Hired Accurate Tools to get a furniture selection up for the daughter and son-in-law now. My daughter has been advised earlier in the week that there could be three movers in an hourly rate, together with a truck. Estimate has been given for about four hours worth of work, and mileage & travel costs, together with the knowledge if it required less time, it could be less. Were told that money payments were favored but when a credit card was used to pay for solutions, a 9 percent tax could be additional.

Just two movers showed up now. No complaints concerning the drivers/movers in any way, they were great. Quickly and efficiently helped load the furniture and return into our destination inside 2-1/2 hours, with another 15 – 20 minutes to unload. Job was essentially done over 3 hours.

Time came to repay and was told that they do not accept credit cards on weekends, because of no one at the office to process the payment. Was also told we’d be billed for the complete quote sum, instead of the real time spent on the transfer.

Many men and women move on weekends, the fact that money only was the sole method to cover not a choice for the majority of people. The driver/mover consented to the cost for the 3 hours spent on the play, after much whining on my part.

I’d have just gave one star due to these circumstances but did not, due to how courteous and effective the movers were now. I would, but hesitate to recommend this business to anybody else, because what my daughter had been advised wound up to be somewhat distinct on going day.

Is this some sort of joke? I paid $2000 to transfer things from 1 home to another only a few blocks off. You will find lots of harms to my furniture and when sent email concerning the harm, somebody phoned me send repairman to correct as far as you can. I recognized that but when sent back email, the email got bounced and if telephone back to the business telephone, nobody picks up and after the telephone number wasn’t in support. What a joke!
