West move.  In my opinion when a business makes sure delivery claims, such as an already outrageous shipping time period, to provide them the time that they will need to assemble clients and make the excursion financialy profitable to the business, then it must be their duty to take the losses of not having the ability to assemble the cusomer foundation in the desired time period.  This is the way you earn loyal customers, by keeping faith with your own promises. I won’t ever use this business.

    Long Distance Move

Cross Country Movers, the parent Company of All USA Van Lines, is a dishonest company, Together with All USA Van Lines. My complaints are as follows: pickup was on October 13 2013, by Driver, & two employees at approx. 1030 am. Finished loading at 155 pm, ~ 700 sq. ft or one br. Quoted at 2600; price was 3700. Initial quote has been considered binding. Had to cover over 700 for packaging, though everything well packed today. Charged extra for cassette, that quotation stated was contained. Paid all at pickup. They charge extra for putting on ccard or debitcard. No indications about transferring truck doors, just newspaper using DOT #. Different from quantity on underside of doors on automobile! There’s not any Customer support, just Dispatch to talk with following your possessions leave your property. Then they quote might be 21 days until birth, though contract says 7-10 days! Not BBB affiliated. Discuss bad English. Permit you to speak to dispatch only or a voicemail. Said would predict when possessions render warehouse in Atlanta. They didn’t. Spoke together now, said waiting on a pickup, then motorist will notify me 24 hrs ahead. An extremely wonderful guy from Texas predicted from Dallas region this day. He’s not connected with All USA Van Lines, just bringing my furniture out. Thank good for honest & kind folks like him. Don’t Use Cross Country Movers or All Of USA Van Lines. They’re shady, impolite, and a ripoff. I’d like to have my own suggestion back.

Nightmare Move - refused to get lost goods

Not only were they 34 days late from the most shipping period of 21 days however, the worst part has been a missing box of products which was situated in Mass.. They refused to find the box, told me to submit a claim. There was likewise a misdelivered queen size mattress which they didn’t select up to send to the rightful owner. They advised me how to throw it off. I can go on but it’d take a long time. Don’t use this business!!

Despicable service - Want my refund

The first agreement to create the movement was $1689.66. On the afternoon of pickup they showed up late with no contract without a weigh ticket. When asked about considering that the furniture that they answered they’d do a visual quote. Then they re-quoted that the price and stated it’d be 3000. I’d terminated the electrical, water, telephone, cable, online service and had a flight ticket for following day death. I paid $330 deposit plus they needed another $1339 until they’d load the furniture on truck. Upon arrival in my new home, 10 days late, they demanded a second $1370 of that I did not have so that they set the furniture in storage. Following a lengthy struggle telling various government agencies, such as the BBB I still was made to cover the balance of $1370 (another 15 days after ) and they did not deliver. I needed to then hire another firm to possess my furnishings delivered in the storage device to my new residence for another $300. These individuals are professional scam artists, so they just what to do and things to say to keep inside the law and cheat you out of your hard earned cash. Should you see these coming PLEASE operate another way. They finished up swindling me 3039 – 1689 = $1350 $300 to get delivered by somebody else. They’re a Lot OF LOW DOWN SCUM THIEVES WHO DESERVE TO BE HORSE WHIPPED. And they try to tell me that my furniture weighed against 4900 pounds. When the folks that eventually delivered it said it was just 3200 pounds. Delivered with another business. Long-distance move from North Carolina
    Poor company to use

I am uncertain how this business could find any great evaluations. In the start to the conclusion I had difficulties with them. From the quote I had been given the sales man sid that we ought to eliminate as far as we can from such and drawers. This was advised us following the quotation. We did as suggested and discovered they added a few thousand bucks on since they billed by majority and because we added boxes that they added on fees. The sales woman also left off several things I mentioned and recorded them differently, so the pick up man didn’t wish to accept them. I was also told that all mirrors had been TVs were being wrapped at no cost. The team said that didn’t incorporate any blankets or unique boxes, which isn’t what I had been told. Here again a few hundred bucks was added on. The man in charge of te pickup was quite unperfessional. He spilt coffee on the carpet and didn’t apploigize. He only looked at it afterward walked out side and lit a ciggarette. He also had continuous arguments with all the loaders with him. He maintained degrading them. I inquired for my things to be placed in storage for 30 days. They had been to phone me before loading them onto a truck for shipping because I said I might need more. I received a call one day until they sent them to my home saying they’d be there. I said I wasn’t prepared. They stated it was too bad because they had them set to get delivered. They hadn’t contacted me before this. I needed to get a storage unit for them to off load to because they said if I didn’t take them it would cost me another 500 for them to locate storage and another couple hunder to get a new delivery cost.   In off loading I found that many parts of furnature and things were loaded up side down causing things to drop from these. I had a good deal of harm to my things too. The difficulty was that the insurance coverage they bill is very significant. If you choose the foundation they supply you with a rediculas deductable. I called customer support to examine lots of the problems and the woman I got essentially said tought, each of the advice was at the docs given to me personally. You merely wanted ten hours to browse through it all. As soon as I said the pickup boss and his ways she got angry and siad I had been putting down among her workers and hung me up. Obviously I had been putting him down. He was rather unperfessional. Fter thsi ordeal I spoke to a few other transport companies and they stated I essentially got the shaft at this outfit. All of them said the very same things. They’d nothing to gain because I’d no additional transport strategies coming up. I wouldn’t ever propose either interstae movers or all american trucking to anybody.

    Decent job overall.

