We transferred my parents out of Houston Texas to Utah.   Apparently select up was nice.   They arrived on the day that they intended and everything went smooth.   That’s the only component that went smooth.   The contract says that they will send within 2 to 21 days in the first available delivery date provided by you personally.   The Issue is that you pay All Service Movers part of 70 percent up front.   The last 30% is paid to the motorist.   They have zero motive to pick up the telephone, answer an email, or make an effort to Receive your stuff delivered inside their contracted time frame.   And that is all of your things mind you.   Your Entire life Aside from a few suitcases of clothing.   It seems just like a hostage scenario where you have zero leverage.   They would not answer telephone calls, would not respond to mails and if they did they’d flat out lie.   After more than 3 months had passed they stated Our sutff has been scheduled to be picked up over the Upcoming few days.   The Upcoming few days passed, we predicted, and still they had not picked up our items and did not even have a driver scheduled.   Eventually after 4.5 months we had been advised that they had a driver and could send in 3 to 5 times.   The motorist would be calling us to arrange final delivery.   When the driver finally called, he stated He will be delivering on Saturday between 10:00 and 12:00.   My brothers and I all traveled long distances to be there on Saturday to help make them transferred in.   At 1:30 the motorist finally responded to some text He had slept in, was still 200 miles outside, and would not be bringing till Sunday morning.   Personally, I called the driver to ask He nevertheless do what he would to send on Saturday even though it had been later in the day since 4 households had traveled long distance to be there.   His reply outlined our entire experience with this business.   He explained that the client does not have to mention when he produces, the customer has to work around his schedule.   I think that has to function as customer support coverage of All Services Moving.   Beware of the company.   They’ll hold you hostage and There’ll be nothing Which You Can do.

Within seconds I had been getting phone calls- I obtained several from the exact same company located in various states. Picked the man in Colorado- Estimate was fine and he was good so long as I was working the procedure. The issues: They employ independent movers and there’s a significant communication breakdown- men came packaged and took boxes and furniture. Requested an extra clothes container which was not used but I had been charge for it- no curiosity about just how many there were only hurry up and get out things. I paceked most of my boxes except that the furniture.   Business that chose up – earned no paperwork and required a charge card to the dispatch a massive section of the shipment. They wanted money but All Service told me they’d take a charge card. After the dispatch came they desired a sum that also contained the charge card fee. I needed to visit the lender and be sure I wasn’t billed to the credit card by simply cancelling it. I afterwards discovered that they stated they didn’t utilize the credit card fee – NO COMMUNICATION ON THIS MATTER PRIOR TO ARGUEMENTS. Ability to speak to All Services but as soon as they have your cash they never again respond. They advised me at shipping time that I really could give money or Money Purchase once the dispatch came they just wanted money after I had a money purchase. The shipping company had no comprehension of how a money purchase functions, they said that it could be cancelled although it stated on the money purchase that t couldn’t be cancelled for 90 days. I had to contend with them to return some of their cash and threated to phone law enforcement. Eventually got 1/2 the cash back. The remainder came two days later.  90 percent of the furniture has been ruined – scraps on all but one seat – two broken antiques and no where to move. NEVER NEVER USED THIS SERVICE- PAY A MAJOR CARRIER- MOVE YOURSELF. 1. Booking agent won’t help after he receives the first money 2. Overall absence of communication from real movers regarding money 3. No where to go for damages. 4. Truck business don’t know Money orders- fundamental comprehension.
