    Great Job!!!

They have been insightful and helpful every step along the way. Pricing was fair. The 2 men arrived on time to pick up my belongings and from the minute they pulled into my parking lot, and left, was a total of 2 hours. I’m a satisfied customer and I highly recommend All Professional Moving Group.

    Happy customer!

My loved ones and I’ve moved a number of times as my job takes me to re-locate a long time. I have dealt with each frightening scenario that you could possibly imagine dealing with while going. These men really exceeded my own expectations. They really listened to my concerns.I needed a few special items that had extra services and they could supply that too. My grandfather clock was in my family for a very long time and they could take it apart properly and move it securely that I was really impressed with. My price remained the same which was odd, however I was thrilled! I feel these men are some of the best that I’ve ever managed.

    5 star

We’re so delighted with the services we obtained. We needed to move from our house and in a couple of days and another firm took our deposit rather than answered the telephone again. We had been so worried about getting out on time and they could have a truck out to us the following day. They were very professional and did a fantastic job packaging and managing our glass shelves and shelves. We had been delivered in less than a week and also our things were attracted to us precisely how they abandoned. This adventure was great and we urge them to anybody moving from state.

    Moving

I have moved a number of times in my lifetime because of my military history. I must say that was undoubtedly the very best moving experience I have had thus far. My moving planner was James and that he had been the extreme professional. He was rather detailed from begin to finish and remained in touch with me during the whole move. My primary concern was being billed over the quote so we chose to over estimate the quantity and also my final payment was less than anticipated. I truly can not say enough great things about this business, I actually never wind up writing reviews but James and the client support staff actually went over and beyond. From now on when I must go again I know exactly who I am using and certainly will be recommending them for anybody who requires a mover.

    Movers were very professional

Brandon and Christina handled my accounts at All Professional. They had been extremely personable though I probably came across as rude considering that the duress I had been beneath. They grapple with me during the Whole process, from A to Z. The movers scuffed among my curio cabinets coming up the staircase somehow, but in the close of the afternoon, I only enjoyed my move using a glass of wine and insurance onto their conclusion covered the remainder. They have been very apologetic on all endings so that I can not actually say anything negative.

I normally do not give favorable reviews on businesses, but All Pro Movers transported my whole life once I divorced my husband. They packed everything so meticulously- really professional. I had been going cross country, nevertheless, so some bits of china were destroyed during the transfer. Though I had been hesitant to generate a huge deal on it, I’d call in and report the damage. Not only was I given the utmost esteem by using their customer support group, they insured the harm 100%. Highly suggested!

I do not normally write reviews but thought I’d contemplating all of the horror stories I have heard about moving businesses and how worried I was choosing which business to utilize. Anyhow I decided on All Professional being that my speed was honest and my agent was very informative about what to anticipate being honest with making sure that I was comfortable. With that being said everything went just the way it had been clarified and without a hitch aside from delivery taking a few days more than I thought but this was due to some weather problems that the truck ran into on the road to my new residence. I hope that I do not need to move again but when I do I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to anybody out there. Thanx All Pro

I generally don’t have some opportunity to find testimonials, bad or good but that I felt obligated to share my own expertise with Professional Moving Group due to the superb experience we’d like. My husband and I recently moved back into San Francisco out of Dallas and chose to Opt for All Professional. They were not the least expensive option we’d however, that the last time we proceeded we all chose to proceed with the cheapest cost and it was a horrible choice. To begin with, our shifting planner was detailed and professional during the whole moving process and allow us to feel at ease. The real movers were very professional too , they chose their time wrap our furniture and loading the vehicle to be certain everything was hauled safely. Some of the boxes had been a bit beat up but there were not any damages at all. In delivery, the very same men did a fantastic job setting everything back together and put everything at which we wanted it. We experienced a dreadful moving experience previously and we are very worried about who to select this time around but All Professional surpassed our expectations and we are more than pleased with their services.

Excellent Service Overall for me and my loved ones. These men helped me in my worst ever relocation scenario. I hired the business from December 2019 to maneuver me along with my loved ones for work. I was likely to receive my things delivered to me on 1/15/20 at TX. As soon as I got to TX Monday 1/13/20 to receive my keys, then there was an problem with the institution. There was a plank acceptance pending the rental arrangement. This floored me since I’m an HR Manager and had this buttoned up in December. All Guru worked together with me and helped put my things in storage for a week, and sent everything in mint condition two weeks back on Thursday. Granted I opted to package myself (I am in HR not Moving) so a few Ikea dishes broke, anything. I am grateful that this mistake between the HOA/Real Estate Agent didn’t affect my movement or cost! So I am writing to provide them accolades! They went over and beyond for me, my loved ones, along with my move! Thank You Chris! Guillermo my team direct or foreman man was AMAZING!!!

All Pro lately transferred me and my loved ones across state because she accepted a job at Los Angeles. The transfer went smoothly and there were not any cost over runs. The 1 usage was our items took an excess day to be supplies because of winter storms in the center of the nation. Overall I would suggest All Professional for your long-distance movements.

    My move in 2018

My name is Shari Allen. The business achieved to me due to a poor review published in my title. I did actually move together within one year ago. My things have been in storage for a month prior to being delivered. $7200 could have been more straightforward. But, we consented to the cost of $12k + and it all had been nice. For the record I didn’t give anyone permission to use my own title.

    Good move overall.

My transfer out of South Beach to Manhattan went well a month. I received a promotion along with my own firm. The price was fair. The only issue I had is I was billed for many flights of stairs. My flat is at a fifth floor walkup. I was not really apparent on the further fees when the first estimate was introduced to me. All Pro worked together with me at a compromise and eliminated a number of the associated charges which I valued. Complete a smooth moving experience.

Called AllPro on short notice they dispatched a truck which has been coming from Maryland to Georgia to transfer the contents of my 3 bedroom house of 30 years into Florida. The movers were exceptional and packaged and loaded our products then hauled them down to Florida and steered them in to their free storage to be re delivered in a couple of weeks. Fantastic job thanks. All Guru!

All expert seemed extremely nice but they’re just a broker and the firm they hired where terrible. Stole my sole pricey painting among other items. When an object had wheels, then at least among these wheels was busted. Came a day and a half late which caused us further stress and prices. They weren’t ready, attempted to lie and say that they didn’t get updated information from all expert however they did. Place my possessions in two trucks and didn’t inform me that they were carrying things to a warehouse which was at the 2nd truck(that explains the way they have the ability to steal things and likely how so many items were ruined ). Don’t make this 2nd truck of things for 3 months. I’m really grateful for what I have although all of my timber furniture needed dents and dings in these broke the frame on my dresser mirror. Completely shattered my desk- the guy who delivered strove to put it together but couldn’t, simply shook his head and said no way that he can repair it. I am not certain I’d ever refer to All expert if they don’t display the local business that they employ any better than they ever did those that they hired to transfer me. I know that the cost goes up since they really load the vehicle and find a last quote but $2000. More looked somewhat steep but what can I do we just had 4 hours left to be outside since they arrived out a day and a half late. Quite disappointed in each of the things missing. I’d file my claim . however, it could require them 120 days to process, therefore I shall do without a number of my things until I get paid, expect CSI is a much better companion than the movers.

Not sure what service the broker does. Just hire the moving company.

AllPro Moving team has a fascinating business model. Their sales rep may speak with you all nice and tell you all of that the”perks” you receive, such as 30 day waived storage and also waived shuttle charges predicated, but the minute that you sign the first payment, the agency is truly finished with a contracted agent. In my situation they matched me with Executive Moving and Storage (ranked 1 star in Yelp across 31 testimonials ). I understood at this stage I was screwed. AllPro does not really do anything (that they middleman a revenue fee and let you simply call the moving business in case you have some problems) and induce company to firms with horrible service level obligations. The moving firm they hired did delivered my merchandise 5 months late, billed additional for storage, and also additional on delivery to get a shuttle (that my AllPro rep said that I woudln’t require!) . I needed to call the moving business 3-4 times each week since they kept delaying the movement. To top it off, furniture has been scuffed and components dropped. The issue would be AllPro proceeds to”clean up” the picture of its moving business partners, clearly I would not select a plumber with 1 star, however, AllPro can only link you up with crap.

Only do much more study when I did, perhaps do not employ a broker, do not assume the speed is exactly what they quote you on your telephone, and certainly do not utilize AllPro, since you are worst case purchase a 1-star inspector actually manage your relocation.

