A to Z Moving and Driving

A to Z Transferring and Moving is no question that the best driving/moving firm I have ever employed. They have been instant at either ends.   They picked up a uhaul truck at cleveland, ohio (it had been already packed) and sent it to me in washington, dc 7 hours afterwards. Nothing was damaged or broken.   They even helped me unload the truck from washington. I’d recommend them with no qualification.

I used A to Z Transferring three occasions in the past year.  The very first time that I simply moved from 1 apartment to another in exactly the exact same building, I obtained Zak and has been happy.  The next move we have another crew and weren’t happy because we believed that they goofed off a little.  The next time that I asked Zak again and has been advised he’d do the transfer.  I had been contacted at the evening before and advised that Zak wasn’t offered.  The crew who showed up were fine but took seven hours to package a two bedroom apt to some truck and also then unpack the vehicle. And in the close of the day that is exactly what we discovered. . .Multiple boxes onto either side or upside down, such as boxes marked brittle or electronic equipment.  Three cases of boxes clearly indicated brittle beneath boxes of novels (such as a box tagged vases/fragile on both sides along with books piled at the top).  A box set on a part of a lamp color.  Another lamp color frame was bent.  A photo frame with timber split in 3 areas.  A tear in the fabric of the desk chair.  At the garage that they left the TV in the cold concrete flooring.  More boxes at the garage in either side or upside down.  And perhaps most upsetting was a totally demolished wooden seat that they neglected to mention broke through the transfer.  Finish tables and bookcases were nicked although I supplied them with furniture pads.  And today Amber won’t react to my complaints.  Do your self a favor and also use a second Agency

I had an Superb experience with Amber and Zak. I utilized the company to go from Cleveland, OH to New York City. I packaged my own boxes; A to Z loaded the van and drove it into NYC and unloaded with added local aid.   Amber did the scheduling and was always there to assist with the queries. The prices were clear and upfront.   Zak was in the loading, unloading and driving.   I couldn’t be happier.

I wouldn’t ever recommend this business to ANYONE!!!! On July 2nd A to Z proceeding and forcing, LLC has been hired to load up an ABF truck for myself. Upon arrival I asked the movers to be certain they place my furniture in your truck. I further stated that I could send 1500 lbs of carge free of cost so please don’t load the tubs and boxes unless needed. The movers were very cordial and quite pleasant at all tim. . .es said to me that they would get my furniture in the truck that they were”professionals” and that I must not be worried. I said that I had my own furniture for certain on the truck five or more days before they even loaded anything at the vehicle. They chose to load at the front part of the truck that the boxes three rows of boxes!!!! I again stated please I want my furniture. They again reassured me that they would find the furniture to your truck. After 4 hours that they immediately changed their story and said that they didn’t feel that they may fit everything inside and begin determining what I wished to depart. At this time my kitchen table, two sofas, 4 seats, a Fireplace, a wine rack, and a dresser, plus a few miscellaneous tools have been left outside. So I needed to choose what things were likely to be left behind. I was somewhat angry at this stage because in the start I was really adamant about not leaving my own furniture. This request wasn’t fulfilled my sofa and 4 seats were left behind. . .Now I must return to Cleveland and lease another truck and pay off additional expenses since they didn’t honor my request. Additionally, I’ve attempted to get”the constantly open” company 5 days to get a receipt for the said service and they haven’t called me back and they haven’t supplied me with a reception!!! Personally, I talked with the owner twice and he promised me that he’d call back me and give me a reception. However no receipt and still no phone call backagain. PLEASE DO NOT USE A to Z storage and moving they’re the worst experience I have ever had with movers!!!!

I hired them through for a complete Service.Appointment was for Thursday 10/29/2015 3:30pm delivered me upgrade emails that it will be late, showed up at 6:00pm could not see anymore and rescheduled for Sunday 11/01/2015 7:30am, 1 inspector arrived at 8:15am 2nd one at 9:00 am.The job should haven’t taken over 4 hours but it took them 6 hours.I desired the washer and the dryer in the cellar and they stated it will not match to return the stairs.I needed a delivery daily along with individuals that attracted my stove oven transferred both drier and washer from the cellar in 15 minutes.Monday once I saw how fast the washer and drier went down in the cellar I phoned A to Z talked with Barb and informed her that the transferring took too long and that the movers didn’t take my washer and dryer in the cellar, she phoned me back and she stated she talked with the operator and the operator will call me back but never did.I compensated $720 to A to Z and $100 into the other men that actually took the washer and drier at the basement.I wouldn’t suggest them, very slow and will not complete the job.Never obtained a reception either.

Alex, Cole, Thomas and Cecil helped us move two weeks back. They did a fantastic job and we are very diligent about getting the task done quickly and efficiently. They were very respectful, considerate, and cautious with our items.
