    Great service

They showed up early to perform a two bedroom transfer away from 3rd floor to a different building with the elevator. 1 item has been damaged but that I had been paid over 3 months. Otherwise that I would give 5 stars. Due to Igor and Ivan for its Superb service. They really are two bears!!!

    Reliable movers

Fantastic transfer general, they took somewhat longer than anticipated because I had some things that they had to package but they had been carefull and wore gloves and mask, I would provide a 4 star but the movers didn’t have change for $100 and we needed to drive into the gas station to place petrol. Nice movers

    Scammers/Stay Away from Using Them

The most dishonest, scamming business I have ever dealt with in my whole life. Watch out of signing anything once they arrive. Make them write it all out to the bill till they touch something you have. Do not let them proceed anything till you get everything in writing. And after that telephone the unethical managment to verify. But they will probably lie to you again. Do your self a favor, locate anyone else besides this business. Read the others. The Better Business Bureau is going to be educated certainly. Ended up paying nearly doubled for exactly what the initial price was suppost to be. And see for the hints, double timing for those drivers you’ll be billed for, as well as the tricks they are likely to perform in the time when they all arrive.

It has been recent, this month-July 2020.

A bad rationale as a moving company, in company to deceive and benefit from hard working taxpayers. However, God sees all, and understands. Should be exceedingly ashamed of the way you are running business.

My experience moving within Boca Raton

After the truck showed up, it picked up my house contents and transferred them in to my new flat. They instantly pressured me to writing an overview on they’re own pill computer and had me sign below stress. I soon realized I had been missing two lamps. I believe they intentionally held back providing them since when I eventually got them to deliver them up a week after , they were equally ruined to the point of becoming unworthy. They said they’d re pay me $130 to buy two lamps, but a few weeks passed, since they passed me from 1 individual to another inside the corporation.
Long and short of this, they reneged on they are provide to make good on the harm they caused. I’d stay clear of the organization. Not only due to the reckless manner they treat land, however, the dishonesty, which dishonest sense you get when coping with them.

    They stole my bedroom set

Now April 12, 2019 we bpught a bedroom place in Avetura on Give Up. The delivery men whined about the time that they had been there to pick uip. They tried to say it took 4hrs to have a king bed, two night stands a king bed, a dresser and two lamps to disassemble and push it to plantation. 4hrs!!! Then attempted to bully my spouse in to paying them $75.00 an hr in addition to the verbal estimate of $225.00 delivery fee which we were advised. Subsequently handed her a contract and then advised her to sign up or else they were departing. The motorist became aggrassive together with her. After we called the office that the man was confused. He inquired how in the world does this require 4hrs to provide a bedroom collection. I feel this is a massive scam. This firm left with my bedroom collection. Basically stole it right out from underneath us. I called the cops and they can do nothing. Complete B.S!!

    This company is a scam

I left a contract booking using a naturally-occurring called Ivan getting the Purchase Price of the transfer; THE CUSTOMER REQUESTED AND”DOES NOT EXCEED THE APPOINTMENT PRICE” THAT We’re ESTABLISHING AT $1111.80. Last PRICE. IVAN 305-439-5166, also undoubtedly in the long run, I payed over 200 extra dollars. The employees never finished putting everything together because they stated they want and that they not only struck 4 tabs windows of their China’s cabinet, in addition they stayed with a number of those boxes. I called to talk with Ivan, and he advised me to phone the person who owns the business which I must never have paid more, but there’s nothing he could take action. I then call the proprietor of the””firm” who advised me that it isn’t his problem. I phoned both Russian men that made the movement and after tinkering verbally and in writing, they explained that they couldn’t do anything, which others had employed the truck and also broke the widget windows”by accident” abandoned at the truck. Nobody will cover the pane windows or reunite my two boxes! That is slipping! Pleasenot use this company if You Don’t want to be tricked

    Overcharge and late

They’ll Attempt TO CHARGE YOU ALMOST DOUBLE WHAT THEY QUOTE YOU. I was originally quoted $833 for a single bedroom collection. I had to move 1 mattress frame, 1 dresser, and 2 night stands. They arrived late, (likely to emerge between 10 and 11, showed up at 1), then did not arrive at the next place until 7pm. They then charged me over $1,100 and also took $120 through PayPal, once they attempted arguing they made them $1,400. I won’t ever use this service again. If you are thinking about moving, do not use them. They are not reasonably priced and not really worth the hassle.