    Do Not Use This Company

They’re a Broker, therefore their first quotes are radically undercut to acquire your enterprise. Misleading price details in the first appraisal. If the contracted attorney, in this instance Royal Star shows around a own home they require a lot greater than your quotation. We even eliminated a washer and dryer, sofa and chair from the first inventory plus they still found ways to match your price. Additionally they tell you especially to possess money orders prepared for the movers if they arrive in pickup and at fall off. The one issue is All Pro communicate the incorrect quantity. So whenever the plumber comes and asks to get a money order which is $2k greater than that which All Professional insisted you’ve got prepared, it creates difficulties for the client. In our case that our bank was already closed and they did not accept charge cards. All Professional also supplied entirely incorrect coming dates of our possessions at the very first reservation procedure, they said it’d arrive a couple of days after our arrival, we had been here Aug 1 plus we still don’t even have a shipping window at today, Aug 19th. The miscommunication was dreadful, All Professional characteristics Royal Star, Royal Star blames All Professional for each of the residue miscommunication and delivery communicating. And All Pro requires no responsibility, they simply attempt to discover a means to ensure it is the fault, the client. And their supervisors attempts to twist it using their cliched client support scripts. Simply read their answers to complaints. Then they get confused if you eventually become irate as a client as you’ve been sent down endless avenues of explanations using zero results. Bad quoting, miscommunication of necessary capital, bad customer support, blame change to clients and only a catastrophe to conduct business with.

    Long distance nightmare worth $5500.00

You can’t trust what they tell you. I picked this moving business since I had been told they’d look after my relocation in a timely way. When customer support called me back and they informed me that my transfer could take anywhere from 4 to 14 times, I asked for my deposit back. I had been phoned back and assured that their supervisor was strengthening my delivery date. In regards to moving day(Saturday), they showed up on a uhaul. . .and needed a contract from a different carrier. I was also told at the time if they needed to use whatever additional (like tape) that I would need to cover it. I called customer support again, and once more I had been assured the carriers that they had been using could be reliable. I phoned on delivery afternoon (Thursday) to find an ETA, they stated they’d get ahold of their dispatcher and phone me back. A few hours after their supervisor called me to mention that my possessions would be coming Saturday or Sunday. I asked to talk to her exceptional and she said”I am it” there’s noone else here…I jumped to ask to talk with her boss. . .and she responded”you won’t ever talk to my boss”. Then I asked for a discount or refund. . .she stated she didn’t know whether this was possible. I’m writing this review on a Saturday evening. . .because I still do not have my possessions and they have not contacted me…

As soon as I talked to Mike Steven’s,the individual in control of Angel Van traces that exact same day that he got really agitated stating that he simply got my things and that I had to call backagain. Do Not Book this company

Undoubtedly the worst moving experience – scam priced, most broken things, terrible communicating, no masks on pickup. Just really awful. Here is the scam – earnings man leaves off several items which you talk telling you there’s some space on a truck moving that way and will need to fill. Not correct. A Budget rental picked my stuff up and took the contrary direction. Sales person says they’ll become your contact the whole time. You won’t ever hear from or be in a position to achieve this individual again. Afterward’quality control’ calls under a day prior to the transfer whenever you have few choices and’finds’ all of the things the sales man left off – cost upward by 2.5x. Movers overdue on pickup. On shipping they do not even appear on the shipping date and telephone that day to say they’ll be there next day. Drop off things and do not place together bed, tables. Every step they attempt to grow the price further. Additionally, I’d 8 things broken in the transfer. As I said, go with a respectable company that you’ve heard of. This was really dreadful

I would not hire All Pro Moving Group to rearrange my sock drawer

Primarily, every favorable review on this really is a mean of a single sentence with zero expertise detail (I guess fraud articles ). Yet every terrible encounter on here is quite detailed (honest articles ).

We hired All Professional Moving Group LLC to transfer our family furniture out of Washington State into Canton Texas. We obtained a binding contract from All Professional Moving We hired Group in the sum of $9,494.64. This was based on a meticulous itemized listing conveyed into a All Professional Sales agent called James who calculated that the CF needed to move our possessions. Between telephone, text and email, we spent about two hours working with James to figure out the essential CF requirement. The itemized record was about the contract.

In Washington, the driver showed up a day late that led to us having to cover our employees to stay an excess day. We were also charged $800 for ferry charges, once the ferry prices were really only about 25 percent of the total. We were also charged for packaging stuff, when we supplied each of the packaging materials. Our team packaged and moved 80 percent of our articles to the truck in Washington. From this itemized list from the contract given by James who calculated that the essential CF, we were just able to load roughly 30 percent of those things he calculated since he greatly miss calculated that the CF. Then we were billed for 1520 CF rather than the 1171 CF which James lent us. We needed to give the balance of furniture to Habitat for Humanity, as our home had been in an Island, and there was nowhere else that the furniture could be saved or transferred. New owners were going in. Value of contribution was $10,000.

From day one later we agreed to this contract, and paid our deposit, All Professional Moving Group was totally undetected, and impossible to communicate with. Telephone numbers which went nowhere, voicemails not returned, voicemail boxes which were complete, in addition to zero answers to our mails. The only way we can attain anybody was if to pretend we’re a brand new client and telephone the revenue quote telephone number listed on their site.

We also asked repeatedly that the movers arrive AFTER the 21st of October. Furniture came a day too early in Texas. We needed to make exceptional arrangements to fulfill the movers per day early, and then they came several hours late and for this reason, didn’t re assemble the furniture each contract.

The movers also wouldn’t provide our furniture in destination unless we paid them an additional $3,28.78 (cash or money order only).

    Terrible experience.

    Communication is KEY!! Disappointing!!!

(When I write this review I’m still waiting for a person to pick my stuff up.)

Where do I start? Was searching for movers to transfer my one bedroom flat in New Mexico into Texas. Did a very simple google search and input my personal information to a movers query pool or whatever you call these items (error #1). Was contacted on 9/25 from George from All Professional and he had been really fine and so I went ahead and educated my movement together. Frankly should have appeared at reviews first (error #2). (Side note: Yes they’re a broker firm! Didnt actually have an issue with it though as long as they can find the task done) Thus I had been scheduled to transfer my stuff involving 10/19 along with 10/20. (I wished to proceed 10/19 but they made me give a date array – error #3). Anywho, I was fine with the date array however expected they’d schedule the movement to your 19th.

So as soon as you complete what (signing files, paying deposits etc) they inform you that you will be reached by customer service 7 to ten days ahead of your proceed to upgrade your stock and be certain everything is accurate. I GOT NOT CALL!! I needed to telephone them on 10/17!! Somewhat upset with all the client support but still quite optimistic in the situation. Got everything squared off with Bill and that he advised me that somebody would soon be calling me back to inform me if the motorist had been arriving to pick up my things.

SO THE NEXT DAY…. A DAY BEFORE I WANTED TO MOVE (Needed to maneuver ahead 10/19). I received a call stating that the motorist was arriving to the 20th (that is now ) involving 9-11am. Disappointed but alright anything got a bit more time to wash and get things together.

Now is 10/20 and I’ve heard nothing in my own driver. Ability to call customer support MULTIPLE TIMES because dawn and received nothing but calling machines or dropped calls. (Seemingly, they should be 24 hours BUT THEYRE NOT) I eventually called George with this personal number inquiring why dispatch wasn’t called or something. He said he’d attempt to get hold of them. I got a call from a woman named Lisa at”dispatch” and that I stated the motorist was held up with a different project and that he wouldnt be able to make it to me until around 5pm. But she stated that the motorist would contact me if he’s shut or a couple of hours out.

IM PISSED AT THIS POINT!!! Its later 5pm and that I still have not heard anything. I’ve got a 7+ hours drive for my new location and that I certainly cant do this now as it’s already too late. They’ve literally been giving me the run around all day and getting my hopes up for nothing. To make matters worse I had been scheduled to be from older flat by now and NOW I Must STAY ANOTHER DAY AND PAY MORE MONEY!!! Frankly, I believe I only need a refund since I’ve yet to obtain the support I paid for.

Unjust Enrichment and the Nightmare of trying to get money back

These men scammed me. I gave them my credit card information over the telephone. They then sent me a contract and a cancellation coverage through email after I gave the credit card. I told them verbally that I didnt have enough time to browse the arrangement, but hello pushed me. I pulled over while I had been in the vehicle, signed the cancellation coverage, and inadvertently signed the contract too.

