1 star is far too many for this particular corporation. Do not waste your money or time. Locate a reliable moving company to deal with your valuables. These folks simply give you the run around once they’ve taken your money.

They ruined the vast majority of my furniture pieces and dropped four boxes. The chucked a bag of mine few states off, which I’ve got a police record for. Sofia will not respond or return my calls. The settlement test was allegedly mailed three months past. I have contacted the TX AG’s office. I suggest that you do too.

Movers didn’t hook my washer and drier back up. The truck didn’t adapt my furniture that I told the sales rep it’s a test bedroom home. Several items were abandoned including my fridge. I needed to phone a different moving company to proceed remainder of furniture. Before calling another firm I phoned aaa movers supervisor to rectify the problem but just got hung up on.

Tldr: Overcharged (finally negotiated down, but not to first quote cost ), late shipping, wedding rings stolen.

I picked AAA since their quote was $200 less than the rest of the quotes I obtained. I wish I’d gone with another business due to the end of this, they attempted to charge me over $200 longer, their delivery was 5 days late, and one of their men drove my wedding bands out of their ring box.

They billed since my furniture took up more space than anticipated BUT I mailed them a record with the specific dimensions of my furniture, which that they ought to have calculated my quotation better. Additionally, once the movers came to pick up my belongings, they looked at all and assured me that it would all match, and more. I mentioned if there was additional room in the finish, there were just a couple smaller things I would enjoy accepted – but only as long as it fit in to my quoted quantity. I told them my very first shipping date (Aug 11). So that date was coming, I contacted them since I had not heard anything. The supervisor said that they had not delivered my stuff yet because the earliest available date was not recorded, that I had to supply that. They recognized their error and after it had been settled, my substance had been just 5 days late (therefore 19 days complete without a mattress ) – however it was an additional week or two of sleeping on the ground once I was anticipating it to arrive (since they promised me it would) nicely inside their 14 day quote.
To top it off, it was a separate business which sent the furniture for me and they billed me $100 money to unload it – a”long haul” fee since they believed they could not match their truck some nearer (it seemed to me as they could, however I am not convinced – they did not attempt ). According to AAA, the long-carry charge must have been 75 however, as I mentioned, this is another firm. Whatever the case, that is $150 for its reimbursed stair prices, minus $100 for its long haul, so that I really only earned $50 in addition to the more than $200 additional for my quotation…

Now for the wedding bands. On pickup, I’d removed everything out of my dressing table and put it in a heap on the ground , out of the manner of this work place. Now I know I must have locked it up someplace, but I did not anticipate that somebody would open my own ring box and then swipe my rings out of it. However, they did. There were two ring poles, one for the marriage collection, and one along with my husband’s high school class ring (fortunately he was wearing his wedding ring). And also my husband’s class ring – that is actually worth nothing – has been also gone confirming our feelings. I’m 100% convinced that they had been stolen. There’s literally no other excuse. Dallas PD has never contacted me back about the evaluation and it is too late today. I am certain they have been marketed.

This move turned into a nightmare for us. I can not believe I needed to cover these folks money for it.

My daughter proceeded from iowa into Nc 3 weeks ago and still hasn’t obtained all of her things. 30 days is exactly what they said but required over 45 times and after that more than half of her stuff is still lacking and we’ve got other peoples material. They’re still giving her the run around and not stating when ut will probably be here. I strongly recommend never to use AAA is attempting but the company they’re using isn’t giving any upgrades in any way.

We proceeded from Dallas region to Florida. They were fine if giving the quote but getting merchandise took awhile since it was not clarified how our objects were sent. A arbitrary trucker is utilized and he waited around to fulfill his load. He then insisted on cash order that we were not informed and it was Sunday. We’d used a credit card to get deposit. This naturally postponed our products. This is our 13th movement and we’ve not been treated as this. Quite unprofessional. We attempted to utilize their insurance for things broken. This is the worst move I have ever experienced and paid well over $7,000 to get (I had been moving a bit over an hour off )!