    Nightmare

If I could give 0 stars I’d give it, it’s the worst moving company I’ve tried for several decades, initially I especially requested that individuals arrive at 9 am and that they came an hour late, and then I asked to 3 guys and two came, rather than moving in 3 hours since they told me, and it took them 5 and a half a week, and the oddest thing isn’t that, is that the simple fact that I needed to talk with the director Mike and he’s a very impolite person, and his answer was”that is life, what’s the issue?” Much absence of professionalism, unpunctual and disrespectful.

    Fraudulent- stay away

The whole experience was a nightmare, even finish in the police being called. The sales division will misrepresent themselves and also create claims.
The movers are competitive, aggressive, and quite unprofessional. I had been told that I was being charged at a high rate that could be”all inclusive”. I confirmed that the day of with their workplace and advised every one of the movers I didn’t desire extra stuff, that I wasn’t paying over the agreed upon”all inclusive” rate. In the conclusion, I again spoke to their own office and confirmed fees. The moment I hung up together, the movers hunkered down into my home and required $700+at extra charges. The man I had been communicating with at the workplace turned away his phone and suddenly I had been stranded with all 4 movers which were using intimidation to find the cash. This was presumed to be a gorgeous day for us along with the whole company changes blame from the revenue division to the supervisor to the movers.
Stay out, and they don’t practice ethical business enterprise.

Worst Moving Experience Ever!!! A Nightmare!

Sept 2019– a easy city-city movement in Fl went south real fast!
    1) Job was underestimated badly heading from $523-$1100, with no apologies, just explanations.
    2) The employees showed up 4hrs after!!! No apologies, explanations
    3) -1 of two employees showed up in flip-flops! I knew I was in trouble!
    4) Job scheduled for a 3 hr project took 11 hrs!!!!!! It began at 4:30pm and finished at 3:30am. This is a partial movement –most furniture was already gone!!! BUT they really abandoned the destination at 5:00’m!!! It was a tragedy!
    5) The man -“Michael””Misha Moving” (what ever that is,I could not locate it on google as a moving company). But apparently this was the man the movers were talking to that I needed to cover the telephone in the time of the birth at 3am. Who were they?? I had to provide a credit card on the telephone and they desired pic of permit ID taken on motorists private phone and delivered to”Misha Transferring”–naturally , I didn’t do this!!!
    6) In 5am- my furniture has been held hostage in their truck before we paid the $1100.00
    7) Upon equipping my things two of my beveled glass shelves which went into the Entertainment centre was broke. Their reply — call it in the insurance policy company!!! Really. . .is which all you’ve got to say!
    8) Not one of my things were bubbled wrap, clothed wrapping or perhaps managed with caution.

This is the worst moving experience ever! It included 3 different company’s — earnings individual??? Drivers / movers??? The man who got paid??? What??? Give me a break!!!

Caution to people considering using this business…”Run, Forest, Run” And do not look back! I wish I was exaggerating this narrative, but it’s factually correct! aughhhh!!!!

Mover cleaned out my bank account - DO NOT USE!