I noticed my error and promptly attempted to cancel (same day). I did this through telephone, email, and text message into my salesperson and the business at large.

The business cited a word in the contract which I didn’t see and provided me $250 back. Their cancellation coverage (different from their contract), cites that I’m entitled to 85 percent of my money back if I cancel within 72 hours. Furthermore, they had verbally told me they’d just hold 15 percent of their deposit when I continued within 72 hours of signing the contract. I thought that this was unjust and informed them they had to boost their deal. They’ve been unresponsive since then. I asked money back in my credit card, which All Pro contested. I really feel cheated and that I need help getting my cash back and preventing this from happening to another customer.

    BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM/FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICE/CON ARTISTS/CROOKS

I’m a homeless veteran evacuated from Afghanistan following functioning in set up areas for the previous 7 decades. ERIC, said that they’re a veteran owned firm. I appeared reviews and informed him I did not need to proceed forward. BRANDON known as mepersonally, who claimed to have the organization and said he personally responded to the questions and that all of the victims were still lying. He utilized his own DECEASED DAUGHTER, SKY, to control me farther. He declared on her tomb and said he would never condone anybody. In addition, I have a kid who perished, and I was touched by this personally, as I sure he wouldn’t use a lifeless kid to fool me. Because of this exploitation, I signed up a binding quote after I delivered that a formal Request for Quotation (RFQ) saying exactly how big my storage components are and how complete they are. The very first storage container is 10X25 along with my RFQ says it’s packed to capacity. How much clearer is it afterward FILLED TO CAPACITY. Another storage container is bigger and it says that there are roughly 25 moderate size boxes along with also a king size box spring at the marketplace. I STATED I HAVEN’T SEEN THE ITEMS IN THE BOXES FOR 7 YEARS since I have been deployed. I NEVER SAID I Don’t Have Any IDEA WHAT’S IN THE STORAGE CONTAINERS. My RFQ and yet another distinct email both CONFIRM exactly what I stated and I shipped it in writing to prevent some BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION. But after signing the contract and paying for down my payment of more than 1,500, the Quality Assurance Representative MIKE phoned me since the movers had been scheduled in a few days. He asked me what I needed to proceed? In the beginning, I thought that he had been phishing or was out of the brokered moving business as most of my items were recorded in the notes and also a few additional QA reps talked to me previously as well as that which was clear. So, I briefly told him how big this 1 storage device and that it had been complete and the other things in another person and he said that is a lot more than that which he had and now the cost is currently $12,000! He told him no solution and that’s not exactly what was consent to. HE STATED THAT I MENTIONED BEFORE THAT I REALLY HAD NO IDEA What’s IN THE STORAGE UNIT and that I gave the Incorrect quote. I advised him NOTHING CHANGED FROM MY VERY FIRST CONVERSATION so how can he raise the quotation at $7,000. He said that I could cancel however,”I am telling you right now, you are not getting back your deposit”. His supervisor ANDY I talked to afterwards said,”I Can’t Get Rid of MONEY ON YOUR MOVE”. I replied,”I Can’t Get Rid of MONEY ON MY MOVE”. I followed that by saying,”NONE OF YOUR PEOPLE DID ANY WORK YET QUOTED ME A FALSE AMOUNT”. He said he’d give me a refund when I consented to meet the movers to the scheduled day to get them reassess what had been in storage and also the price. I asked him when it’d be a FULL REFUND if I did not need to proceed and he said no and that he could not tell me just how far, he’d give me backagain. He was clearly hoping to stand up more prices to warrant not refunding me. Plus, he and MIKE equally were hoping to persuade me to do a partial movement, where they’d just move half of my bigger storage device, which makes me to cover for 2 storage components still. I talked to APRIL and LISA, from Client Support and LISA said that because I’ve a crystal clear email which I sent saying EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE FOLLOWED BY AN IMMEDIATE QUOTE, she’d be in a position to maybe shut out this within one hour approximately. That was a few days ago. I presume that she and APRIL have been advised that they can’t talk to me today, since I refuse to believe they’re liars. But Exactly like from the other reviews, I CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE NOW. I am only able to leave members together with their 3rd Party Answering Service. They had been my only expectation. To add insult to injury, they still sent the brokered movers all of the way from New Jersey to fulfill once I cancelled the transfer. All Professional lied to them and informed them how I agreed I’d meet them to get a modified quote. The movers called me quite upset because they have been an hour out of the storage centre.

You do not receive any more despicable then conning an homeless Army veteran after being freed from Afghanistan because of COVID19.

I am sure they’ll react with lies exactly like they did later breaking their other sufferers. Do not fall for this. I’ll continue to struggle for my cash and I shall guarantee that each of the appropriate authorities are conscious of their fraudulent company training.

Take note that they have a F using BBB and they aren’t members. They whined in an answer to a different sufferer and stated they’re members. These are wicked individuals claiming to be more veteran possessed. I pray that they are not since the US army where I functioned doesn’t fraud other specialists and they certainly do not utilize dead kids to con innocent sufferers. Stay out and do not fall for whatever that they say.

    A DISGRACEFUL Experience!

This isn’t a moving firm. They’re brokers. They don’t do the job. They contract it out. Our movers, regrettably, were Safeguard Van Lines. On pickup, they included that a $100’filing fee’ to our own contract. As soon as I called Mike Price at All Professional to whine, he stated he didn’t understand what the fee was for. Shipping was a tragedy. We live on state roads. The former owner of the house used 18 wheeler trucks because of their small business. All these 18 wheelers traveled our street and parked on our house every day. Moreover, we utilized an 18 wheeler for our very first movement without incident. This time, the Safeguard Van Line driver refused to provide our merchandise, claiming he couldn’t navigate the street. His hired helpers (not movers), who informed us that they had been hired by the motorist from Craig’s List, cautioned us that the motorist was a really tough guy who left the preceding customer that afternoon, an older girl, shout. The motorist was a bad excuse for an expert. He was either too lazy or incompetent. I called All Guru to whine, and THEY STOOD BY THE DRIVER! We had to pay to rent a bigger truck, move our products, and then have them delivered. Then, once I called again to complain that the transfer cost us $450 greater than that which we contracted the occupation for, Mike Price said he’d consider it and attempt to refund us a little cash. This was a week past. We never heard from them. This really is a DISGRACEFUL method to conduct business!

My family is moving from AZ to TX. I got a call from a representative from All Professional who looked really knowledgeable & was excited to collaborate and accommodate my requirements. I voiced I had been on a slender budget, had received many calls, gotten many estimates from $1400 around $9000. This is new territory for me & I couldn’t understand why the cost range was really distinct. I further explained I did not have any furniture. We were just moving boxes of kitchen & clothing things.

I had been given a last estimate of $1400. And asked to have the paperwork delivered to me. Since I have never hired a mover earlier,I read that the paperwork completely to make sure that there were not any hidden fees because I’d heard horror tales. Upon studying the records, I found verbiage that clarified I might be charged additional fees for virtually anything; such as the number of stairs that they movers had to climb. The paperwork also read like my negotiated cost of $1400 was a quote and when I had been asked to cover more, I would need to call the customer service number to ask additional particulars.

Another product that stood out was that my movement could be dealt with by a broker. When in my first conversation it had been expressed I wasn’t coping with a broker.

As soon as I purchased these issues to the attention of the person I had been talking to, his email reply was somewhat impolite. He went up to say,”We do not work for free”. Although I never said they did nor expected them to. I found it rather embarrassing to have such a rebuttal to that which I believed were legitimate concerns. As a customer, it’s my own right to question anybody that I solicit with the goal to cover them for a ceremony.

Between studying a few of the latest episodes and also the interaction with the organization’s representative. I think I saved myself a lot o f headache and frustration by not employing this business.

WARNING! Do NOT do business with All Pro Moving Group

I had a transfer scheduled through All Professional Moving Group for the August movement, they gave us a price quote at $3000. On the afternoon of the pickup, the next moving business showed up, contracted by All Professional and required an additional $3000 (half up front and 2nd half on delivery) for its transfer from California into Oregon. We had no option except to pay.

We immediately contacted customer assistance, an individual called Jake kept on telling us that they had been reviewing our criticism. We’ve contacted them repeatedly for OVER 2 MONTHS and now we’ve heard nothing back from them. Each single time people call”Jake” nobody selects.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE Folks. STEER CLEAR! We made a enormous error which cost us $6000. Save your cash and go with a different provider.