I’d them store my things into their warehouse for 9 times because our new home was not finished on time; they ensured me that everything could remain together and nothing could be lost. This was not true… they dropped a queen size mattress that they delivered the following day, the corner into my L-shaped desk that they never discovered, and two ladders which did turn up afterwards.

I had them do all of my packaging, which was a major error and a great deal of additional price. They ran from packaging materials (no real surprise because they over-wrapped items which didn’t need that much care and took us forever to unwrap) and wrapped a few kitchen things with my sleeves, a few of which were pricey, they then needed to return another day to complete the packaging and again ran short of packaging stuff, therefore things were just thrown in their”U-Haul” truck such as crap. One of the employees got injured because of their neglect, and needed to visit the hospital, so my spouse, my neighbor, and myself needed to complete loading the truck (we are 70 years old!) .

So many things arrived damaged beyond view: mirrors, serving pieces, Gourmet wine eyeglasses, brand new washer & drier, a curio cabinet, photograph frames, seats, contemporary palaces, some china which has been my mum’s, amusement centre, and the list continues. I went over this with Sophia, who I believe is the proprietor, who said I could put a claimnonetheless, they cover 60 cents a pound and I would want to get weights, receipts, photos of everything ruined, where and if they had been purchased, etc..

I opted to settle on just getting the couple things, that were more easily replaceable, replaced or fixed. I sent images of only 4 things: the mirrored headboard to my king-sized bed, the mirror which goes in an entertainment centre, the upper part only of this washer & drier (so that they would not need to replace the whole components ), along with the broken curio cabinet. I believed that was more than fair considering how much was ruined.

I researched and shipped them the best deals I could find on fixing or replacing those things, which came to approximately $1000; they’d just offer $350. I accepted this deal because my husband felt we’d spent far too much time, effort, and annoyance with this entire ordeal, but I did so with the aim of submitting this review.

Spare yourself the nightmare that I went through with this business… use a different inspector!

Theses two men Jason and Mike are extremely unprofessional. My husband left a terrible review of the service that was very correct! So this man Jason calls him first thing in the afternoon and threatening to place all of his personal information on the internet and join a copy of his debit card when he does not edit the inspection and that I called his manager Mike and he starts cussing and calling my husband a liar. These kind of people shouldn’t be dealing with clients whatsoever and certainly not when it comes to moving your items or your own personal info. They also gave his amount to plenty of telemarketing firm so we then obtained a great deal of calls that this is not how a corporation must handle dilemma So!