    Lesson learned, DO YOUR RESEARCH!
I had a little moving occupation which entailed moving furniture involving my mother’s house and my property. In assessing costs, I ran across a site in which you submit your data and the support sends out your information for qualified forecasts. According to two of those bidders, I supported the bidding agency utilized was Quote Runner.
According to my communicating with different bidding businesses, I chose on a few Tools for my occupation. Though based from Hallandale Beach, their agent told me that they had an Orlando office along with a heart in Cocoa Beach.
The movers, two guys, came in time and the transfer went as scheduled except for the fact that they wouldn’t unload the furniture till they had been paid in total. This should’ve been my first warning signal that something wasn’t perfect.
After the fact, I understood what transpired. While I had been dealing with a few of those movers concerning payment, another inspector hunted my house, found my checkbook, stole checks, and over 24 hours, cleaned out my bank accounts.
I have done a Google search with the inspector’s title and the moment I hit enter on the keypad, then the mugshot of the Agency that cleaned out my bank accounts popped up, saying he had an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest.
The authorities became concerned and the detective handling the situation contacted the A couple of exemptions straight. The Hallandale office supervisor quickly handed the telephone to whom the detective was advised was that the proprietor. The proprietor proceeded to state they did NOT have an office in Orlando, contradicting the info given to me personally by their representative who reached me out by the Quote Runner service. He maintained, at busy times they employ day laborers to supplement their own shifting team. He said they don’t run background checks daily laborers. The sole issue with his announcement is that my move wasn’t conducted with day labour aid. I spent hours with all the movers and we spoke. When requested, one of the movers clarified that he was working with the firm for more than two weeks and also the felon was on his third week operating for a few Movers. He proceeded to describe that he had been the”manager” for my own move. We discussed work hours, business positives and negatives, and much more throughout the day. They weren’t day laborers.
In the conclusion of the afternoon, I was only trying to find a fair priced moving firm and utilizing the Quote Runner service, I didn’t believe I had to find out more about the businesses referred to me personally. This was my error and lesson learned. I now have been asked to perform a photograph line-up, a bodily line-up upon his arrest, and whether the case goes to court, then I am going to need to testify. My principal concern is that the felon not only has my home address, he’s got the speech of my 92-year-old mum, he knows where we live.
Please learn from my experience, do your own research and DON’T Employ a Few Movers from Hallandale Beach, Florida! Even in the event that you use an internet search engine firm, for example Quote Runner, do not presume that the firms being known have been vetted. If I’d have spent two moments, I’d have noticed a Coupe of Movers includes a F rating from the Better Business Bureau and lots of one-star evaluations from other clients on online review websites.

    What a shame

This isn’t the company to decide on. They get your expectations up using a super low estimate and at the end it’s double the cost. They delivered two scrawny guys that aren’t physically capable of completing this type of project. They had been slow, so took their time consuming in our gut, and then demanded a hint in the long run. They intentionally take some time to bill you more cash. At the conclusion as a portion of our charge per $50 bill was contained and they stated they didn’t have change. This is a scam. An additional $40 was granted in addition to a bad project for no real reason. Please don’t throw away your cash with this provider!

    Horrible service

It was a two day proceed. First to package they showed up 5 hours late. They packed my things without even marking the boxes and said they’d go back another day to complete packing and transfer me 80 miles. They showed up 3 hours late then couldn’t put all my belongings onto the truck and stated they could return the next and complete the move to get another $600. I said no. They then charged me for 4 hours traveling time to really go 80 miles. Some of my things was missing. The following day my son rented a U Haul and we returned to find the things left behind.
The employees were all Russian and hardly understood English. The first salesman, Ivan, blocked my calls when I had been asking about his or her birth. I eventually talked to a different salesman that stated Ivan does this all the time.
I would not hire them again to take me round the block. I wish I’d read the testimonials.

No call, no show...and I think we got lucky.

My husband and I had been moving for work and Carlos got in contact once I solicited quotations for a transfer from Lake into Volusia County. The cost was fair, he had been really educated about checking in to make sure we did not want anything or have any queries, we really spoke an hour prior to their stated birth time, after which. . .nothing. It has created an already stressful situation a whole lot more so, but judging by what I am seeing here and everywhere, we dodged a bullet (and that I learned an important lesson about *scanning* google for testimonials rather than thoroughly exploring ).

    Worst experience... Scammers and fraud!

The business communicates with us later inputting our phone number to a site for a quotation, Carlos the phone operator supplied us USD95 per hour, for 3 people, the extra hours will cost an extra USD95 per hour.

This cost allegedly included every thing, disassembly and construction of a furniture, and security together with furniture blankets. If nevertheless the afternoon of the movement came 3 drunk men, they’re just 3 Russians of that just one speaks English so it’s not possible to communicate together. A distinct contract appeared now where they included an extra hour for USD95 transport and along with USD65 for gas prices.