We utilized All USA Van Lines to load up a container because of the forthcoming cross-country movement. Appropriate arrangements were created in the very last moment along with the moving team that came was extremely attentive and elastic, they had been detailed in describing the support and other expenses. They did the movement to a Saturday afternoon at my petition because we still had to pack things up. The movers were professional and courteous and the owner called me the following day to test on the ceremony, making certain everything was decent and requesting ideas on how they could improve. Good job in general.

These guys are really good, I do not reccommend lightly :-)simply pros

On a colleagues recommendation, I hired All USA to finish a move last year Friday and I have been raving about them all weekend.Communication had been timely, as well as the stage. I advised with Daniel through email. He assessed in a day or two ahead to confirm his beginning, also known as 15 minutes before arrival. As asked, a two man group (Jeff and Corey) finished the transfer – a downtown loft flat having 6 years worth of things, mostly on attic level. They were quick, effective and attentive… and arrived with their own equipment (dolly, blankets, shrink-wrap( tape). They even took care to return a couple of change which had fallen out of a drawer that I must have emptied before transfer day.Price purpose was regular, and speeds straightforward. Attitude has been amazing. Both Corey and jeff are amazingly fine, really down to earth men, while still maintaining an honorable amount of professionalism. I had been ribbing Jeff a little as he awakened each time he walked through the doorway. Can you grin when you take things?? Since I understand I really don’t! I strongly recommend their services, also certainly will book them again for the next move. Thank you guys! You made it unusually Simple:–RRB-

    Long-distance move from Georgia
    An Abomination!!!!!

I have been waiting to write this review since I was awaiting a settlement for missing furniture. I discovered, now, 11/13, the payoff is for $15. Yes, $15 for a dining room table I bought a year ago for $600.  I arrived in Chicago on 9/1 together with my 80 yr. Old mother & our furniture came 9/30 in 5p in the night. The movers did not get completed until Midnight! My mother & I slept in an air mattress all of that time. It was dreadful!  A week after she had a stroke & heart attack! The strain of what has been too much for us both, but it took it’s toll on her. The transfer cost me an extra $3,000 because each time I called them regarding my shipping there was more money being inserted. When I contested, I’d find the worst acting customer support representatives known to humanity. The business is comprised of swindlers; I am from Chicago and utilize to Capone approaches, but the condition of Florida takes it into a new level. The movers also left a wardrobe box filled with garbage in my new apartment for a parting present. The furniture and most of the boxes with clothes smelled like crap, also. Consequently, they really used the worst of the worst gangster such as approaches with me and my loved ones. I’ll add my name into the remainder on the BBB website. I’ll also add my title to some Class Action litigation which develops from the other customers having the same or even worst experience with this provider. Lesson learned: do your assignments. Ask the questions however mundane. In the event the company does not enjoy the scrutinization than they aren’t the moving business for you.

Stolen or thrown out items- horrible

I moved from Florida to NY and I am quite dissapointed since my things aren’t all here. I’m missing a complete mattress, a dining table in my living  space and 9 big boxes of products.  I called since the delivery guy said he’s sure a number of the things were left behind since he discovered that there was things missing in the checklist however he advised him to proceed with what he’s. I called customer service and talked to Ashley. She wasn’t dreadful but not useful in any way. I asked her to please go and appear in the warehouse to get my things but rather I was advised to submit a claim. It seems much easier to allow them to steal your things and let you submit a claim since they know youre just getting $50 to your things which cost you tens of thousands of dollars- a few of that contains no pricetag and so are items you cannot get back with any cash on the planet. I can’t feel that this business is still working based on everything that I’m reading. I never did so before hiring the organization and Im angry at myself because of that. All I need is my things. I dont need any money. Is there some way they could get sued for it? Most of us have exactly the exact same complaint!

    Moving scam

Beware of the organization. Should they’ve picked up your possessions and haven’t yet sent them, demand for these to be returned. Cancel the transfer. You may get rid of the money but that’s the only method to secure your things. They’ll keep them in storage and they don’t care in the event you ever get your items delivered. We waited for 6 months and had to invest a few thousand dollars  on things that we already own since they’d all of our items in storage. They wouldn’t permit us to access the storage device to pick things up which we had. We had no idea where our material has been for 6 months. We finally insisted on getting it all returned that took the next 2  weeks but we’re happy to get our items back. This is just about the worst moving business ever. I really don’t understand how they stay in business.

I first saw these men moving among the flats in my area. I had to relocate my own home f office, and so I gave them a phone to find info regarding their prices and solutions. They shipped in Joseph for quote and quote. Industrial relocation isn’t quite as simple a task as national relocation… he clarified the relocation process from begin to finish and I am qualified for your entire comfy services. It took a great deal of labour; plenty of handling ability and above it all swallowed a wonderful sum of money. By the end it was all worth it. I’m quite happy and very happy to recommend.

All of USA Van Lines is an excellent business. They’re dependable. You may count on these for any sort of transfer. Disappointed

It took me a few days to recuperate form my intense disappointment at the transfer from FL to GA of the next home. I interviewed several firms and was really impressed by Anthony from All USA Van Lines. We’d been in touch for many months while our home was being constructed. The pickup was scheduled and implemented very well. What wasn’t made clear was that my products were being unloaded and then repacked if a motorist was delegated. Obviously several delicate boxes were smashed and the things broken. I’d the fillials in my brothers bed broken off and the legs of an antque table broken also.
The most disappointing aspect was that Anthony talked with shipment who advised him that the merchandise would be delvered prior to Christmas since my beds were around the truck. They had been to receive them to us from the 18th. There were no return calls or answers to my mails. Eventually we get a call on Christmas day by a motorist who delivered the following day but was 5 hours late. Much to their credit they styed until well into the night unloading in the dark.
    The crews were excellent.
    Customer support poor.
    Anthony a disappointment.

