After consenting to the, I paid $800 upfront using the remaining $800 to be paid off fall off. The movers handled me like I had been dumb, brought the odor of smoke into my house, and that the 1 guy was on a private phone call with his girlfriend the entire time.

I had a certified bank check for $800 prepared for fall off. The extra $800 was compensated but upon birth, movers refused to transfer my furniture with no another charge of $225 money for space and flights of stairs. Stated that they’d leave all of the furniture on floor level or depart the premises with my furniture. I had no option but to give them the cash, so as to receive my items.

This business is horrible, and should not even be in company. BE conscious of their low quotes, they’re NOT ACCURATE and they’ll make the most of you in the last minute when you’ve got no other option!

THEY’VE MADE MY MOVING EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE. I will BE HOMELESS AND MY STUFF IS GONE. THEY WERE SO BUSY TRYING TO SEE WHAT OTHER CHARGES THEY COULD ADD ON TO MY INVOICE THEY LEFT SUPPLIES BEHIND.

Our estamate has been 893.75 real cost was 1457.28.  Shipping was scheduled for 6/16 rather than sent before 6/20.  The pickup was to be between 6/9 and 6/11 demonstrated up on 6/11 in 8:30 pm afterwards waiting all day for them.  If they didnt call about the 15th such as I had been told I phoned them both the 16th and they stated that they had seven days following the date you ask to send.  Not what I had been told about the telephone or from the driveway that chose up our stuff.  However in small print it states they could take up to seven days (see the little print do not go by their own term )  Were eventually scheduled 6/19 waited all day again only to receive a telephone they had been running behind are there at seven am on the 20th.  Never came until 9 and subsequently refused to deliver the truck back into the apt. Desired us to find a shuttle to get an additional $350.  Refused that so they unloaded our things in the entry to the complicated and we needed to take all ourselved.  As soon as I requested them to put the beds together that in the contract that it says to disassemble and reassemble all ordinary furniture that they refused because they stated that they were to much away from the flat to accomplish that.  This has been the worst ever experience.  When I called the office and talked to Jessica she hung me up.  Talk about being specialist.  Definately not!!!!

All Star Moving is your worst business we’ve ever had to cope with in lots of ways.  To finish his Boy Scout Eagle project, my son required to send things he had accumulated into some charity at Missouri that could send them to our troops serving abroad.  He’d accumulated 39 boxes of snacks, books, personal care products, etc and decided that it would be simpler and more economical to get a moving company boat them compared to a parcel firm.  We made the terrible mistake of picking All Star Moving.  This tiny business was the worst type.  We have to have needed to fill out 10 pages of types together with twenty signatures.  And we needed to finish this procedure again and again and over for every stage of shipping, and every time they did not enjoy how we signed them.  Subsequently it was difficult to envision them, but they did eventually arrive one day.  The movers themselves were OK, as they all needed to do was take the boxes out of our foyer into the truck in twenty five minutes.  They had no idea when they’d deliver them, but we highlighted the boxes needed to be sent during business hours.  So a week and a half later after we’d left for vacation, they called up on a Sunday and said the charity was not open and they could not send the boxes!  They said we had two choices, either we can pay them $300 to save them overnight, or they’d auction off our products!  They did not care about the charity, things for the soldiers, the Eagle project, or that we informed them it needed to be sent during business hours.  They demanded instant credit card payment (and yet another 10 signed kinds ) or auctioning off the troops’ goods. I had been ready to hang-up in their extortion, but my spouse and son desired to complete his Eagle project, so we discovered a facsimile machine in the resort and paid the blackmail.  If you do not need to get ripped off, steer clear of this business!

