Terrible experience. Sent me a reception for 1st payment, and then once affirming movement, stated they never got it and did not understand the reason why I got receipt; consequently move was postponed. Were told that I did not require shuttle service, however if shipping was scheduled, advised an additional $350 for shuttle service and all final payment needed to be in money. Bunk bed framework, furniture, broken shelving and tables. Refused to place furniture together. Customer support wasn’t any help….the newest being that as a courtesy, I was not billed the $350 and that by the time that they understood furniture was lost , the truck was granted back and can not trace it. Incidentally, truck driver would be the one which told me the mattress frame was lost! I WAS CHARGED THE $350, HAD TO PAY CASH AND THEY DID NOT LEAVE A RECEIPT EVEN THO I REQUESTED ONE. Bring your own decisions because I had been told by customer service that they would not disparage anybody and they wouldn’t talk to me anymore and hung me up (for the 2nd time). 1 customer support Supervisor In the entire workplace and she hung me up and that I had been told there wasn’t any one else to visit. I’ve moved many times. That is actually the worst experience I have ever had. They have been late picking up my things. Then said I’d more then exactly what they offered me for and wanted an additional $2000. The manager would walk off while on the telephone with his”manager” or could speak on another language. I had been told I needed to have the cash on shipping. That I knew. However, the manager kept asking me for $400 then. He explained that I could only go to the ATM. They had been to send my stuff the following day at 9:00. Got a call stating the truck had been having difficulty and they’d be there in 12:00 come 1:30. No movers. I needed to call to discover where my stuff has been. The office called at 2;00 stated they wouldn’t have the capability to send my belongings until the following moment. I had probably THE WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE lately when I picked All Over United to proceed.   I am unable to even start to describe the dreadful character and total un-professionalism of these people their, by the saleswomen into the proprietor (who actually threatened me and cried at me on the telephone!) .   Here is some of the things that they did:–Virtually DOUBLED MY QUOTE. . .but just later everything was packed to the truck.   They claimed they did not have an Whole area of my home in their quotation.   I am guessing that this is a strategy that they use to push up the cost when they own your belongings and your own vulnerable. –Showed up 8 hours late for pick-up-I needed to phone about 12 days to make them give me a definitive drop-off date (it is very misleading, so you don’t select your dropoff date. . .they place it into their contract that they are Permitted to provide within 21 days of everything you ask ).   When they eventually gave me a”ensured date”, they ended up altering it THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY to become 6 weeks afterwards!   My whole family sat at a vacant house for a weekend. After the afternoon FINALLY arrived, they awakened again and needed to transfer it ANOTHER DAY LATER.   That fateful day finally came and that they ended up becoming 4 hours late. –They passed off my possessions to a different moving business (the men who dropped off my stuff TOLD ME they had been another business ), nonetheless All Over United always denied it!! -They ruined a Very Costly couch, bed, and dining table.   They maintained”that it takes place in the movement”. –NONE of those movers talked English, took their shoes off, or wore shoe covers–They didnt re-assemble ANYTHING they chose aside to proceed. –They dropped a box valuables (family photograph records ) they refused to return calls around…a Frequent theme for this Firm.   They still refuse to return calls or reconcile with me.I Need to quit here, since the scenario was likely among the very upsetting, stressful, and totally erroneous experiences I have ever dealt with.   I plead to you all personally, please, PLEASE save yourself the pain and proceed with ANYONE else.   I’ll personally never use a different inspector in my own life.   It is my hope that this helps somebody.

Worst experience ever! We’ve moved several times, but this move from Colorado to Florida was nothing but a tragedy. The practices of the company are bordering on criminal. EVERY piece of furniture has been ruined. Items like cherry, cherry and housewares broken are too many to mention (as well as also the movers packed all of kitchen things themselves). At this stage in time incidentally once I threaten legal action for not giving me my Certificate of Insurance do I actually get it (just 5 days after asking the conventional template with my construction speech on it).  Ramsay arrives and harshly and rudely conditions to my spouse since he was not able to ditch the truck the previous day”the Business” needs a re-delivery charge of $500 in cash or a money order. Please notice different articles regarding this business that cite such a scheam, sadly I dropped for this please do not yourself. I immediately call the Business (All Over United) and receive Derek (the alleged General Manager) who informs me”that they” i.e. another Business (read: the sub-contractor that All Over guaranteed they do not employ ) is requiring money. Please be aware that this is extortion. They’ll hold your belongings worth tens of thousands and tens of thousands of dollars within their truck and will not release it unless you invest tens of thousands of dollars in cash immediately. I advised both Ramsay and Derek who”fine, charge the credit card you’ve got on record” and I’ll sort it out with you afterwards. All I needed was for them to begin the movement so we did not miss the next window. My contract with both the sub-contractor and All Over United comprised the ability to cover credit card and Anthony told me all services can be performed through credit card. No thing: Derek and the Business need money immediately since they understand you don’t have any choice and you can not receive your charge card to combat that cost.  We had no option except to cover and continue the transfer.  If one person reads this review and decides to not utilize this provider then I’ll have been effective in my objective. All Over Untied Moving & Storage shouldn’t be in company. –Virtually DOUBLED MY QUOTE. . .but just later everything was packed to the truck. They claimed they did not have an whole area of my home in their quotation. I am guessing that this is a strategy that they use to push up the cost when they own your things and your own vulnerable.
–Showed up eight hours late for pick-up
–I needed to phone about 12 days to make them give me a pleasant drop-off date (it is very misleading, so you don’t select your fall off date. . .they place it into their contract that they are permitted to provide within 21 days of everything you ask ). When they eventually gave me a”ensured date”, they ended up shifting it THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY to become 6 weeks afterwards! My whole family sat at a vacant house for a weekend. After the afternoon FINALLY arrived, they awakened again and needed to transfer it ANOTHER DAY LATER. That fateful day finally came and that they ended up arriving 4 hours late.
–They dropped a box valuables (family photograph records ) they refused to return calls around…a Frequent theme for this Organization
–They passed away my possessions into a moving business (the men who dropped off my stuff TOLD ME that they were a different business ), nonetheless All Over United always denied it!!
–They ruined a costly couch, bed, and workplace. They maintained”that it occurs in the movement”.
–NONE of those movers talked English, took their shoes off, or wore off shoe covers
–They did not re-assemble ANYTHING they chose aside to proceed.

The driver provided me that the packaging for an additonal $116.00 that I didnt need to cover the price tag, but I had been aware beforehand and obtained 4 free mattress covers (that I thought was fine ) there was just one old bookshelf which I figured wouldn’t make that, so if they raised it, the bookshelf broke (anticipated ).
