This firm has a fantastic SCAM going and it’s legal. I just want all to learn more about the SCAM so that they do not get swindled for cash as I did so. This moving company tells you which you control the labour hour..that you ought to have all your things packaged and ready to go. Should they need to ship or wrap some thing, they bill you for equipment and these charges are absurd:$2.00 per foot (yes, per foot) for bubble wrap, $4.00 for a single roll of tape. This is the point where the SCAM come in. When you register the contract, then they have you first beside each thing they might need to supply. What they don’t tell you is that they wrap EVERY item..couches, seats, etc.. A lot of people, like me, would believe they were packaged and ready to move and might not need to be worried about them with their equipment but they never tell you they wrap everything. They charged me nearly $1,000 for the equipment they employed. They billed me to get a wardrobe box which did not even get used. . .they left it vacant in the new residence. I really don’t feel like that business is up front with the way they actually make money. . .off their own supplies. Additionally, once I called customer support, they were totally rude and the girl yelled at me about the telephone. Oh, they don’t unload your possessions until after you’ve paid them that tells me they’ve had difficulties with people being mad over the last amount rather than paying. WORST STORAGE UNIT EVER!!!! Managers are impolite, even worse, the Owner (Ben) is egotistical, and asserts with you rather than empathizing and prepared to cure a situation available. They have horrible customer service abilities, and ought to be from business. Movers broke a enormous ceramic lamp plus dented a white jewellery box. Five days following the move I haven’t learned from my contact in AAA shifting so I predict. He snickers and informs me that they don’t mend and it was my obligation to ship the lamp. No sir. You advised me that your movers arrived ready with wraps and blankets. No reimbursement for my broken products. No recommendations from me. I suppose you get what you pay on

I named the business after reviewing a telephone along with a email talked with Preeta possess her my availability. She reacted that they had an opening and may so. It got a call back the following morning from the other girls, stating she had been the manager and that they weren’t able to come just when I did it at 6-7 am. I informed her I wouldn’t be accessible. I’ve prior obligation and I would be accessible at the oldest at 10-11 am. She denied the ceremony. She wrapped me up. I predicted back. She said we had been disconnected. She kept yelling me. I requested her to stop crying and she then said. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!! They’re extremely RUDE and unprofessional. I talked with a girl who promised to be the manager and she raised her voice with me and got really upset since I cancelled and explained she was still going to charge me $100 for cancelling that I’d ask if there was a cancellation fee prior to even making the appointment and she said no at that time and that they wouldn’t charge my card before the day of the transfer. . She chose to argue with me about it and then hung up in my head. So unprofessional and I wouldn’t ever recommend them to some soul! I stopped payment on my card to ensure raggedy company did not receive my money after all. Ha!

First off they had all of my speech information incorrect, I emailed them the proper advice and it was still incorrect. My pickup date has been shifted, and when I called I’d allow AAA know I wouldn’t be prepared for pickup on the(ancient ) date  that they shifted without warning. John was so rude! He advised me to stop repeating myself once I inquired why they weren’t honoring the moving contract and informed me I was dumb. I had been told I had to be flexable since he had been a proffessional.  He continued to shout at me and  also be insulting  till I eventually hung up. Here is the rudest firm I’ve ever seen.  Dont waste your time and cash!

I scheduled a pickup on Sunday 11/25 with AAA. This has been agreed upon through email a week ahead of the pickup date using Preeta. On Tuesday the 20th I receive a call from another man that works together with AAA and he states that they won’t have a truck in my region on 11/25. It would be no less than a week after. HOWEVER, they’d really have the ability to track one to my home on Thursday the 22nd – Thanksgiving! Seeing as how I desired my own furniture to arrive in Seattle as soon as possible, I consented to this. I had been advised that their driver would phone me on Wednesday using a window for when to anticipate them. The driver didn’t call on Wednesday. The driver didn’t call on Thursday. The motorist did not appear in any way. At 6pm I emailed Preeta and thanked her for causing me to miss Thanksgiving with my family (they’re 5 hours off ).

Do not agree to anything relating to this business – read every one of the reviews. They’re scammers and have the worst customer support I’ve ever observed. Due to these clowns I now have to postpone my transfer by weekly and begin my job a week later than I’d intended. Now I look like an idiot to my new boss since I can not properly explore moving companies. Thank you a lot.
