    Long-distance move from Missouri
    Beware wolf in sheep's clothing

Beware wolf in sheep’s clothes. I’ve moved cross-country 9 occasions and this was the ONLY time that I had problems with broken things, lost things, overcharging, etc.. Daniel was beautiful and wonderful up front, somebody I’d be friends with and about the rear end, he vanished and would not create the situation right, although he promised to reconcile for what I needed to pay someone to reassemble the things they took aside.

A huge percent of boxes have been smashed or torn in. When unloading and reloading the truck that they handled my things like complete trash and simply destroyed them. I really don’t understand what happened but I have NEVER had one thing lost or ruined in all of my cross country moves and within this movement, each single big item I’ve that was packed by ABC Transferring was ruined, lost or destroyed.

–My clothing boxes of my best dresses was upside down and smashed in and once I opened it, the gowns were all scrunched into the floor and there were 3 little boxes along with my filthy VACUUM cleaner inserted within the wardrobe box and smashed in my dresses and all of retaped to create a single box. I had discussions with Daniel up front and I’d wanted to purchase apparel BAGS for my dangling clothing. He explained, they favor wardrobe boxes so that the garments arrive well. Presumably throughout the truck reload in Chicago, they cut all of my clothing boxes in half, threw off the metallic bars and smashed all of my dresses into the bottom half and retaped them at half of their size. I’ve 120+ pieces of clothes that came completely smashed in chunks in the base of the boxes.

Overcharge: Company systematically and intentionally underassessed towards the front end and then asked for $2000 more about the rear end, item material was comparable or less than initial extent (differed by 7 things such as a cooler, step ladder, plant grass, and 4 boxes). I concur with their evaluation of the things they stated I’ve on the pickup conclusion, nevertheless they gave me an erroneous space quote on the front end so that I would select them. We had innumerable conversations in detail assessing my things and reach of the move. There’s not any physical way supplied the record of things from front to finish that it moved up by 44 percent in distance (485 cu to 700 cu ft ). They agreed to meet in half and just charge $1000 when I’d leave favorable reviews online.

–Boxes marked UP having a arrow were upside down with things topsy turvy indoors, little boxes with delicate items were ripped in, there appeared to be absolute disregard for the personal products. I have moved 11 days and completed multiple cross-country moves and this is the ONLY time I have had anything broken or some other boxes ruined, much less such a massive% ruined.

I really don’t know who/what occurred to my own things in Chicago but I guess that is where the harm was done. I saw the men load the truck at Minneapolis and they had been cautious and I saw the unload and they had been cautious. So somewhere in between something very horrible happened and individuals treated my things like crap. If you watched it, I believe that you’d be appalled, it seems like someone educated them to destroy my items. My general criticism includes that somebody intentionally ruined my boxes.

Vlad who had been among those delivery movers pointed out almost all of the harm to me and also took photos with his mobile phone.

Out-of-pocket price: I also had to cover to find a person to come build my desk. My contract says ABC would reassemble whatever that they took aside but the inspector said it had been too tough and he did not understand how. The next mover ABC delivered (hired off Craigslist) brought a guy back to help build it. I spoke to Daniel M that night and that he guaranteed to Zelle me that the $ the next day, he guaranteed same 3 times on a telephone call and then stopped reacting.

    Long-distance move from California
Theives! Total Scam! Their license should be revoked!

ABCmoving guys just stole my 2000 TV, also said sorry we can not locate your 55 inch TV. After waiting 3 weeks to dispute with movingcalims they state they’re generously going to compensate for $50!!!!!!!!

There’s absolutely not any customer support or anything to speak to, just 1 man Ben who disturbs my telephone. Additionally, I spoke to the”proprietor” Daniel and that he stated he’d speak to Ben, the afternoon after I phoned again he’d blocked me!! Their speech is a UPS store speech in IL.

Aside from slipping my TV in the right time of delivery, then they left me rent a Uhaul and employ additional regional movers to shoot my things home from a house Depot good deal. Otherwise they’d cost me an additional $350.

ABC proceeding is a entire fraud and these men should have their permit supplied by DOT and be more usable in civil court.

Simply step away from these as much as possible.

    Long-distance move from Minnesota
    Run in the Opposite Direction

Over $10k in damages to our own furniture and overlooking classic furniture. Seemingly International Van Lines subcontracted our transfer to ABC. Both firms did nothing to rectify these difficulties. They both pointed out the finger at each other. We had been told to only file an insurance coverage, but we’re still owed the normal $.60 percent that both IVL and ABC can not appear to comprehend. As soon as it’s longer work, I would strongly advise using Pods vs. hiring movers. They’re scam artists at the most peculiar way.

