Our movement was a difficult one, by a third floor walk-up flat into a home. There were lots of stairs and we had an extremely large number of thick boxes full of books, along with bulky furniture. We had a lousy experience moving in, when both movers that showed up were not ready for the task and kept asking us to include hours throughout relocation day. We called several businesses for quotations with this movement, and noticed a difference when speaking with Kecia. She had been quite receptive, and requested to see our flat so as to provide us a precise quote. Her quote was greater than other firms because she given a four man team and eight hours to proceed.