DON’T USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I have never made a critique, but the inadequate customer service I’ve experienced with this particular company invited me to achieve that. I will attempt to make this as short and sweet as potential (and that I have a good deal of complaints):   1) The movers selecting up my possessions demonstrated up 2.5 hours late. Seemingly the TX DOT review was that dawn of my pickup date, which seemingly slipped their mind once they said they’d be that between 7-8 am. Additionally, apparently the initial truck that they were assumed to use did not pass inspection so they needed to lease a brand new truck to pick my things up… should have been my first red flag. 2) My first main reason for choosing this particular company was that the timeframe that they confidently said they could send my possessions. I had a business start date for a job in my new home I was wanting to operate around, and that I even had them pick up my possessions a couple of days sooner than I would have enjoyed because Jason (AAA representative) assured it would end in the shipping date I had been needing. They picked up my possessions May 28th, and I didn’t get my items till June 21st. I wanted my things NO LATER than June 8th. Fantastic task AAA Moving.  3) The drivers/vans they deal with are LIARS! The driver advised me through telephone conversation that he had been en route when in fact, he’d not even LEFT! Two days after, once I called to get an upgrade, he explained he hadn’t yet left. I am confident that you can imagine my grief… seemingly the truck broke down, and he simply did not need to let me in on this little secret. That pushes back things only slightly more… 4) Following the truck info, I called Jason to find an upgrade and see exactly what his or her staff were doing to receive my things either on a different vehicle or to guarantee the speedy fix of the truck my personal possessions were around. I requested him to upgrade me when he discovered exactly what was happening & to provide me an upgraded ETA (because I today would have to organize w/my new company a while I want to quit work to receive my possessions ). He explained via text (since at this stage he wouldn’t call me, that is dumb on his part because I’ve everything in writing), which I had been”in no place to be barking orders .” Wow – that he wants to have a class in client support, and be sure to become more professional, fairly sure that wasn’t a command but a regular request from somebody who had all of my life’s possessions in their own control. 5) After the movers FINALLY left it, then I told the driver to be there as soon as they could as the next transfer was scheduled for the area daily. He came at 6:30, and so we were thrilled that he was punctually. On the other hand, the 3-man team that has been accompanying him didn’t arrive till 8:30 – two hours afterwards. I wound up shifting exactly what boxes that I could into my house to attempt to hasten the procedure as fast as possible, and also did exactly the job I was paying THEM to get. I suppose the 6:30 am start time Wasn’t as significant for them as it had been to me, particularly when I had been the only paying for your ceremony.    Overall, these individuals aren’t capable, I received a WHOPPING $300 reduction (that wasn’t enough to even cover the work clothing I needed to go out and purchase, the resort room my mother had to purchase if she arrived to see because I had no furniture, and also the frustration of wanting to get through to these when I wanted some advice regarding where in the hell my possessions were). They will do anything to sell you in their own company, but it is all depends – no matter what you do, pick someplace.

Furniture was damaged upon arrival. Photographs of damaged things were supplied to the regional Dallas office (Sophia Harris). I registered a claim (No: 320-336) using AAA Moving insurance (CSI Carrier) that contained specific directions of (1) images of the broken objects, and (2) corresponding replacement prices with particular weight of every product. Damaged items comprised 3 bookcases, 1 was a 150 pound custom build, two other ones that are smaller, and a fridge door (dented) preventing suitable closure on the fridge door. The last claim was filed to CSI for $159.00
Following 90 days of no response from AAA, CSI supplied the attached correspondence.

BTW – The driver of this truck moving our furniture did NOT have a commercial drivers’ license.

Big Craftsmen toolbox and Craftsmen tools”lost.”    I my own opinion, they had been stolen and There’s a burglar on the payroll in AAA Moving.   Thousands of dollars in gear using a clear auto worth.   Countless damages, things stained and wet with black fatty material and other missing items.   Delivery driver didn’t contact me before delivery.   I Wasn’t Permitted to confirm receipt of all items by stock lot numbers at shipping and was advised by the motorist”we Don’t Have time to waste on that, You’ve Got 90 days to complete your inventory count.”   I used my toilet, clogged bathroom, and abandoned it operate.   Items disassembled at select up weren’t reassembled and most were literally thrown into my entryway and left as is.    Possessing no resources, this is a Significant problem and will continue to be for the remainder of my life.   Customer support representative, Sofia, was conveniently unavailable for the Whole length of their delivery and eventually took my telephone AFTER the truck had left the premises.     I had been promised a call back in the time (July 3) and have not received said telephone.    Received things not belonging to me personally, repeatedly contacted Sofia without a reply.     Initial quote $2950.   Once truck had been loaded at pickup, I had been billed $5598.25 although many things submitted to AAA within my initial inventory were NOT about the truck!   Furthermore, several things that I advised the manager over and above DO NOT LOAD THESE ITEMS were delivered and loaded.    Things left behind comprised family heirlooms and certainly one of a kind things.   I had been billed for 1910 cu feet in a 26 feet truck.    I Don’t think that this is true or even potential with the typical capacity at a 26 feet truck being 1400 cu ft.   No backup of stock available at shipping.   I had been told I had to shoot pictures of the stock checklist.   Extremely unprofessional service and I Can’t imagine a worse entire experience.   Avoid extra unnecessary strain by preventing the unethical and shoddy Firm.