We attempted to convey with Carlos who just disappeared and didn’t answer some of our messages or calls. Since you’re scheduled for this day with the transfer you’re made to sign these extra outlays, otherwise you’ll be left without creating your relocation.

Ultimately, we began moving, but once we arrived in the destination, even before transferring the furniture in the vehicle, they started to recalculate the prices and additional an extra price tag of USD400 to pay for the furniture with all the blankets and 25 rolls of adhesive tape, nevertheless we insist that Quotation comprised all prices.

Our cost of USD700 became the next of USD1,100. Then we attempted to speak with Carlos, that certainly vanished.

We needed to sue, the problem was quite tense and disagreeable and they suggested to decrease the expense to 1,000… that they corrected the charging to the USD700 business and suggested us to cover USD300 as hints for them. They insisted that either we chose the initial price tag of 1,100 or even the brand new price tag of 1,000, we attempted to decrease the price and pay back but it had been hopeless, we had been at this 1 hour, until you need to accept compelled because otherwise they wouldn’t leave the furniture at the Department. We wanted to finish the awful timing we agreed and we needed to cover US700 with charge card and USD300 in money as hints for them, when they didn’t agree that they don’t do the work.

Eventually they completed the job fast and ruined a few furnitures, they even left a few of those boxes in the hallway outside our flat.

Without a doubt the worst experience operating together with scammers and drunk.

The organization and its phone contact evaporate and you stay with no chance of claims.

PLEASE DO NOT CONTRACT A COUPLE OF MOVERS!

    Scammers! Worst company.

    Horrible scammers !!!!!

My quotation was 225$ for 2bed city home into 3 bed house. 75$/hr (3hrs estimate ) and then $75 any extra hours. They required 6 hours=$450., proceeded really slow. They packaged about 3 little boxes after which wound up charging me $1100. I named the guy-Joe who gave me an quotation and that he stated there was nothing that he can do along with a supervisor could contact me. Nobody contacted me. Joe stated if I did not pay that cost they wouldn’t unload my things and take it into junk yard. I was helpless having a two year-old kid and wanted my things. They also billed an excess hour which they did not even stay ahead. I predicted joe again next day and he blocked my own number. These individuals are scammers. DO NOT USE. Worst business ever! Bait-and-switch Fraudulent Company - Ovoid like the Plague

This company is a complete sham, utilizes a bait and switch strategy promising a reduced $75 flat rate, and then costs four times to get just as much. I obtained a quote to maneuver a studio flat from Parkland into Coral Springs (4 miles) for $225.00 (3 hours at $75.00 per hour) apartment rate all inclusive. The flat was already packed up and it took them just 3.5 hours to find everything to my residence. Upon arrival I had been introduced with a bill for $1,133.50 that did include the initial estimate of 3.5 hours + another fee for 3.0 hours as apparently these two men drove a massive moving truck all the way in Homestead FL to get a three hour moving occupation. There was $479 in packaging supplies and then a few fees for real packaging and packaging. In addition to all of these crazy additional fees they need 10 percent credit card charges. That’s extortion.

Read the other reviews, searchers within an hour late, billed me 5 hours plus gas and journey stated they do not proceed by the quotation. When asked to talk to supervisor they refused so when I stated I wouldn’t pay before I talked to a supervisor, driver began telling me about he’s been working for your firm for two months and they havent paid him so we must cover him straight by Zelle or money. I informed them I wish to verify with a supervisor and still refused. Issue is if I attempted to telephone the company to notify them, someone answers the telephone after which I begin talking they wrapped up. I retained the quotation and text messages of the own lies and working together with my bank to receive my cash back. Oh forgot to say, they did not even transfer all, they said that the were just told part of this transfer in order that they could charge more for your 3rd bedroom.

    WARNING!!! BEWARE, DO NOT USE!!

