Shipping was 2-3 months late, every time I call, I get a different excuse
On devilry date, a few instances are overlooking!!! , broken furniture!!
Some products weren’t tagged or missing their labels
On the truck a few things without tags or missing tags, which means you’ve got to determine which one is yours
On shipping day, the motorist refused to deliver things down before I cover the renaming quantity and billed 80$ additional to bring stuff in the truck into the flat?
Before shipping, I had been told if any product is lost then the insurance will cover this, after shipping, things today changes
Jerry explained that he just accountable for the furniture when busted and that I can not charge insurance since the itmes weren’t packed with him also he doesnt understand what’s inside and what’s the worth of these things, and even when the insurance carrier pays it will 60 percent per Lbs!!!!
I stuffed the claim form, awaiting 6 weeks, nothing occur
Known as Jerry and he provided less that 25 percent of broken furniture worth!!

PICK-UP – INCOMPETENT RUDE THUGS. WAS ALSO TOLD BY GERRY THAT ONE TRUCK ONLY – FURNISHINGS WOULD NOT BE MOVED FROM TRUCK TO TRUCK – LIE. AFTER WAITING CLOSE TO 4 WEEKS, NO ONE EVEN KNEW WHERE TRUCK WAS. DAY OF DELIVERY: EVERYTHING DAMAGED, BROKEN ITEMS WERE BEYOND REPAIR. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE MAD THAT THEY HAD TO BRING ITEMS INTO ROOMS OF APT. JUST WANTED TO LEAVE AND DID APOLOGIZE FOR ALL THE DAMAGE – CLAIMED THEY ONLY RECEIVED ITEMS AFTER BEING CHANGED IN & OUT OF TRUCKS THREE TIMES. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PUT OUT OF BUSINESS BACK THEN. I ASSUMED THEY WERE. PLEASE BEWARE – ALSO EVERYTHING WAS LIES – CHARGES, ADDED ON DAY OF PICK-UP – DON’T USE THIS COMPANY

At First my salesman Jerry had been Profissional .Then it went down hill Quickly. I had been given a quote,however following the employees loaded half of the contents of my residence, I had been told that the quotation was wrong & it’ll cost $2,700 more. Confused I tried phoning Jerry, who said to call if there wasn’t any issues. No response & no return telephone. When the truck came in Vegas the nightmare continued. The motorist said he had more cash to off-load my furniture at distinct locations. This was already contracted in the first location. Again Jerry was known as & again no response or return telephone. Bottom line he faulted was 6400 then $2400 was additional = $8,800. Then a second $350.00 earning the grant total $9,150.00. So to EVERONE who’s even thinking about utilizing ALL NATIONAL VAN LINES BEWARE THEY ARE Simply THEIVES!!!

We obtained our boxes from storage and found we have been in possession of a single which wasn’t ours.  It’s an unlabeled box of accessories and clothes.  One of ours is consequently missing – it’s clothes such as a long women winter jacket. 
I sent an email and left two voice mails with all the business in the previous ten days without a response from All National Van lines. 
Funny thing – I wrote a fantastic review immediately following our furniture and boxes were placed in storage.  They were quick and in time.  Why they’re letting their customer support standing neglect is a puzzle.

I believed everything was great the nightmare came becoming delivery. I had them saved my items for mint nicely it took nearly a second month later educated them that they could send the items. When they had been obtained it was a wreck all of the boxes were shattered hurt broken products. Needed to keep phoning. Subsequently left thing in warehouse at which storage required another 3 months to receive that. Thing was send not all components were obtained call them’d assert till I could sense my stress increasing. They started out great but finished horrible amusing they desired money cash. I would not suggest them for long distance possibly neighborhood. Unhappy client

I had been quite happy with this particular movers. The team showed up right now, did a very good job, and so are quite considerate and friendly. Nothing scraped, bumped, or busted. Terrific business all about it sounds, and price was extremely affordable. Can use them again.
