Very poor experience. Moved from Dallas into NY. I’ve got a 1 bedroom. Movers aren’t proficient at all they’re amateurs, so they likely employ any one out of the roads without a shifting encounter AT ALL!! Took them 3 months in total to deliver my things. Half of those boxes have been damaged. Oh wait I forgot that the additional charges: After I spoke to the sales man she supported 2 times I would not want my belongings to be moved to a different”smaller” truck; afterward the man requires 1 day ahead of the delivery and also informs me I must pay $500 additional reason that their truck is too large to have in town – understanding that I visit large delivery trucks regular. He explained you need to pay an additional $90 – I suppose mathematics isn’t something… They should reassemble  what they took aside. . Well the two movers who came – about 35-40 years older guys – were not able to put my bed back – btw not even an ikea mattress – a really very easy mattress – do not have to be a genius to do it especially if it’s your job! Among these was only standing whining the entire time that it was too difficult to set up, which screws were lost, he had been turning the bits around trying to determine the way to do it, etc.. . So I personally had to choose the screws from him to get it done by myself and a few of them really helped but I needed to give him directions, UNBELIEVABLE how idiotic people folks are – btw first time in my entire life to build a mattress and did it at 15 minutes. Seriously super shoking. Oh yeah at the start before beginning to have the job done, ” he was just like”oh and you’re able to tip us , we do not say no to hints”. You need to first understand how to perform the job before speaking about hints.   Don’t go together and get duped from the price that they offer since they’ll add a minimal off $1000 to this initial price they offer!

I had been told on the telephone a cashiers check could be acceptable for pickup and delivery, so that I went into the lender and payed for the one for pickup and you for delivery.   Obviously, when I speak to Robin about the telephone, she states that a cashiers check Won’t be suitable for delivery.   When I explained I wasn’t told that, she makes it seem like it’s a mistake on my end rather than taking responsibility to the inadequate communication in their end. 

After coordinating via email with Robin, she’d told me she’d return with a movement quote of this afternoon my stuff will arrive”tomorrow”.   They seldom answer their telephones or return telephone calls if you don’t leave a fairly unhappy message. Two days after, my phone was returned and Robin states that She’ll call me this weekend to provide a delivery quote when they have a driver.   That’ll Be a weekly and a half later my pickup date and my belongings has only been at a warehouse.   To get the purchase, they will mention that it is generally 4-5 times from Texas to Seattle, however they Don’t mention that your stuff will probably sit at a warehouse for 1-2 weeks prior to hand, you simply find that at the fine print.   When I complained That She’s not return to me when she states she’s rather than providing quotes when promised, she lies stating she left  me a voicemail yesterday.   When she left me a voicemail, then there could have been a voicemail. Again, a failure to take responsibility for inferior service.

Kenneth quoted me in long distance movement of just over $2700.00 I put a $100.00 deposit in my own card to book a transfer date of Wed 8/20/14 using a backup date of Thursday 8/21/14.  I had been provided a morning move time, then direct on most of day, together with explanations of a broken down truck, a overdue past movement.  They showed up smelly and exhausted looking at almost 8pm.  The direct Andrew he goes by”AJ” then said it takes two hours to move my things and they’ll wrap them and put them onto the truck.  He immediately demanded I cover him together with my certified funds for the transfer they hadn’t even done.  After they had been paid the movers originally transferred the boxes as though they’d finish it in a timely way.  Well that lasted all but 30 minutes.  They had been carrying my possessions out and putting them on the floor.  They’d evaporate, one kept speaking to his spouse, cursing whining about the way he was planning to stop, even the guide said he had been either calling off the following day or beginning late.  This Andrew guy told me that my things would be wrapped and everything will match and gave time quotes, all depends!  They never wrapped whatever, he then started his educated scam.  He said I had been within my”cubic feet” and that I would need to pay more, he said 75 cubic feet, 100 random quotations as looked blankly from the atmosphere.  Did I mention he stunk, I suggest that this man’s BO was outside of the world everytime he walked by he lit up the whole condo.  Then he said they were from space on the truck and what exactly did I need to do.  He said the truck was stuffed to the max, to which I said a semi was quoted for your transfer and it must all match.  As soon as I seen the truck it was a sizable UHAUL, Andrew subsequently disclosed 2 other motions were around the truck.  So I said, why am I responsible for you showing up late afterward with two other motions on the truck hence rendering it impossible for the things to match.  I demanded that they return the following day and fill out the movement as mentioned.  To which Andrew said they will likely charge you a commission.  I advised I won’t cover any extra fees to your lack of professionalism, so it was your own issue.  These men continue to re learn about dropping my things they subsequently left at around 12:15am so that I believed , they are heard making sound until after 1:00am.  As soon as I exited my house after 2:00’m there was garbage thrown around my own community, water bottles thrown out my doorway, 7-11 cups around the floor, boxes abandoned and my plant had been abandoned in my door step.  The team less 2 from the night before returned from the day on Thursday demanding more cash for coming backagain. DO NOT USE. Scheduled to transfer us from Chicago to Michigan to a Friday. They were suppose to emerge between 8am and 12pm. We predicted at 11:30 and they informed us movers were operating behind and are there in 2-3 hours. This was a Friday and we had to be from this apartment the following day. Awful, horrible customer support.

