I eventually reached a customer service representative called Joy and she explained that my document says no refund will be provided. They obtained $180 deposit to spend the reservation but maybe not keep it as they overbook and guess people will only become frustrated and give up after attempting to obtain a refund. This business is a scam and they don’t offer the services guaranteed and they even knowingly lie to find company and steer clear of any disputes with no communication. This corporation will rather have poor reviews subsequently repay $180. A respectable firm wouldn’t be afraid to submit an order understanding they didn’t offer any support to the client. A respectable firm works hard for positive reviews.

Transfer day 5/20/16: 4 movers, big truck. Weren’t told this could occur by estimator. Was taken back, however, compensated with credit card immediately. They drove off and we immediately closed up the house and garage and drove into fresh home (4-5 miles off ) to allow them in and oversee where matters were put. Close to the conclusion of overhauling that they brought out a three piece entertainment center that has been in our previous home living area and has been designated to move upstairs at the new residence. Without even trying to move up it they bluntly refused to transfer it to where we needed it. The estimator saw each of the furniture ahead of the transfer rather than informed us that anything couldn’t be transferred to some location in our new residence.

At the stage the moving men mentioned about purchasing it for about 20 cents on the dollar as it was now unloaded within our garage. I refused! Felt I was being hustled. Called the workplace and the moving supervisor said he stood behind his movers and if they didn’t need to move it upstairs, it wasn’t likely to be transferred.

Afterward, we discovered another firm that could just take money ($200.00) and 2 men moved the furniture upstairs where we desired it.

Next, after returning to the old home the next day we discovered containers in the master bedroom which was packaged for transferring (we paid for them to package ) and was abandoned by them rather than proceeded as contracted. The short of this that they left enough stuff that it took 3 trips in my Ford Flex, entirely filled, to transfer all of that to the new residence. I’d written to them twice in their site free of answer or no telephone call back from direction.

Now I want to get paid for the expense of transferring the furniture upstairs and 3 plenty of moving that I needed to do after the actuality.

Don’t use this company they had been 5 times late on shipping with no notice we had no furniture to dwell within our brand new house.we needed to remain in A hotel.when it arrived we had to set it in storage.the inspector’s place it in and from the time they had been done it’was black and we couldn’t inspect it.the movers stated they couldn’t wait that they needed to visit some other state.we scrutinized our products the following day and discovered that a lot of ruined items.we stuffed A claim and they never returned my call.they refused to cover the damiged things saying it wasn’t there fault instead of even indulged for the 5 day’s late.once again do not use this organization.