Worst mistake we ever made was employing AAA storage and moving. Half of our belongings was not sent ( our electronic equipment including most TVs) the firm wasn’t certain if it had been stolen or delivered into the wrong property. They’ve made no efforts to create this ideal!!

The other half arrived badly ruined!! They kept themselves out as a licensed piano mover and have been billed more for this service along with the piano has been heavily damaged!!!

We must have hired a much more reputable moving business!!!

A word of caution to individuals which are choosing to proceed. Please do your homework thoroughly and think about the evaluations and testimonials from different users. This is an absolute nightmare. You actually get what you purchase.

My experience with this particular moving business isn’t something I’d want on my worst enemy. Not one of my boxes were either damaged or missing, but my furniture has been just another story. On the other hand, the movers have been incredibly nice, but that is because they’re a third party contractor and don’t do the job for AAA Moving & Storage.

The metal frame and both my foods have been morbidly bent, leaving my television stand to glancing at an angle. I paid to get my own lavish plush cashmere mattress put in a box. I had been billed $63 and all the absurd 3% credit card charge not to mention taxation. It arrived at an half plastic wrapthat was soiled and ruined as seen from the picture. When I needed to repeated request them to refund mepersonally, which required three months afterwards, I had been told just $63 could be reimbursed rather than the charge or tax commission, because this came out of my initial deposit. But this wasn’t a part of their first deposit. It had been tacked on as soon as the movers came to my own apartment. This really is an unjust and dishonest practice.

Finally, my mattress came with all the framework with the exclusion of the middle support beam, both the wooden slates and screws that are missing. I finally have a futile Queen Size framework, until I could locate a carpenter to substitute the lost substances.

I put a claim with CSI, the plan for your moving business and obviously they refused my claim to the mattress, because they weren’t able to find or warrant the burden, even though I’d included in the hyperlink along with images in the furniture business.

In general, I needed to replace my new mattress, mattress frame and television stand for about $ 5,000. Had I understand, I would have taken the deal using Allied Movers a respectable firm.

Please do not fall for their habit of evaluations against HomeAdvisor, Angie’s List or BBB. If you browse through the complaints, then you may notice none of the pass problems were solved.

They aren’t a moving business. They’re a business which deals out to third party movers which aren’t reputable. So once they get your contract and cash, they don’t care what happens to your possessions.

I’m confident they’ll respond to the article with a rebuttal because they have on each negative review.

Examine the email listed under. Judge for yourself whether that is extortion and threatening I. That can be from Sophia. They gave me a first quote they then changed it including 1500.00 longer, then altered the dateand arrived 2 hours late. Then acted just like its own fault .Decided to find the authorities agencies involved since I am unable to permit this to occur to anybody.

I would not recommend their services for my worst of all enemies. They’ll lie to you about everything and anything. They’re going BROKERS who deal with work to anybody who’s prepared to lease a truck and carry the items. They just except money following your deposit and will definitely hold your items hostage in case you don’t sign off in their paperwork. I paid them $2000 to maneuver a bedroom place and 40 bags. They have been late picking up and up overdue falling off with a week although I paid them $4oo additional to get it there on time. My bags were indicated as to exactly what was inside them. From the time that they had been delivered items were in various bags all together. I had things lost but the driver wouldn’t leave with no signing saying that the paperwork was only to mention he sent not stating it was all there when he first picked this up. When seeking to speak to AAA Family Transfer I was wrapped up on several occasions and even though they had been overdue in my expedited delivery denied to reunite that which I paid extra for this service. Run do not walk away from these types of individuals.

