DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR MOVE! I haven’t been treated so badly in all my life. The supervisor known to attract his movers from this rain while they have been in mid-move in my flat.  When, I phoned him stating I needed to be out by midnight, and the supervisor really shouted at me and called me a b^tch!  Wow!  All of b/c I needed them to complete my movement (that was completely shielded from the weather.  They needed to shut the van and allow me to completely stranded.  Hello, it is a one-bedroom flat – it’d have shot them just like 30 mins to do the entire movement.  They unpacked in a rush and also broke/damaged/scratched TONS of items of mine. My boyfriend called the supervisor back and the supervisor threatened to kick his a$$.  Uh, actual practitioner (? //).  Just b/c I desired them to finish the task I hired them for.  They left me stranded, didn’t care, along with the supervisor murdered in my own and my boyfriend.  DO NOT USE THEM. So unprofessional.

~ Secondly team didn’t appear till 11am (3 hours ago confirmed movement time).

~ Second crew failed to economically load the truck or I had been quoted incorrect size truck, since everything didn’t match

~ Movers took more than an hour to return to my home for the next load as it was just 20 minutes off.

~ Movers left my child’s vest on it’s side, not setup.

~ Movers put furniture in the front room or garage Rather than putting them in appropriate places

~ Movers put boxes wherever rather than marked areas

~ Each break I had throughout the stressful  movement, I was needing to telephone AB moving office and Discover out what Is Happening and need better customer support.   I’d be on hold for 5 minutes in a time several times through the day.

~ Owner of moving business unable to reach out and speak with me himself to apologize and didn’t accept my offer to undermine.

If I could give less stars I would. I utilized Jorge Espinoza’s shifting staff on 6/16/18 along with my engagement ring has been stolen throughout the move. This was after I paid $1150 for the transfer and leaned $300. There were not any other people in my home besides the 3 movers, my husband and myself. I filed a claim with the firm escalating ultimately to the proprietor Kenny Baker since not one of the agents showed any concern or interest in the thieving. The OWNER Kenny Baker explained that this was a case of he said she said and he treated me like I rather had been the their. The owners precise words were”what would you need me to do about it?”
Don’t use this company they don’t have any morals or care for you as the client. Their insurance is fake and they’ll do anything to escape from covering your things.

My husband and I hired AB Moving and Relocation to transfer a vertical piano a very short space for us, also obtained a piano with considerable harm. Upon arrival in my house, I detected that the”professional movers”, Moe and his lone team member, push my piano from the back of the truck just partly wrapped in plastic and cushioning, together with the whole right side exposed at which the plastic had clearly been chopped, and just partly wrapped around the left side. I discovered more harm to the rear of the piano onto the timber, and much more important damage on the left side.

Quite slow movers!!! Every time we’ve proceeded, we utilized movinghelp.com and has been completed within 2 hours with two movers. It required this business 2 hours simply to load the truck with 3 guys!! Additionally, two guys took a dump in our toilets without inquiring nor stopping the clock, we did not understand until they had toilet paper. . .how unprofessional and nasty! My family needed to help load and unload because they had been so slow!!! We paid more than 500 and still have a garage full of boxes to take place to our property. I would not ever advocate or use them again. They had been leaving the home with a single thing on the dolly and wrap furniture which my husband had already done! I believe this was to attempt to make the move more so that they could gain more because it had been hourly! Never again!!! Negative five stars!!! We paid for 4 hours and still have to transfer a few boxes ourselves. . .not joyful!!

I phoned AB Movers and inquired if they’re specialized in transferring Piano and they stated yes and generated the program by stating you’ve got full insurance to your transfer. I even got an email with completely insured. They literally broke my piano at the transfer and after sending they said it is possible to file claim and billed for the transfer. I called the customer support and it constantly goes into voice message and then departing voice message no one will go back to the telephone number. I clicked and called choice to speak into scheduler and a person chosen and advised them to link to client support in claims. Eventually they sent email to record argue and I told them I am fully insured and they refused it and they said they could just pay $300 for piano value of 2400.

Don’t employ AB Moving! Their movers stole from us and the Company takes no obligation even though they say they’re ensured. They do not return calls! We registered a Police Report, however no actions on the part of AB Moving! Save your self out of this ordeal! Employ another firm!

These people are criminals, we hired three trucks & 6 men. They stole our clothing, scratched precious antiques& all of our furniture, even though it was wrapped, and the even stopped up our commode at the garage in our previous home & it bombarded our whole garage in which they abandoned precious antiques & we all found was a massive roll of toilet paper intentionally stuffed to the commode. This has been done to postpone the moment. They kept saying that they had been coming back to see us and they simply didn’t return our telephone calls, we’re filing lawsuit. We’ve since talked to 6 individuals which were scammed with these deadbeats! They even called the Galveston County sheriff Deptand staged a bogus argument between me & my husband two occasions to stretch their time out, GCSD delivered 4 officers into our dwelling. We needed to purchase new clothes since they stole our clothing, trophybelt buckles and so forth! The movers arrived with furniture already in the vehicle!!!! They stalled time with to determine how to move my furniture together with the furniture already in the truck? I’m submitting a complaint and intend to sue this company to get a 500 dollar bill when I just wanted a two hour move.
