The driver of this 18-wheeler truck then needed to find another truck as it was too big to get in the apartment complex. He also then hired non-professional movers out of Craigslist to transfer things. Obviously, there have been more added fees which needed to be compensated in money. The movement wasn’t completed until late night. I’ve attempted to contact owners a few times concerning the motorist’s extra fees. I had been told they’d call back but haven’t heard back after a week. I would never recommend this company to anybody.
