    Bait and Switch

Give you a cost and then use another inspector you never heard of. This mover doubled my footage along with my cost. First cost was 2600 and that I inquired about a Army discount that the cost dropped to 1900 and that I needed to shut at this time. I consented to 1900 about the quote. They phoned me and moved over the paperwork. I fell off lots of larger things and added a few tiny things and was told everything was OK. Then if the movers show everything up doubled 425 feet to 1100 ft. BAIT AND SWITCH.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER

ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! I’d like to pricing was on cubic feet so if I offered stock it’d be more economical. Sold my entire furniture to your movement to ensure it is more economical and then they inform me that it will not make any difference since there’s a minimal cubic feet fee of 280 cubic feet. They then tell me it’s from the contract/estimate I signed. I speak to the supervisor and ask him to reveal where it speaks about a minimum from the quote and that he says”oops. It ought to be in here but it is not. That’s our coverage however” Goes on to inform me I must have known that there are a minimal fee/cubic feet. I tell him that the discussions I had with the Quality Control and Revenue guy and that they NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT A minimal cubic feet and I would not have the ability to market my stock due to COVID-19. WELL GUESS WHAT I offered all of my stuff and now they’re telling me I must have understood and that there’s not any reason to EVER need to TELL CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE MINIMUM policy. Total scam!!!!! Janky!! DONT EVER USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED OVER

    Bad experience, bad customer service

They’re impossible to achieve over the telephone. My telephone calls were put on hold for over 30min each and every moment. They pick another carrier so that you aren’t working directly with them but with a different corporation. Terrible customer support.

    Awful

This provider is a complete shit show. They appear five hours late without a telephone, underquote you thus that they could bait and change youpersonally, and their team is futile and rude. Save yourself the hassel and select ANY other moving agency. They’re sketchy and I’d render no stars if I could.

    VERY disappointed in service

Wish I could contribute less. Moved furniture and things from Georgia to Pennsylvania. AA employs third party moving businesses and don’t let before the deadline passed on to cancel to be able to acquire deposit refund. Now things are lost and furniture is ruined and Ugha Moving firm isn’t responding to email or calls. All American isn’t helpful, reveal or have no responsibility whenever there’s a issue. Where would they get these businesses. Don’t Use Ugha Transferring, SORRY!

    SCAM

This is going to be a lengthy post but I recommend anyone who would like to utilize this business please see this before choosing to use this firm. I had been moving out of Erie, PA to Tampa, Fl and afterwards obtaining quotes from several moving companies I chose to pick them because of getting great reviews. I talked with Howard Zimmerman and gave me a record of all my furniture and following that decided I’d just want 500 cubic feet of truck space, which I advised him made me quite skeptical because when I’d transferred 8 month before I rented my own truck and utilized 800 cubic ft however I did get rid of a few products. The quotation was for 2200$. He promised me that the reason that it had been smaller is that they are pros and they know how to package everything in.

So that the day comes along with its time to move the movers arrive and since they walked right into my home they automatically say I’m way over the quotation and it’ll have to be revised. I said I’d gone over everything together with all the moving business and he just kept saying well they do not understand what there talking about. He told me that my new quotation is for 1100 cubit feet along with the cost would now be 4500$. I advised him I wouldn’t cover that and also called the organization and of course I needed to do this 10 unique times since nobody would talk to me personally. After more than an hour of back and forth we got it down to 3500$ that is completely ridiculous but I had no option my rent was up that weekend and that I needed to be outside. We signed up the revised contract that includes two separate drop off places my home and the storage device. That I told them upfront I had done and they assured me it’d not be any issue. I receive a call two weeks later from the motorist saying he had no idea that there were two places and kept insisting I hadn’t payed for it. I advised him to please call the business and they’ll tell you its in my contract. They finish up three waying me about the telephone and I tell them again that yes I’ve two places. So that the next day (now ) they arrive together with the things in the storage device I tell them exactly what must move there and what I am taking into the home. I cant see some of the furniture since of its all in shifting blankets. Allowed this entire time he’s still telling me that I haven’t payed for 2 places. He stopped not devoting my mattress and box spring into the home. Brought a television stand rather than my dresser and unloaded someone’s else’s sofa into my home and I needed to inform him it had been the wrong person. This firm I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. They SCAM individuals and attempt to earn as much cash as possible from you.

Moving from Utah to Virginia in May

They picked up my home products on May 25, 2019 and guaranteed me they would be sent with Jun 23, 2019. They haven’t sent my home products. I had been told they’d select the products up and send to Virginia, however, rather they came with a Penseke truck and shot they my merchandise to storage from Victorville, CA. This was the very first lie. It’s currently July 10th and I haven’t got my merchandise or understand when they are going to arrive. I’ve called made many calls (at least 6 or 7), Every time that they give me a justification as it’ll be loaded tomorrow and sent another day or may phone as it’s on the vehicle. I discovered that you three times. As soon as they explained the difficulty was that the truck was postponed in Texas?! Now , they stated they’d allow me to understand this Friday if they’d load the vehicle. Incidentally, I’m in Virginia waiting. That is an unethical business. Call me if you don’t believe me. 435 452-1716 I listed every telephone call together. They ought to be put out of the business. I don’t have any axe to grind, so only expect fair and skilled therapy. Contact the BBB for testimonials.

