A to Z Valley Wide Movers no known, no revealed on the afternoon our movement was scheduled 6/24/17. So far they still haven’t emailed or called to spell out the circumstance or apologize. They had been scheduled to arrive between 8-9am, at 9:00 I predicted, at 9:30 I phoned and e-mailed, at 10:00 I phoned and texted. Not only did this company not appear, they did not answer their telephone, email, or texts. I couldn’t think of a worst possible scenario then to get a couple days to go, moving truck leased, home boxed up and ready to move along with a two year old in a sitters for your day and also have them only fully ghost us.

Much more unexpected was that we’d used them previously and had a fantastic experience, something has shifted during the past couple of decades.

We ended up needing to phone another moving agency which billed and 6.5 hours to finish the job, twice as long than that which we’d experienced previously.

We know that things come up, but not calling, but not returning calls and essentially leaving us high and dry is completely unacceptable for any business enterprise.

Disregard their other”great” testimonials as it seems they’ve made a habit of only randomly bumping customers over.
