I utilized Cheap movers around 10/29/16. I’ve moved several occasions but that has been my first time utilizing Cheap Movers. This is the worst going experience I’d had. I had been advised by the operator or manager it’d be best to have 3 guys in $110.00 hourly. I advised him that they’d be moving me to an upstairs flat that has a single flight of stairs (15).He promised me this isn’t a problem they’re professionals. The day of the transfer, they had been half an hour late and nobody called me. I needed to phone to view, in the event the movers were still coming. The tardiness wasn’t a problem, I know things happen. After the movers came, I advised them that I’d two bedroom plus a living area set to be transferred. The young guy who had been in billed stated to me”Thank you, this will be a mild day”. I was like fine, great! I had been pleasantly surprise since it didn’t take very long for them to load up the truck. It required and hour to allow them to load and then push into the flat. But when they saw that the 15 measures, the man said that this will take more. They began to whine about how thick the furniture would be. I know the furniture is thick, it is excellent furniture and that I understand stairs makes moving hard. I thought that is why using three guys would make it simpler. WRONG WRONG WRONG!! These men dropped my brand-new chest down the stairs resulting in profound flashes in the dresser along with the headboard. The man in charge was clearly upset and that I was angry too but what could be achieved, so I advised him to calm down it’ll be fine. As soon as they got everything in 2 guys establish a complete size bed and a vest. Another man will place my mattress and dressed together but he could not locate the screws to your dresser.I described to him this bedroom collection is completely new and that I understand the screws are all here. The man than informs me they’ve been here for 3 hours really four however that he ignored an hour to destroying the furniture. Now I was quite preoccupied because my bedroom wasn’t put together furniture ruined and they’d been here over 3 hours; than he wished to make it look like he had been doing me a favor for carrying off a $110.00. As soon as they left I would rather search for the screws and found them scattered from the dresser drawer. This occur because they didn’t fasten the furniture. Obviously I couldn’t attained them. I phoned Phillips Furniture since I purchased the furniture out of them. Mrs . Linda was really fine and shipped Rocky out that managed to acquire the screws and place my furniture collectively. He even took the opportunity to buff from the profound flashes at the furniture. You’re still able to view them but not as noticeable. I needed to cover Rocky but I’m thankful that he came. The drawback is that I had to cover Affordable Movers and cover Rocky to clean up their litter. I was angry and Rocky stated that was unprofessional and improper how they manage my furniture along with the flat house. I never could have known as the supervisor or whoever the man is that answer the telephone but if they lost the furniture that they broke the external light lamp. Inside my rent it says that I’m accountable for any harm the movers result in flat house. The supervisor never returned my phone and if I did speak to him that he had been so rude and Nasty and asked me concerning how can I understand his men did it. Ummm since I noticed it when it shattered. I’m mad because he wouldn’t cover the light. I know this review has been extended and I don’t write reviews but that organization is improper and unprofessional. I understand I’m not the one person who has really had a terrible experience with these and that I simply don’t want anyone else to undergo this. Moving is stressful enough without paying for unprofessional movers. I hope this help somebody.
