This was undoubtedly the worst going experience I’ve ever had. Jonathon is the most unprofessional, twisted person I’ve ever had the displeasure of knowing. As soon as I telephoned him to talk about my frustrations regarding my former movers and ridiculously substantial invoice, his response was to be rude to me, argue with me, disrupt me, inform me it was not his problem, rather than once come near being knowing or apologetic. I am sorry but if you have a moving company along with your movers are nearly 4 hours late, split 6 things and rip a sofa, and you also crookedly bill somebody twice as far as you lent them, it’s probably your problem.
As soon as I watched the exorbitant number on my invoice, I phoned Jonathon and he had been instantly impolite to me, interrupting me and stating that he advised me to cover money when he phoned me on the telephone and that it is explicitly written anywhere on the quotation. Jonathon explained that they did not”violate some rules,” that the window wasn’t any warranty plus they might be”somewhat premature, a tiny bit late.” It was insulting that he tagged 3 hours and 40 minutes a tiny bit late.
I’ve not ever been treated with such disrespect and dishonesty. Please seek elsewhere for movers in case you like your cash, your private home, and expecting that the people that you hire.

I’d certainly recommend this company to anyone searching for moving services. The movers were respectful, careful, and extremely fast! I don’t have any complaints. Jonathan answered all of my queries, and also went above and beyond for me personally by adapting me to the program in a last minute notice. Unfortunately this was the worse service I’ve ever experienced with movers. Although they arrived on time it took them from 9am to 4pm to move a 2 bedroom apartment. During the move I realized they had not been back up to the apartment to finish so we went downstairs to find them eating and taking a break. As time goes on I realize they’re moving slow and although the apartment still had item to be moved we stopped them and told them we would take care of the rest. We all left the apartment at 12:30pm to head to the new house which was 38 min away according to the GPS. They did not arrive until 2:30pm to complete the move. We were told the lunch break they took in between would not be included in our move time. They completed the move at 4pm. I received a invoice for a 6.5 hour move. After talking to the owner he only decreased the rate by 30 min. I suggest lunch breaks are taken in between customers to prevent any additional conflicts on timing and not in the middle of a move. It’s completely unprofessional to scam customers the way you all are. Find better quality employees before you go out of business!
