All Around Moving & Storage

I am rather glad that I had their aid.  The support which was provided was exceptional.  I might haven’t have asked for two better men to appear and assist me.  They were quite professional.  I am rather very happy how it had been treated I even ask for them to ship me cards so that I could refer them to relatives members and friends!

The sales man was instant to arrive and gauge that the movement and I had a suggestion in hand prior to the close of the afternoon as promised.
They were quite precise in their own asssement of their time required to breakdown our warehouse and set it back up in our new location.    They worked really hard and quickly to have it done, did not break for lunch, and so I purchased them pizza.

The team whatsoever Around Moving was quite considerate and helpful, as I hadn’t ever used a moving company earlier.  When they explained that they could move my two bedroom apt furniture and boxes from a single apt to another in 4 to 4.5 hours, so I did not believe them.  However, the 2 movers which came to perform the transfer proved so rapid, efficient, energetic and incredibly friendly.  They got things such as the mattress taken apart, off doors, legs from furniture, and everything reassembled in the new location, precisely where we desired.  And they were completely completed in 4.5 hours.  An excellent job.

The great news: my things made it where it needed to, and yet another time. In addition they took charge, which I loved.   The good thing: I had an extremely tough time working for this firm. Throughout the sales process, they were quite receptive. But, after I verified that I’d be hiring them, I spent 2 weeks traveling back and forth using them (Jim, Pam) for particulars and whenever they were fine when I talked together, they were not quite responsive between these times. Another major difficulty I had with the business was that the binding contract scenario. I had been advised, until I signed up a contract, so that when I did not use the shuttle at the contract I would be reimbursed after a two week interval (the time that it takes bookkeeping to inspection and process that the invoice ). But following three weeks and calling them, they advised me that I wouldn’t be getting the cash back. If I’d known this I’d probably have hired a different firm, since I had a different lined up with fantastic testimonials and about exactly the exact same cost.

Terrible, horrible encounter!!!! Steer clear of this business. They offered us a cost of $ to move our belongings into some other location. They did not complete the task and I ended up paying doublecheck! I trusted them and gave them both the test and they were assumed to return to pickup 1 final thing that they left behind in our previous location and they never did. I should of paid while the task was complete. I named the business over and over again I replied me and assured me that they would return to pickup my item and send it to me but again lie after lie. I am rather disappointed with this organization and feel like a idiot for allowing people excellent reviews which they had persuaded me to utilize them. I eventually recognized that they aren’t coming back to complete the project after I paid them. I thought of devoting the test but I did not. I simply needed it to be finished. My spouse called 2 Guys and a truck and also clarified the problem we had with this particular organization and immediately they shipped 3 gentleman to find out our very last product. If it was not for them we’d of lost our 2600 item! The movers from All About Moving were fine but again it appears the firm mistreated them together with more work than that which they could manage.

We contacted All Around, had an estimator come outside and gave us a quotation. We went together and all went really well. The group of Ovie, Heather, Jeff & Grant was so amazing. Arrived on time to the loading and came at Tennessee as guaranteed 4 days afterwards. Can’t say enough great things about this group. The group makes the entire move. Would definitely suggest this group, request Heather and Ovie.
