I hunted several movers and ended up picking A1Rose. Could not be more happy with them. They were amazing, they worked fast and the entire movement was finished in under three hours. If I must move again I will certainly use them!!

Quick & skilled service. Highly recommend! The cargo elevator was in use and these men did not wish to waste time waiting instead the took the staircase. Saved me money and time. Much appreciated.

The individual got lost locating the storage device. Why should they have the very best gps? And when requested to conceal throughout the Covid 19 pandemic could not since they hadn’t any masks that I discovered that deplorable. And also the very first person in our house immediately coughed. It did not last so I hope that it was only a haphazard cough. A1 better hope so also. They did an expert proceed and wasted no time. The price was great too. But I’m still profoundly upset at the no hide situation. My husband remained masked and strove to space as far as you can. A1, get with this program. I hired A#1 to transfer my one bedroom flat and garage storage out of downtown Dallas into a north Dallas house. I talked with the organization and explained that my building had a complex elevator scenario (two rides into the pier ) and that I had a great deal of bulky furniture. They explained that they were comfortable with my construction and that it should not be a issue.

The movement started out on time (10:00 AM) and the team was professional. Early to the movement that I could tell that they were extremely sloppy. I had been helping the team of three transfer furniture during the construction and on many occasions was stuck waiting for a single team member in the lifts for protracted amounts of time (I spent 40 minutes at the garage with 2 of those 3 employees awaiting the third person that had the lift fob). Halfway during the move that the foreman decided that they had not packed correctly and would not have the ability to match all of my furniture unless the”restacked” the boxes. This basically meant crawling about on my furniture at the truck and pushing things into any location which they’d fit. We continued working until 4:15 once they explained that they had everything about the pier and that I could visit the home to begin preparing for them to unload. In this six-hour job window, we found just two movers arrive and unload their heaps. We still had not finished my load.

At 4:30 I got a call in the foreman saying that everything would not fit on the truck so they’d love to leave my possessions on the safe underground pier over the weekend and could finish the task on Monday. This clearly was not an alternative I was prepared to except therefore that I turned around to return into the building. The dock was shutting at 5:00 however they gave us sufficient time to maneuver my staying furniture back upstairs into my garage. I contacted the owner of the business, Juan, and clarified the circumstance. He was really apologetic and explained that he would do his best to make everything right which comprised him personally finishing my movement on the next Tuesday. I was mad but he had been professional and appeared to take the issue quite seriously.

Then we arrived at my home around 6:40 since we had been stuck in five o’clock traffic once it took them seven hours to load the majority of my furniture. After we unpacked we understood that we had been missing at least two boxes. One with my trousers and panties and a different using all our cooking utensils and pot lids.

I talked to him and he consented to finish my move and explained that he would personally have my Cantoni kitchen table fixed. Furthermore, he provided a reduction of 3 hours away. I thought of not paying them and in hindsight wish I had not. I paid his firm 680 for a gloomy experience and a lot of damage to my personal property. After he finished my movement we place a day for him to fix my desk. He said”it is only going to take five minutes and would be the least that I will do [see screen shots]). I checked in with Juan three times before our scheduled fix date and the day ahead and his reply was that he was really busy but he would be at my house at 1:30. I affirmed again with him about the scheduled afternoon at 10:38 and that he once again stated that he’d be here. At 2:00 I began to text him and wasn’t getting an answer. At 3:00 I predicted but had been forwarded to his or her voicemail. His mobile phone today has me blocked and his firm won’t take my calls.

As you can see from our text pictures, we’re quite considerate to one another however he just quit reacting and didn’t honor his sentence.