BEWARE!! Read the whole review. Don’t use this firm. I have deep doubts about the great reviews which are recorded because other areas have only bad reviews about these.
Here is my expertise. Beginning off, they all showed up within an hour late. That should have been my warning signal but it was Sunday so that I guessed that they were only moving slow. I had been told on the telephone when establishing the transfer, that there could be”extra things” that I could buy like plastic wrapping, mattress bags, etc to secure my belongings. After the movers got there, then they also gave me a kind that had those, and many other, choices of things to select. I select that I wished to get two vinyl mattress bags to secure my and my daughters mattress from becoming dirty or broken, at a price of $20 each. Additionally, I asked about vinyl wrapping for the bedroom suite that turned out to be a really heavy and costly set. The Agency said no issue and went on his company.
As they had been moving out things, I discovered that nothing was becoming wrapped along with also the mattress were not at all the luggage and that I inquired. The inspector explained that they did not possess any plastic wrap to your furniture. I inquired concerning the mattress totes and that he explained he didn’t have these either but that he was only going to put out a blanket on the ground of their vehicle to keep it from becoming dirty. Never mind that the fact that he wasn’t going to tell me that they did not have them and go head and bill me the sum for them anyhow.
Among the movers maintained always just standing round, checking his telephone while his foreman was at the rear of the vehicle. I later discovered that he had been brand new. This man also kept asking me that I was planning to perform with different items which they had been transferring, ie that a PlayStation, a TV…he desired me to give them to him. The exact same man also asked me for meals once we got to my home afterwards.
Once we got into the house I was moving to and then started the rear of the truck that I notice that my stuff is all around the place just like they hadn’t strapped or tied down it in any way. Obviously , EVERY SINGLE PIECE of the furniture today has hurt on it. I receive when you proceed, there is always likely to be a couple of nicks and bumps, however there’s some significant damage to your own stuff. I am not exaggerating at all when I mention each and every piece.
I informed them I wasn’t likely to spend money on the movement until I spoke to a manager. They called their manager who didn’t want to speak to me whatsoever. He explained”that you must pay and subsequently file a claim Monday”. Their supervisor, not understanding that his man had him on speaker, told his foreman to phone the authorities if I did not pay. I should have never paid and allow them to take that task. For all those of you out there which do not understand, do not let any scumbag undermine you for this. Law enforcement won’t get involved with a situation similar to this. I laughed at the man and told his men to go right ahead and call them. They didn’t. To top it off, each time I’d walk off, they had been hitting in my 23 older girl. Yeah, really professional. And of course it required them 6.5 hours to move a two bedroom flat at which nearly all of the boxes had already been transferred!!
I did get a call the following day in the man I had put up this with apologizing for the harm. He explained that they had been completely insured and also to send my pics into a email and they’d forward for their insurance provider. There were more than 40 unique pics of harm to my own furniture which were sent in. Now it’s been over a week rather than one peep out of them and nobody answers their customer support line. I’m currently habituated this in little claims court.
Only a warning and when I could help anybody else not undergo this, then that is a plus for me personally.

Just hire someone to help you move in a rental can

I believed I’d Big Movers outsmarted. Each time that I’ve employed a moving company, it’s been overpriced, things damaged, along with a hassle. This time I’ve transferred all but 7 majority things locally myself. As other reviewers, I had been quoted $75/hr. Together with the subsequent 3 hour minimum I was educated mid-move, it should’ve been 225. In true moving business style, they waited until all of my stuff had been on the truck and also in my new location prior to giving me my complete with the amount that has been double which comprised the traditional hidden charges which weren’t discussed throughout the suave first phone consultation. There was likewise a 5.5% fee for a credit card. I wasn’t advised of the to get money ready ahead. So I paid $60 each item for just 7 things to be transferred.

Additionally, I chosen this business since they attracted up on their own that the movers could have face masks and gloves. I am an immunocompromised individual that had to maneuver through a pandemic. No gloves have been worn (not functional anyways). The masks weren’t worn correctly and just for the very first portion of the transfer. I needed to ask them to use them to unload. I had been sweating too beneath my mask.