This isn’t a moving firm. They called me 2 days before my pickup date using a narrative about the way the truck caught fire and now I needed to pay an extra $1020.00. They offered to divide this odd fee with me. I asked for photographs of the event of this truck on fire. I could not find any signs of an accident online. They would not tell me where it happened or what business it was. Lets face it – what do you do. You scheduled this movement and you need to be outside a particular date. They have you cornered. They talked in a pushy manner, a man named George put up this for me. Another man called to find the more cash. And a supervisor named Andrew talked to me too. Nonetheless, the day prior to the transfer I hadn’t heard back from a moving business as to your pick up time.

I wouldn’t suggest them. I feel they’re fraudulent and I began a challenge against them in my charge card for my downpayment to them. Be Mindful.

Their performance is simple but unhappy, they’ll go on your stock list over the telephone that will compute your possessions at a lesser then usual size providing you an extremely low estimate (Which in my case they”inadvertently” remaining 20 boxes I stated I might have) then ask your deposit to maintain the transfer. Well 3 days ahead of the movement they call to discuss real dimensions and that is were all changes. All I added was a queen mattress and that is when they advised me that they did not figure any boxes that the first time round, making no sense as the number of motions are there using zero boxes. Anyways a queen mattress and 20 boxes twice my move size that makes no sense and now my price went from $2500 to $6500. Plus they included language in the contract regarding in the event that you cancel within 5 days of this transfer your deposit is non refundable. So today I am out $1000 deposit and mercifully I moved into an authentic reputable company since they also notify you days until you proceed it might require 21 days to receive your belonging when compared with the 5 times I had been initially told.

Likewise don’t feel any of those 5 star reviews are real men and women who used the firm.

I see other individuals have experienced a similar problem with this location. They’re deceptive and misleading. Gave me a quote. Said it was an overestimation. They billed a downpayment for any agent charges. They then told me that the real movers only accepted money. Movers didnt have sufficient space for stock. Needed to leave furniture behind. They billed $250 over the quote then, after every thing was loaded. When I talked with repetitions with All Pro they’d let me have specific sums of cash on pickup and upon delivery. They repeated it a few times and never signaled they’d increase their costs or penalties. Once they loaded everything, they moved through the papers with me. That is when a ton of additional charges popped up which were not mentioned previously. I advised a representative I was moving into a 9th floor flat and that he never said they billed $70 per flight of stairs upon delivery. I made a complaint to the BBB and another week somebody with All Pro known as me. They maintained the rep I talked to earlier about the quote, the one that asserted he had been giving me a veteran reduction, was fired possibly. The new rep I talked with said he’d check into the matter and call me back in 24 hours. I never heard back from him and my BBB complaint was shifted into an”replied” status. They then sent into a 18 wheeler. With 24 hour notice they explained they would not park an 18 wheeler in front of my apartment building, and they would need to find a shuttle. They would not give me a real shuttle deal and so were evasive. They dont respond to mails. Attempting to speak to them typically ends up in a game of telephone tag. According to posts and forums I have read elsewhere, lots of this sounds like it is a moving scam. For the amount that they bill, for a little move, I might have just taken my things into a ditch and then started within a brand new place, purchasing new furniture and clothing.

We had been going from Colorado to Florida, cancelled on the telephone over the 72-hour window — but they continued to phone, which makes me suspicious that they had been hoping to show us along.

Thus, we wrote them (again in 72 hours).

They never processed the cancellation and, rather, had the audacity to assert that they showed up and were turned off. We are working together with the credit card business today, but if this does not work, we are going to be taking legal actions.

Giving them one star is 10 too many. Absolute scam.

    Awful Business Practices all Around

Moving quote wasn’t as advertised. Carrier was misrepresented. Business won’t answer my mails about damaged/missing merchandise.

I spoke with Kristin a couple of times, and she’d delivered me over documentation describing everything. She said that youpersonally, All Guru, were the group of movers and who you are not a broker. But you explained to me which you have the chance to behave like this, and so for my transfer, this is the circumstance.

That having been said, she also explained the practice of delivery and pickup of the merchandise. At pickup, it looks like the quote was rather incorrect, even after providing the specs into the gentleman on your phone confirming the movement. There were several bigger boxes/totes, that I certainly could be responsible for, however, the dimensions for your bookcase, TV stands, etc., were certainly awarded. I had been billed more for those products. Besides this, the more movers denied to package the things which were specifically told to me that they would blanket and proceed, for example, TV racks, etc.. I was billed $150 for packaging stuff, which ought to happen to be covered, at least it had been made to appear like that through the justification.

I am unsure how business standard is if seeing staircase, but it also wasn’t explained that each seven measures counted as a wreck. I also clarified that the new flat turned into a third floor along with also the townhome I was leaving with a flight of stairs. Any townhome around Earth could have over seven stairs.

Upon arrival of their merchandise, by a completely different provider, which I know is common, since they unloaded I can see more and a lot of my bits were ruined. My products were thrown to the midst of a truck with no respect, it appears, for that which bits were all what.

The dearth of attention that has been taken for every one of those pieces that had hurt, which had been sent to everybody involved via picture. The office seat was cushioned at death, but came with gouges from the rear of this unit. Even the TV stand pictured was completely destroyed with all those supports bent beyond repair. The little dresser/night stand includes a giant hole at the base of one of those drawers, another TV rack has gouges from it, the majority of the totes/boxes were smashed and moist (because of potential leaks from the trucks) since it had been raining, although the whole floor of this moving trailer was SOAKED.

Most importantly, all my brakes was thrown on the floor face up, since I saw the gentleman both on load in and load out throw the wheels on concrete. This wasn’t done during physiological delivery. Initially, the gentleman recorded these components FACE IN onto a dolly to get it up the staircase. When it was my duty to wrap those,I’d have, thankfully, but once more , I explained to some people what these were and they also ensured me that it could be cared for.

The transfer dropped in cost from the quote, from approximately $2400 to $4550, however no maintenance was taken to some of my things it sounds. I’m very disappointed at the ceremony from begin to finish.

There’s also a lost bag that’s also a part of the whole procedure.

Kristin has delivered me over to client assistance, Jake, and Jake hasn’t answered any of my email addresses. Jake supplied me with a”claim” email that was never replied.

*WARNING THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS & LIARS*

This is going to be a lengthy inspection as it comprises most of names of workers, dates, and establishes that this firm depicted. On October 2, approximately 5:00 p.m. I talked with Will from All Professional Moving Group to talk about a Significant movement from New York to Florida on Nov 21. Will and I briefly talked about the nature of the transfer, outlays, and things. I was then transferred to Billy. Billy and I talked on the telephone for almost an hour and a half talking Department of Transportation Laws in interstate moving, shared stock, and prices. We also discussed the opportunity to cancel that was 72HRS in the transfer date. *All Calls are Recorded* A month went by and I hadn’t heard from any agent. On Nov 14, I phoned All Pro and requested to talk with someone to examine closing inventory and closing expenses. I called daily and nobody returned my calls or email till Nov 20. Nov 20 was 72hrs before proceed so if I did not cancel, I would lose my deposit. On Nov 20, I talked with Billy for an hour affirming every product which will be set on the truck, which comprised dimensions, measurements etc.. This is where the lies and lack of transparency get involved. On Nov 21, I got a call from Century Moving Business, so All Guru offered my occupation to them. Century informed me that they would come collect my things on Nov 22, also that it might take UP TO 14 DAYS prior to shipping to Florida. This was the first time that I had ever heard of anything like this. Neither Will, or Billy ever mentioned this. This wasn’t contained in the Online Electronic Signature Contract I signed either. Obviously, by this time, I couldn’t cancel anything. I phoned All Pro to inquire about the 14 day delivery and SHANNON was determined that on Nov 5, she phoned me and read out of a prompt that the policies concerning the 14 day shipping. I asked to get a copy of the recording since I don’t recall getting that phone call and 14 day delivery was a shock variable that certainly I would remember something like this. On Nov 22, Century arrived and gathered my things not to mention the estimated price amount was incorrect and that I needed to pay an addition $500 into Century. All Guru quoted me in approx. 900 cf., and the total came out into approx. 1200 cf. So essentially it’s a waste of time itemizing your stock and measurements when the last price they provide you is blatantly incorrect. Additionally, I HAD to cover the extra $500 at select up so for Century to take away my items. Obviously my things were already on the vehicle so that you had no option except to cover the scammer – Century. It’s currently Nov 25, also I’m in Florida. My first call was to Century, in which I talked with Wendy about the standing of my things. Wendy advised me that the products weren’t scheduled to be sent yet. I called All Guru and talked with a totally incompetent and lack of social abilities worker Jake Walker. He advised me that I wouldn’t obtain a copy of the listed call since it’s strictly for business records. This leads me to think they do not have the listed call since it was never produced on Nov 4. Jake thereafter said that it might take around 21 days prior to my things will arrive in Florida! Obviously that once All Professional & Century possess your cash, the truth finally comes out, the scams seem, and also the disgusting client services surfaces. So, I’m in Florida, along with my husband, 1 bag every day, and 4 weeks pregnant. I needed to purchase a discount mattress and a few household things simply to survive. Our products will arrive that who knows when. I won’t ever use this business or Century ever again and will record them to their own states Better Business Bureau. I based my choice on testimonials and the very first positive customer support that I received from Billy. I wonder whether that review will postpone my things being delivered into Florida… We will see. I needed to write this today (before my things being sent ) to protect against another American by scammer moving businesses.

