Very Disappointed
ALL POINTS MOVING AND STORAGE was designed to supply moving solutions on Dec 26 between 9 am and 10 am. They never showed up and when I phoned them at 11 am, they stated they made a mistake and were supplying services for another client, but will arrive no later than noon. Later in their own truck driver called at 12 pm to state they’ll arrive in 45 minutes so I phoned and cancelled. Then they promised to put back a $50 credit in my account that I haven’t seen yet so I registered a charge card dispute.