Upon entrance into the home, we had been required to signal that what was sent without any difficulty before they’d begin unloading. Then billed a $75 long haul fee necessary to pay in money.

    Long-distance move from Minnesota
Unprofessional Low quality careless inexperienced moving company

    To whom it may concerns,

The worst going experience ever and we transferred from state a quite a few times!!!
Whatever could go wrong using this shifting, it went wrong!!!

Called United Relocating, since we wanted to be sure our moving from state will go sleek and since we heard great things about your business we decided to pick you rather than your competition. We put up the time when and at which we’ll be moving. Your movers will probably come outside to package on the 30th of May and the 31st will load the vehicle. It’ll be a shuttle truck carrying our items into a semi truck which will visit Livermore, CA from Crystal, MN. We planed everything based on this.
Made our stock and place down deposit. They advised us that we’ve got the Platinum program free of cost exceeding along with the movers will telephone us with particulars.
4 days ahead of the moving Jose predicted from ABC Transferring that he is going to soon be coming out to see what they need to work with. We informed him we allready have a business moving us when he informed us that United is the one sending them. Nobody told me that another firm will move us! This was the first surprise.
He came to seem and we attempted to explain to him that we’ve got an extremely costly mattress, a sleeping number. He explained that has to be taken apart to be able to bring down it. Tried to inform him that the shirt does not come off, however they are two, side by side bits and that’s the way the movers brought up them last time wrapped up together with wrap. He has offended and elevated his voice and advised us to let him perform his job. He understands what his doing. He had quite negative remarks about a great deal of things. He had been keep saying how busy he had been and it possibly an additional fee with this shifting whatever the office informed me. We bought our very own supply and began to pack all of the things ourselves which has been tremendously valuable to us because already lost trust on your own representative.
Jose called us 4 days before the moving stating that they will come sooner. Rather than the 30th, they’ll come on the 29th and they’ll package and load the truck the identical day, take our items to the major truck which will send them. He’ll have 5-6 people along with him. This way we’ll have our items at 5-6 days-he said. We needed to readjust our program according to this again. In addition, he advised us that he will call the day before to tell us what time they will be here. He did not call on the 28th because it had been promised. 29th arrived and we had been waiting for them to appear and no one came. Called him a few times to check out what’s happening. He eventually the fifth time answered the telephone and he said immediately that he’s extremely active and he’ll come on the 30th early morning. We had been once more, adjusted our program according to this. On the 30th we have up 5 AM believing they’ll come first. We had been waiting and waiting nobody came. After we called him, he said he’ll probably be here between 9-11. 11:00 am we called again. He said he’ll be here by noon. He finally showed up with a truck at 1:30 PM with two individuals. He advised us that the strategy was changed along with the shuttle is our truck. Anything that will fit on the vehicle they’ll take. At the stage we’re prepared to tell him to forget the entire thing, but since he demanded payment before stating that when we do not cover at front they won’t deliver our items, we paid everything in complete already the day before. We spoke to United about just how unprofessional the agent was.
When Jose arrived he apologized and about 2:00 the packaging began. In the beginning he told us what would be indicated detailed whats at the boxes, so all art is going to be crated. Started out with two people packaging. He came to us after 10 minutes that he must leave because he desires supplies. He had no mark, no cutting knifes, insufficient boxes and wrapping paper. Among the employees he left there didn’t listen to the schooling to that contaners and boxes are moving and which ones are remaining from the garage so by the time we detected, 4-5 boxes were at the incorrect group. We needed to start them to see whats on them to be certain that we do not take somethings we do not wish to. The two other employees showed up and a few of them began to package the kitchen. Placing our pans and pots in boxes with no paper between them. Throwing smaller objects in boxes mixing seasonings and silverware etc collectively in large boxes. We could tell that he didn’t package before, he had no clue what he was doing. Since they did not have any resources, they used my chef knife to cut boxes and tapes. Among those employees were quite good at what he had been doing! He wrapped our furniture really well and we can tell he was an expert. It had been another younger employee who did an excellent job.
I must add that I requested several times to place something back on the ground to defend the ground and the carpet since it had been raining and it was muddy out, but they dismissed it. I’m sending images to explain to you the way the carpeting looked after they had been completed. They had been bumping the furnitures into the walls, scratching the hardwood flooring, loosing portions of the furnitures. We had bottled water about them from the fridge and we ordered pizza for them. However, before we even had a opportunity to inform them, Jose already asked for beverages and to purchase food to them and sitting down to perform paperwork spoke about hint. Jose requested for snacks out of the pantry, utilized our telephone charger and to us it felt dizzy. Approximately 3 hours after Jose told me that he does not have anymore of their stock decals. He’d only200, so he’ll continue with no them to load the truck. He said he does not have sufficient wrapping paper therefore my husband needed to visit the shop to purchase a few for him. Since they arrived so late needless to say the packaging did not get done before dark. Started to accelerate by not wrap our furniture anymore, not minding the boxes. Combining everything together whatever they discovered without marking them or inventory them. We had our furnitures and boxes out in the rain.
The truck was not large enough so that we had the coffee table to the truck, however, the glass shirt was not. Took 4 seats, but two left etc.. The delicate and expensive artwork he promised to will crate, he wrapped them in cardboard boxes how portion of this artwork piece was shot with packaging tape because you watch it to the picture. A few of the ones he inventoried about the start they left them at the garage.
We needed to rent a trailer to choose the sections of our furniture into our new house, because if we’ve just a few pieces of these, we cant even use them. Near the conclusion Jose began to get a mindset again that they are quite tired and it’s dark so that they really have to go today and when he told him he ought to have come before as he promised that we would not need to work from the dark. He got upset and they din’t even clean up after themselves, leaving our things which din’t match on the truck out on the floor, leaving a huge mess indoors and they removed. Before they left my husband even gave him appreciation cash, because a number of those men worked really hard and it was not their fault to possess Jose that unorganized and unprofessional. We’re afraid to even write down these things, because we do not have our items yet and Jose stated it is going to be his cousin bringing our furniture. We’re already scared to find out what’s left undamaged from our cherished possessions, that we worked really difficult for.
Please, see the images that we shot of the things which got ruined so much and we’re convinced of the more will come.
Paid a great deal of money to receive expert support from you and exactly what we have so much is terrible! The cash needed to invest to clean out the home, paint the walls, clean the carpet afterwards , to rent a trailer, use more gas due to the trailer, required additional time to get to California from Minnesota with the trailer is unacceptable!!! We’d love to understand what you’re going to do about that. Jose must not be in a position to visit families houses and disrespect everything that’s important and beneficial to them like how he did to us.