Company sub-sub-contracted. Broke all our stuff. Overcharged. Stolen.

Contracted a moving team to visit Colorado -> California. They seemingly pick this up and bill an additional 234 cubic feet (They initially lent 291). Strange. Then fourteen days go by without a contact. Eventually someone arbitrary begins calling requesting us for 1800$ longer to be pumped instantly. Three weeks of wrangling with All pro and we negotiate which we will quantify the products on arrival and cover if they are about there. Another week goes by, every single day that they say they are gont come along with do not. Eventually they really do come 9:30pm on a day that they said that they were not coming. I’m immediately skeptical since the truck is really a random leasing and rather than a group of professional movers that are supposed to provide me a list list/manifest and reassemble my furniture we get a random person that does not have any idea who”All professional transferring” is, nor the subcontractor”Platinum proceeding” that they seemingly subcontracted to. No, he is seemingly a sub-sub builder who leased a truck and simply threw everything from there and finally captured here. Very questionable, so that I access my measuring camera and tools.

What’s broken. Each of the boxes are all broken or moist. There is less then 200 cubic feet of material from there (Measured by tape and laser of greatest thing and duration of automobile ). There is an additional dirty mattress we do not possess from the truck too. Once the driver sees I am taking photos he yells in my and my mom must call law enforcement. He shuts the truck and pushes while needing to be covered about 30 minutes. I have called both moving businesses heaps of occasions. As of today they advised me to not call them and that I must pay or even. So that you understand. Terrific experience. Regardless of where my stuff is but it’s all wet and broken. And I figure there is a ton of different people’s stuff along with a ratty mattress only lying around moist together with most of it.

My experience with All Pro Moving was unquestionably the worse and most stressful, and costly experience I’ve had. They’re agents that’s no greater than pimps. I began using Alex, that gave me a very minimal quote from only looking at photographs of our home on the real estate website and asking a few questions. Obviously when it proceeded on to Bill to discuss our stock, the cost climbed to them. Our movement was to be on October 25, completing the loading on the 26th so that we could shut and stand out on the 28th. They pimped out the job to Cobra Van Lines who showed up at 4:00pm on the 25th. They were to come back in the afternoon to fill everything. They did not appear. Calls to Lisa in client support, did nothing but guarantee me that they would compensate me for the inconvenience many times. The movers showed up on Sunday at 2:00 and packaged until dark. Their boss was angry because they moved back into Phoenix with half of a truck. I guess that their boss believed they ought to work all evening and hassle us. I’d made plans for the vacant house to be washed on this Sunday for the final and walk through. The following day was our closing and the movers did not appear again, until after 2:00. They were still moving our things out as the new owners were going in! There was several things that should have gone to the van, but had been not able because it was complete. Had they showed up if they were suppose to, which would not happen to be a problem. Nor would they’re loading in the dark.
The movers had no regard for my furniture which consisted of several family antiques. They even said they were utilized to furniture such as IKEA sells. Several pieces were ruined. The one thing good was that the furniture has been delivered the day we closed on our new house in Texas.
    Price to All Pro $6369
    Price to Cobra $11,000

I really could go on to them hauling our spa and the miscommunication that went with that. This was just another $1200.

I am still waiting awaiting my”reimbursement”. Not holding my breath. Can NEVER use another agent or moving business again.

My sister, brother-in-law and that I transferred away from Nebraska to California. We advised our client support, Brandon, that we needed a 1,500 sq feet home, with 3 bedrooms, cellar, garage and shed. After obtaining a binding moving quote of $4095.87 we chose to utilize them for our transfer. As we got nearer to our transfer date, the cost went up to $13,014.37 later we provided our closing decision. We had no other option except to continue. Our closing date was February 27th and the cost moved up on February 23rd. At this moment, Bill (QA) asked us why we had been hauling my brother-in-laws bike on the moving truck. He explained that it’d be covered better when we used a auto transport. My sister spoke with Donna and advised the automobile transport. Donna told me that they’d be present to pick up the bicycle about the 25th or 26th. They never showed up around the 25th for your bicycle. The movers showed up on the 26th – that the project was awarded to S & M Relo. I needed to phone Donna since nobody showed up to pick up the bicycle. She stated she had been hoping to get ahold of her catalyst and she’d return to me. After 2 pm, then I called Donna back again. She stated that her driver hadn’t returned her phone and asked when they can pick it up the following moment. My sister told me no because we had been shutting the following moment. She then asked her whether she can move the bicycle. She again told her no, she didnt know how to journey. Following some scrambling my sister ordered for transportation with somebody else also told Donna.

My sister and I first arrived in California on March 2nd. Our possessions arrived 21 days when they abandoned Nebraska. My sister named Donna to inquire to a refund of her $200.00 for the transportation of my brother-in-laws bicycle. She had been advised that they had a 12 month grip about the refund if she had to transfer it again. As of now, she still has not got her refund!

Re: Bait and switch hostage scam

I’m Bonnie Heather Murdock, Chris Lee is my son-in-law along with also his critique below is accurate. He stepped in for me personally to take care of All Pro since he was worried about my anxiety level and me being stonewalled by All Professional. The business reaction contains misleading advice. I advised Chris at All Professional concerning the alterations to the quantity (from 286 to 291 cu feet ) of the dispatch on 2/26. When Jake predicted, I affirmed that the stock I supplied to Chris on 2/26 was right, and in the time that I paid an extra $409.15 through credit card.

Additionally, after Lisa supported my petition for photographs, Rafael didn’t take photographs to confirm that he re-measured my dispatch. I had been advised that the dispatch was re-measured and decreased from 525 to 400 cu feet, but I don’t have any proof that the re-measurement really occurred and no reason to think it. I packaged the cargo, and except for furniture padding and just how the items fit in the truck, I understand the amount of the shipment. My additional son-in-law, Robert, was current in Colorado just to enable the movers accessibility to my dispatch, and didn’t have my consent to register up for an elevated cost. But even though he did signal, he did it just after being lied to from the movers concerning the shipment quantity.

Ultimately, after asserting that the shipment was re-measured, Platinum movers supplied only to decrease the amount they’re demanding by $200, after adding in additional fraudulent charges. I’ve left 4 messages with All Pro client support within the previous two days, because getting the most recent need from Platinum, asking a call back, but my calls haven’t been returned.

The photographs of the dispatch in Chris’ inspection are true. I have added photographs which reveal both the amount of the cargo along with the wanton destruction of my house.

I’ve voiced a willingness to utilize All Pro, however they will not return my calls. They’re shielding Platinum Movers, an unlicensed and uninsured subcontractor, and also their own butts, instead of protecting their client from this particular scam.