My experience with All USA Van Lines was fantastic from begin to finish.  Their sales rep was great.  We had some great laughs as he attempted to reduce my anxiety level.  The movers were fantastic. Very low key and all business, but so easy going when things went wrong. . .like the 7 flights of stairs with my sofa once the elevator has been too tiny. A small cross country move

I’ve moved with various big moving companies over the previous twenty decades and never experienced this type of firm.  This is the tiniest movement we’ve previously done, so we’re only taking up a tiny room in bigger moving van with several clients.  They overcharged us for size based on bidding and then attempted to include a whole lot of charges following the agreed price.  The pick-up men said we travelled over the dimensions by adding a single box, therefore charged us an additional $300.  I know according to other quotes which we were far below the miniman dimension. After we contacted the revenue office to allow them to understand the shipping truck needed to charge us again for the pre-negotiated stair bill, the compay advised us”we needed to talk that with the motorist”.   They then came up with $300 bill due to their”truck is too large for your flat complex”.  Overall the fees have been coming up for roughly $600 within the orignal bidding, when we had been advised their were not any hidden fees.  This proved to be a really modest move.  This business likes to”select in your carcus”.  We felt just like you we were being held hostage.  Don’t use them.  Quite unprofessional.

Http://wh.gov/lV6YH My adventure using”Cross Country Movers” and”All Of US Van Lines” out of Hollywood FL has been and is still a nightmare. After they had my items they predicted (obviously ) to grow the quantity of my Binding Estimate this by definition I had been obliged to cover the 100 percent of it, not a penny more but the firm made it obvious,”No cash, No shipping” Eventually once they delivered, 50 months later the motorist asked for $200 since the enormous truck could not go within the apartment complex. To make matters much worse my 32″ HDTV Panasonic was lost and to this very day I have not discovered a THING in the promise I filed. I really did my homework, assessed dozens of business online, performed with their rules as well as that’s not enough for those crawlers. They LIE, LIE, LIE as soon as they pick up your items the claws come out. The government must do something to prevent this misuse.

    Customer Service?? Hah!

I will not go into all of the boring details, but understand that in the event that you choose to work with those men who, 1) you will never speak with the salesmen – that the one making all of the promises – again; two ) the initial cost quoted isn’t the price that you will cover – my upcharge was 400; 3) the guaranteed delivery date is extremely flexible in their conclusion; 4) that the people who answer the phones from consumer support aren’t permitted to do anything besides just read a script; 5, 5 ) if you’re fortunate enough to speak to this”General Manager” of client assistance, John Miller, then you may come away from this dialog with a fresh definition of exactly what”customer support” means to All USA Van Lines. My favourite quotes from my discussions with Mr. Miller:”When it is not paid in full in the time of shipping that the driver will place the things in storage and then it’s the issue to do it,””The only people above me are still direction and they surely won’t need to speak to youpersonally,” and,”Sure, I will call you straight back.” I work for a Respectable firm that has been transferring a new worker.   I needed to conduct business by sending them credit references and functioning via a PO.   “Oh, no,” says Eric,”that will not be mandatory, charge cards will be much easier.”   Um, no, Eric – it had been a nightmare. Once I left the Last payment I phoned Mr. Miller back to inform him that the payment was made – that I had been quite worried He would do anything to trigger the delivery to be hauled up.   I had been told he’d only left for supper and could call me back within an hour.   A hour and 45 minutes after I phoned back again.   After being left on hold for 15 seconds I hung up and called backagain. After another 15 minutes on hold I was informed that he actually wasn’t trying to prevent me, He would call me back as soon as he got from the telephone.   He still hasn’t called back. On the other hand, Shelly in client support has been very professional, simply not able to do anything else to assist my situation.   And, all products were eventually delivered in good shape. I wouldn’t suggest this organization and won’t use them again.