    Kind Regards,

    Rozalia

    Long-distance move from Kalamazoo, MI
    Absolutely horrible. STAY AWAY

Wow. Where do I even start with this”firm”? How about we begin with the simple fact that the motorists were supposed to phone us 30min to an hour before pickup, simply to find a phone to say”we’re outside front” if we weren’t home. Then before even introducing themselves I discovered”oh we will need to bill you more” when they all could see was a sofa and chair”. After that they stated that my stuff would be about a month late due to”high dispatch demands” which”it’s my fault” that it is the way. They’re the individuals who understood the date I wanted my things, yet still picked the pickup date. After working out that, they start moving out the furniture and put a huge gap in the wallsocket. When asked exactly what they will do about this their answer is”that is not our fault, it’s your fault that your furniture is too large”. Remember they didn’t eliminate the legs, or cushions to attempt to make it bigger, or head out a different door. After speaking about that, the driveway then got really angry and stormed downstairs and began throwing all of our things from the truck saying”that he doesn’t have the time for us, and he’s done with us”. They left the sofa in the center of the flat stairs obstructing people coming and going and all of our boxes on the curb with incoming rain. The driver then stated that Oscar will be arriving shortly, after calling the customer service line that they said they didn’t understand that an Oscar. As long story short remain really far away from the organization. The absolute worst company I’ve dealt with, driver ought to be fired and business ought to be closed down.

    Long-distance move from Chicago, IL
Worst moving company on the planet, avoid at all costs! Criminals!

LIARS, THIEVES, CROOKS. This sums up my experience with ABC shifting systems. If I could give these men -5 stars I would. Never had a much worse experience in my entire life. They had been 10 days late, and would not bring my things over since it was not lucrative enough to allow them to move from Vegas to Arizona with only my burden. I had been made to sleep in a night bed for two weeks. Nobody understood where my materials was. Thus much confusion, dropped calls. Evasive and rude staff. Inferior communication. When my things eventually did arrive it was hugely damaged. If you were able to observe the images you’d not go near the organization. They destroyed 80 percent of the stuff. I was really frustrated and disoriented after utilizing those crooks. They’re truly offenders. I hope this company goes out of business shortly because exactly what I went though was dreadful. No refund, nothing. Only the absolute worst individuals. Daniel is really a crook and that’s his team of goons. STAY FAR AWAY!