    Terrible

If you wish to utilize a moving agent that will always miscommunicate with all the carrier, squeeze every dime from you that they may, and still not finally deliver the services that you paid for without needing more than 600 additional bucks, look no more. Virtually every day since I started working with this business I’ve regretted the choice to not only receive a uhaul or funding truck and transfer it all myself (which, in the long run, I still ended up doing). This was my very first time hiring professional movers instead of moving myself and that I justified it believing that to get a small amount of additional cash it was worth the peace of mind (that I never needed ) and remove the stress of having to haul my own things across state. Though the net was rife with tales of people getting screwed over by specialist movers, I sadly hoped I’d picked one that I might trust to make the process smooth and simple. I could not have been more incorrect. So where to even begin? To begin with, when I originally talked to somebody and made the choice to utilize movers rather than a uhaul, the girl I talked with lent me something like 1700 or 1800 bucks. We did not do a comprehensive inventory at that moment, but I explained to her that I dwelt in a 700 square foot home and was likely to only use the entire dimensions uhaul when I’d moved myself, therefore I’d need roughly that number of distance. She promised me that the sum she offered should be sufficient. But when a person called to perform the comprehensive inventory over the telephone (that was a nightmarish process in itself) according to a description of all my items and the amount of boxes, then that cost almost doubled. He finally estimated my things to be approximately 604 square feet (that I find almost impossible since my whole house was just 700 square feet, but anything ). The brand new quote was over $3000, which I couldn’t manage on my shifting funding. Hearing my distress, he’d help me out by using a reduction at that moment, which helped decrease the price some, although not back anywhere close to the cost I was originally quoted, Nevertheless , it was I actually appreciated. But once the movers came to take my things, they unexpectedly had no listing of this reduction that was applied to my purchase, and so were insisting I nevertheless rejected that equilibrium. They explained that the contract I had before me in which the reduction has been clearly said was not a contract, only a binding stock. It took almost a week of back and forth together and the agent (all while I had been hoping to push across the nation ) to return in the initial discounted price I were quoted. Moreover, the moving firm called about the Friday prior to my scheduled movement and said they had been likely to return on Sunday. Afterward, at 10 am on Saturday afternoon, the driver called and said that he had been 30 minutes into an hour in my home, fully turning our lives upside down since we had to abruptly prepare for his birth even though we’d been told just 1 day ahead that the transfer would happen on Sunday. I asked the agent what they’d do to make this right and they never did anything whatsoever except to say they knew my frustration. However, once we got beyond this tough pick-up day, I expected that this could be the last snafu. Obviously friends, it was not. When the movers came to send my things, they promised that the moving truck couldn’t get in my apartment complex’s parking lot (which they absolutely could have and that I’ve observed other 18 wheelers perform ), and that they would need to enter”shuttle style”, meaning they’d move rent a uhaul and charge me a buck per square foot along with what I already owed (so more than $600)to send my things as promised. It costs $32 to perform an in city uhaul lease, so that is a fairly substantial service charge. So, from choices, we determined that instead of shell out ANOTHER $600 for this exceptionally frustrating company, we’d just pay the $32 to lease our very own uhaul, and only have the movers send our things into it. We then asked the movers when they’d still help us unload that uhaul in our property, of course, they said no. My boyfriend and I unloaded the whole Uhaul by ourselves and rebuilt all our furniture after paying for the moving business to do exactly that. I phoned the agents mad to find out exactly what they’d do in order to remedy the circumstance, and needless to say, the response was supposed to inform me that this was the coverage and they’d do nothing. Take home message here is–save the cash and only receive a uhaul to transfer it yourself, because unless you’re made from cash and certainly will keep shelling out extra fees that they charge you up before the very last minute, that is what you are going to wind up doing anyway.

    Long-distance move from Albrightsville, PA
Fraudulent mafioso organization from top to bottom.

All Professional Moving Group, a broker from Florida, has defrauded me and hasn’t returned my possessions. The whole procedure was intentionally deceptive. To begin with, the jury gave ma a quotation free of visit. It was all done by telephone, dependent on the customer’s questions. The salesperson lent me just over $5,000 and we paid a deposit. A day or 2 afterwards, one of the supervisors called me to prepare the movement, also berated me since allegedly the stock was far less than truth. He insulted me for not receiving the stock right, like I’d achieved it. He explained he had been doing so for several years and was a professional. Afterward, he travelled through stock questions together with me again, and developed a fresh quote that was almost $10,000. He concluded the telephone by stating he was now confident that the stock was right.

The day of the transfer, a subcontracted firm showed up to load and pack. The foreman began giving me clues that the cost would go up much farther, but nothing tangible. When the home was nearly entirely packaged up, and half of the load already taken away, the foreman subsequently told me he talked with his manager and the last price was around $20,000! Now I had no cash and no choices, and that I needed to be outside of the home. The foreman also advised me that I must pay them a $1,000 hint!

Currently, a week after, my goods haven’t arrived and I haven’t gotten a phone to program delivery. Their general manager explained they had at least 50 percent payment to be able to program delivery. My business has already paid over $13,000 and still nothing. The new trick is that they never answer their own telephones, even during business hours. Let me call the customer support number and wait on hold for hours. I predict the general manager right and it constantly goes into voicemail.

Another tip they do is each time that they call you, they scold you and also maintain they’ve been calling you all day and that you don’t reply. Each step along the way, they defraud you and then frees you into a mental game to be able to quadruple costs on you, stealing from you, however guilt you to paying by making it look as if you woke, rather than just behave like professionals that are likely to understand their own business enterprise.

Bottom line – they lure you with a low estimate, just to after quadruple your cost and maintain your possessions hostage to be able to allow you to pay the inflated rates.

    Long-distance move from Cody, WY
    Absolute SCAM!!!! RUN!!!!

I’m a disabled veteran with stage 4 cancer. I moved from Wyoming into Massachusetts. I initially had a 26′ Penske leased & intended to transfer myself & my kids. Other respectable companies lent me $6-8000 that wasn’t in my budget. All ace quoted me 4400 and was planning to haul my brothers vehicle for another price that was aggressive. The movers showed up at the exact same 26′ Penske truck I rented & were semi professional when they revealed. They had been so slow I dropped the deposit into my home because I could not wash it on the rear end because of maintaining my program to make it into my brand new job at time. It took 23 days to receive my merchandise & 7 months after my brothers vehicle still has not been picked up & they refuse to issue a refund. From the time it had been completed it cost me almost $8000. I had been told the week following my merchandise were at Texas. My paperwork reveals they dropped off my stuff in Delta, Co.. I had been told my automobile was two days out & they did not show for one more week. The motorists voiced distaste to the company practices too. When they came I had to unload the truck & reassemble the furniture which was a part of the contract. The majority of my furniture is ruined & boxes smashed. They will not answer my calls today like I need some kind of a refund to the hassle in addition to all of my damaged products. They’re rude, unprofessional and also a con!! I have since registered complaints with the BBB, DOT, & FTC. While they continued to attempt and convince me I do not understand how their company works…I’m an inspector for transportation, therefore I do not enjoy being lied to and tricked. Now I have given up on getting my money back I only need to keep somebody else from being scammed & ripped off!!!! Spend the cash & employ a respectable honest firm!!!! All Professional Moving Group is NOT which!!!!

    Be smart about your move

Carefull – Carefull- Carefull Ya all!!! Check out all of moving businesses first. They might be listed under several other titles. You only have to be aware and careful. Focus on negative reviews on most of areas! Are you currently a broker? Can they have their own trucks? Look up the DOT number. Beware of agents, you do not understand who they will greater to send (or even send ) your household products.

Humm….notice that each of the great reviews were written about precisely the identical afternoon….hmmmmm?

    Poor

This firm is a broker and didn’t inform me of this when creating my reservation. I booked together in February to get a very long distance move from Michigan to California. It took more than two months to get my belongs with additional on charges to both pick up and delivery of the items. After numerous calls to them complaining of where my items were, I got my items. Many broken and lost which I paid extra money for to be wrapped by these. NEVER AGAIN!! ANYONE seeking to utilize them BEWARE!!!

Tried to cancel was told they are going through bankruptcy

Called and advised to proceed on 9/18/19 predicted to cancel another day with all the 72 hrs and emailed. Was told that it had been cancelled and could find an email. Three days after 9/23/19 we’ve got a call from a man named Bill by Texas 972-761-5630 stating that the business is in bankruptcy and also we won’t be obtaining a refund. He had been rude and never considerate. Quite upsetting they’re this kind of business.

    Very bad impression

This critique relies on the first quote estimate and payment made for this organization. My things still have not been picked up but I’m unfortunately jump for their contract and because the cost was nearly a $1000k we have determined we don’t have any decision. I shall update this review after my things have arrived. And will when they attempt to scam and above charge me file a record with the BBB and telephone each news outlet and also have this company researched and humiliated since this is the only method to acquire businesses to care about their clients nowadays.