    Scammers

My son has been going out of VA to CA to get a new occupation. We spoke to several huge title firms and believed this to transfer 1 bedroom worth of furniture, 7 boxes, and a washer and dryer collection should not cost $3000. I went online and discovered Interstate Movers. I filled out that the instantaneous qoute and got a response back in about one hour qouting a ballpark sum of 1040. I received a telephone cal another afternoon out of a saleswoman from Interstate. After a couple of moments I gave the phone for my son because he had been the one really moving. He put up a pickup date to the next Tuesday along with also a delivery afternoon of April 17th. All these are the specific dates I used to your internet qoute form. The saleswoman said it would not be a issue provided that the movers might pick this up from Tuesday, April 8th. The inspector’s came on Tuesday the 8th two hours later than the agreed time. They have been all from All USA Van Lines. I phoned Interstate and has been advised that they are among those firms they use. RED FLAG. Interstate is a broker. They’re directly connected with All USA. My son and I’d boxed up everything disassembled the mattress and computer desk, I had all staged thus the movers would not need to walk throughout the home but a couple of times. They wrapped up the wsher, drier, television computer desk components in blankets, along with the mattress and box spring in plastic bags. My child dealt with all the paperwork because it was his movement. Following the movers had loaded the vehicle and left I asked how near this ballpark qoute was that it. He explained it was 1150. I presumed that was pretty near because there were two additional boxes. He flew out to California on April 16th and obtained ownership of his new flat. I phoned him about the 17th to see whether his furniture had arrived and that is when everything began to get nasty quickly. He explained he’d predicted All USA and has been advised that in accordance with this contract he signed up they’d up to 21 BUSINESS times to send his belongings following the agreed upon delivery date. I instantly phoned AllUSA and wanted to know wht the issue was about my son delivery. I had been told that he’d signed the contract so he was jumped by it and that there wasn’t anything we can do in order to receive his items there about the 17th. I asked the man”why would anybody want their items delivered 21 BUSINESS days following the agreeded upon delivery date?” He informed me”that is just how all moving businesses function”. I inquired were my kid’s furniture was and he advised me that it was still in Virginia. I informed him that this was cleary not exactly what we’d agreeded on with Interstate Movers. I had been informed in so many words”rough sh**. It is a signed contract.” Once pressed for a potential shipping date he again told me” no moving business may guarantee a shipping date” I then discovered that my son might still owe anthor $360 upon delivery. What a gigantic ripoff. When questioned concerning the additional fees I had been told it had been to get the packaging materials that the movers needed to utilize. Un-frickin-believable. He then explained whether the vehicle driver”seems” just like that he can not get near the aprtment complicated there could be an excess fee to get a shuttle truck. Now now, May 7th 2014, I only got off the telephone featuring all USA dispatch and, not to my surprise, my child’s items continue to be in Virginia and now she could not tell me if they’d be sending it into California. That is a bad excuse of a business. Don’t get sucked in using all the minimal ball qoute. I discovered the hard way, I compensated for your transfer, cover for a respectable mover. It can be more expensive but you’ll get your items sent when promised. Assess the BBB report on this particular business I wish I’d.

Will never use their service again

This is a really poor movers firm: They tell lies and also take complete benefit of regulations. My Expertise here:1> They billed 70$ more in the pickup and 70$ more in the fall off. (Showed me a nice print in which it speaks about the space from mover van to doorstep. This fee is impending for 90% houses and flats )2> They  dedicated to get a day and they did not bring the substance. When I phoned them I didn’t understand that they aren’t certain when they send. Legally they’re given a time frame to send and we endured a great deal with our small children because we aren’t ready with this.3> They gave me incorrect quote once they reached home they increased in 700$ to 1400$. I wished to cancel and the man said I can not cancel and I must pay even though I offset. I lasted and after head office said I can offset by paying only $70  4> Some of my things got spoiled and later making many calls to another party and sending files and images (you must send by email just no email )got paid about 10 bucks. That’s precisely what I have for hours of telephone calls and transport cost. 5> Pickup also was too late distubred by program on such day.

    Very bad experience

When I had been contacted by Elise in Interstate movers, so I specifically asked her when her firm outsourced their transferring, she ensured me that they utilized their own trucks and drivers. She also gave me a binding estimate, which I understood I’d have about 10 additional boxes and 1 more piece of furniture than initially expected. I mailed her a closing (and totally quantified ) list to get a last cost. She also sent a new quote that was nevertheless reasonable. On the other hand, the movers arrived in my home at a U-Haul truck, allegedly because they could not match the”real” van on the road. After moving through the home, they said that they couldn’t pick up or transfer my belongings unless I compensated DOUBLE the quote. They said I’d far more cubic ft that exactly what I’d quantified. If I wished to finish the movement I needed to secure more cash from the lender, concur to this new outlays, and consent to pay double so as to receive my things from the truck. Since I’d already turned off the utilities, then I concurred. When my things came, they’d ruined my washer and one of a type iron dining table framework. You will find many shattered boxes and huge boxes, such as mirror boxes, so that simply never came off the vehicle. The man who had been responsible for unloading my possessions, spent a great deal of time telling me just how far the”firm” left moving individuals and did not check off any items in the record, and had me sign away until he’d mow the truck. Since the transfer, I have not managed to find a return phone or email by either USA movers or Interstate movers so as to file a claim or learn where my boxes moved. So, rather than a joyful move for approximately $4,000.00, I received a disappointing movement for nearly double this.

This firm was my worst nightmare. I must have known when they requested for money at the shipping destination. They wouldn’t take my possessions off the truck till they had the cash inside their hands.I was completely in their own control. I’d way of understanding what type of shape my items were in or if they had been all there.I was billed with a long haul over seventy  feet 65.00 The transport was just 20 feet. Iam still hoping to receive my cash back. They failed to subtract the 95.00 fee on my visa, before I spoke to approximately six people in client support over a span per week. The sole reason I made back the money was that it had been in my visa. I’m still attempting to solve my 65.00 above charge. Customer support doesn’t exist for this business. They employ young people to respond telephone and create explanations, put people on hold, hang you up,inform you that your phone will be returned, but it doesn’t happen. It is a last merry go about. Don’t use this business, they’ve got a poor history.

