I explained why not buy an additional battery and she informed me that they stole the cables also! They’re in Tacoma, Wa. And could’ve gotten yet another truck from Penske, however she couldn’t do this as the movers currently had the afternoon off but they would be there in the day the next day. I phoned our Rep. Saul but he wouldn’t pick up the telephone. . .long story short, we leased largest U-hual and secondhand assist me proceed to load the truck and had it completed that overdue PM. Needed to make 2 trips 9 hours, but only produced our deadline to be outside by hours. Both my spouse and I had been totally tired and PO’d in the absence of attention these folks gave us. Took over 10 times to receive our cash back also after jeopardized charge back. . .Adam’s moving out of Tacoma….run!