My dad who is not tech savvy reserved this firm because of his movement from New Jersey to Texas. Now a Saturday. When he phoned me to inform me he’d so that I asked him to get the firm name so I could confirm it turned out to be a respectable business. Instantly upon looking for this business negative testimonials emerged right and left from each site. So I requested him to send me the contract so that I can cancel his purchase. He explained that the woman who he talked to Christina B. Told him he’s 72 hours to cancel. I confirmed this by taking a look at the previous page of this contract called”Cancellation Policy” I contacted Christina who didn’t pick up but then called me back. I explained to her that I wished to cancel this arrangement, and she explained”I will have my supervisor call you”. 45 mins after she calls me back not her boss. Right off the bat she understood she needed us since her tone was quite condescending. She had been nasty/unprofessional, and wrapped up the telephone on me but not before heading out we can not cancel because post 12 in the contract says that when the transfer is over 7 days which the 72 hour cancellation principle is annulled. My fathers move is over five days. I pray that he receives all of his things and that this business doesn’t attempt to over control and steal his cash. With everything that’s happening with Covid-19 fine individuals are losing their jobs, and also this woman who’s clearly inspired by only greed has been get hers and treat clients like crap. Her function in complete transparency was supposed to inform him concerning this”post No 12″ particularly due to his English is bad. She took complete advantage of the.

    Terrible!!!!Dishonest, rude and fraudulent

I’m giving them one star because there’s not any worse choice. They do not deserve even a 1/4 of a star.If you not convinced by the prior reviews that you need to steer clear of this dreadful company, I expect that my experience that’s the worst of the worse will probably convince you to rethink your choice. They billed me for the entire fees i.e. Deposit+ initial payment+sencond payment 2 weeks before establishing a pick-up (That is totally illegal to bill the client for the entire sum ). They provided you pickup time and then they stopped responding to my own messages. Regrettably, I wasn’t living in the pickup place and spent +$600 to be there to get your own pick up throughout both days pickup window. They provided one select up time just and after I informed them it isn’t feasible for me personally, they ceased the communication. I left over 20 efforts (texts, messages, telephone calls, mails ) to reach out to them and they completely ignored me. Afterward, an extremely impolite agent called me on Sunday morning. She was yelling at me in the bottom of her lungs and interrupted me constantly and called me a liar many many times. In the finish, she explained that they won’t refund my +$1650, they won’t cover damages that they caused and they won’t schedule a new pickup!! This really is a textbook”Burglary”!

A few days ago they reached me out and provided $150!!!!!! Incredible!

These are a few of the facts you ought to know more about the company 1. This isn’t a moving company, this really is a broker firm that hooks up clients and moving businesses. 2. They allow you to sign a contract that permits them to brush off all of their legal obligations towards your relocation. Here’s what you may discover in your arrangement:” ALL PRO MOVING CO doesn’t guarantee any delivery or pick-up dates, under any conditions.” Additionally,”ALL PRO MOVING CO isn’t liable for damage or loss incurred by inevitable delays.” 3. Additionally, As the actual moving business picks up your possessions, the real moving business will force you to sign a negative contract which may include +500 bucks to your moving charges. 4. On your contract, it’s stated that they supply you with a 24-hour customer support but after you’ll get an Email regarding the real hours of customer services. During after-hours some folks (who’ve zero idea what your message is all about) receive your message and provide it to the workplace. At the workplace, they react to anything they please. In case you’ve got a complaint they won’t ever contact you. That’s the reason why all of my efforts to reach them out have neglected. This has occurred to me even during regular business hours. 5. They’ll hook you up with all the worst moving businesses ever. 6. Assess their US scatter number and you’ll observe that their true business name isn’t All pro shifting team. 6. My true contract is a binding contract and that I have a binding contract i.e.” The client has chosen a”binding” cost. The entire cost won’t exceed the estimated sum;” meaning that the entire cost shouldn’t exceed expressed price from the contract but in the long run, they’ll add some clause which will leave the doorway for additional fees at the time of their delivery. 7. They do not provide you with a shipping date. They won’t reply to your messages/phone calls consequently, you’re in the dark until they choose to send your stuff. 8. You as a client do not mean ANYTHING to them. They do not answer your calls, they do not take any responsibility for complaints, damages, and employ arbitrary movers to move your belonging. Your stuff is going to be chosen by a single firm and will be sent by a different one. (Everything you read from the last inspection is quite accurate and has occurred to me too. Observe I have scheduled two motions in 1 week together. One obtained through with a great deal of stress and pain and you simply read about another person. Should they treat a client who has scheduled two movements together such as this, it is possible to imagine What’s happening to others )

At this time, I’ve moved to a different city and seeking to settle down and begin a brand new stressful endeavor. Additionally, I must pay a great deal of cash to replace the things which didn’t go from Missouri. In addition to this, I’m spending a great deal of time to write petitions, complaints, and look for legal solutions.

YOU DON’T NEED THIS MUCH PAIN when You’re AT A CRITICAL START IN YOUR LIFE.BEWARE!!!!!! , AVOID THEM. THE

They tried to suck more money out of me!!!

I had a very bad experience with All Pro Moving Group LLC. I received a call asking if”The Moving Co” could move up my pickup time by two days. I dropped this, and said at the earliest that it might occur was 1 day early. When the truck came they looked at exactly what I had, and explained that they did not account for all we’d. I’d recorded everything, but now they were telling us we needed to pay an extra $1800.00 until they picked up the furniture. The growth was a result of the square footage gap, but the quotation from”All Professional Moving Group” was predicated on weight. I got on the telephone with both distinct businesses. I had been arguing with them for 3 hours. They also said that there was a miscalculation in the number for the 2nd stop to fall off part of their furniture and things. They wanted to charge me an additional $500 for the next fall. I wound up paying $350 additional for the next fall away, and leaving a few of my things back, and that I needed to attempt to make unique arrangements to find the rest of my belongings back home. The drivers were quite fine, but the remaining part of the movement was a stabbing wreck. I’d heard of businesses hoping to hold you hostage and try to make you pay more on your own move. I believed I’d done my due diligence in checking out the moving business before reserving somebody. Unfortunately it was not enough. Please save your self from this injury and appear somewhere else to your moving needs. The 1 star I gave them would be to get the drivers/movers. They have been awesome, the remainder of these people today will need to find out fair and honest business practices.

    Lies!!

Beware!!!! All Guru told us that they would offer a transfer by using their own trucks and people. In summary they attempted to broker our relocation to a business that really does a terrible task. Upon learning that they whined who wold be transferring us, we cancelled the movement over 72 hours prior to the transfer date. We had been required to cover $899.40 because of deposit, and they just offered to repay 300. To sum up it they desired to maintain $599.40 for supplying nothing!!! Complete criminals!!!

    Never using this company again

Don’t employ this organization! They’re only a broker and don’t associate with great trucking businesses. After obtaining your funds, they don’t communicate with the carrier, the company was tricking me to extra fees that I advised to All Pro plus they didn’t do anything about it. I needed to talk with the carrier myself multiple times. All Pro also didn’t have a clue once the carrier was about to provide. When I had been hoping to find a better idea, All Guru didn’t help what so ever however many calls and texts I made. Carriers they associate with also take two weeks out of your available shipping date to even think about your delivery. You’re better off hiring a business that possesses their own trucks rather than wasting your money and time here.

    HORRIBLE

This has become the WORST experience I have ever had with a business enterprise.

I had to proceed from Northern VA to Chicago IL to get a job project. I called in and talked with a representative that taught me about the distinction between a merchant and a broker in addition to some other transferring guidelines I had been unaware of. She had been quite obvious that they had been also a CARRIER that merely needed an agent’s license to get a couple states which were from the array including Hawaii.

I signed on Dec.13. I repeatedly mentioned that I had delivery on or before Dec. 23 because I was planning on holiday for Christmas. Additionally, I said that my construction has rigorous moving principles. We must book an elevator and then schedule the transfer at least 72 hours beforehand or they’d charge a commission and might refuse to adapt the movement. She said although she could not guarantee that a delivery date because was contrary to regulations but most motions required 5-7 business days and that definitely wouldn’t be a issue. Per my quotation I’ve paid off a $598 deposit to All Professional and has been supposed to cover $420 on pickup and yet another $420 online shipping.

