Aegis demonstrated up with a seasoned motorist and 2 unexperienced helpers. The packaging of this furniture has been bad and not properly shielded. We made mention of the and even supplied extra blankets. Upon arrive in the destination, we discovered several things damaged. The helpers that were hired did not show up so that we needed to transfer the things out of the truck to the home ourselves. We informed Aegis and took images of the damaged things together with the motorist, and delivered them to Frank (representative for Aegis). He advised us he’d get an insurance adjuster out there ASAP. We never saw that an adjuster or needed a telephone call from a single, we were not given a title or just a business name to get hold of. We offer Aegis with two quotes for harm (Over $1,000.00) as requested, without a reply. Initially we kept hearing from Frank that matters could be cared for, and then after several emails and calls, Frank stopped taking our calls or responding to emails. We’d not use this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

Frank had consented to perform a partial move to get us to get a minimal pace. He stopped returning telephone calls and emails once I paid the deposit. He maintained that there was a problem with his voice email (I called 4 times within the span of 10 times ), however he did not respond to emails either. The movement was supposed to take place on a Monday, but we had not heard from him whatsoever. I called many times over the weekend to confirm it was occurring and also to update the insurance. He had been angry about the calls and cancelled the movement that the day of. In addition, after he consented to return the residue to get the movement that he cancelled, he desired me to sign up a lengthy form about my faith and stating that I would not defame him. My guess is that it had been too low worth a project for him and that is why he went quiet. But, I’d be VERY worried about his communicating. I ignored this sooner based on all of the excellent reviews, but I think it after my horrible experience.