    Terrible-do not use USA Vanlines

It’s now 3 months later we’re supposed to get our things delivered. First off, our bill was wrong in their own favor when shifting my mum’s items by up to approximately 1800.00. I finally redid the mathematics and they agreed that what they’re attempting to bill me wasn’t about the deal. They then gave me an routing in addition to an account number in which I did an internet payment, and it ends up that they would like you to wire the money for an extra 25 dollar charge versus an internet payment in a matter of daily. Spoke into the bank supervisor with encounters over 5 times hoping to fine with the capital. They were eventually found and also their bank-Bank of America eventually found them, but they didn’t permit another day delivery without even charging us 500 bucks so as to get the funds returned to us. We had been outside within 12,000 for its capital not such as the deposit over a 7000 buck movement. Speaking of charges, the business creates a proft about the fees that they bill by a client working with a visa, mastercard, discover, American Express, etc. . great 4 percent for having a visa. The average needs to be 1.75 per cent, therefore to be able to utilize a visa card there is a fee of nearly 400 as it came into our transfer. They have paid a cashier’s check in the finish since they were reluctant to enable the money to clear in their accounts since they denied an internet bill pay in spite of a confirmation number supplied to them from the bank supervisor. At the mean time, our material is still not here. The movers were awaiting the road from our house once we got home in the lender, and so most trucks that we’ve seen undergo our institution for example two guys and a truck a few days past, their truck had been based on the business was not able to produce the turn in our driveway, despite the fact that the street is broad and there’s not anything whatsoever , they moved back and needed to find a brand new truck and they’re charging an extra 700 bucks for its transfer. I hope that they require a check for extra labour like I don’t need to return to the lender. The customer support is awful, and they’ve a charge for all, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ON THEM TO ANY ONE ON ANY LEVEL!!

    Horrible, do not ignore reviews

It amusing to repeat all of that other stated about them.
My admin picked them indirectly through Cross Country Programs, that are totally clueless and do only program your transfer, without speaking to the real dispatchers.
Actual dispatchers not answer the telephone, NEVER. Never go back calls. Never let you know the reality.
A day prior to the transfer we had a motorist phone to confirm that he had been showing up.
On the afternoon of the movement he does not appear. Nobody calls us or offers a different – we need to reserve another day in a resort, proceed our tickets into another morning (just 1 flight per day from Seattle to Fort Lauderdale around Alaska), also cover penelty into our landlord for not vacating the apartment punctually.
After all this, you would expect that they are on time, correct? No, the following morning when I predict Cross Country (talking to fine, young, clueless man name Joseph) I am told you’ve no idea once the driver is going to be there. “We will return to you in half an hour.” A hour after, really, many hours after it ends up that the transfer won’t occur in any way, which I must wait around for a few days for your transfer.
“It occurs, There’s nothing we could do”

If you appreciate a worry free transfer – DO NOT USE THEM.
    They’re con-men and liers, don’t utilize them.

This corporation won’t answer my calls or return some messaged. They’ve had all of my possessions for almost a month. I had been told it would take 7 to 10 days. Ever since that time they’ve told me it’d take around 30 times or 21 business days. If I’d of know I really don’t believe I would of used this organization. They do not even have their trucks a Pensky truck has been used to select up my possessions. Have a look at their evaluation on the BBB they’ve an F for unethical practices.
Since they’ve picked up my possessions I’ve gotten nowhere with all the client support agents. They generally hang me up personally and have stopped answering my calls all together. I’ve paid almost 3000 bucks to this business for them

    Poor service - high rates

The estimate has been half of the genuine invoice,  The game would be to estimate you an attractive cost then knock you to the day of pickup when ot’s too late to discover another mover.  They say that their movers are all their own however, they subcontract.   The distribution team needed a driver with less than several years experience along with a helper who’d 1 weeks expertise. The things that I informed them had been significant they wrapped correctly but whatever they packaged while I Wasn’t seeing was simply thrown into a box.   That includes clothing on hangers thrown in with a Metallic wall sculpture.   Metal lamps thrown together without a wrap leading to the two lamps being scraped.   Two additional glass lamps ruined because they Weren’t wrapped at All.   Three Parts of furniture have been damaged.   A corner busted in which it had not been wrapped.   A china cupboard chipped in which it has to have been lost. All told it had been the worst set of movers that I ever hired in 6 motions.   If You Would like your stuff ruined, give them a phone.

    Expensive

They reduced ball the shifting quote then add charges for everything such as moving over 80 ft is an additional $75. They then need the previous payment be made through cash or a money order in the post office just. Their policy says they do not accept cash orders or cashiers checks in your financial institution. The customer support team is rude and that I had been on hold for 45 seconds. The driver bringing the furniture was also rude. If they eventually delivered my furniture that they had been just two weeks after they said they’d be.

This is the worst experience ever. The team does not have any understanding of what is happening. The manager of customer support Whitney has rather bad customer service abilities impolite & quite noncompassionate. Terri customer support said she’d call to find out when I obtained my furniture never heard back from here. Jerome customer support only stuck in the center told me that my delivery date anticipated as of 09/26/14 it is 10/08/14 still not any furniture.

I’ve been awaiting my furniture battling with this business to get a transfer date. Customer service gave me a date of pickup 09/26/14 and that I’m still with no furniture. Shelley billing employees call herself supporting & not known as batch. Customer support and dispatch@usavanlines.net do not communicate. Nobody could tell me anything. Sent me a individual contract to wait for 21 days afterward attempted to shift it to 30 days. Stated they do not possess an upper direction. So I’m likely to call the information group.

    Dishonest and Zero Accountability

This business is dreadful and dishonest. Please save your time and money and don’t utilize them. My delivery date has been 8/22, it’s 10/29 and I am still with my possessions. There’s not any responsibility with this particular group. The amount you call is only a few to operators that never deal with your possessions or work with the men and women who do. These individuals will tell you whatever. I had been advised that on 9/27 my possessions were delegated to a truck which I must get them sometime within the week. When I called after I talked with somebody who told me that there is not any way they might have understood when shipping was since the driver failed to post some info. In addition, he advised me that lots of the folks there simply say anything to clients. My spouse, who’s now 22 weeks pregnant, and that I moved across state and still do not have our mattress or some of our additional furtniture. I’d suggest that nobody ever use this business, they’re awful.