This so called moving business is deceptive. They’re liars and very misleading. They’re extremely incompetent and pay up by lying and being rude to their clientele. The workers hang up on you when they accumulate your cash. They never deliver in time, more so, they destroy your items. It took them nearly two weeks to send my house as soon as they picked up. The majority of the products were broken and ruined. Their drivers are rude and unprofessional. I had been billed extra $400 just because their drivers claimed that they weren’t able to navigate in the apartment complex. They parked the moving truck on the road and charged me additional $1 per square foot to deliver my items to the flat. They didn’t re-assemble the furniture that they dismantled according to the previous arrangement. Please do not waste your own time and cash on these types of incompetent liars.

If I could give them a negative five stars, that is exactly what I’d give them. Don’t use this organization. They charge over what the initial contract says due to fine wording that the customer doesn’t understand. Then don’t deliver your possessions punctually and maintain your possessions before you pay them of the unknown additional amount they bill. Belongings are broken up an overlooking. And trust me, after the first contract and paying for the deposit, you can’t get a grasp of first individual you made the bargain together.

We had many missing and damaged things that totaled in worth a few thousands of dollars. We’d ruined sofas, shattered tables, overlooking electronic equipment etc.. They disassembled lost and furniture bits so that much of it couldn’t be reassembled. They refused to futon furniture for a service which has been supposed to become a part of the range of work. They utilized movers who really demanded a hint after doing a dreadful job transferring our furniture to the home and have been threatening in my spouse about it. The driver insisted on payment and abandoned without supplying us some of the paperwork that we had to monitor our stock of things. They provided $150.00 to us for for reparation. We refused and chose to experience the complete claim procedure believing it’d be a reasonable or at least impartial simply to learn that the machine is essentially rigged in favour of this moving business. We ended up receiving $70.00 to this. I have worked my ass off performing self moves before and believed, never again would I do this, but I really honestly repent using this business’s service so far , I do not believe I could ever anticipate another moving business again due to how awful this shifting experience was. The folks this business hires to perform your relocation aren’t real professional movers, so they’re just hired hands that they do not care for persistence or doing the ideal thing. They only need to gather your money and make you as rapidly as possible. They do not care about quality of job and also this moving company does not care either, particularly after they have already chosen your money, valuables, and first hope.

The start of my connection with AAA was excellent. Mike was exceptionally responsive, provided a fantastic price and even provided 2 months of storage versus everybody else’s 1 month. That is where the fantastic news ends.

Mike dropped from Earth.   I could not get anything longer than his voicemail for more than a week. When I finally talked to him, he also GUARANTEED delivery on or around the 16th of June. Jason hung up in my pregnant wife and informed her”here is your client support” when she attempted to nail down an ETA. Simple to become a bully out of 1700 miles off. When I eventually got the business operator, Sofia, on the telephone three weeks afterwards, my belonging which were apparently forgotten about took off en route. She did not believe any reimbursement was necessary since she helped me after I eventually talked to her… that is very good business practice, right? Hmmm…
My possessions, which were assumed to arrive between the 5th and 7th of June, are only getting to me now, JULY 2ND!! But wait, there is more. This fantasy team attracted an 18-wheeler to Philadelphia and then charged me an extra $150 since they understood that it would not fit on a town road. To give context, we are not discussing a side road, but a very well-traveled road which 100’s of automobiles, trucks, ACTUAL MOVING TRUCKS, etc. journey through every day.
So where am I now, you inquire. I stored $200 versus the nearest competition, but because I needed to live out of hotels for approximately 3 months, I ended up dropping about $3000 on the offer. 

PEOPLE: Take your money elsewhere. This business belongs from company and has 0 thought for the simple fact that you’re expecting all of their possessions to them. Learn from my errors. You will save yourself a great deal of cash in the long term.

