Alexa’s Moving Company

I highly recommend NOT to use Alexa’s Moving Business. They ruined several parts of furniture and accessories. They did not even wrap any bits. They awakened my expensive leather couch seeking to receive it via a doorway and awakened the door jam. It must be sanded and re-painted. They stated they had been wrap items when they obtained them into the truck. This has been a lie. Nothing had been wrapped.They drove off in the vehicle and did not even tell me that they were departing. They had been carrying my images from the cable to hang them with. The proprietor’s name is Michael John. He hangs up on me once I call. My lawyer said to go file a law suite that I’ll do this week. A pal of mine was planning to use them but when they showed up and that he watched just how unprofessional they seemed he advised them to depart. They also go by Premium Movers. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

Alexa movers had been scheduled to come out in 6 now, a Friday. Talked to them at 6, they explained they would tell me if they had difficulty locating the flat. Called them at 7, they stated they had been running behind – somebody would DEFINITELY be outside tonight. This went on till after 9pm when they eventually tell me that the task before me (allegedly a two hour project that turned into a 7 hour occupation ) still had hours left and they wouldn’t be here now. Meanwhile, I’ve paid for an excess day in my new location and have literally all packaged involving toiletries and clothes. Avoid at any cost.

Didn’t appear after reserving even though repeated confirmations. We needed to phone somebody else in the last hour later having 4 times.

Scheduled for 9 am on a Saturday. They did not appear. I phoned them and they advised me that their truck broke down along with a mechanic has been coming for them to repair it. (I needed to phone them to get out this ). I needed to phone them again about an hour after. This moment Bill explained they were going to get to tow the vehicle and so we’d have reschedule. Much like a fool that I rescheduled to another day (Sunday) at 1 minute. They revealed an hour late in my flat. (No apology or excuse given.) Some of the men had been asleep at the vehicle while another man was beginning to take matters downstairs. I actually had to move and wake him up to perform his job. They ended up splitting up a stool and a lamp in a certain stage during the movement. (No apology contributed ). As soon as they uploaded everything and that I paid them, I soon realized that they abandoned the glass leading into my living room table and my own desk in my previous flat. (I later discovered that they had been sitting out the old flat and they never loaded them onto the truck.) Additionally, my new next door neighbor was nice enough to provide them a soda and water since it was hot out. These men had the guts to leave the empty cans and bottles placing on the floor directly in front of the doors. UNBELIEVABLE. An upset, however profanity free text into the proprietor (Bill) went awry.

To begin with I had an consultation who is Alexa moving business around July 15 they told me about July 14 at 11:34 pm to cancel my relocation. Not even a 24 hour visit. I then advised a appoint for now August 13 for 1 minute that the woman calls me at 12:34 to inform me that they must push my appoint back to 3pm 3pm comes about no call no show, therefore I call them that they inform me they’re doing yet another move it’ll be pushed back to 5 or 6pm they then text me around 3:05 to inform me that they must cancel and that I will find someone else to assist me. They’re so careless unprofessional and impolite. I Suggest that you NOT TO EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

The business never showed up. I phoned them at 8 am and had been told that they had been in their way. Hours passed and nothing whatsoever. I tried calling the exact same amount through which I obtained the quotation and delivered the destination and source addresses but no response. I discovered, also known as, an alternate number to that a woman answered. She explained she would call return after soon, never happened so I phoned back. She came up with”THE CAR BROKE DOWN” narrative.
Since 8am they explained that they had been in their way, I managed to speak with liar woman at 2:30pm. Just to get fake apologies and still said the driver would call me back soon. Its 3:35pm and nothing whatsoever.
Would they not have informed me that they had been postponed or broken down?

The driver still doesn’t answer my calls…
