Throughout the loading and select up of our possessions the regional hires, stole various private belongings, and thus they never made it on the truck. You will find multiple entrances in our home and I suppose these Regional hires only walked from thehosue and put our possessions in their automobiles.   The empty packaging or cases that these products were in came but not the possessions. Odd.   The firms position is really that all boxes have been picked up and sent. They won’t compensate us in any manner. A. Arnold isn’t a World Class mover. Implementing thieves Isn’t a practice I’d participate in.   Beware of the company.

THE WORST MOVING COMPANY IN the Nation. STAY AWAY.

I have over $2000 in damages with this business once I moved to Massachusetts in August 2016. I settled together on near $1,900 claim refund and still haven’t got my check until today. Called them over 10 days and every time that I get exactly the identical response that they were bought out and might need to wait on obligations.

The movers themselves told me that my stuff has been packed like sardines if they picked it up and that I have video evidence.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I’ve used A Arnold twice. The first time 10 yrs back was wonderful. Moved this season in July. I had a wool carpet which has been damaged (hole couldn’t be fixed ) and the pedals components were lost. I proceeded in July along with my promise is still not processed. It’s been dreadful. I think that they need me to offer up so that they do not need to fix/pay to my things. They picked up my destroyed carpet on November 1st and that I was to be reimbursed. I still haven’t gotten the test. I’ve been awaiting weeks for the components for your treadmill and they simply got them arranged this week. They won’t respond to mails. They don’t have an procedure for unhappy clients. The man we talked to yesterday said she did not understand anything then later from the dialogue she referenced my own claim along with the mails. I won’t ever use them again. I’m calling the better business individuals.
