We had a demand for temporary storage and removal of our upstairs possessions and furniture, and AAAFamily did an superb job. Their team was friendly and professional. They were also careful with all our furniture and flooring throughout the moving process. Would highly recommend!
I moved from St. Louis to Birmingham. I talked to Steve Wright in Feb, that was super nice. He explained that my dwelling stuff is going to be sent within five days. He explained they aren’t broker. I signed the contract. They picked up my house furniture on Thursday June 18th. I then transferred to Birmingham on Sunday since I was under impression that my dwelling furniture will be sent on Monday June 22nd.
I phoned the AAA household move along with the boss replied my mobile phone. He’s so rude and disrespectful. He explained (did you see the contract? Go browse the contract then telephone us after seven business days-June 30th). I advised him Steve wright told me without 5 times! He said I do not care what Steve said! The supervisor title is Anatoliy Yakovlev. He’s rude and incredibly stern.
So I waited until June 30th afterward I predicted afterward. Bear in mind this man (Sam Kosukhin) who’s the greatest liar is your wold following Steve wright. He stated if you read the contract, then it may take to 21 business day. I’ve contacted couple of legal authorities who said that 21-days doesn’t apply to my situation since the distance from St. Louis to Birmingham is less than 500 kilometers and needs to be delivered in less than seven business days. If Sam informs you 21 times, then inform him”you’re liar and this isn’t accurate unless if it is >1000 kilometers”. I’d like to call them regular and emailing them, until Sam sent me this email (see attached image ).
So I shipped businesses to BBB Kansas who really communicated with AAA transfer household. The AAA moving firm utilizes the very same lies more and more about 21 times and they aren’t breaking up the contract. They’re insisting to demonstrate their own stupidity and they believe the people are stupid or fool. But on July 5th that they sent my house furniture (17 days later picking up my furniture).
I Won’t talk that most of my things have ruined but I did not file claims together since I prefer to Avoid them
My guides:
1- avert this provider. They’re fine until they choose yo your furniture. Then they’re impolite, disrespectful rather than fair.
2- they’re agent. They aren’t actual firm.
3- in case you have screwed and they chose your furniture already, file complaint to BBB Kansas since they’re extremely beneficial.
4- file criticism to fmcsa. (It is great for long duration to ruin their livelihood )
5- send them mails everyday and maintain that to your record because you may need these mails should you file a lawsuit again the corporation.
Keep in mind, avoid this provider. Do not be fool together with the decent reviews on google since they paid cash for marketing company for it. In addition, the firm employee wrote great testimonials about himself (such as Sam Kusukin who’s the biggest liar following Steve wright wrote a fantastic review of himself!!!!) See the attached image. Proceed with Yelp and bbb reviews.

If you’re seeking a great moving company, do not use this one. I checked with all the Dept of Transportation but overlooked checking with the BBB that was be a dreadful mistake. Originally, my sales rep, Alex, was receptive, engaging, and professional. Alex made me feel comfortable and gave me the belief that AAA would look after my furniture. Place my deposit down on April 7th and my furniture has been scheduled to be picked up April 18th. The driver picked up my furniture and that’s when the problems started. Listed below are a Couple of of the highlights:
-The motorist shared that today that I had paid my 2nd payment, so I wouldn’t hear from Alex anymore.
-I was also advised that any favorable reviews were compensated due to AAA and weren’t from actual clients.
-Ordinarily, moving companies request a 5 day window to provide your furniture. The driver explained it would take 7-10 days for me to get my furniture but it really took 14 days. No one had said it’d require that much time. Had they done so, I would have picked a different firm as I was prepared to get my furniture on April 20th, two days after my furniture has been picked up.
-Since the days passed by, I called Alex to find some followup and he NEVER reacted to me again.
-13 days later my furniture has been picked up, I got a telephone call from a girl by the name of Ann who advised me that they were prepared to send my furniture on May 2nd however, the truck wanted 16 empty parking spaces to park. Ann known as my apartment complex and had been advised a semi wouldn’t be permitted to come on our property so that I had 2 choices: rent a truck myself to receive my furniture out of them or cover another $645 to get a”shuttle” service. Where they’d reload my furniture on a smaller truck and send to me. I suggested that they park the truck at the rear parking lot which belonged to the coffee store. Ann told me that they can’t park on somebody else’s lot without a signed and notarized letter giving approval. Since we’re in the center of managing COVID19 there’s absolutely no way I’d have managed to find that in under 24 hours. I requested to talk with Ann’s boss, to determine if I get them to tug on the rear lot because I talked with the supervisor. Ann told me that her boss was from the workplace and he then picks up the telephone less than 10 seconds later she placed me on hold. I was subsequently told that the truck was too big to park on the rear lot. I felt just like my furniture has been held hostage. I agreed to cover the extra $645.
-Sam was helping me during this procedure. He approved the shuttle fee to be decreased to $350.
-Ann called me a few times and each time she called, she told me another total for the equilibrium I owed.
-My furniture has been delivered the following day at a Uhaul truck along with my mattress holding my furniture set up since the truck was too little.
-The boxes labeled delicate was sent upside down, boxes were smashed, a number of my things ruined. The content of many of my boxes have been opened and DUMPED to bigger boxes. I found after why a few of my things were repacked; since I was pulling my clothing from the base of a box, I understood that all of my clothes were still wet. Sooner or later, my boxes should have gotten wet and nobody informed me.
Next time I must move, I’ll be choosing a moving company out of Angie’s List.