    Scammed my elderly mother

I see the responses to this is the company is blaming the company out of Florida. BUT WHOEVER MOVED MY MOTHER from Michigan to Mississippi has scammed her from changing the price when it was time to pack her things up she paid for her one bedroom apartment to be moved once they got there they said they couldn’t take everything they only took the big items. Remind u my mom is 62 years old and she took a flight to Mississippi to relocate. So she had to pay for a storage because they couldn’t get all the items they approved over the phone. She paid extra for them to take her microwave along with her things. They picked her stuff up end of September she didn’t get her items delivered until November 4thshe bought a air mattress when she got her apartment (extra money) they finally delivered her stuff after they gave her so many people number to call to check to see when they can bring it. She plug in her flat screen tv it was cracked no picture at all but I big grey screen we have pictures she sent to the “owner” Paul 917-530-0353 said he will replace her 50 in tv and the microwave they left or gave to somebody else. I feel these companies get over on elderly people and I’m here to see when was her items being replaced it’s Jan. 4th owner said she will be reimbursed for the holidays smh the holidays has came and went!! Paula, Tina , Paul, Juan 1-855-253-0330.
The people who moved the items were in Biloxi, MS
1-877-250-2818. NOBODY IS RETURNING HER CALLS LEFT VOICEMAILS! WARMING HER FOOD UP IN THE OVEN YOU DONT REALIZE HOW FRUSTRATING IT IS TO NOT HAVE A MICROWAVE UNTIL YOU DONT HAVE ONE!

    Rudest Salesman

This firm contact me by email and subsequently text to receive a quote. The individual was really rude and said I did not understand what I was speaking about. I kindly told them I’d discovered another business and they stated”Okay great fortune call me if they dont show and changes that the cost on pickup.” Not professional in any way. The conversation moved on and also after I informed them their answer was rude and not how you acquire a person’s company, they chose to respond in exactly the exact same fashion and never prevailed.

I’ve I could give zero starts I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My spouse and I moved from NYC to CA on July 27, 2020. We had been told our things would be pushed and saved at CA instantly by two distinct people on the business, thus we flew out to start looking for a location and allow the business know we’re prepared for supply. Then they told us that our things were being saved at New Jersey and that it might take a week to 2 weeks, therefore we needed to cough up more cash to remain in a resort. Besides lying to us to receive our enterprise, we have conflicting advice from many folks on if our things will be sent. When we had been informed that they would arrive Saturday August 22, we moved into our new flat and waited. No movers, no more telephone. After we called Customer Service to inform them we had been lied to concerning our things being saved in our new place, the supervisor put words in my mouth,” cried at me, and suddenly placed me on hold at the center of me talking. Eventually, when our things came today (4 times ago Saturday) our boxes which were packed well were ripped apart, half of our furniture is ruined, and I’d rather chew stones than need to attempt and take care of customer support again to submit a claim. I wish I can show images of how ripped apart our boxes really are and just how ruined the furniture is. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I’d have rather paid more to utilize FlatRate movers rather than have these issues. Do your self a favor and don’t work together. I’d have rather left all my things from NYC and bought fresh things than need to work for this provider again. Rude, amateurs, unprofessional. I’ll he reporting them into the Better Business Bureau.

    Moving with All American Movers

This business ought to be shut down instantly! They continue to rip off people every day. Total bait and switch tactics. They handily whined to me about my quote and gave me a very low cost and then doubled the quote the afternoon of my transfer to $13,000. SO unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these folks! Do not give them your company.

    RUN LIKE HECK

They’re the cheapest type of moving business you can consider. They’ll lie for you, create stock errors in your cost AND….AND….when the movers appear they can REVISE YOUR ESTIMATE FROM $1400 to more than 3000.

THEN THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. . Partners Darren is a liar and director Brandon is the slimiest person who you could possibly encounter.

Hope you make a better choice than that did.

    THE WORSE MOVING COMPANY!!

This is actually the worse moving business ever! They’re accurate pitfalls! DO NOT USE THEM! Regrettably, we discovered the hard way! Please learn from our mistakes and don’t conduct business with ALL AMERICAN RELOCATION GROUP! They supply you with a quote of the expense of the transfer, but matters radically change during the actual transfer. After doing that which they call our”Quality Control”, to be certain that you’ve been given sufficient space to the vehicle, the real movers informed us we had surpassed our distance limitation, and so as to spend the remainder of our possessions, we’d need to provide them more cash. I tried phoning Jessica (person responsible ) for 3 days straight! Every time I called, I had been given different explanations as to why she could not speak to me personally. I left so many messages to her to return my calls. Nothing! As soon as they get your money. . .that’s it,” They are finished with you! We refused to provide the movers anymore money. We ended up needing to rent a Uhaul and choose the remainder of our items from state ourselves. The entire matter has been a nightmare! After the movers came with these items, the majority of our furniture has been ruined! What do you do if it is all done and said?! I truly wish that there was a method I can give zero stars!! BEWARE! Do your own research!

These people are scammers!! BEWARE(they have multiple name too)

If I could donate -stars I would. All these people today will need to get put out of the business. Dan Nathan along with his supervisor Brandon US DOT: 3222498 MC: 1008793 would be the worse. They lie and fool you then sends an even shadier firm to proceed you. Dan has anger problems and all of them lack customer service abilities. I’d ask the movers to leave my home this morning when they attempted to swindle around $600+ more dollars from me stating I’ve really major furniture (that’s BS, nothing is over- sized I’m wholeheartedly reversed sofas around to reveal them) so that they needed to bring another 200 sq. feet and today am scrabbling to find movers to transfer me around state. I am outside of 546 but I’m filing a complaint with each service I am aware of. Beware of those individuals. Save your self the time, frustration and money.

    TX to KS. 12/5-12/13

Found the whole process super – out of communicating on programming, to select up, to shipping – all as promised. Rate was somewhat higher as I anticipated my cubic feet but we are fair from the additions that were justified. Professional, communicative as well as realistic. Could not have asked for more from them.