Don’t employ these movers!
1st, they showed up two days early. We were completely unaware and had to scramble all night long to prepare once the truck came. Alex was responsible. Don’t trust this man.
2nd, if they showed up they increased the cost $3000.00 they stated that I” did not need to pay it” but” I’d lose my $1800.00 deposit” so that I paid it. I figured when I hired another inspector and lose the 1800 it’d be fairly and my home has been sold and I want to get gone.
3rd, nobody speaks English or is American!
4th. They had been 4 times late show up. I moved from NJ to FL with two little children. 4 days is a long time with no own things.
5th, nearly everything I have was damaged during the transfer. Ex. Bookcase- completely shattered, costly dining room furniture needed scratches on nearly every slice, $6500.00 bedroom furniture needed shattered borders around it, broken knobs and heavy scratches, boxes tagged delicate came smashed like an accordion. The driver was nice enough to inform me concerning an insurance plan that will cover everything. Regrettably, he was the delivery driver and it was clearly too late to buy this insurance. Consult your mover relating to this insurance
6, lots of our items were missing. Stolen, if you may. Everyday items everyone can utilize. Ex. Pool hose, bucket of chlorine, push broom, lp tanks, automobile ramps, hand tools, sporting products, bud trimmer.We still have not opened all of our boxes so we still don’t understand what we have been missing.They put yellowish # stickers onto call and everything a stock system. Whenever your items are delivered that they do not ask you to spot your thing, they had me write down all of the # as my things had been brought into my property. I inquired what good that could do and that I had been advised that is was simpler this way. I just needed my things and that I just wanted these folks from my life.

I wish I will offer 0 stars All Star Moving Services, LLC is THE WORST business on earth. . .The STUPID [EDIT] on the telephone Monica or Jessica both of these thing fact are the two most dumbest [EDIT] not simply they stole the money they dropped all of my things over the side of the street, which I’ve broken items that may not be substituted and they whined about the ceremony and attempt to charge me extra to attract my things upstairs and charging to bring my things in the complicated, they tell us something and did not put nothing over the contract rather than putting out things in a little box truck that I had a little room just 20 boxes along with my mattress that they bring a semitruck along with different men and women things my boxes are shattered and broken and if u call they place you grip. And they’re impolite and calling us liars….so I am BEGGING YOU PEOPLE DOOOOO NOT USE THIS [EDIT] firm they ought to shutdown forever. . .They are liars and con artist out they for cash simply they do not respect your items…

The firm has been grate in the start Monica was fine and the cost was grate. That soon changed after being harassed every day by her I gave in and attempted to cover down half but she explained it had been hopeless with my card and I might need to pay it all up front so seeing as I had restricted time and I needed to pay her any way I figured I would just pay and have it all done with so I would never need to be worried however as soon as the movers called and said they had been coming it had been times early and they desired me to meet them early in the afternoon at -19 weather that they showed up hours late and began moving things on into the truck telling me to sit in the car but when I went to find out what they had been doing I noticed they had been moving past were that they were suppose to move and if I asked about it they said it’d be more expensive nearly twice what they’d stated it’d price I was angry to say at the least and stated to take my things off the truck it was impossible for me to manage that they stated after its on the truck it had been their home so I needed to cover and told them to not place something more about the truck so I had to leave half of my possessions behind and cover to get a storage unit until I could make the 700 mile trip back to pickup the remainder of my stuff. Well after we came to our new home we waited on our own stuff to arrive so we had some were to sleep that they didn’t come for nearly a week when they were suppose to. Having no where to get my kids to sleep we needed to find a hotel for this week using restricted funds and fabrics for us to utilize. When they eventually arrived they determined they weren’t able to bring my things to my home so again I needed to find a storage device more cash I did not need to invest. As it was still to chilly for my own daughters to be out side my mom went in my place they had been mean to her and guy handled my things later attempting to secure more income from her before the storage unit man came to her rescue they let it fall. Virtually all of my boxes have been shattered my furniture torn or broken along with what they didn’t ruin they”missing” like my mothers ashes and my moms jewley they’re now saying they’re no more at fault since the guy left my mother sine the paper work until he unloaded the truck and hurried yelling in her that he had a sequel to maintain and she had been holding him up they’ll be hearing from my attorney they’re thieves and frauds never use this firm!!!