They came late and then told me that I needed to pay $900 for them to start loading anything. IMMEDIATELY once I paid them the $900 he explained that the cost had gone up by 400% plus they had half to start. DISGUSTING PEOPLE. SCUM OF EARTH MOVERS AND EMPLOYEEES. CROOKS AND THIEVES are exactly what they are. Wow… Unbelievably poor encounter. he also said He’d reduce the cubic feet.   I gave him the money and the cash order nevertheless, once they ended he explained my bill was over $900.   I understood that was funny and fishy, but that I had been stuck at a hard spot since my plane was departing June 10th.   This day I mentioned this on the Organization.   I received only one phone back and no Additional folow calls up.   I called the company and told me this is the most unporfessional concessions I’ve ever encountered.   Fourteen days after my birth to Florida I’d hear out of concerning the whereabouts of my furniture.   After not hearing in the past two weeks, then I phoned them and was informed that my furniture hasn’t even left Dallas.   I needed to purchase duplicate kitchen things since I did have to live till by belonings arrived.   All these were unnecesarry expensies.   I eventually received a telephone call out of them about June 12 telling me how that my items will probably arrive June 19th.   Maintaining that afternoon open and awaiting my furniture, I got a telephone call from them June 19th at 12 pm saying my furniture has not yet abandoned Dallas and will soon be departing June 21st.   On June 20th I received a call in the driver saying I had to cover 983 and some modification.   I informed me I paid the Whole bill as had been quoted for me.   Then he explained, his newspaper said that I owed $983 along with alter.   He told me when I didn’t cover the sum my items would be removed.   Then he told me to phone the office and Speak to them.   I called the office and that they refferred me for their own client support providers (the rep comes with lousy customer support etiquette).   I talked to the rep concerning the said balance of 983 once already paying $1,600.   He really sharply explained to me”I already told me that you moved across the cubic feet.         If You Don’t have the money They’ll take the furniture back and that I Would Need to pay a different Shipping fee) he then suddenly hung up the phone on me mid-conversation.   June 20th, following the telephone conversation I went into my lender and paid five bucks for the cash purchase and withdrew the sum of 983 and shift.   After the driver came June 21st he requested for the payment.   I introduced him with all the money purchase and he said that he can not take the money purchase it has to be postal money order or money.   I phoned their office and had been advised that the company can simply take postal money order or money.   The office staff also told me that the custormer service representative has documtented he advised me payment could only be made in form of postal money order or money.   I advised them this absoutely wasn’t ture.   He Might Have documted that however he didn’t ever tell me”postal money order”.   I had been simly told payment needs to be in form of money order or money.   Despite all of my requirements to the Provider not 1 person even said”postal money order”.   I had been advised money order or money.   I informed the office personnel that the firm rep on pickup approved a lender money order.   They just reiterated”postal money order or money”.   Then I drove into my bank and cashed the money purchase for Money.   Then I paid off the driver with money.   When my boxes came they were all torn, open and smashed.   My entertainment centre needed a big scratch mark on it.   The driver asked me when I had been charged for the packaging stuff and that I said”yes, I still compensated for the packaging material”.   The driver then told me that the packaging material used for specific items (Including the matress) that was coated with cardboard-was unnecessary and fabric (which could have been liberated ) might have been used.   Throughout the time that I was in limbo with no furniture and clothing etc,. Upon phoning the workplace on serveral occaions has been told someone would call me in 30  mintues.   Two hours passed without a telephone call; called back after two weeks and had been told someone would phone me without a call back.   USA Moving and Storage repetitions lacks integrity, morals and heart values!!!!   The strangest experience I’ve EVER had!!!!

The day before going they shipped four men to package up the home and on moving day 5 revealed to package the trucks up. They all men were friendly, effective, and attentive with our possessions. They drove up their truck and did a 2 stop fall off – you to a storage device and you to our rental house that’d 35 staircase only to the front door!
