All The Right Moves

Steer clear of this business if you don’t need your things ruined.  We hired All of the Ideal motions to move us from
Denver to Castle Rock.  We’d only
Bought a new LG stainless steel fridge a couple of weeks before this
move.  When it was sent there was
Not a difficulty in getting it via our front door.  But when the movers began attempting to get it
Out that they were clueless about what they were doing and ruined our new
Refrigerator.  I left the driver Deon
Aware of this matter and he took photos of the harm and known as the proprietor
Marty to make him conscious of this harm. 
Marty needed to set up a time to come out and look at the harm and
Stated he’d get back together with me.  He never
Did so after waiting 3 times I called and talked with his ex-wife Susan.  She said”oh, do not you worry honey
Marty Is Quite good about taking good care of all damages Brought on by his motorists” and
She was planning to phone him and ask him to reach me out.  That never occurred do I waited two days
And called her again and she again assured me that he’d look after it and
Would request him to telephone me.  After waiting
Two times and not hearing from him I phoned his private cell phone and abandoned
Him a fairly stern message requesting him to call me personally and he again did not call me
So I phoned Susan back and she left the remark that she was so sorry that he had been
Blowing mine and her text and calls but because she had been his ex-wife she would
Not cause him to do anything and she had no say therefore Deon was his”brand new
Spouse”…  Sickening to state the
least! He eventually reaches out to me asking if he can come to our home to
See the damage and treat it on Thursday 2/4/16 and we put up a time and
He mails me that morning stating that he had a driver that called in sick and
He would be unable to make it.  I
Answered asking when he can create it and Marty answered can we get it done Friday or
Saturday and that I said yes to Friday and never heard anything back before Tuesday
2/9/16 after I needed to phone Susan back again and told her when he didn’t call me
Back I had no option but to seek legal actions and Marty responds that he never
Obtained my voicemail or mails.  We eventually
Establish a date of Thursday 2/11/16 at noon to fulfill.  He had been 15 minutes late and arrived in and stated
And I quote”wow this is a good deal worse that Deon stated it had been.  He attempts to polish it out… It is possible to polish
Out deep scrapes and dents!  He then
Says we you did not take the additional insurance for $250.00.  Deon, asked if we wanted to Buy Additional insurance
And that I said” Susan stated that you guys were bonded and licensed, right
And he said yes so I answered then why do I wish to cover you and additional $250 on
Top of exactly what I was already paying?  He
Stated”accurate” and only sign here. 
I said alright but if There’s anything ruined they’d be accountable
For this and he said”yeah”.  Now
Marty altered his mind and Began to get an attitude stating we Aren’t moving
To pay for the damage but did provide me $200.00. 
The price to replace the 3 doors is approximately $1000.00 quoted by
Lowe’s.  I told him that I Wasn’t going to
Take his offer of $200.00 and that he said we will only need to see where it belongs
From here and that I told him I’d be made to obtain a lawyer and he said go
For it at a voice that is poor and that I advised him to find the He** from my home and he
Smarted off stating thankfully and threatened me by saying come out with your
Mindset and walked out and I saw him walk away and if he got appropriate
Outside of the door he turned about and said” this is precisely what I
thought” Chicken s**t!  I advised him
To get off my property before I called the authorities. And he said go to it and
I will kick your a$$!  This man is nothing
However a crook and that I will have already set up an appointment with my lawyer to
Invite him for the harm in addition to communicating threats.  Avoid All the Ideal moves since they’re
Nothing but a scam.  I called Susan back
To tell her as to what happen and she flipped on me exactly the same as Marty did
Saying she couldn’t do anything and that I would need to speak to him and wrapped up on
me!  I’ll do whatever I can to disperse

The very first time that I used their support, I had no complaints. My rent was up and that I had to use them again so called and advised my 2nd move on May 18th.   I had been reserved at 9am and I was ready to go.   1) They scheduled a transfer before mine without asking whether it they might come before or when I was okay with them forthcoming 2.5 hours late.   2) The transfer took more than last time Although It had been a simpler movement with shorter distances to both walk along with a cargo elevator reserved for their use.   3) I discovered a crack at the trimming of a dresser and they provided to charge me 1/4 hour but that I needed it repaired instead of a $20 credit.   4) I went forward and mimicked the men $50 each = $100, because they are laborers and need to be tipped..so I presumed.   I detected AFTER they left the deal in my Weber grill was totally broken off (and totally obvious but no reference from the movers), there were scrapes on the my leather couch That’s Been transfer 7 days in 4 nations with out any problems Before this.   5) I phoned Susan and she stated she’d at least refund the $100 suggestion, I’d be owed the Typical cents/pound, and She’d come out to Assess the harm to see exactly what she would do to help.   She scheduled for this week.   I emailed her pix of this harm.   6) NOTHING!!! I called again the following week and she explained she wasn’t coming out independently and that it was month end.   It was mad, She’d schedule something next month.   7)  NOTHING!!! 45 days after, I’ve not heard a word from Susan or Marty and NO Strategy to solve my problems.   DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!
