All Directions Transferring is located in Ann Arbor, MI, also transferred me from my flat in Ann Arbor into a new home in Ypsilanti. In my very first contact with the president and proprietor, Jonathan Hahn, everything moved smoothly and professionally. Jon came into my flat and gave me a quote that was right on the mark. Before the movement he had been available to answer queries, and he had been flexible about adapting my time and date requests. Jon and his partner plumber, Keenan, were quite cautious with all of my possessions during the transfer. They have been friendly and concentrated at exactly the exact same time, and quite reassuring each step along the way. This was useful, as I had never used a moving company earlier. Additionally, I enjoyed and observed the ability by which they analyzed how far they needed to package (i.e. the dimensions of the moving truck) and the way they packaged it. I strongly recommend them to anybody who is searching for a skilled, dependable and community-based company!

If I could give no stars I would. They broke off a leg a dresser, shattered our lawn mild, while moving furniture to your home. Broke our stairway light moving furniture from our previous home. Then to top it off they had been moving our fridge into our new home and dropped it onto its own face off our chimney, which broke a trim piece and dented our brand-new refrigerator. They promised us they would repair it, as they did not wish to replace it. However, after a year of attempting to make them take our calls and guarantees of these parts coming soon which never did. They will not actually answer the phone once we call, and will not call back us. DO NOT USE ALL DIRECTIONS MOVING.

⚠️Watch out with this moving business, if you do not purchase their”insurance” they will mishandle & split your belongings.

I’ve moved 5 times with moving businesses and had no difficulties. I still have nightmares about this two mile movement. Inadequate communication, broken things, extremely unprofessional, really sloppy. RUN at another direction.