They were very respectful and professional. Fantastic customer services. I was quite nervous and cynical but extremely happy. By the moment I phoned them there wasn’t any delay in coming out to perform the quote and worked with me. I then was able to plan what and in 5 times everything was completed. I had fragile and fragile things which were treated with caution. Thank you! I strongly suggest them.

    Completely dishonest

I used to work with this particular corporation. . .Well really I used to function as a’relocation adviser’ for their advertising company based from Tel Aviv, Israel.
My boyfriend was going to PA from NJ. A brief move. I figured I’d use the firm that I worked for, believing that since I’d occasionally sell $20,000 worth of motions in a day to them, they’d provide us a fantastic thing.
No such luck. Our salesperson additionally low-balled us (maybe not his fault, we had no instruction, and the stock list does not matter). The men arrived 4 hours late, pressured my mother into doing the movement even though he had been charging $400 additional. (Adding $50 to package an image??) .
Tonight my boyfriends material was sent and when he strove to cover the agreed upon sum, the movers LEFT HIS STUFF ON THE SIDEWALK if he didn’t wish to cover the extra $900 they desired. He paid $1700 to possess his stuff left to the sidewalk at 9:00 at night at a brand-new town where he brand new no one. AND I USED TO WORK FOR THEM!!
    Don’t use this organization.

    Awful Experience

AWFUL Experience!  Moving quote went from $912.00 to $1,537.00 and we’d 7 less bits than we had been quoted for!   Movers wanted us to leave 1 day early and were really annoyed that we could not accommodate.   They didn’t tell us they’d arrive the next morning at 8am and came anyways.   Mover re-taped all boxes and billed us approx $150 more to do this. Upon shipping, nothing has been put together (Bed, Bookcase) since we desired driver from campus asap. He was crying and acting entirely inappropriately in a boarding school at which I had been going as a teacher! Run Quick from this business!!

    TOTAL DISASTER

Inspection for Vanlines USA Inc.. Situated at 2019 Lee Street Hollywood Florida 33020 Ph. 800-517-7788 I went on the internet looking for a moving business, and after completing a portal site, I obtained a multitude of quotes from many companies. I Looked in several and also call no longer than six businesses for  quotations, I narrowed down the companies to 2, Vanlines USA Inc. and yet another. The agent on the phone was very considerate and in her create a sale mode whilst talking the quotation. In reality every time that I spoke with someone at the workplace you’d never understand exactly what had been lurking in the shadows of a closed deal when it means too late to seek the services of a different corporation. On moving day that I phoned Vanlines USA Inc. to confirm everything is in order. And after I discovered a few inconsistencies I phoned again to inquire what was occurring mixed  a couple of complaints, It seemed to be too much to its rep. that answered the telephone, so she went and got everything has to be the workplace large gun She reached the telephone and explained she did not care what others thought about Vanlines USA Inc. in which their standing is concern. On every occasion that I spoke with someone in vanlines USA Inc.. I made it crystal clear that my transfer would be time sensitive and that I needed to be from my existing home by close of business day on August 28, 2015. My very first telephone to Vanlines USA Inc. the afternoon of my transfer I had been advised that the movers would arrive in my house between 4 — 8 pm.  Then a following telephone from vanline USA Inc. requesting me if I simply had to proceed now? And then still another call saying that There Isn’t Any way they could get there until 9:00pm that night and even then they Won’t Have the Ability to pick up All my possessions.    “Update”. I just got a phone out of Vanlines USA Inc. telling me that it’s going to be 9:30pm prior to their birth, how are those people still in business? After I get my possessions it’s my intention to submit a complaint with the BBB and some other service which can give people the heads up about the corporation. Ladies and gentlemen PLEASE. . ! PLEASE…! PLEASE. . ! READ THIS BEFORE YOU HIRE THIS COMPANY…! To the only real reason why I gave Vanlines USA Inc. a 1 star rating is because I couldn’t have written this inspection with no actually”GIVING” them at least 1 star. They don’t deserve any stars in any respect. Allow Me to take expecting movers onto a terror move performed by this Organization.   And this is where this terror move took even another terrifying turn. After loading all of my belonging on their trucks leaving processors of my furniture around the ground when transferring it, the direct inspector approached me with a fresh contract. The initial contract has been quoted as ($1,367.50). The new contract is currently ($2,055.00) I’d no option but to take the contract. The guide inspector spat tobacco juice in my sink leaving splatter round the rim of the sink. It had been roughly1:20’m at that time they finished loading my items. I’ll offer a follow up inspection once my items arrive in my new destination