    ‼️ S C A M M E R S ‼️

This company appeared to have been the ideal move (no pun intended), before it was not… Carlos lent my mother a particular cost and also said that there would be no extra costs like travel charges. It required the movers an incredible quantity of time to disassemble furniture and then load it on the vehicle, and to add insult to injury, when we got into the storage unit nearly 20minutes away in the home we were moving out of, the movers understood they left their gear and my BROTHER needed to return to them… squandering time that they billed my mother for! To make it worse, we all reach the new home and they inform my mother a cost DOUBLED that which had been agreed upon with Carlos and held that our things hostage till it had been paid. Carlos magically vanished and would not answer our requirements (how convenient). And in addition to the doubled fees, they attempted to charge a 5.5percent fee with a card. A fee that among those officers present (we called the cops who could not help since this scam is ordinary ) stated was ILLEGAL to bill since the company itself already pays for that charge. My mother is sick and has been already stressed about the movement, and this dreadful company just made it even worse! 0/10, would NOT advocate.

WORST COMPANY EVER - DON'T USE THEM

They were fine if lending me a quotation. But this was it. Moved out of a 2nd flr -2 bdrm apt. They fell a huge pc of down furniture 12 staircase, and 3 insert’l pcs of furniture ruined and that I never got paid to the promise. They throw my signature in the contract with no knowing. I’d every box packaged and ready to move but it still took an whole evening to move 10 miles off. They Stood around outdoors smoking rather than working. Way Overcharged me for packaging materials and then at the home shipping, they advised me when I did not cover them WHAT THEY WANTED, the truck wouldn’t be unloaded. It is wise to choose another corporation. I never got paid to the promise since they utilize a 3rd party firm that never reacted.

DO NOT USE A COUPLE OF MOVERS

I wish I’d listened to those testimonials. Joe lent me $75 a hour and stated that although their system took a three hour minimum, I’d just be billed for two hours if that is the time that it required to transfer the studio flat value of furniture (two small dressers, two novel cases, 12 boxes). He suggested that I have about $200 money just in case the time moved a bit past fourteen days.

The team did not reveal at the scheduled 9 am time. I tried phoning all phone numbers and delivered messages throughout the site. Joe finally reacted on the web stating that he had been off work, but the team had a crisis the night ahead and the other team could be in their way that afternoon. The team (one middle aged guy and an older guy ) showed up in a massive truck about two weeks late. They looked as though they had never moved anything before – moving quite slowly, carrying a box at one time, sitting in their truck – to run the clock up. The 2 homes are just 8 minutes apart, and they unloaded everything gradually and completed exactly two hours afterwards.

They told me that I owed $258 due to the 3 hour minimum. I contended and obtained their boss on the telephone (he did not provide his name). He said I was fortunate that they broke company policy by unloading before accepting my payment and that they gave me a bargain because travel time ought to have been along with their three hour minimum. In addition, he said if I did not have sufficient money to cover, I really could use a card to the remainder – like I really don’t understand how financing work. I wound up hanging up on him since it was not going anywhere.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They’re Not LEGIT MOVERS. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

    The WORST Company!! SCAMMERS

The worst business! Be cautious with them. I got a site for this business, I talked to a guy named Carlos who kindly gave me my funding and coordinated the transfer at $75 an hour with no extra fees (according to him) on the day of the transfer, 2 individuals who spoke little English, and no Spanish. Very impolite, they began to place things on the vehicle, they insure two TVs and 3 beds, they never informed me that this had an extra cost. We moved into the new home (10 minutes away) and upon birth reveals us the contract which I had already signed for $75 with extra information that the arrangement in my touch I didn’t authorize or was oblivious, the amount rose from $225 to $1150 ( 475$ at bundle fee?????) And they informed us that if we did not pay they would not give us matters. We attempted to phone the individual who I hired and he blocked my cell phone, there was no method to convey till I chose to phone him from a different telephone and there he magically appeared and pickup the telephone, he explained he was going to attempt and fix and clearly that didn’t occur. We talked with the assumed owner of this firm who stated”kindly” would provide us a reduction of $ 1,150 to $ 1,000 but that he would leave matters in the entry of the home. We needed to pay because they’d all our items, we cover until 3.45 pm and 3.10 pm that they chose to depart. The police came but they could not do much and they shamelessly behave like nothing happened. These folks can’t continue to scam customers, we have to combine to visit the court!

    NO SHOW!!!!