Got the to maneuver out of storage from Ft Worth Texas into Charlottle, NC. This moving cost you less they could pay you less. I needed to wait for 120 days and extra 45 days for 126.00″. I had been told from the firm they” perform a complete background check on all workers and they’re also Licensed movers. And No we don’t employ temp aid, everybody is used by the corporation.” Regrettably the folks who showed up to pick up my things were about. They said they simply set the signal on the side because it had been needed but it wasn’t a problem it was newspaper taped to both sides of their truck DOT Number 2552196 MC# 889337. They didn’t have the right tools and because of the broke a table leg that isn’t repairable and advised the folks who picked it up out of storage I understood about this. They dropped boxes. However, the very best when I predicted that they whined about me being annoyed and one month after I’m still awaiting the insurance documents to put a criticism. I also had been told about the phone that I can pay by credit card it all. Movers arrive and say maybe not, however they chose some personal check and told me why that it was okay to get this done in the end also, but it turned out to be a different firm bringing my items and they didn’t accept tests.
Once I payed the reservation if I phoned or emailed it was just like I was bothering them and then after each of the problems they don’t care, then VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Among the Worst mistakes we have ever produced! I wish I might donate them unwanted celebrities, they are not worthy of a single star. Extremely unprofessional salespersons, team, drivers, and owner! (since yes we spoke her.) Stuff missing. Materials broken. We gave them a comprehensive inventory list, nevertheless they more than doubled the cost of this contract. They consented to keep our stuff before we came, then apologize and said we gave them the fine to send. Needed to unload the whole truck into a storage building since we weren’t ready. Which cost us much more cash….They’re lying burglars. Do not make the identical mistake we did.

They sent the stuffs broken and then they violated my stuffs on assembly. The man was so rude and he employed so much awful words on shipping. Sofa was busted and they did not even inform me about. I understood after daily.

To many poor events occurred to record, I wouldn’t suggest using this organization. They were quite late at picking up and that I had a whole lot of issues getting my items. They sub each of out their jobs and it had been really hard getting my items into my new location. The drivers were quite late and then did not wish to shipping ( they showed up liberally 10 pm. I can go on and on to the errors which were done but I will stop this.

I hired AAA to get a transferred from Dallas to Miami. The salesperson, Jason, has been always very considerate and receptive (more on this in a little ). I was going into my new apt. Complicated in Miami around 3/1. They picked up my things onto 2/21, a complete week ahead of my moving date since Jason told me that the sooner they picked up my things that the greater the chance that it would arrive up there by 3/1.
Long story short, my things got here on 3/12 (-1 one superstar ), that I could somebody know, however in the meantime, they were quite unresponsive. I had been the one who was always calling to check in and Jason obstructed my contact number.
None of my things had been damaged/broken, so that I applaud them for this, but my additional difficulty was that they guaranteed to build my furniture after they got here, which they didn’t. The movers maintained that it was because they needed to take the things further than initially agreed (that was true) but that I offered to transfer itself to my flat in order that they could build it, but nevertheless they refused.
I feel these men are agents (not movers themselves) who operate with different organizations to acquire shipments moved throughout the nation, as opposed to doing this themselves.
I wound up paying 1245 rather than the 999 quoted. They explained that it was because I moved over my cubic feet allocation, however they never really measured it (all things listed on the quotation were those that I sent).
This is my first time going so that I probably had some expectations that are unrealistic, but I still believe this firm can do a better, much easier job. AAA’s quotation was also the lowest one that I got, so there is also that.
Moving forward I will probably just rent a Uhaul if/when I proceed again. It may be more physical function, but that is preferable within the strain of never knowing where your material is/when you are gonna receive it.

AAA Transferring did such a fantastic job on the move which I needed to take the time to write a review.  The cost had been very much a savings when compared with the other quotes I’d obtained. I enjoyed that all required has been in an all inclusive package (we opt to possess packing services done too ). The group packed up us inside a couple of hours, and before I knew it, the house was vacant and we were prepared to go over into our new property. There was not any excess fee to get a halt along the way to our storage, to ensure a large and us (other movers were saying just like $100 additional for the halt ). The delivery and setup in the new location has been a breeze. They built all of the furniture back together, and put the boxes in the rooms indicated. They simply did an all around outstanding job. I’d use this company again.
