Found them via Home Advisor. They had the very competitive cost of some of those other firms on the market. The movement was good. The foreman Alex was amazing and so were his helpers. Amazing job.

I hired these men to deliver my daughters things home from Philadelphia. I had been concerned about her being alone with all the men in her home but she said that they were exceptionally courteous and professional. They simply left my home here in Florida and that which was given in precisely the exact same condition.

Luckily aplus van lineup was the best way to go. I recieved a call the day before the transfer date out of my condominium in Conn. , I had been provided a time for pickup and they left it before the moment. Was so pleased with service and so much as the belonging just like wardrobe and sofas to be packaged and wrapped so professionally which I understood my belonging could make it to there destination undamaged and complete. So far as delivery which was also prompt to the dat wand period aswell. I’d suggest them again because there pricing was also fair in comparison with my final transfer 3 yrs prior.

I was somewhat reluctant at first as most of my previous moves are accomplished by the large Van Lines such as Mayflower or Allied. This was back when my business was paying however. Now that I can not manage the Louis Vuitton of movers I chose to obtain a smaller firm with a more aggressive cost. That is when I discovered A Plus. I must state that the degree of support is entirely up to par with all the big men if not better. I received a more private kind vibe from them. The move itself was fantastic. The movers were professional and did a fantastic job on both pickup and fall off.
I’d certainly recommend.

I hired them later obtaining their advice about Home Advisor. The individual I talked with was educated and walked me through the entire procedure. On the afternoon of this movement what went according to plan, the foreman was amazing and are the other guys. On delivery just two of the guys were exactly the exact same but they were both”leaders” of their team so that everything was smooth. I’d certainly use again.

I discovered these men on Home Advisor. After talking to the broker and receiving a quote then assessing their pricing with a couple other people I made the decision to proceed forward.
I made the ideal choice. The team that came out has been quite courteous and productive. Each of them spoke English which made communication with them considerably easier than my final movement.
Shipping was approximately 4 days after and the identical foreman and his helper had been there in Florida too. That made things much simpler. Quite happy.

I had an extremely bad stressful encounter with this business, that ended up with me calling authorities. They attracted only half of my things out of New York to Miami and charged me 500 additional dollars without a reason.

The communication was fantastic, they were very respectful, responsive and they have numerous good reviews (I do not understand why). But when my stuff had been around the vehicle, or actually half of this list, the man said that I had been above the limit and had to invest additional cash in money. I called the representative who gave me the exact cost and at the business they said he wasn’t there and that they had been just a broker firm, so that they could not assist me.

When I wished to take my things from this truck, a wonderful woman called me stating that she’d look after everything from today, therefore I did not need to worry to the excess cash, because she will repair it.

The truck made with quite important belonging (greater than 15,000 likely in price and items with very high psychological value). A moving which was designed to take three weeks to five times, ended up carrying over fourteen days. (I wasn’t in a hurry, but following the bizarre first encounter, I was so worried to trust my things into them, so I began getting anxious).

The woman who was supposed to look after this overcharge, waited before the final day to call and inform me they’d bill the additional 500 dollars anyways and I needed to pay with money or they would not send my things.

Of course I recognized to cover, my items were at their place, but when the truck was here, they requested me to cover 900 bucks in money, stating that if I do not cover, they would not start the truck.

I called 911 even they threatened me with leave with my things. Authorities came and they revealed some newspaper signed by mepersonally, saying I needed to pay beforehand. (They request that you register and fill many newspapers, so you don’t have enough time to examine them). The authorities could not do a lot more than staying with me till they put my belongings from the truck once I paid.

My stuff eventually came, however, half of these remained in NY.

State to say move- raised initial cost by 65 percent, hostage cost at shipping. Over $5,000 from damaged/lost merchandise. Refuse emails/calls. Made fraudent charge card fee post shipping. Steer clear of this company!!! Can give 0 stars if it had been an alternative.

This is the worst move I’ve ever needed. We didn’t even hire this business. Fell to get a scam which included a broker, Alliance Van Lines, posing as the Agency. They offered 3400; afternoon prior to the movement got a phone from A Plus stating that they had been the inspector. Do not have enough time to find unique movers since the lease finished in 3 times.

With us hostage then they offered a cost of 5200. We paid off it. When they came (6 hours late) at Georgia they needed the next 300. We paid 2100.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE or ALLIANCE VAN LINES.

I moved from NY to Houston. Inventory comprised a range of boxes. The movers lost or stole two boxes together with my most precious things (top of the lineup soundbar, and a air conditioner ), and then replaced them with 2 additional boxes filled with garbage and food cans so that the shipping stock was in accord with the pickup. The company didn’t assume any obligation, nor did they supply insurance info, nor even an explanation. They just directed me to some third party claim supervisor. And this was only the principal dilemma, other complications occurred.