My items have been picked up Dec.18th I had been told I was planning to be given a call the evening before pickup so that I could prepare. I used to not. I got a call from the driver if he was 30 minutes away in the storage device. I didn’t make a huge deal out of it and proceeded to meet up with the driver. The pickup and drop away costs went around $463 eachyear. I said alright and steered them $100 to receive my things there secure and punctually.

For the subsequent two and a half months I emailed, text messaged, also known as attempting to find an ETA on the transfer and also to be certain that the movers understood about my construction requirements. I spoke to numerous individuals and all of them said it’d be OK.

About Jan 15 nearly a month out of the pickup date that I got a call about 5:30 stating they were planning to create the delivery the following morning. I said that is impossible since I have mentioned in all of my mails, calls, and texts my construction has principles and I want to book the elevator in addition to register the transfer. This was after business hours in this stage so that I couldn’t even call the construction to find out if I could talk my way to an exclusion and I wasn’t even in the city. He appeared perplexed and that I got the impression that it had been his first time hearing about this whatsoever. I analyzed everything with him and he said he’d call foundation and find out it, he might need to take action in the conclusion of the course or they’d need to drop it off to a different business or something. We’re both very obvious it couldn’t occur tomorrow.

The following day I get a telephone lot of calls out of them around noon. I call back and he informs me he’s 30 minutes out and asks where I really need him to place my things. I was perplexed as we only spoke about this wasn’t possible last night. We’re both very clear and at no moment did he announce his intent to simply attempt to create the delivery anyhow. As the conversation progressed it got increasingly impolite until a friend that has been with me determined to begin recording since she had been shocked in his tone and behaviour. Eventually he explained had 20 minutes to determine or he’d leave my things on the ground in my reception or on the control. In a panic I called my own construction and then begged them to ease this delivery because I didn’t need my items thrown off or stolen. They agreed as long as I paid off the $600 unscheduled transfer in charge. The motorist told me that I needed to cover the equilibrium first electronically as I wasn’t in the city. I refused because I couldn’t confirm my furniture was really there or undamaged. I advised him I’d move the balance another day once I got back in town. He refused and stated he was planning to put his items in storage in MY cost.

I instantly call All Guru’s emergency number and clarify the problem – that they tell me somebody can get back to me when you can. Because you can probably imagine nobody got me back. For the next few days I phone and email attempting to obtain an upgrade on the status of my transfer along with a place of my items. Eventually I receive a call back and they essentially tell me if I must pay an extra $1200 to receive my items delivered.

Now I am done. I hate being taken good care of and fortunately I come from a group of attorneys who despise when companies try hiding unethical practices supporting a contract. This entire thing was such a nightmare and only a never-ending hassle which I made a decision to abandon it to the pros. I kept legal counsel and they Intend to file complaints with the DOT, BBB, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Admin, and ASMA. They’re asking my contract with both companies and intend to pursue it because they think that I have a situation under Chicago exemptions and regulations.

I have been more than acceptable and adapting during this circumstance and though they’ve confessed and are definitely at fault they’ve made no effort to classify or accept accountability for those mistakes.

All I will say is SAVE YOURSELF. I’d have been far better off simply donating or selling all of my items into Salvation Army.

    Long-distance move from Missouri
    WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER

I don’t say this lightly, as I had been a U.S. Marine for 20 years so I’ve a whole lot of moving expertise. If you don’t only love aggravation, agitation, unprofessionalism, lack of ethics, along with a complete inability to have the ability to get hold of a representative, then you should prevent this deceptive and fraudulent firm. Let Me clarify:

I had to transfer a slate pool table from Minnesota to Missouri. I began researching companies that promised to specialize in these kinds of moves. I discovered a few, and put out to receiving quotes from them. Two delivered me back quotes and called/texted nearly instantly. All Professional Moving Group and Silver Star Transferring Group. I had been contacted by Alex from All Professional. Their quote was slightly higher and that I advised her that I had a diminished quote from Silver Star. She stated she’d heard of these, that they appeared to be a respectable company, but that their quote wasn’t binding and wouldn’t be lower compared to the All Pro quote. She said I must call them to confirm that she had been right. Little did I know at the moment, that Professional Silver and Moving Star Moving were exactly the exact same company, run from the very same folks, with the exact same owner (Dirk Perdrix), that also owns Quick Track Automobile. A Google search of those businesses and proprietor on moving inspection forums will create some troubling consequences. . .but back to my own experience.

I ended up contracting with All Pro Moving Team on June 4th. I was certain in regards to the move together with Alex, and verified prior to signing the contract that the transfer comprised professional disassembly of the pool table in addition to reassembly at the destination. They obtained the first (they divide moves to three payments) payment, which I found after was their repayment for brokering the transfer, another two obligations are for the real moving firm they employ. Surprisingly, once they’d obtained this payment their client support and capability to get became nearly completely non-existent, despite their promised 24/7 customer support.

The evening prior to the movement (June 10) I got a disturbing voice email message by a representative from All Guru called Jake. Jake advised me to ensure that the pool table has been disassembled prior to the movers arrive in the early hours, as they”aren’t professional pool table movers.” Yes, that’s a quotation from Jake. I had been really alarmed, and promptly called the number back to talk to Jake. Obviously, nobody replied (this was to become a continuous tendency ) and I left a frantic message. More disturbingly, Jake’s voice mail recording conditions,”Jake using Silver Star Moving” that was my first hint to begin investigating this company and it is false representations. I hunted for almost any contact number I could locate for All Professional and abandoned frantic messages on all of them.

The following day Jake eventually phoned me and allow me to understand that Alex had mis-spoke, that I was responsible for disassembly and assembly of this pool table myself. To be able to acquire the packing done on June 13, I needed to cover a pool table disassembler $350. Following that the pickup of these products was scheduled for the morning of June 15. Obviously nobody showed up. I tried to get in touch with All Pro to find out what was happening and of course I was not able to acquire contact in any way.

Therefore, to sum up it. . .All Professional Moving Group, Together with Silver Star Transferring Group, and Fast Track Auto Carriers, are possessed by Precisely the Same person, Dirk Perdrix. A comprehensive search online will show numerous horribly unprofessional and fraudulent dealings concerning movements they’ve contracted. I can attest to their workers falsely representing the firms as rival entities, promising to supply services that they wouldn’t supply when the time arrived, and unprofessionally disappearing from the surface of the planet, instead of fixing their shortcomings and adjusting them, once they had their cash in pocket. I implore all to prevent this and each one of these businesses at all price. They’re a deceptive scam of a moving business.

They did not show up, they don’t want to refund $1044 Dow payment

On December 17th, the week of the movement they call me to inspect the inventory. They billed me $300 longer, although it was likely to be fewer things.
The day prior to the transfer, I asked them to validate if exactly they’d arrive. I had been advised it could be the 21st, that wasn’t the agreed on window. I told them that this was unacceptable since I need to push my automobile 23 hours on my new location and appear to work on Monday.
The director of All pro moving team Jake Walker (who had been extremely egregious ) could not provide me an excuse, and only stated the truck can not create it. There was not any inclemental something or weather. I asked him when they could not make it, discharge me in the arrangement and also give me back the cash. He said NO, then went to shout at me stating that it was not his fault. He strove to mention if I was not keen to provide them more time that I can cancel the service at my own expense. After he eventually stopped crying on the telephone, he explained that he can call me to offer me a few updates concerning the ceremony.
He never called again. I got ahold of both Shannon and advised me that Saturday would need to work since I had been out of alternatives. She promised me a mover are there Saturday. I phone them on Friday December 20, at least 30 days to validate the service nobody answered or returned my telephone calls. I waited for them on Saturday December21, they never revealed! They do not need to give me my cash back claiming I have not call them, they never replied any telephone call throughout the weekend!

Moving from Illinois to GA July 26, 2019

Worse moving business ever. It’s completely a bait and switch operation. Was told I’d be moving with a single firm and changed the day prior to the transfer. The brand new inspector wasn’t qualified to find secondary insurance. I had been left with basic insurance using a 4 bedroom house being sent. After the the sales woman, Alex, has got the purchase, she’ll never phone you back. Jake in dispatch doesn’t phone you back for days. Moving firm that acquired the company could phone and say the truck was about the road and then never shows up as intended. When requested for the owners title that they won’t send it to you. They need some of the money upfront. The remainder at shipping before unloading. Waited more than 3 weeks to get products. The Agency subbed my load to a different firm that had a larger truck.
Call a respectable mover and deal directly. May cost a bit more to your move however, the absence of strain and stress is well worthwhile.