My daughter scheduled a movement at 9:30, after getting numerous reasons and explanations for them not showing up, we understood at around 1pm that they were not showing up. Joe began not answering our calls. Fortunately they did not get a credit or debit card information, just not sure what they got from scheduling a transfer rather than showing up!! They can not be a legit business. Lesson heard, read testimonials before hiring a business!!

Unethical Is A Compliment For These Thieves

We hired this firm to move a 1 bedroom flat to our son. Joe told me that it had been 75/hr using at least 3 months. Once they revealed and packed truck and moved the furniture 3 miles, they wouldn’t float till we paid them $1260.00. The excess was to get the”packaging” that we didn’t ask. The”packaging” consisted of wrap 4 parts of furniture with vinyl. Additionally, they billed $120.00 for gasoline and transport of 3 kilometers. Not one of those fees where ever hauled up front. After arguing with them for half an hour and with the person who owns the firm hang me up, I advised them to just take $1000.00 plus it was likely to get ugly quickly. I simply wanted them out from there. I’ve not seen anything as dishonest and funny as this particular group. The most bizarre part was that the young man which was likely 17 was that the communicator and was really nasty. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Stay away. Literally the worst moving experience

    – The truck came 2h30 late using a false explanation

    – The supervisor Michael replied my very first call to apologize for being late then composed an excuse stating the truck had a problem using a tire and said that he was sending another staff from Aventura.

    – The truck driver secured the truck on arrival, leaving keys indoors. Another 15 min squander.

    – The movers came together with me for quote but I needed to let them take carts together in order to not squander more time coming back down bare hands.

    – The truck driver made me sign a contract including driving and gas time charges which weren’t assumed to be there (“no hidden charges, my buddy”). I refused to sign and also been requested to call their supervisor. This one no more answered my calls. Time was running and that I just could reserve our construction elevator till 4 pm so chose to sign.

    – We were 3 individuals helping out two or three movers to bring down all of the bulk things to the truck and also within our own personal automobiles (SUV) in order to spare time and also make it in time.

    – Our stuff was well ready (50 boxes), furniture disassembled, nothing precious (no packaging or security needed ), and we shut the vehicle’s door in 2:14 pm (I still had to warn them around a few furniture not attached correctly inside…). As I walk into my car to direct the way, They inform me that they needed to stop at gas station on the road (seriously???) . So I chose to go and await them in my new house (15 minutes away). Just 45 minute they showed up, no excuse, no apologies.

    – The truck driver asked me to cover whole amount before they unload the vehicle. “new policy” they stated. Again, I refused. He explained,”call my supervisor”. As he never replies anymore, I advised them to get him call me. He did.

On the telephone, I told Michael,”so that you finally return my phone…”. In a mad voice that he responded and responded”No, I’m calling you. You’re bitching daily to get it done before 4 pm to your fucking elevator, and we left it in time! Now, pay your fucking bill!” Yes, really, all completed before 4 pm, as a result of our own helpers. And when they were not 2h30 overdue, it might be 1 pm at that moment.

    – As the boss hung up the telephone without even listening to me personally (he had been speaking over me), I was afraid the truck leaves with all my stuff, and so I called the authorities (local home patrol).

Meanwhile, being trapped with time, determined once more to cover, according to their estimate of passing time.

Once I signed up, the truck driver (who had been a Really Wonderful man, always calm and replicating it Isn’t his companion, he is Only a mover), told me what I had to know:

    > The group responsible for my moving were initially the group of Aventura because the start. There wasn’t any other group ever involved. They were late due to their prior customer.

    > Supervisor never answers the telephone so the customer has no other option than paying (in 99 percent of their time).

    > The contract I’ve signed is absolutely prohibited and I need to never sign such a contract.

The movers unloaded the truck in 2h30 (more than they anticipated, I paid the excess time as hints to them (a bit more, $50 each) and that I highly recommended them to alter business.

    Notice:

    – Joe was a wonderful man doing my quotation. Although never shipped me the contract ahead.

    – Michael is the dreadful nasty dreadful manager.

    My advice:

Stay away. Let this business die without a more clients and hopefully, those movers will probably be utilized somewhere else.
