We had tried to operate with All Around Van Lines to get a transfer from Rockford, Illinois to Dallas, Texas. 
All Around Van Lines have been not able to fulfill their agreed upon pickup time and date using 1 week advance notice, and then fraudulently billed our credit card later failing to supply solutions. We have to contract with a different moving business on going day as a result of their no show.

Select up: You provide them with a two day window to pickup. We were not known till the end of day 1 to inform us pickup could be at the afternoon. Late afternoon we had been called to state pickup could be in the day. Afternoon we had been called to state pickup could be at 5pm. They packed up our things from 5pm- 1am once we had a lengthy driveway after our home closing the following moment. Throughout the pickup, the workers kept whining about how tough they had been working and the number of hours that they worked.

Don’t Use All Around Van Lines!  All Around Van Lines (AAVL) transferred buddies of mine from Minnesota to Pennsylvania. My buddy contacted this so called a professional ensemble, The AAVL sales man said it would require a truck and 3 men about two hours to load and approximately two hours to float, and price $2400.00 and just take 2 – 4 business days to receive their stuff transferred to PA.. When my friend’s husband left the agreements he informed the salesperson that they may have a few extra boxes that he didn’t stock at the moment. The sales man said there would not be any excess charge. Wrong! Long story short we’d transferred my buddy’s stuff in their residence into a friend’s cellar to shop for a month till they could move in at PA.. Employed a professional regional plumber, it required a truck, two men and 3 hours to load, drive and unload.  On the pickup day (June 28) AAVL advised my buddy’s wife that they’d be present to pick up their stuff between 2 & 5 PM. AAVL showed up around 3:00 (OK). The so-called specialist movers contended that the stuff wouldn’t fit in their automobile. My buddy called the AAVL office along with another truck was discharged. It came around 6:30. My buddies had four little boxes along with a stroller which wasn’t on the stock, the movers stated it might cost an additional $2500.00 to maneuver it. The so-called specialist movers of both trucks contended for a half an hour about loading the material before even lifting a finger to maneuver my buddy’s things on the trucks. It took 6 men (arguing the entire period ) 4 hours to load the substance which was already in boxes. (11:30 PM). Which at the point the movers told my friends it’ll take 10 – 15 business days to transfer their things to Pa.. This AAVL would inform my buddies 24 hours before shipping of the things in PA.. Side note, AAVL failed to load two boxes which were on the stock. Ok, it is an 18 hour trip from Minnesota to Pennsylvania. That is 3 (6 months ). Why the hell does it requires 15 work days? I really don’t understand.  My buddies happen to be living in their new house for 21 days with no things. They just clothes they had were at their suitcases along with the portable crib to their own son. My friend is 8 months pregnant and had to sleep in an air mattress that did not work out to get her so they needed to purchase a new mattress.21 days after (June 20) at 2:30 pm on a Sunday, AAVL predicted that they were planning to send my buddies material between 8:00 am — 12:00 pm the following day. AAVL advised my friends they’d have cover AAVL in money or a postal test until the movers could unload their things.  AAVL showed up at 11:55. The Driver of the truck said do you have the $2500.00. I can not do anything until I am paid. My buddy paid him. While backing their truck up to where they were planning to unload the driver hit a parked automobile. At the stage, the driver told my buddy that he was not going to attempt and get any nearer to his home so it was likely to cost him more money. My buddy told him he’d already paid nearly $5000.00 to proceed and wasn’t likely to cover any more.AAVL sent two men, a motorist, and a helper. The driver refused to help unload the truck, so my buddy needed to help another man unload the truck.Two of the bookshelves were destroyed.A desk had a hole in it. The coffee table has been splintered. Boxes which have been marked as”brittle” that had glassware and dishes have been smashed and bent, the majority of the contents broken. Three boxes of novels had come unpacked and spilled on the sidewalk. And they call themselves a F’N Professional Moving Company!   They’re not anything more than a lot of rip-off artists. Don’t use this business! I took a holiday to assist my friends move to Pennsylvania. I drove one of the cars outside for them. I had been planning to help them move their stuff into their new house, but thanks to AAVL that did not occur! So today my friends (one who’s 8 months pregnant) needed to do it themselves.  PS: My friends are my daughter and her husband.

Never transferred from state earlier but the next time will not even consider ALL AROUND VAN LINES. After they eventually showed up after 25 days awaiting get my possessions, we discovered every cardboard box has been delivered indoors upside down. The majority of the plastic bins emptied were smashed on a couple of sides so that the pliers aren’t useable anymore leaving us with just bottoms. This is all despite plenty of shrink wrap round the exterior of every plastic paper and cardboard box. Our apparel boxes were all crushed looking like they piled these boxes at the floor understanding very well they had been labeled”apparel” and had to be piled on the exact top. Jeez, just how much common belief was utilized here??

The worst was that the simple fact that my grandparents Dewalt tool box (5 applications complete ) never revealed and nobody appeared to understand what occurred particularly both young boys leaving the delivery that complained of being so tired and working long hours and that they had been working hard for individuals because clients as it took nearly 4 hours to float (mind you’ve had zero furniture but one sofa and the remainder was just kitchen, garage and individual things ). They wouldn’t let us take a look in the truck because of our Dewalt tool box nor did they need us around the truck once we had been wondering what was taking so much time in between the heaps. I am sure they did not need us to observe how matters were piled. They showed up much later than they initially said and moved to the night on the stage which they did not care anymore and we’re outside doubt, expecting the time if this could be all over and they were gone.
I even made sure that where they were planning to provide was considerable room to your semi to rear into. I was told two weeks before delivery period that all should be just nice. I had been attempting to remove any additional expenses, however, the driver insisted that he could not back in the area (even though the neighbors stating several shifting semi’s have endorsed in and off just good for different people). Needed to get approval from his manager and we’re likely to be billed another $350 to its assumed 275 ft they needed to walk into the doorway. I had been on call for half an hour disputing this cost. I made error believing the driver knew exactly what he was doing, when actually he had been too young to achieve some professionalism within this scenario. One more thing, not one of the semi or trucks had the business name or logo on it such as it is really a black market trade???? What company does not wish to market????
I really don’t need to even get into the 3″boys” who arrived to find out our boxes and 1 big sofa. . .they were there means too long and lacked some experience in the shifting globe managing clients personal products. Just stating DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. The testimonials saying support for this particular corporation must have experienced another moving business entirely. . .they’ve confused the title. Paid way too much about the business for things we never will have again and support which was less than ok. Disgusted.

I’d love to give two stars, but at least the furniture brought into your destination. Where to Start? Organizing a delivery date with all the sub contractor has been quite tough. After we had been advised it would take around ten days to arrive, the subcontractor known to send it until we came at the destination. We clarified that it’s a construction that’s special dates and times for deliveries. To make a long story short, the subcontractor stated he couldn’t deliver some of those times we asked, although he had been in the overall location. Eventually he stated to get an extra $500. He can. After the furniture eventually has been sent, a wall unit had been broken, and a ladder was lost, and the biggest box of clothes and items was also missing. After moving through a insurance claim procedure, the claim has been refused, even though it had been for minimum price.

My mom and I had an excellent experience with All Around Van Lines. We had been known to them via a relative who’d used them for exactly the exact same move a couple of short years back.
