This movement has been a nightmare. To begin the afternoon, they called to say they’d be 1-2 hours late. When they came they wanted to bill me for traveling time to allow them to reach the job that wasn’t discussed once I obtained the quote. They managed the furniture recklessly and dropped things in transit. Because of this my furniture has been ruined and they didn’t deliver it to my attention. When I complained, they talked to each other in Spanish expression”loco”. I won’t ever use them again nor will I recommend them to anybody else.

ABS is a totally horrible moving firm. They forgot all about our pick-up date and needed to organize a last-minute pickup of their things, which result in numerous inconveniences for me and my loved ones.

To make things worse, they had been two WEEKS LATE in bringing our possessions. It was a nightmare trying to hit a person on the phone to determine what was happening. When a person did pick it up was the normal”Give me a number and I will look into it and then call you back”. The issue is that they never call you again.

As soon as I needed a little part of my cash (before shipping ) THEY THREATENED to carry our things to storage. Would you feel that? They were planning to hold my possessions hostage when I did not pay them their own money.

Considering all of the inconveniences they’d caused, and of course violating their contract rather than delivering over the time interval they had promised, I believed it would have been honest for me to find a partial refund. Rather, I had been advised to kiss me goodbye to my possessions if I did not pay.

I strongly suggest not utilizing ABS, if you don’t like poor customer support and you think that it’s interesting to guess if your stuff will soon arrive. I picked ABS since I was short in time and wasn’t able to investigate all of the moving companies on the market. In my latest experience with ABS Moving and Storage, I’d long ago chose of phoning them up due to some excellent adventures that I stumbled upon thru a couple known folks in my circle who’d tried them. It was really a very smooth experience with 3 hardy men doing great group work and accomplishing that our movement in the stated allotted time.

This firm is the worst company I’ve ever used for whatever.  They informed me that the morning that they were suppose to transfer us and said the truck wasn’t working.  They left me with no upgrade for two times and then sent us an email stating”we are not able to carry out the movement”.  They won’t compensate us for the extra expenses or anything.  I never talked to the supervisor.  They do nothing to compensate us whatsoever.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THESE TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

Be more intelligent than I was and read reviews online before your relocation and chossing ABS. I contacted them as a friend had”heard” out of them. It had been to get a transfer from East coast to Wets shore. When I contacted them, they were EXTREMELY nice and useful and could contact me on a regular basis until I consented to engage them. I did. They gave me an excellent quote for sending my things and we moved with movers rather than a pod as it was more economical. . .from what they’d told me. The day of the transfer, a rental truck out of Entreprise showed up with three very pleasant gentlemen, but that I guess may have not been”legal employees”. They moved our belongings and in the conclusion the cost had jumped three occasions, YES 3 times in the initial cost!! However, with anxiety and needing to empty the home daily, we didn’t have any other option. My really pleasant sales guy had advised me that my things is going to be sent ten days from this day, well make it an entire month!!! And throughout this moment, impossible to get a hold of these and once I did they’d say they’d call back and never would. In the end, on a Sunday at 3pm the motorist calls me and said he will send my things that day!! I said no, we had been in the center of a massive rain storm and left without a electricity. They arrived the following day. Again, the team was really pleasant but a bit shaddy. The driver requested that people pay the rest of their cash cask so he can keep the company rolling!!! Seriously!! Mu husband was quite angry at me for locating these folks and that I was/ still is quite angry at myself to hirring them. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! I attempted to provide no celebrity but could not. I’d provide many many minus celebrities.