    BAD EXPERIENCE!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! If you’re interested in finding moving companies DO NOT provide your company to Van Lines and most of the businesses which are below that umbrella such as Van Lines of both America and USA, Quality moving services along with a lot more, all of them are exactly the exact same fraud. Personally, I utilized Quality Moving Services LLC, DO NOT USED THAT COMPANY!! Folks do your own research and don’t employ those firms, I did not have the time to do more study and that is my outcomes, now that I actually looked them up, they all have the worst testimonials and one star score in every site on line. Worst experience that I have ever needed. First I speak Errol from the telephone, he was fine and gave me the exact quotation at $1,042, I phoned them back and forced the bargain with him, he called me back the identical day stating that he chose and the true amount was $1,200 nevertheless a great price, and so I agreed. After the pick up day arrived, the complete changed to more than 1,800″since I used more distance” they already had the items on the truck, and so I agreed. Afterward the inspector demanded to find the half of total due in cash at pickup and then the other half on money in the pickup day. In the contract that they shipped me, ” DID NOT stated it needed to be money, I didn’t had money on me. This man Ron showed me that the contract he needed and it’d stated on his, that it needed to be money, but not on mine. He requested me to showed him that the one in my mail and I did and he even admitted it that it wasn’t in my copy which was sent to me personally that it was money nor they informed me on the telephone, which should have been a red flag, so very suspicious that his contract copy was somewhat different then mine. Long story short I needed to drive into the bank and receive them money. It was that the inspector named Ron its the”supervisor” that I truly don’t understand how a person can employ him as boss. He called itself the sole manager and there’s nobody else it is possible to complain however him and he’s NO HELP! The shipping afternoon, the driver phoned me stating that the street I depart in does not let trucks, that they were planning to move my stuffs into smaller truck and it’ll be an additional charge. Now I dropped it since I depart in a industrial area in which there’s a great deal of company and that I see those rather trucks driving round my home everyday. That provider is a major fraud and lie. They’ll make up anything to earn more cash from you. I needed to alter the shipping address so as to never pay anything additional. After the driver unloaded the vehicle… several matters have been broken, scratched and torn. I asked the motorist how these claims work and his response was to simply call the supervisor which he did not even understood the supervisor’ title and allegedly there’s just 1 supervisor, How do you not understand your supervisor’ title? , the sole boss there is. I phoned Ron that the mangerthat he never respond or called me back. I named the business number and also the man who response was extremely impolite, he shouted at me and that I simply hang up the telephone because I cannot endure more out of them, now that they already obtained the complete payment. . Very single individual in that organization is impolite and don’t care about their clients. The supervisor called me the day after and that is exactly what he said”hello, I do not know what’s your difficulty?” I chased up, I am not likely to bargain with them anymore. Im convinced somehow they will escape from paying what they broke since they’re specialist in resisting and benefiting from costumers. I see this man Ron that the”director” responding to the testimonials and its so unprofessional not to locate a remedy for these but rather he attempts to describe”their side of this narrative” that its all lies. I suggest take a glance of the number of bad reviews and whistles you’ve from costumers Ron, at yelp, Facebook and all around the web, both you and your businesses are clearly the issue.

    Nightmare Movers

Whether this review conserves one particular individual out of the nightmare we needed to address then this is well worth it. Called and got an estimate for about $2800 for a 4BR home. Sounded too good to be true although that I was optimistic that it was only a great thing. They were to appear on a Saturday morning between 10am and noon. I was likely to have a call in the driver that the day before and that I never got a phone. When I called the main office in 9am to affirm, the woman told me that they were in their way. I received a telephone after 12pm in the driver to inform me his truck had broken up… 3.5 hours off! We had been going across another country 5.5 hours off and that I was beginning a new endeavor which Monday morning, however, I calmly explained I knew. Things happen, and as long as we can only start early dawn on Sunday we need to have the ability to reach our destination and in bed at a good time right? WRONG! There were just two men sent to maneuver a 2200 sq ft 4 BR house. The motorist, who assumed the role of”boss”, essentially put decals on things, according to his clipboard, also performed on his telephone while the one other man loaded our whole home to the truck. As somebody else pointed out, they advised me about the telephone that I could write a test, so I didn’t have money on me. Well guess what, it was Sunday and the banks have been all closed. What the hell did they expect me to perform? I needed to get family moneygram the money to some walmart nearby. They’d gotten there in just before 8am, and he said we’d be achieved over 2 or 3 pm. Subsequently it was 6. Subsequently 7. Subsequently 9. We did not shut the doors into the truck before 10pm the Sunday night. I possessed the house so that I ended up leaving things because I could not wait any more. I had a three year old that I will need to push ALL night long with to make it into work the following morning. I was already pissed, but then the kicker. This men”manager” called and said they’d taken too long and now they needed to reroute to some other endeavor, 4 hours at the OTHER direction from where people had been moving. I requested to talk for her and she essentially had the mindset of”well we’ve got your things today so what exactly are you really gon na do about it”. They’d”responsibilities they needed to maintain”. So that you screw me around to ensure to look after the following man? And tried to blame it on me having more things than that”said I’d” if it turned out their shattered down truck and also slow as molasses idle driver who took a long time (who repeatedly blamed the delay to the man breaking his tail since he”was fresh”. Here is the next best element. On a quotation of 2800 they brought me an additional $1500. That was after departing a heavy freezer, patio place, and many boxes which were all recorded in the quotation. As soon as your material is at the vehicle exactly what can you do about that? They did not appear in my new house before 4 DAYS LATER. We moved 4 times at a vacant house without ANYTHING but that which we filled in our automobiles, using a little child. I moved to my very first day on a new endeavor using 1.5 hours of sleep as these men were pushing the clock and took 14 hours to load, and did not even have the decency to get me my own possessions by the following moment. They’re scammers who’ll cheat, lie, and steal your cash. Avoid these crooks!

*PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS CO**I do not know where to start. First of all this business are BIG TIME SCAMERS! And should not be in company. Must have read the following reviews before utilizing this dreadful men and women. I had been given all of my bits of furniture to Phyllis and she gave me a estimate of XX level, she promised me it would not be more if I had a few xtras boxes. Movers arrive, they begin carrying furniture apart into additional bits, so that they could charge more, once all of our furniture has been in there truck that they state you moved over by a lot a cubic feet, so Ill need to call my supervisor and see just how much more itll be. It prove to be $1000 more, and that it was to late to say no due to the furniture being in there toilet. But that is the way they rip off people, they do not offer you an specific quote once they arrive that they provide it to you when your stuff is in there toilet and twice your transfer plus a had a broken vase and broken plates, so do you believe somebody has called me to perform a promise naturally, they already have their cash… PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY which are more fair, secure yourself a hassle and worry and Phyllis I hope you read this since you’re the worst customer support person I’ve ever addressed. WORST COMPANY IN HUMAN HISTORY

PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY…I had been referred to the business because a buddy of mine knows that the proprietor therefore I decided to call him to receive a quote. . He inquired what sort of things that I have and that I told him, he said to send text and him using the listing of things. . .he called me back and state that someone from the workplace will contact mepersonally. This day a gentleman in the workplace contacted me from the title of Glen and I went through the things I have again. He offered me a price of $1200.00 that was subsequently discounted to $900.00. I received an email confirming this cost. . .so I moved ahead and schedule the pickup. I received a pick up time between 9:00 am – 11:00 am, the time passed and nobody contacted me. So I phoned them at 11:30 which they advised me that the driver is on the road and he should be calling me soon…1:00 pm I phoned back they still telling me that the driver is in route. . .the driver eventually phoned at 1:30 pm stating he is stuck in traffic and needs to be present in 15-20 mins that ends up to two hours. They arrived and beginning packing the material from the vehicle. . .When the end loading all of my things in the vehicle. . .To my surprise I received a last bill from among the man Paul( who’s quite rude and doesn’t have a customer support training) for its $3600.00. How can I move from $900.00 to $3600.00. They’d all these miscellaneous charges on the bill. Obviously I challenge those fees but Paul was not attempting hear it. Kept on telling me to get in touch with the workplace, which he understood the office had been closed at that moment. They’re scammers!!!! The proprietor Gary is the biggest crook of all all of them. . .he was there seeing everything unfold and then he said and did nothing about that. I kept on getting the run out of Gary and them at the workplace. I want I really did my research before I employ them. To add insult to injury, it is said that they save your things at a warehouse….BIG LIES!!!! They save your things within an old truck, all crammed inside. A glass from one of my celebrity bankrupt. . .Gary have the guts to ask me exactly what if he do about this. I wouldn’t ever advocate not even my worst enemy into the Scamming firm… Please beware that these folks, do not be a casualty of the business.

    GARBAGE COMPANY

Produced an Online inspection Which Should clean it up:

Personally, I believe I had a poor experience with quite disrespectful drivers and dispatchers. Unbelievably unprofessional. Dispatch predicted from a totally distinct number area code saying driver are there between 12 and 2pm. They showed up at 3. They showed up in a Penske truck without a uniform. They blindsided me with a 50 percent upfront money or money order just down payment that was never discussed in the time of setup. When questioned motorist became irritated and quite confrontational. His sole effort of consumer support was when tried to give me his personal cell to validate the charge was right with a random man like this was reassuring. I denied not feeling comfy and has been mocked. I tried several times to telephone the first office I’d setup with but no response. They’ve closed office since it was Sunday. This made me wonder this mover even more. Why send support out( no uniform at unmarked car) when I couldn’t reach a person Incase emergency?

I moved beyond this hoping I could maybe find an answer through the motorist. I asked him to please have the workplace call my amount to feel much more comfortable and I had been mocked again. At the time I had been called with a distinct unrecognized number. The individual was claiming to be sending phoning to inquire why I had a problem with the driver and much more concerned about me recognizing that the her private inconvenience than helping mend the matter. I had been willing until this stage to discover a solution and solve this to keep the movement nevertheless I now felt extremely uneasy as I couldn’t locate any evidence for this individual being my inspector.

Reasons were once more, no uniform, no title label, Penske truck, money only need, office not available for calls, combative private, and unrecognizable amounts and reluctant to aid service.

I’d love to add that if I requested the dispatcher to cancel she informed me there was fees and explained that I wasted her one and her motorists petrol like I had been to reimburse. She explained that the driver would clarify the fees to me. Before I hang up the passenger or helper arrived to inform me that the driver required to talk with me from the truck. I go to speak and he’s on the phone complaining about me to his next client. I try to check beyond it and wait patiently in the rain politely. I wait patiently because he calls 3 additional individuals via Bluetooth and dismisses me. Every call was to tell someone how mad and absurd I was being. Ask anybody, I am clam in scenarios such as this. I have worked in high end jewelry stores and b2b customer support combined with 13 collective support rankings.

I got fed up and told him if he was ready to come get me, with no word that he filled up and left. Dispatch calls me and yells at me to reaffirm their annoyance and then the motorist calls to perform the Exact Same just bad service around

I’d set an arrangement for movers 6 months out ahead of the moment. I strictly told the woman (Phyliss) that it should definitely be for 6-12-19. They called me on Monday 6-10-19 saying that they would be there the following day. I said”NO” it is for the 12. The guy was so rude to me, ” he told me you either take elsewhere or elsewhere. Phyliss had informed me that the she’d be my contact person throughout the entire procedure, nicely when I phoned to talk to her, ” I had been told she had been from this office for a few days. Not just that, they refuse to offer me a refund on my deposit because I couldnt proceed on the date that they said since I still had one more day to learn my weekly notice. I needed to dispute them to get fees. They’re extremely unprofessional and false!
